Meter reading of my classic 350 is fast then actual reading. 1km distance showed 1.1km. It mean 10% then actual reading. I changed the meter but the problem is same. Actually this problem is with every meter of royal enfield motarcyle. So i requested royal enfield to solve this problem. I talk to your engineer but he cant behave well and said the meter is going as on, no meter is accurate and 10% up down is possible. I[censored] dont satisfy then sold the bike. I ask him to note my complaint provide me complaint number and forward to royal enfield. But he refused and say i forward it to my behalf and cant provide u any feed back regarding complaint. And i[censored] want to go consumer court u must go. Is this behaviour is right with customer? I[censored] cant solve problem then u say to sold? Sir this is fraud with customer to show more reading then actual. So i humbly request u to solve this problem otherwise i will go for other solution.

    I bought a brand new royal enfield standard 350 bike from unnoony motors kottarakara on 4th august 2016 by full payment...when i bought it from the showroom the machine is not like a brand new bike..it comes with full scratch in the front and rear mulguard and fuel tank..and the from the second day on the 5 th august there i noticed a huge leakage in the engine...i know this was a major engine issue and i informed it to the royal enfield showroom kottarakara...and they promised that they will replace the bike...on the 8 th august i submited the bike on showroom and asked for replacing the bike..and they are not ready for replacing the bike...i dont want that machine. i know that from the engine side it has a lot of complaints..i want a new vehicle...pls help me..

    I bought a brand new royal enfield standard 350 bike from unnoony motors kottarakara on 4th august 2016 by full payment...when i bought it from the showroom the machine is not like a brand new bike..it comes with full of scratches in the front and rear mulguard and fuel tank and i informed it to the showroom executive at the time of delivery and they promised that they will replace the scratched parts in 2 days..and from the second day on the 5 th august there i noticed a huge oil leakage from the engine. in 24 hours half of the engine oil gets out by leakage and when i tried to shift the gears the machine started producing huge sound .i know this was a major engine issue and i informed it to the royal enfield showroom kottarakara.and they promised that they will replace the bike.on the 8 th august i submited the bike on showroom and asked for replacing the bike..and they are not ready for replacing the bike.i dont want that machine. i know that from the engine side it has a lot of complaints.i want a new vehicle.pls provide neccesory action.

      A bike was booked against payment of rs. 5000/- as per booking order no. Mentioned under subject.
      Booking was cancelled within stipulated time period.
      Now about six months have passed but the refund is still awaited from the company of repute m/s royal enfield.
      This is inspite of written assurance. Please refer below appended emails;

        I am not at all satisfied with my new royal enfield classic 350 silver it sound is verry different from other bike i bought it for 1 lakh 43 thousand i want my bike sound to be same as. New bike whenever i go to service center they make meh fool nd they say your bike is fine i want my bike to be replace or company should fix watever problem is in my bike.

          My bike was not getting started on 3rd Aug, thus I called Voyage service centre. They send their mechanics who said I will be charged with additional 300Rs for break down other than service charges. After taking bike to service centre, they gave me a list of things that needs to be fixed in order to ensure that I don't face any issues in near future. For which they charged me RS 7300 Rs. out of which 4500 is just labour charges.

          After charging such heavy charges my bike is not getting started again today, i.e with in a weeks time. it is better that we give it for servicing to local mechanics, they ensure 100% servicing at affordable prices. if this is the service we are getting from Royal enfield service centres, what is the point in giving bike to these guys.

          I am highly disappointed with the kind of service delivered by these guys. and this is 4th time I am facing similar issues.

          It is better to ride a bloody Bajaj bike rather than going for Enfield

          This post is in reference to my second free service experience at Voyage Motors service station Kandivili west .After properly abiding to the norms mentioned regarding run in period details and other details regarding precautions to be followed while starting the bike and other bits of information I was extremely satisfied with my experience riding my first enfield classic 350 bike until I gave it for second service clocked at merely 2500 kms around duration of 90 days when I received a msg from service station end that my enfield bike is due for second service.After getting my bike serviced and riding back home all was well. I decided to take it for a long that I noted that the speedometer was not going beyond 60 kms inspite of revving up the throttle and engine for the first time was sounding harsh at top gear.Suddenly I decided to cancel my trip and informed the service guys regarding the same.While driving back home the gear box starting slipping gears in between while riding at a particular gear and started making abnormal sounds.The experience was heartbreaking and made me furious as I felt my bike was tearing apart due to harsh abnormal noises it was making.I immediately rushed to service station, the service guy examined my bike confirmed the noises and told me that they were about to close down and told m to come on Tuesday as they were closed on Monday.That one day gap was like living in mourning I immediately reached there first thing on Tuesday morning and even while reaching there those noises were present.I gave my bike for servicing and was physically present over there right from morning 8 30 am till 1 30 pm.My experience to share and it worries me to give my bike for future services without any hesitation at hands of few inexperienced, least bothered mechanics .Firstly there is a service guy who approaches you, then notes your problem and then checks who had serviced the bike.There is a junior mechanic who does the maintenance under his supervision.To my utter dismay that junior mechanic started telling me such noises do happen and nothing to worry.He did the test drive several times but I was not satisfied as the noise which he was referring was at the time of gear shift and which I was referring was slipping of gears at a particular gear making noise and speedometer reading not happening beyond 60 kms and harsh noises from the bike.Inspite of being told several times and after reassuring from fellow mechanics he finally actually starting looking for the problem.If I was not physically present this issue would never have been resolved.My bike almost deteriorated after the service which is a big red flag for future service.The bike handling by inexperienced junior mechanics have to be seriously monitored at the top end.They almost manhandle the bike and kill the riding pleasure and result in disgruntled royal enfield biker experience.Finally after repeated feedback after gruesome almost 5 hrs one service guy took the bike for a long run at least 45 mins to check the gearbox noises and speedometer status and conveyed that it's almost OK now.After finishing the formalities I checked it for 50 kms drive and got a siegh of relief.It was a mental torture which gave me a first ever worst service experience which confirms that the company delivers a well inspected awesome driving machine but it's the lackadaisical attitude of few company mechanics or their deliberate attempt to mess up the bike ergonomics and dynamics and create customer fury and dissatisfaction. sincere request to top management team to inspect, correct and if necessary terminate the inexperienced offenders.

            Self Bearing Sound from classic 350

            I Bought classic 350 in 2014, Completed 13000 kms till date .
            During the second free service at Nagole service center HYDERABAD, i complained about A LOUD Cracking Metal Sound From The Engine, While Having A Cold Start . I Have Complained The Issue At himaythnagar Service center also, Including Where I Did Three Of My Services ( Nagole Hyderbad). They Had The Reply As It Is Common For UCE Engines, Especially For Classic 350.

            I gave my classic 350 for service at Kavery Roay enfield, G-22, Satymev Complex, S.G. Road, Opposite Gujarat High Court, Ghatlodiya, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380060... on 30.07.2016 at 9.45 AM. it is a normal service need to do, some oil changes and a company part which is rusted need to change and a special noise from engine is coming, , bike is not start easily, just we explain them to do all this thing. and a job card maker understood all the things... then we got a message from them on 4.38 PM that your bike is ready please give a 1493.51 and take your bike..

            when we reach at 7 PM, we found there is a nothing done on bike, no oil change and no washing, even a bike is not starting after several kick, i really shock that the guys are forcing to me please pay payment and collect your bike on day after tomorrow or wait for us call, still we are helpless no call from them that bike is ready or not.. we hope this money oriented people are not change a real parts from my vehicle .

              Job card no: 49169/[protected], Royal Enfield company store, Peelamedu, Coimbatore. The classic chrome 500cc met with an accident and given for repair. They took 78 days to replace chassis and fork tube. The reason for delay is no coordination, spares scarce, communication failure, lethargy. I wrote five mails to concerned authorities got a single vogue reply. This is My sixth machine in my 31 years of love towards the beast. I am familiar with these people, but, the response given to me is very poor. Still not fully satisfied, mirrors, crash guard missing while taking delivery. Pathetic situation. Need lots of improvement.

                Have purchased A Royal Enfield Standard 350 From Yamuna agencies adoor kerala in sept 2015.
                I am having 1 major problems rusting inside fuel tank


                I have purchased my bike in sept 2015. Still these issues are not resolved.
                I have given my bike to Kayamkulam Service center . They will Reject my bike in service .
                I have sent many mails to Royal enfield, but nobody was taking responsibility to fix this issue.

                  Sir,
                  My re std 350 has been serviced from your re company store at peelamedu, coimbatore on 30.07.2016 vide job card no:rjc[protected].

                  They have changed the ball race kit and they have done repairs in front shocks also.

                  I have given my vehicle for service on 29.07.2016 at 10.15 am and they informed me on 30.07.2016 at 1.00 pm that my vehicle is ready for delivery.

                  But when i went there on 30.07.2016 at 6.00 pm, the vehicle was not ready to be delivered. They took almost one more hour to do water service and some insulation of wiring, which i had asked to do on service. I was not satisfied with the service they given me after keeping my vehicle for two days.

                  After that on 31.07.2016, when i was wiping my vehicle, i saw so many dots (Paint removed) on my vehicle's petrol tank, front shock and front mud guard. Please see the attached pics regarding it.

                  Immediately i have called mr. Dinesh, who was the service attendant for my vehicle and re store complaint no ([protected]), both were not picking my calls.

                  So please check the images i have attached and see how they have mishandled my vehicle while servicing.

                  I need an immediate solution on this.

                    I bought a classic 350 from synergy (sakinaka, andheri) on 1st jan’16. this motorcycle is registered on 16th jan’16 as per the rc book. every royal enfield motorcycle comes with a warranty of 1 year by default and covers all kind of manufacturing defects which excludes rusting of parts & wear-tear of the same. during 4th service that happened on 3rd july’16, i specified that noise comes...

                      I just want to highlight my experience with the service center since jan'15. 1st time i went for the service in year 2015 was 2nd jan and it cost me around 13k. Post that, the very next day, i encountered the faulty electrical issues because of which the bike won't start and it took several phone calls and a personal visit to get that corrected.

                      The last time it was on 22nd aug 2015 and immediately after getting the service done, the bike stopped after 3 kms and that service itself took me 2 complete days. You might recall that during the service the wiring area next to the batter catched fire and i had to pay for that as well. I didn't say a word as i wanted to get that fixed. The next day i had to call your service staff and get that bike picked up from huda metro in gurgaon. The same day in evening, the guy charged me another 600 bucks to replace some part. This was all fine but just after one week of service, the electrical connection was so clumsy that it started catching fire and produced spark. This is pretty dangerous as the area is adjacent to the fuel tank. The cover lid came off next day and it was so annoying such petty things happening even after a cost of ~7k.

                      Today i called your staff regarding this and nobody responded and kept putting me on hold. Now, after spending close to 20k while i rarely drive (Done 1500 kms in 9 months), the kind of services i received is pathetic.

                      And then this happened again in july 2016, i spent 5.6k on servicing and after 10 days it started giving starting problem this was working fine before service and after service there was starting problem this has happened 4th time in a row. The owner kept giving excuses that it could be because of rain and clearly it doesnt rain in jan in gurgaon. The owner even tried to upsell me new himalayan while bike meter is less than 17k.

                        Horrible experience.
                        Bought my electra fom the jhandewalan outlet in sep 2015.In the last 10months, 11000km, i have to get my clutch at around 8000km and leg break at around 2nd service changed. The top speed is a joke. Seriously.. The bike shakes at 80kmph speed. The coat on the engine wore off with scratches from my bag. A cycle rammed into my front tyre and they changed the entire handle stick. Not joking!! Ofcourse the gear box getting stuck is a legendary problem with re.
                        Last friday i noticed a thud sound coming from my chain, at the service centre they showed me that the pins of chain wheel on which the chain rotates have begun falling out.. I m not kidding, the tips were compeletely uprooted.. Not just 1 but 4-5 as i was told. Best part is that theytake money for everything as the standard dialogue is "running part ki guarantee nahi hoti".
                        Another day wasted at the royal enfield service centre. I had my service done alongwith it too. Total bill 3600rs.
                        Since then my gear isnt changing smoothly but changes with a pressure and alongwith a loud thud and the start plug is working after 5seconds of holding it.
                        I think that the re uses sub-standard material to manufacture their bikes and now i am genuinely contemplating a legal action against them in the consumer court.

                          We bought a bullet 500 (uce jet black)
                          From coimbatore, hopes, royal enfield showroom on[protected]. the bike was fine till the end of 3rd service. after that it had problems. when we start there is a bursting in the engine, jamming inside the bearing and the vehicle stops. we intimated this problem during 4th free service. after some days the problem existed and we claimed the warranty and changed the parts which caused the problem. now again we had the problem so serviced again, but the problem doesnt seem to have rectified. we are so upset with this problem. even after taking utmost care our vehicle is in problem, pls report this issue and take the necessary action

                            I bought royal enfield classic 350 (engine no. u3s5c0fb680871) on 19/2/2015 from kerala adoor yamuna morors. last year the vehicle was repaired and parts of the engine were replaced for some issues. again there is a problem with the engine like some sounds are coming from it and now the vehicle is in unnuni motora kottarakara, kerala for repair for three weeks. they told me to change crank & connecting rod. the warranty period expires on 19/2/2017, after the said date either i need to change vehicle engine or my vehicle itself.

                            I have parked my bike to take out the documents from tool box.The moment i turned they key to open the box, it broke and half part of the key was in my hand and front key is still inside, and unable to remove it.
                            Such a bad quality of key from Royal Enfield was not expecting.

                              I own a royal enfield thunderbird350 vehicle number kl 63c 9216 which i brought on december 2015 and i have completed my 12, 000kms service on july 1, 2016. I had a cluster meter complaint in which the time doesn't set properly, even after setting the time the time go 5 minutes backward the time i have set and then the time goes backward slowly, also the kilometer in the cluster doesn't work properly. I do my service from sanjo motors, angamaly, ernakulam. But they refuse to change the cluster of the bike. The company guarantee that they have 20, 000 kms warranty and any spare would be changed during the warranty period which shows a defect, but the dealer (Sanjo motors, angamaly) refuses to change the cluster of the bike. I have been contacting the dealer since july 3rd saying that my complaint has not yet been rectified they are not giving a reply on it and not even reverting me back.
                              Please also find the video attached as a proof of my complaint in which the cluster clearly shows after i set the time the time moves 5 minutes backward immediately after i turn off the key and on.

                              Kindly do the needful.

                                I am sukhwinder singh from bathinda (punjab) i have royal enfield family classic 350 black 2014 modal last 18 july i went to the ajay auto royal enfield workshop in bathinda city for repair of my bike sach like self start problem & some another issue. i am will know royal enfield bike are lyk a horse that's need proper maintaines & time. i doesn't consider royal enfield disadvantages of engine because my father owner of since 1989 modal royal enfield family all my family ride bullet royal feeling.
                                Now i discuss main problem issue of royal enfield workshop mechanic & supervisor in my city ajay auto.
                                When last 18 july i went for repair of self then after some time open the component of engine part he (mechanic) told me your bike self start bearing is damage so that replace approximate price 4700 but you pay some sach 400 money for me i replace bearing defected parts change he told me you sit down in customer waiting room after some time he replace parts of another bearing that's fall in garbage of scrap change in another bike (machanic ne apna zugad kya thaaa income ka) after all i paid 400 to machanic because i my bike self start run smoothly. i doesn't paid officialy 400 rupee. supervisor of workshop doesn't focus on costumer bikes doesn't provide proper guidance & manage staff of machanic he always chat on mobile phone.
                                Workshop incharge mr sharma always busy in paper work in own room. all infrastructure is comfortable newly fresh for costumer but quality of machinist is cheap. i am not personally attack on staff people they didn't my enemy. but i have only wants provide quality faithfully & my money does not waste. you know very will demand of royal enfield bikes in punjab & punjabi people lover of royal enfield bikes
                                Please solve only my issue & doesn't punishment for this anyone because they didn't fault, fault in social system & moral values of people

                                I bought a Royal Enfield shirt from the kannur dealer Vibrant Automotive on july 1st 2016, which cost Rs 2400/- shirt colour got fade, wen putng it the colour sticks on body. will i get the product replaced

                                  Wrong Invoice and PDI pending Issue:-
                                  Company- Royal Enfield.
                                  Showroom- Teknik Motorcycles (Bangalore )
                                  Address: No 132/41/1, Sarjapur Main Road, Iblur Village, HSR Layout, Opp Agara Bus Stand, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102.
                                  Firstly I have booked the Classic 350. But showroom people told Royal Enfield classic 350 has longer waiting time. So they suggested me if you want early delivery go with Royal Enfield classic 500cc bike. We will deliver you within 15 days. So I changed the booking from Royal Enfield classic 350 to Royal Enfield classic 500 (DS). After 10 to 15 days showroom people called me to deposit the rest amount and said your bike came. So I deposited the pending amount and signed necessary form. After that I didn't get any call from showroom. So after 5-7 days I called them and ask the bike status they said it will take few days to deliver the bike. So I asked them if it will take time why you asked for money. This argument continue for few weeks after they said you Bike is ready came and take the Bike.
                                  On the Bike delivery day they said we will give you the invoice tomorrow. After lot of argument they provided me the invoice. I took the invoice and came out from there. But I didn’t convinced myself so I cross verify the truth of invoice with Area Sales Manager (Sanjiv). What he said I got surprised! He said this invoice number is belongs some other royal Enfield 350 cc Bike. And asked me sent all my documents to his mail id. So I forward all the documents to his mail id. After lot of discussion again showroom people provide me one more invoice. I don’t know how they register the Bike with false invoice.
                                  In between first servicing was done. In next servicing while generating the bill they service center people said we are not able to generate the PDI is not completed for your bike, we will shot out this and sent the copy in mail. After that sent the copy. When next time visit for any work same word they repeated. From second service to till date I’m struggling for resolving the issue.
                                  Even second time I dropped a mail to Royal Enfield’s ASM (Sanjiv) and royal Enfield customer care to validate the invoice truth but neither Royal Enfield customer care people nor Bangalore ASM (Sanjiv) responded to my mail. Now I feel I cheated by above mentioned people and get a diffractive bike. Kindly replace the bike with proper bike or returned my money. Otherwise I’ll reach to consumer court for providing the wrong invoice and PDI issue.
