Dear sir, i bought a new classic 350 bike from royal enfield in october 2015. now it has covered a distance of 9000 km. 2 days before when i was riding the bike, there found some slippage in chains with sound and when checked it was found that 6 teethes of sprocket (rear side) found in broken condition. i bought this bike for rs 1, 51, 000 and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. i am completely unsatisfied with this. my bikes registration number is ka 02 jf 3691. please do the needful. regards, kiran. r s1317, 4th cross 2nd stage bharathnagar, byadarahalli, bangalore 560091.     Dear sir my bike registration number is mh47 j 1211 i bought this bike in 24 novenmer 2015 and after 7 months i found sleepage in chain i found my 15 teeths broken. its only been 7 months and this bike didnt give much time to its parts. a low cost bike give more time to their parts then this 350 classic. these types of parts in royal enfield really disappointing.

      I have booked my re himalayan on may 02 in i speed motors, no 29/13, medavakkam tank road, ayanavaram, chennai - 600023. i was promised by the sales representative (brighton karthick) that the bike will be delivered to me in 45 days, but till date i did not receive any further communication from the dealer or so. i feel that they expecting a call from the actual customer? when i called to the center they say that, we will arrange something by 10th of this month. i was really surprised and visited the showroom yesterday (07/07/2016), no one in the showroom is able to answer any of the questions related to the himalayan, when i asked about the recent change in the shaft for the tappet noise, hard gear shifts, the service cycle or accessories available. : (they also said that if i want i can take the displayed product in the showroom. after that i explained the actual issues in the old lot to them and insisted them on a newly produced product after july 2016, then they agreed and said they we will arrange something by 15th of this month.

      Last complain is that, they insited on paying the full payment, even before the actual bike is ready. i really feel this is not re, you guys do everything for the customer and try for their satisfaction. please look into this issue, as this may lose your actual dignity as a brand.

      Really worried now, i just filled my finance documents yesterday (07/07/2016) and it got approved today too. but really thinking of the decision to go for it or not.

      I was very much interested and happy to know that re's engineers to give a great product like the himalayan, and also trying to solve its minor issues, that usually occurs in a new vehicle launch. but no one in the actual showroom are ready to sell this product. they instead say, why cant i take the gt so that they can deliver it by tomorrow.

      My question to re, please answer them:

      1. is the actual production of himalayan not started?
      2. if i get the product in the new lot will it have those minor issues?
      3. why there is a communication gap within showroom and your production unit?
      4. please tell me about the accessories, especially the crash guard for himalayan.
      5. atlast please tell whether my decision to go to himalayan is correct or wrong?

      I booked Thuderbird 350X at this showroom on 30th March 2018, they promised the delivery in 45-60 days, No one bothered to give a call and update us the exact delivery date. Today after 80 days i called the show, the person who attended the call did not have clue about the delivery. Any customer would at-least expect a call and inform the delay. I presume they have huge demand for their products so they don't care about their customers

        Dear Sir, I bought a new standard 500 from royal enfield in november 2015. Now it has covered a distance of 8000 km. 2 days before when i was riding the bike, there found some slippage in chains with sound and when checked it was found that many teethes of sprocket (rear side) found in broken condition. I bought this bike for Rs 1, 80, 000 and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. I think the low cost bikes available in the market will give more life to parts than this. I am completely unsatisfied with this. My bikes registration number is KL-41-K-5355. The photographs showing the broken teethes of sprocket are attached herewith. Please do the needful.           Dear Representative,

          The complain I have is
          1. With regards to the Paint quality on the Fuel Tank of Classic 350 ASH color. A few weeks back some petrol spilled over on the fuel tank and remain in that condition through out the night. Next morning I try to clean it and I see that the tank has turned yellowish. That color is not going at all. I got the Polish and Coating as well done but to no use. And the issue will even appear on next time as well. I need either a new Paint job or a new Fuel tank.
          2. The vibrations in Classic 350 (new one) is too much. I cant see anything in my rear view mirror when I touch a speed of 55 on a highway. It is too dangerous to drive without visibility from behind. A big issue. I dont know what can be done with it, but it has to be resolved in whatever new models/versions you come up with. It is risky for anybodys life.

            I brought a Royal enfield classic350 on
            1-1-16 it getting rusted all over parts and I complained to them they ignored that and I made 3 services complaining about mileage after each service it is becoming worst than before and that to those sounds from tank and suspension it is horrible, to say that royal enfield is good brand it's just a mad thing, worst company not responding to our problems and making us to pay money for your nasty work...

              Unseen case and not even heard about this but it happened. i bought reds and it was just 2 months and was riding on a highway in mumbai was on speed 60 kmph, i went through a small pot hole the bike's front wheel went through without any hassle but the rear wheel got a impact and the spoke which connects the drum (cast iron) it just got broke, 4 spoke point got broke and even the wheel got a bent. my friend was seated he weighed just 65 kgs. the service centre guys said they are getting this kinda issue for the first time their. i claimed for insurance. but i need a reclaim and proper explanation for this from the royal enfield company.

                My bullet 350 std run only 9200km and found 3-4 teeths of rear sprocket tear off. since i was taking a regular care of the bike and regular chain cleaner applied even after so much care and very smooth driving i got this problem. bt the service centre people telling this is due to lack of maintenance, but in my case its not the exact reason bcz i am using royal enfield since 10 years nd know how to take care of my bull. i love my bullet so much and behave very gently with it. after all precautions and care i got this material damage problem and re is not taking any responsibilty towards this. its totally not justified and i am getting annoyed eith the services. plz look into the matter and change it under warrenty scheme.

                  I bought a royal enfield thunderbird 350 asphalt. I went for my 1st service. The bike was out the next day. I expected a very good service but i was wrong. The bike handle made some sound and my leg guard was wobbling. I felt that the leg guard wasnt there to guard my legs but to hurt them more. I went for a re-service and then said everything was checked. A week later when i am on the road my silencer fall off and i had to get hold of that hot piece of metal and fix it all by myself. The same day on my way back the rear disk break failed and i escaped an accident. Then a nut from the right side of the leg guard fall off to do the cherry on the cake. I'm afraid that the bike came with its insurance but made me get my life insurance done. I'm sick to be buying a bike by paying full cash was such a waste.

                    I have given the bike for service at venkataramana automobiles pvt. Ltd. On 16 june 2016 and received it back on 18 june 2016. When i received the bike, it was informed to me that the water wash was not done, as there was some technical problem with the pump. I took a note on the receipt and agreed to come again for bike wash at a later time. When i tried to start the bike the bike was not taking self start. I asked the mechanic and he said that may be someone left the ignition on, because of which the battery is drained, which was a surprise. He kick started my bike and told me to keep the bike running for few kms which would charge the battery, and told me that if there was any problem i should just call them and they would fix it. I came home and shut my bike's engine and just to test i tried to give it a self start, but it didnt start. Not only that now the whole ignition was out and the bike didnt even start with the kick. I called the venkataramana automobile workshop on [protected], and spoke to mechanic who said he would come next day as it was almost the closing time then. Since that day to this i keep calling on the same number [protected] but people just don't respond and tell that tomorrow they will send some body. I also got the number of manager ([protected]) and even he does the same thing. Request you to please provide a solution. I am providing other details for reference:

                        I got a new RE classic approximately 4 months back, and till now i was really happy with my bike. But from past couple of days i was observing some unusual sound while riding the bike. Yesterday when i was cleaning up my bike i found the regulator hanging down. On having a closer look i saw that the bracket on which the regulator is attached is actually broken. And that bracket is a part attached to the chassis. I cant believe that a great company's bike such as Royal Enfield has such a low quality material. Owning a Royal enfield bike was a dream for me from childhood and i still have a lot of respect for the company. I hope this issue of mine will be solved and it will be taken care of so as other people should not face the same problem.

                          I had booked bike as on 07 11 2015 in saran motors and asked for a favour to my booking executive mr. Durga that any possibility of delivering bike by
                          11 11 2015 as i had birthday on that day and he asked me to ask md for that he too responded well and deliveried on 10 11 2015 by saying that its a test ride vehicle and it just rided for about 30 kms i agreed and ttok by thinking 30 kmsdoes not matters and by words he said

                          After using for few days i realised that some complaints regarding bike condition and i asked for that they said it can be rectified during my 1st servicing
                          I took my bike for first servicing as on 05 12 2015 and in job sheet filed complaints as
                          Problem in gear shifting, starting problem of kick start and it continued til my 3rd servicing
                          In mean whilei took bike for service as it not rectified as on dates

                          7 12 2015

                          12 02 2016 my second service

                          27 02 2016 as it not rectified

                          I became hopeless nd even arguement took place by me and manager gopal garu and he made a decision of opening the clutch cover for low pick up complaint and gear shifting by the chief mechanic named mr. Akbar he is the one who repaired til 3rd servicing from first
                          After examining for 20 min he made a conclusion that clutch plates had spoiled an i rejected for paying money as i had warrenty towards engine and mr. Gopal agreed for replacement of spares and they keptbike for nearly 5 days in service point and returned saying they replaced them

                          But later on sounds started emitting from tappets and crank shaft

                          I fed up and took for 4th servicing on 1 6 2016

                          I got shocked by words of manager saying that we will give warrenty only i[censored] people buy accessories as
                          Afety gaurds, silencers, mega wheels from showroom

                          I had doubt regarding this from when royal enfield has started giving warrenty to chennai made products in showrooms

                          I clearly refused to take my bike in such a condition and left

                          They asked some senior mechanic to observe and he made a clear notice that some parts to b replaced as
                          Cam wheels, head assembely, tappets, engine bearings and given me a price as 9000 in period ofwarrenty

                          As i had friend in service point let me known that is a well used trail bike and its first service had completed on 4 10 2015
                          I attached bills regarding everything

                          The funiest thing is they charged me by labour charge too as on 1st nd 2nd servicing

                          I had a doubt that im not new to enfield even i had my old enfield of 2009 model used for 4 successful years by me
                          Eve though complaints cant be in such a huge quantity

                          As i questioned my friend in service point he said truth that the head is been replaced by some electra silver in warrenty issues

                          They even took full amount of bike as if its fur and on road charges

                          They not even rectified any problem til today

                          O i approched u people for justice as even before at time of 2nd servicing i made a complaint regarding my bike

                          I completely fed up by service provided by saran motors

                          O
                          Im here to make a clear conclusion that either my amount towards my bike to be returned or replaced by new bike

                          Now u people are the decision makers of this issue nd it not just matter of a bike its a matter of reputation of a firm for about 115 succesful years since 1901

                          I think this issue can be enclosed before a span of 15 days

                            Heavy noise during gear shifting

                            A) From the day one using THUNDERBIRD 350, I was suffering a gear shifting problem. i.e: while shifting gear downward[protected] a heavy noise use to come out from the gear unit. I used to get this noise not all the time I shift gears but very often.
                            B) I had informed the showroom where I bought the byke at the time I got the registration and other documents, but they said ‘since this is not a major problem keep continue riding and...

                            I was given my Electra for second service after receiving of no of calls from Service Center works manager on 21.6.2016. They told me that vehicle delivered on the same day. But on evening when I we went for delivery that female works manager at Service Center doesn't respond up half an hour and later says polish spray not available we can't deliver the vehicle. on second day also same problem continued. I asked to deliver the vehicle n she says pay the charges and gave a bill stating spraying charges.. I wondered, she only says spray not available and raised bill for spraying. And her behavior is also very rood when I asked for reason.. I am totally unhappy with this type of behavior at Service Center. I never thought Royal Enfield service like this. They are behaving like money suckers.

Because of the extra money he was going to fixed extra money from throug his seneriar incharge mr umashankar... He was very rude and rash directly he approach extra money from me for harry delevery... I hope i will get a solution for this problem from u people this is my humble request i want vehicle as soon...

                                I went to service center 3 times for same complaint. Every time they said, problem resolved. You won't feel the pain here after. All the three times three different supervisor"S approached me. From my point of view issue is with fork. But they changed the handle bar twice. Still I am feeling the pain in the right shoulder. My father had old model royal Enfield and i am not newly riding the bullet.
                                I want to change the front fork assembly completely. To rectify this issue.

                                    Tik tik sound from inside the engine. when i am talk about this with company they ask me to contact with service center and i am go there and no response from dealer and mecanics and ask me come sunday when i'm go sunday agency is close.my bike is 12-2052 model as this problem is from starting royal enfield give no reponse.i'm complaint last time after this i'm register case in court.if royal enfield read this call me for full information about problem and dealer who is not work properly.no is [protected]
