I am sukhwinder singh from bathinda (punjab) i have royal enfield family classic 350 black 2014 modal last 18 july i went to the ajay auto royal enfield workshop in bathinda city for repair of my bike sach like self start problem & some another issue. i am will know royal enfield bike are lyk a horse that's need proper maintaines & time. i doesn't consider royal enfield disadvantages of engine because my father owner of since 1989 modal royal enfield family all my family ride bullet royal feeling.
Now i discuss main problem issue of royal enfield workshop mechanic & supervisor in my city ajay auto.
When last 18 july i went for repair of self then after some time open the component of engine part he (mechanic) told me your bike self start bearing is damage so that replace approximate price 4700 but you pay some sach 400 money for me i replace bearing defected parts change he told me you sit down in customer waiting room after some time he replace parts of another bearing that's fall in garbage of scrap change in another bike (machanic ne apna zugad kya thaaa income ka) after all i paid 400 to machanic because i my bike self start run smoothly. i doesn't paid officialy 400 rupee. supervisor of workshop doesn't focus on costumer bikes doesn't provide proper guidance & manage staff of machanic he always chat on mobile phone.
Workshop incharge mr sharma always busy in paper work in own room. all infrastructure is comfortable newly fresh for costumer but quality of machinist is cheap. i am not personally attack on staff people they didn't my enemy. but i have only wants provide quality faithfully & my money does not waste. you know very will demand of royal enfield bikes in punjab & punjabi people lover of royal enfield bikes
Please solve only my issue & doesn't punishment for this anyone because they didn't fault, fault in social system & moral values of people

I bought a Royal Enfield shirt from the kannur dealer Vibrant Automotive on july 1st 2016, which cost Rs 2400/- shirt colour got fade, wen putng it the colour sticks on body. will i get the product replaced

    Wrong Invoice and PDI pending Issue:-
    Company- Royal Enfield.

    Firstly I have booked the Classic 350. But showroom people told Royal Enfield classic 350 has longer waiting time. So they suggested me if you want early delivery go with Royal Enfield classic 500cc bike. We will deliver you within 15 days. So I changed the booking from Royal Enfield classic 350 to Royal Enfield classic 500 (DS). After 10 to 15 days showroom people called me to deposit the rest amount and said your bike came. So I deposited the pending amount and signed necessary form. After that I didn't get any call from showroom. So after 5-7 days I called them and ask the bike status they said it will take few days to deliver the bike. So I asked them if it will take time why you asked for money. This argument continue for few weeks after they said you Bike is ready came and take the Bike.
    On the Bike delivery day they said we will give you the invoice tomorrow. After lot of argument they provided me the invoice. I took the invoice and came out from there. But I didn’t convinced myself so I cross verify the truth of invoice with Area Sales Manager (Sanjiv). What he said I got surprised! He said this invoice number is belongs some other royal Enfield 350 cc Bike. And asked me sent all my documents to his mail id. So I forward all the documents to his mail id. After lot of discussion again showroom people provide me one more invoice. I don’t know how they register the Bike with false invoice.
    In between first servicing was done. In next servicing while generating the bill they service center people said we are not able to generate the PDI is not completed for your bike, we will shot out this and sent the copy in mail. After that sent the copy. When next time visit for any work same word they repeated. From second service to till date I’m struggling for resolving the issue.
    Even second time I dropped a mail to Royal Enfield’s ASM (Sanjiv) and royal Enfield customer care to validate the invoice truth but neither Royal Enfield customer care people nor Bangalore ASM (Sanjiv) responded to my mail. Now I feel I cheated by above mentioned people and get a diffractive bike. Kindly replace the bike with proper bike or returned my money. Otherwise I’ll reach to consumer court for providing the wrong invoice and PDI issue.

      I brought re classic 350 cc bullet in the month of august end in cvs motors. It was a customized color and there after few days i realized it was clearly repainted and had few spots of black on questioning the agent said it was company defect and will be rectified during service. As i had bad experience in service in cvs service center with my old bike, gave it to yelahanka service station and during the service the side sticker was removed during cleaning and paint had worn out in the process. 2nd service i had to give it to cvs and had no option and i was never disappointed me, as expected the service was pathetic and non of my painting issue was fixed. On questioning the agent (Pawan) said you can get it on saturday. As a gift i received no parking for service ignorance. Post my complain, my service issues where fixed but painting had to be given for 5 days, i ignored. The above issue was reported in jan 2016.

      Last service someone had made a dent on my petrol tank and now again 5 days without my bike is painful. Dent issue was reported last service.

      The question which arise for consideration in this case are – if one of the most luxurious brand of the car, namely, Mercedes-Benz, which is represented as the world's finest automobiles built on a simple principle "even the best can get better" gives trouble within first day from the date of its purchase and which remains for 414 days in the workshop out of 616 days i.e. from the date of purchase till date of filing the present complaint., would a consumer be satisfied by such a car, And, whether the multinational company manufacturing such a car is justified in not replacing the car or refunding purchase price and instead engaging in protracted litigation? Whereas it is claimed that Mercedes-Benz is not just about building a safe car but it is about making the road a safe place.

        I's purshased a royal enfield classic 350 6 months ago but it's front shocker is not working properly from starting, they were leaked. i was complaint on nearest showroom on first service but they ignored. i repeated my complaint on 2nd service and 3rd service. on 3rd sevice they were shouting loudly and said it was not in garuntee.
        Please slove my problem.

          Today i have my bike for service in east india agro industries pvt ltd.
          59b, matheswartala road (china town), kolkata -700046.

          This was a paid service i have been promised to get the vehicle delivery at 5:30 pm but unfortunately they have started to do water wash at 6:30 pm followed by teflon polish which dragged another 40 mins approx.

          Since the counter for the billing will be closed i was asked to pay for the bills before bike is delivered. now i got scratches on bike with no option left.

          Either the fix the scratches on my bike or i am filling a consumer complaint with the bills and pictures.

            I bought the tbt 350cc, lightning gold on 27th march'2016 from sangam autos, a-23/6, 1st floor, site-iv, link road near mohan nagar flyover, sahibabad-ghaziabad, u. p.

            From day 1 when bike was handed over, the battery indicator was blinking & handle was bent to left side then i complaint this on 1st service & the issue was resolved i. e odometer & handle was replaced after so much argument done with the agency supervisor.

            After 1st service & one or two days after the service i found that the mud guard paint was peel off from right front side. i requested to the service supervisor & shown them to verify & trying to either change the mud guard or repair that but he refused & replied me that this is not the defect on the part this comes when some one hits or manually peel the paint with some metal. now here my point is that means the re paint quality is very poor if the paint was peeled off, my bike is single handed drive vehicle so it is impossible for me to hit or making scratch on bike on which i have spent my whole hard earned money.

            Second thing which i found is the engine noise. the engine sound is not like a real bullet sound, there is so much noise in engine in which i feel that the tappet or something will hit in engine which was mix with the engine sound & create the tik - tik noise continuously.

            I clean my bike everyday but i don't found the chhan - chhan noise which comes from the front side of the bike which looks like some screw is loose.

            When i bought this bike i feel that i have spent my hard money in some very good product but after going to the service station my moral got down & think that this is the worst company on which i've spent my hard earned money.
            Now i am going for 3rd service on 23rd july'2016.

            I wanted to re officials to give positive response & replace the mud guard & clear my queries which come within 3 months

              Hi sir, i am rajiv and vehicle no are tn 01 at 6075 - desert storm, myself received my bike from service centre - alappakkam (sri velavan motors) last week 5/7/2016 with bad condition, oil leaking in bottom continuously, air check not done, rust removal and polish not done properly, myself really wexed in this time service, invoice details - sinv[protected], service amount are rs. 5611.00, myself call service centre regarding these complaints they reply very casually that return to service centre, but myself in out of station, my father only available and he didn't ride my bike, myself request the service person to come and solve the problems and their reply are very shocking that they said that charge again for these service, purely this is service complaint by this my parking tile got damage and oil still leaking. advice this time these service centre takes responsibility and solve my problems other wise me and my friends circle won't give in service centre.

                Dear sir, i was purchased thunderbird 350 on[protected]. first payment i was made on[protected]. full and final payment done one[protected]. fancy number i was selected it's my own effort from rto. for customers communication service between you and me is totally zero. each and ever movement followed by us, while delivery the vehicle i am totally disappointed, because such a costly bike i took at delivery road side platform, this is the way are you treat yours valuable customers. my disappointment are followed, 1, number not stick on the number plate. 2, head light black sticker not stick, 3, petrol coupons not issue, today delivery list my name not included, delivery time not keep up and so many on, delivered at sri venkateswara bike zone, pallikaranai, reg no tn-09 — ce-2255, hope my expectations is 100% at least you must satisfy 30%.

                  Sir,
                  I purchased a classic 350 from Kays auto in Gt karnal road around a month ago, and hardly in 15-20 days i could see a wear and tear in seat of my bike and i have hardly used it,
                  This seems to be a defected seat because we dont expect such a poor quality from a brand like ROYAL ENFIELD
                  And there are other few parts on which i can see rust and there is a iron piece on the tank as well which seems to be a defect i just want to know what is actually going on and what is the quality testing team doing and what are they hired for ?????

                    Hi, i am deepan i have given my bike royal enfield classic chrome 500cc for a service. While getting back the bike the dealer has charged me for air filter which i have not requested. With out intimation they have changed and made lot of searches on the bike. When i asked the mechanic says the person who took the bike and made charge sheet was absent and they won't be response for the scratches in the bike.

                      My bike has some problem with injector..and is not responding..technicians at muzaffarnagar agency are not able to sort it out..the bike is just 8 months old..sort out my problem..n train them properly..

                        Dear sir, i bought a new classic 350 bike from royal enfield in october 2015. now it has covered a distance of 9000 km. 2 days before when i was riding the bike, there found some slippage in chains with sound and when checked it was found that 6 teethes of sprocket (rear side) found in broken condition. i bought this bike for rs 1, 51, 000 and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. i am completely unsatisfied with this. my bikes registration number is ka 02 jf 3691. please do the needful. regards, kiran. r s1317, 4th cross 2nd stage bharathnagar, byadarahalli, bangalore 560091.                           Dear sir my bike registration number is mh47 j 1211 i bought this bike in 24 novenmer 2015 and after 7 months i found sleepage in chain i found my 15 teeths broken. its only been 7 months and this bike didnt give much time to its parts. a low cost bike give more time to their parts then this 350 classic. these types of parts in royal enfield really disappointing.

                            I have booked my re himalayan on may 02 in i speed motors, no 29/13, medavakkam tank road, ayanavaram, chennai - 600023. i was promised by the sales representative (brighton karthick) that the bike will be delivered to me in 45 days, but till date i did not receive any further communication from the dealer or so. i feel that they expecting a call from the actual customer? when i called to the center they say that, we will arrange something by 10th of this month. i was really surprised and visited the showroom yesterday (07/07/2016), no one in the showroom is able to answer any of the questions related to the himalayan, when i asked about the recent change in the shaft for the tappet noise, hard gear shifts, the service cycle or accessories available. : (they also said that if i want i can take the displayed product in the showroom. after that i explained the actual issues in the old lot to them and insisted them on a newly produced product after july 2016, then they agreed and said they we will arrange something by 15th of this month.

                            Last complain is that, they insited on paying the full payment, even before the actual bike is ready. i really feel this is not re, you guys do everything for the customer and try for their satisfaction. please look into this issue, as this may lose your actual dignity as a brand.

                            Really worried now, i just filled my finance documents yesterday (07/07/2016) and it got approved today too. but really thinking of the decision to go for it or not.

                            I was very much interested and happy to know that re's engineers to give a great product like the himalayan, and also trying to solve its minor issues, that usually occurs in a new vehicle launch. but no one in the actual showroom are ready to sell this product. they instead say, why cant i take the gt so that they can deliver it by tomorrow.

                            My question to re, please answer them:

                            1. is the actual production of himalayan not started?
                            2. if i get the product in the new lot will it have those minor issues?
                            3. why there is a communication gap within showroom and your production unit?
                            4. please tell me about the accessories, especially the crash guard for himalayan.
                            5. atlast please tell whether my decision to go to himalayan is correct or wrong?

                            I booked Thuderbird 350X at this showroom on 30th March 2018, they promised the delivery in 45-60 days, No one bothered to give a call and update us the exact delivery date. Today after 80 days i called the show, the person who attended the call did not have clue about the delivery. Any customer would at-least expect a call and inform the delay. I presume they have huge demand for their products so they don't care about their customers

                              Dear Sir, I bought a new standard 500 from royal enfield in november 2015. Now it has covered a distance of 8000 km. 2 days before when i was riding the bike, there found some slippage in chains with sound and when checked it was found that many teethes of sprocket (rear side) found in broken condition. I bought this bike for Rs 1, 80, 000 and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. I think the low cost bikes available in the market will give more life to parts than this. I am completely unsatisfied with this. My bikes registration number is KL-41-K-5355. The photographs showing the broken teethes of sprocket are attached herewith. Please do the needful.                                 Dear Representative,

                                The complain I have is
                                1. With regards to the Paint quality on the Fuel Tank of Classic 350 ASH color. A few weeks back some petrol spilled over on the fuel tank and remain in that condition through out the night. Next morning I try to clean it and I see that the tank has turned yellowish. That color is not going at all. I got the Polish and Coating as well done but to no use. And the issue will even appear on next time as well. I need either a new Paint job or a new Fuel tank.
                                2. The vibrations in Classic 350 (new one) is too much. I cant see anything in my rear view mirror when I touch a speed of 55 on a highway. It is too dangerous to drive without visibility from behind. A big issue. I dont know what can be done with it, but it has to be resolved in whatever new models/versions you come up with. It is risky for anybodys life.

                                  I brought a Royal enfield classic350 on
                                  1-1-16 it getting rusted all over parts and I complained to them they ignored that and I made 3 services complaining about mileage after each service it is becoming worst than before and that to those sounds from tank and suspension it is horrible, to say that royal enfield is good brand it's just a mad thing, worst company not responding to our problems and making us to pay money for your nasty work...

                                    Unseen case and not even heard about this but it happened. i bought reds and it was just 2 months and was riding on a highway in mumbai was on speed 60 kmph, i went through a small pot hole the bike's front wheel went through without any hassle but the rear wheel got a impact and the spoke which connects the drum (cast iron) it just got broke, 4 spoke point got broke and even the wheel got a bent. my friend was seated he weighed just 65 kgs. the service centre guys said they are getting this kinda issue for the first time their. i claimed for insurance. but i need a reclaim and proper explanation for this from the royal enfield company.

                                      My bullet 350 std run only 9200km and found 3-4 teeths of rear sprocket tear off. since i was taking a regular care of the bike and regular chain cleaner applied even after so much care and very smooth driving i got this problem. bt the service centre people telling this is due to lack of maintenance, but in my case its not the exact reason bcz i am using royal enfield since 10 years nd know how to take care of my bull. i love my bullet so much and behave very gently with it. after all precautions and care i got this material damage problem and re is not taking any responsibilty towards this. its totally not justified and i am getting annoyed eith the services. plz look into the matter and change it under warrenty scheme.

                                        I bought a royal enfield thunderbird 350 asphalt. I went for my 1st service. The bike was out the next day. I expected a very good service but i was wrong. The bike handle made some sound and my leg guard was wobbling. I felt that the leg guard wasnt there to guard my legs but to hurt them more. I went for a re-service and then said everything was checked. A week later when i am on the road my silencer fall off and i had to get hold of that hot piece of metal and fix it all by myself. The same day on my way back the rear disk break failed and i escaped an accident. Then a nut from the right side of the leg guard fall off to do the cherry on the cake. I'm afraid that the bike came with its insurance but made me get my life insurance done. I'm sick to be buying a bike by paying full cash was such a waste.
