Jab se maine bike purchase kia tab se mujhe engine se ajeeb awaj ati thi, service man k kehne par maine 2 bar engine ki awaj thk karvai, par vo thik abhi tak nai hui. Dear Sir I purchased bike last year October 2014, I getting different sound from engine totally upset bcoz where giving huge money for taking the bike but now this much sound i am getting afraid about this please help

    I purchased thunder bird 350 from delhi dealer in saraswati vihar.North delhi motors.No proper responce from the staff is there, no proper guidence regarding bike is given.As i called dealer miss renu is there regarding no demo given at the time of delivery she told that we are getting late at the time of delivery because its 7 pm thats why we cant gave proper demo.Very shocking
    reply from her.Ihad to drive the bike on road without guidence how to drive.What type of dealer & staff is ther who is playing with life of customer.

Not only they have done poor quality service, they did not issue the bill and receipt for the service.         COMPLAINT:
        My vehicle has been given for service on 12/5/2016 for full general paid service (including oil refilling) my vehicle was hand overed to me on 13/5/2016, 5.30pm and payment for the service is settled on delivery. Within 25 kilometers on running my engine was ceased with over noise and heat. I checked my vehicle and found out that engine oil was not provided. I informed dealer. They doped my vehicle to the service centre. I informed the complaint to the company.
        I need a suitable loss of pay . i want to replace my engine with free of cost regarding your company fault.
        Otherwise i will file my complaint in consumer court.

          Greetings,

          This is swapnil pabrekar on of the moderators of valiant riderz. I own a classic 500.
          I have a very bad situation & i am reaching out on email for help.

          I need to replace my wiring, i have ordered the wiring from s. P wheels official re service center vasai start of the march month.
          Its more than 45 days now & i have no clue what should i do with my classic500 without wiring.

          The wiring number is 591877/d, after the first order & 25 days waiting i received 591877/f which is easily available in market but doesn’t fit to fuel pump.
          It was returned & wait is till on; i was being advised on changing the fuel pump which i don’t want to because i really don’t want to change any default settings.

          I am sure a big enterprise like re would have solution to my problem. Please don’t disappoint.
          45 days of waiting, rides missed & missing my ride; please don’t add to the demotivation.

            I went for my lagoon 350 bullet service at royal enfield service station putlighar amritsar at that time i said there some problem in back wheel it's created some unnecessary sounds and that thing mentioned in job card on dated 29.04.2016

            today i visited again your service centre with same problem the engg. Said due to broken of spring the drum is damaged and it's cost rs. 993

                I want to complain about my thunderbird bike which I buy on[protected], the issue with the bike of engine oil leakage started after 200 km.It was reported to
                the dealer and after several visits it was taken care of and when after 5 times of visit and for 4-5 long month time the bike handed to me with engine noise.I complained about engine noice and now last 1 month the bike is with the dealer and even after so much time they haven’t done nothing to remove the complaint of enjine noice.the bike spent not more then 2 months with me but is standing at dealer service station for other whole time to get it ok.Now the meter of the bike is showing 1000 km .Is this how royal enfield treats with their customers. I am sorry to say that I am having a very bad experience after buying it.Even your service enginer mr ritesh having the above no -[protected] is so rude on talking to the customer or many times he don’t bother to pick the phone .My bike ch no-ME3US5C1FD197069 AND ENGINE NO-U3S5C0FD744264.Please let me know if something can be done about the bike or should I go to the consumer foram as I haven’t spend 1.4 lakh only for mental harassment

                  During the bike purchase only i have noticed this and complaint about it to the the show room manager but he compromised me saying that it will auto settle after 6000 km but this issue was persisting even after 6k km when i gave service to resolve this complaint... I got more worst sound than before... And no one in the service center giving me proper response, after spending around 1.6 lac rupee in this bike its so embarrassing to ride with heavy noise in traffic where everyone noticing me like an alien.

                  I love bullet but this company service to the customer is so worst and i am more worried for my bike.

                  We customers are more in number and need resolution..

                    Its been one year since last i bought my thunderbird, i am facing the problem of gear shifting especially from neutral to one it always gets stuck while shifting the gear.

                    We pay so much of money for this bike and we have to face such a situations.

                    May i ask re engineers to look into the same, many of my friends are also facing the same problem.

                    I am also facing the same issue while changing the gear from first to neutral. Brahma Motors Wakadewadi Pune could not solve the problem in last 2 servicing. I have escalated it to RE Customer Care, will update the status as I hear from them.

                    Overall service experience is very poor by the dealer and RE never bother to seek feedback from the customers.

                    Very surprising to see such poor customer service process from RE in the competitive world of 2 wheelers.

                      I bought tb 500 on 21 april 2016 ever since i bought this product of so called royal enfield, it should be pathetic enfield i have visited dealer 4 times for one or the other reason, after spending 2 lac for this carp it gave me pain in my butt as a return gift, lets talk about quality of product it is one of the worst product i have ever come across, got accessories fit from dealer, leg guard damage bike mudguard, got torn seat cover, upside down head light fitting and icing on the cake today i started my bike after some time may be after 2 minute it got off automatically its red switch i think which is kill switch not working tried starting for 30 minute but everything was in vain, now you guys either fix everything once for all or take your stuff back and return my money, else i will file a suit against this pathetic royal enfield company in consumer court it wont cost me anything coz my brother is an advocate also post this mail on all social networking site to promote your pathetic product as a goodwill gesture.

                        I have purchased the best selling byke of the world, so called the the royal enfield electra 350 model 0n 19 jne 2015. Chasis no-me3u3s5cofe782772
                        And engine no - u3s5cofe782772. The battery of the above mentioned byke having serial no 18fez1066046, got faulty in the month of apr 16. After removing the battery it is found that it is of some local company naming "wind". After spending rs 1, 40000/ if a company can not provide a good company battery, god will only know what is the future of consumer industry.

                          With due respect and honour I would like to inform you that I am an owner of thunderbird 350 lightning. I bought my bike from Sahila expositions Guwahati and I have done its service yesterday but due to unavailability of parts I am feeling uneasy to ride. The parts known as horse pipe is no available in the dealer.And they have not provided any specific date so I am in trouble. And I just want to why the parts are damaged soon since those are very costly for eg. racer, disc plates etc

Despite of many complaints this problem has not been yet resolved. They took my bike for 10-15 days after every 1 month but the result remains same. I am fed up with their service.                                 I have purchased 500CC desert storm on 2015 November, i am facing many problem in few months silencer, head light, sped meter, black smock, now fuel gauge. if i logged the compliant in customer care no response, they are not consider as a customer. after first service silencer colour change, after second service black smoke, after third service fuel gauge not working i am pushing 3km . if i raise the complain no response form both end.

                                  I have purchased royal Enfield 350 from geetanjali tower Ajmer road jaipur in the first week of January 2016. Two services of my bike has already done but some sound is coming out from bike engine and self is not working properly. I have already complaint to service centre after first service about the sound .At second service they have changed some parts of engine. But engine sound is still coming out.as u Know my bike is only 4 months old. Battery is also not working properly. So I am not satisfied with the service of royal Enfield. My bike is under warrenty period. So pl. don't ignore my complain and help me.

                                    I have purchased a royal Enfield classic 350 motorcycle from aditi motors Jaipur in September 2015 and from the very first servicing which is free from the company my bike is having a problem of starting and noise in engine even after 4 services from the same service center the problem is still the same and now they said some parts have to be purchased and it'll take time also in six months the engine needs to be done overhauling I m seriously fed up with the service quality of Aditi Motors Jaipur

                                        My Classic 350 went for a general service as well as some repair work for head lamp, oil leakage...both the service and repair was worse and more over after 3 - 4 weeks from the service the wiring inside got burnt and there was huge smoke in the bike from gods grace there was local mechanic near by and removed the fuse further I complained to nearby royal Enfield "High speed motored - purasaiwakam" still they didn't take any action towards please make sure it to be soon or else have to go for local police station and file a complaint further - thank you
