From very first day when I purchased my bike(Thunderbird 350 MH-12 LZ-5567) from RE, I am complaining about Engine & Forks noise. But problem is not yet resolved.
RE had made multiple attempts of engine repair to solve engine problem.
Below details of engine repairs has been done by RE.

1 : - First Time Changed Upper Part Of CYLENDER HEAD And Changed TAPPET Setting With few Oil Filters(15 Days Plus).
2 :- Second Time CRANK SHAFT And Lower Part Of CYLENDER HEAD Was Changed(10 Days Plus).
3 :- Third Time Block Piston And RING SET Was Changed(5 Days Plus).
4 :- Fourth Time Middle Part Of CYLENDER HEAD(4-5 Days).
5 :- Fifth Time RPM Setting Wheels was Changed(1 Day Plus).

After all of this RE should give me complete Replacement to me or my cash back to me,
I want RE to take this issue seriously and reply back to me.

I am following with RE from last 6-7 Months and don’t see any positive response from their side.

Please suggest me from where I will get resolution for this issue.

    I am wishing to buy a thunderbird 350. I am a native of Trivandrum. Firstly I contacted concept motors, Kazhakoottam. I aked there to contact a executive to collect the advance amount from me. And they didnt contact me till this date. Secondly I contact Marikkar motors Trivandrum. They are compelling an amount of rupees towards logistic charges. Kerala Government banned the unnecessary charges. Thirdly I contacted Sivaji motors Karamana. They are also compelling to pay Rs. 900 towards oil charge. Most funny thing is the three dealers are collecting different amounts. Im shocked . What can i do. Please help me to buy a thunderbird 350 from trivandrum.

      Dear All,

      This is with reference to my booking of Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 CC, TWILIGHT Color with order no 807, dated 19th Oct 2012 in the name of Miss Shirisha D (This vehicle has been booked on my wife name) at your store Brand Stores, #7-1-644/3/A, Plot No 3, Sunernagar colony, Near E.S.I Hospital, Erragadda, Hyderabad – 500038. As per my booking order form my waiting period for the above mentioned booing is mentioned as 3-5 Months. As per order booking form I have given by Mobile No & Communication Address for future reference. I have paid by cash Rs 5000.00 (Five Thousand Rupees) as advance for booking Royal Enfield Thunderbird 3500 CC, TWILIGHT Color with Receipt No 17294. (Please find receipt and order booking form attached).

      So far i have called to Store Number several times, I spoke to Mr Prasad / Deepak[protected] / 65534345 several times. Every time I call them they say that your booking is in process / it will be coming soon / please call next month again. I have called on 26th Nov 214 at same above mentioned no, and spoke to Mr Deepak now he is telling that he can’t trace my booking in your system as it’s a old booking. I asked have you given my booking to someone he disconnected my call and later I have given a email to Mr Murali Krishna at [protected]@royalenfield.com on Wed, Nov 26, 2014 at 1:07 PM. For which I have not received any revert for the same (Please find the below email for your reference).

      Later I have sent one more remainder to Mr Murali Krishna at Sat, Mar 21, 2015 at 8:14 PM at his email ID [protected]@royalenfield.com (Please find the below email for your reference). For which he replied as below.

      “Reply from Mr MuraliKrishna“I tried reaching out on the number mentioned at your signature. Its not reachable. For all the old bookings we had called and updated regarding vehicle availability. Your number might not be available or busy may be. However, we will check with the data and revert regarding the booking.

      Based on his email I have called him on 29th March at his mobile no mentioned at his signature [protected] and briefed him the entire story from beginning and he said that he was somewhere outside and he will check the records and confirm me by Monday Morning before 10.30 AM.

      After my remainder on Monday Morning at 10.30 Am to Mr Muralikrishan I have received call from Mr Deeraj (Store Manager Eraggadda[protected] from your store has called me at 11.23 am. He started the discussion with ruthless / loud voice when I asked about my booking status. He is simply arguing with me stating that he has called me 2 times to inform and etc all non sense. Is he talking to a customer or he is not taking to his housekeeping staff?????, Is this the way you guys train your staff to talk to your customers??? I felt very embarrassing... He was talking in this with very high tone. He immediately disconnected my call and I called him back to back for several times which he is disconnected my phone call (please find the attachment of telephone call history).

      Later immediately I called Mr Murali Krishna (ASM) and briefed him the incident, he took Mr Dheeraj on conference call and he is not accepting the truth that he was arguing and disconnected my call and dint lift my later calls. I have informed to Mr Murali to investigate in this matter.

      Immediately he rushed to Erragadda store and checked Mr Dheeraj mobile phone and confirmed me that he has my missed calls which he confirmed me on my watsapp (please find watsapp image attached). Later Mr Dheeraj called me accepted that he used high tone and disconnected my phone call while I was talking and disconnected my phone calls.

      He is a big bluff master I have been hearing this from long time, I presume that he have sold my bike to someone and you guys are trying to patch the gap. I think that there is some high level gambling in this case which RE needs to investigate and put the culprit behind bars. The way he is talking is unacceptable corporate culture, Is he talking to a customer or he is not taking to his housekeeping staff?????

      Please let me know why you have not called me back after I made a booking almost 3.5 year by now? and secondly when I have called your numbers they say all stories that they have still not received.

      Now I came to know that you have discontinued that color without informing me or intimating through phone call / email / SMS / post / courier. Inspite of my several phone calls made were not answerable properly.

      I am demanding for the compensation of Rupees 1.5 Lakh (One Lakh Fifty Thousand) for my mental agony and inconvenience caused, Legal expense, correspondence, telephone and transport charges or waive off 1.5 Lakh from the total cost and balance i will pay it for RE TB 500 CC Dull Black Color delivery in Bangalore Jaya Nagar Store.

      I request you to kindly look into the same and revert at the earliest; else I will take a strong legal action through legal procedure.

        Worst and pathetic pre-sale service in royal engineers royal enfield showroom at uppal, hyderabad. Royal is there in their name but not there in their behaviour nor in their business.

        They are not the dealers. They are the brokers for some local financier. They allot vehicle only to those who opt for finance from that financier only, so that they get a commission from the financier. And the interest charged is also higher than the market rate.

        No ethics in their business.
        And the person who allots vehicles is a real cheap and worst guy. He told me that vehicles are available but he will allot me only if i take it through their financier, so that he can make some extra money.

        Who is more important to you??? - a customer or your side commission

        Please don't go to the royal Enfield, uppal showroom then can perform over action only not business and work thease guys don't give any response to the customer's

            Dear Sir,

            I have raising the complaint of engine sound during the second free service and also in each service till date. Presently the same problem exist in the engine. In second service the have changed the cam wheels, for an month the sound was minimum but then after it again came to the same position.

            Please look into the matter, and try to relsolve. This bike was purchased on 20th Feb' 15 from Sanjeevni Automobiles, Bellary, Karnataka.

            Sir,
            With reference to my complaint dated 6th Feb' 2016, the vehicle was taken for repair. They have replaced the engine bearing and changes done some lathe works in engine head and they returned bike to me after 08 days.

            But the resultant is same the engine sound still exist and I am not satisfied by the job carried out. I have got an defective engine. Already twice engine has been opened twice after an running 14000KM.

            Please suggest, what I have to do, whether to complaint in consumer court for replacement of vehicle???

            Please revert.

            Break levear,heat light

            Right side turning to bike touch break levear to the road, the big complent 60 kl meter after battery down, heat light power down, self no working, heat light off 10kl meter go to after using selp working

              meri bike no DL-1SY 2519 jo maine[protected] ko kharidi thi. meri bike ki bettary kharab ho gayi hai. kal jab me kays auto near gujranwala town pr apni battery ko lekar gaya to wahan pr computer operator hemant ne bola ki jahan pr aane service karvayi hai wahi pr hi bettary problem solve ki jayegi. uske bad jab me amar auto near jhilmil metro station pr gaya to waha ke manager ne bola ki jis showroom se bike kharidi thi wahi pr hi aapki battary problem solve hogi. Sir me 03 din se pareshan hu. But meri Battery Problem ka solution nahi ho saka hai.

                I m complaining about my royal Enfield bullet classic 350cc I brout new bike from tecnic motors from bangalore . I purchased new bike on19/06/2015 some issues frond in my bike I m telling to service manager but he is not concertrating . But vehicle is in 2years garante.so royal Enfield company should call me.

                  I have force to change my chain sproket for the 2 nd time as my bike never cross 19000kms i doudt the quality of the product and the manufacture. I am not sure why this company is not taking any step to address such a poor quality of product delievered to the customer. I am not sure why no action as taken to address these prolong issue.

                  Its really hard to say such wondeful product running with poor quality of spare.

                    I purchased 350 enfield classic bullet last year.Since 500km my bullet engine started making dity sound.I complained about my problem regulary during servicing and other days but the problem was solved temporary very time and every time i have to face the problem.During my bike warranty i kept telling about my bike problem to every reponsible person of enfield company but it was not solved.Now my bike km is 14000 and i have kept it in my service station at saini motor margao goa for same problem and reported again to regional manager of enfield.Please help

                          I buy a bullet STD 350 UCE.After that I ride 800km then faced a lot of problem by swing arm bend, electrical complaint cause burn of fuse.so I request to company all the peoples give respect to the royal Enfield but now the bullet have no quality yet all so respect is also going like that.So concentrate the quality of body material, wiring etc.

                            I Own an Bullet Electra, All The Services Are Done On Specified Time at Authorized Dealer.Two three Days Before I Noticed That The Rear Wheel Of The Bike Is Wobbling And Was Shocked To See Multiple Spokes Are Broken And That To In Normal City (Kochi) Conditions.I think almost 70-80% of the spokes are broken. And yesterday[protected] I took the bike to the service center, they told that there is no warranty for the spokes.They told me that the spokes are broken as they are not tightened properly. When I ask about it they told that its not done during the service as there is no staff or that but Its is clearly specified in the User manual that the spokes are checked and tightened during the free service. There service is also very poor they are not doing what we ask to do, the complaints we say are not solved the same complain occurs after the service too
                            As it is due to there negligence the spokes are broken why should i pay the money?

                              Within 10 days after the repair work done in DHONE Service center the Gear shift lever has been found completely broken. ( See Pic attached )
                              Is this is the quality supplied by Royal Enfield?
                              The Bike has not even completed 3000km wherein the same problem has occured 2 time within 15 days.
                              This concludes there is major manufacturing defect in the Vehicle.

                              When running on Highway the vehicle lever has broken and vehicle has come to 1st gear suddenly - somehow I have managed to save my life.
                              This is a very serious issue and I have lost complete faith on Royal Enfield & do not want to drive the same bike again.

                              I offer you two options to conclude this huge error which could have cost my life on the highway:

                              1) Take the bike and hand over back my money ( Royal Enfield is free to cut whatever amount they want to cut for 3, 000km usage )
                              2) Replace the complete bike. (During the breaking of the lever there was lot of gear box noise )

                                In month of Nov I have purchased a Royal Enfield. The Gear Lever is coming out.
                                The Dealer DONE PUNE tried to resolve the issue but the problem is coming again & again.

                                  Hi, I bought my classic 350 9 months back and completed 8, 400 Kms. Almost 16 teethes of chain sprocket are broken. I am highly unsatisfied. I was using a Honda Unicorn prior to this and I used it for close to 10 yrs, covered 85, 000 Kms. I had to change the chain sprocket only once. RE spares are of very bad quality. When I checked with service center for a replacement, they said they would have replaced it if this has happened within 4, 000 Kms. I didn't understand their logic. Why does company give 1 year or 10, 000 Km warranty. Please advise whether I can get my bike chain sprocket replaced under warranty. Recently I got the sprag clutch bearing replaced. I had to chase the service center guys every day to get this replaced. They even kept my bike in service center for more than 4 days and delivered it back without changing it. And later on had to create lot of issue to get this done. I request the company not to manufacture such defective, worst quality products. We pay the money you demand to purchase this bike and we wait for 6 to 7 months to get the delivery. Please don't disappoint the customers. Please don't spoil the name of this brand.

Sir or mam.I recently bought(14 dec2015) tb 350 stone black i ride only 5oo km, but recently I found the engine was dig badly sound, and last week i was serviceing den 2 day latter the big sound showed up. I know sir you help me plz. Service center boy chittering me. I pay full of cash 1.62 lak. Only 25 day the sound is hurting me. Plz sir exchanged the bike. The bike sound video capture me.                                       I recently purchased desert storm 500 from ABC MOTORS TIRUR dealer and I met an accident and I gave bike for service and I am really sorry to say that the behaviour from the side of staff they don't know anything about the product and services and their behaviour towards customer they don't know how to behave while attending customer and while calling and all so really I really feel now to sell my bike

My bike has an wiring defect. every service i complain about it they resolve it and after 3 to 4 mths the prob reocures.. i complain it to the dealers service manager he said we cant give any permanent solution but are ready to give 6 months warranty for the wiring job they wil do.. i have contact teritory service manager. he said the same. so what should i do. if the prob reocuresthe main problem is the company had sent us to unauthorised service center for 18 months and are now not taking any responsibilty of that period. if so then y they had send us to unauthorised service center.and why company has given them dealership if they did not had a service center 24/12/2015 mobile no [protected].resolution is company should fully solve the problem and take the garantue that problem wont occure again
