Dear All,
This is with reference to my booking of Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 CC, TWILIGHT Color with order no 807, dated 19th Oct 2012 in the name of Miss Shirisha D (This vehicle has been booked on my wife name) at your store Brand Stores, #7-1-644/3/A, Plot No 3, Sunernagar colony, Near E.S.I Hospital, Erragadda, Hyderabad – 500038. As per my booking order form my waiting period for the above mentioned booing is mentioned as 3-5 Months. As per order booking form I have given by Mobile No & Communication Address for future reference. I have paid by cash Rs 5000.00 (Five Thousand Rupees) as advance for booking Royal Enfield Thunderbird 3500 CC, TWILIGHT Color with Receipt No 17294. (Please find receipt and order booking form attached).
So far i have called to Store Number several times, I spoke to Mr Prasad / Deepak[protected] / 65534345 several times. Every time I call them they say that your booking is in process / it will be coming soon / please call next month again. I have called on 26th Nov 214 at same above mentioned no, and spoke to Mr Deepak now he is telling that he can’t trace my booking in your system as it’s a old booking. I asked have you given my booking to someone he disconnected my call and later I have given a email to Mr Murali Krishna at [protected]@royalenfield.com on Wed, Nov 26, 2014 at 1:07 PM. For which I have not received any revert for the same (Please find the below email for your reference).
Later I have sent one more remainder to Mr Murali Krishna at Sat, Mar 21, 2015 at 8:14 PM at his email ID [protected]@royalenfield.com (Please find the below email for your reference). For which he replied as below.
“Reply from Mr MuraliKrishna“I tried reaching out on the number mentioned at your signature. Its not reachable. For all the old bookings we had called and updated regarding vehicle availability. Your number might not be available or busy may be. However, we will check with the data and revert regarding the booking.
Based on his email I have called him on 29th March at his mobile no mentioned at his signature [protected] and briefed him the entire story from beginning and he said that he was somewhere outside and he will check the records and confirm me by Monday Morning before 10.30 AM.
After my remainder on Monday Morning at 10.30 Am to Mr Muralikrishan I have received call from Mr Deeraj (Store Manager Eraggadda[protected] from your store has called me at 11.23 am. He started the discussion with ruthless / loud voice when I asked about my booking status. He is simply arguing with me stating that he has called me 2 times to inform and etc all non sense. Is he talking to a customer or he is not taking to his housekeeping staff?????, Is this the way you guys train your staff to talk to your customers??? I felt very embarrassing... He was talking in this with very high tone. He immediately disconnected my call and I called him back to back for several times which he is disconnected my phone call (please find the attachment of telephone call history).
Later immediately I called Mr Murali Krishna (ASM) and briefed him the incident, he took Mr Dheeraj on conference call and he is not accepting the truth that he was arguing and disconnected my call and dint lift my later calls. I have informed to Mr Murali to investigate in this matter.
Immediately he rushed to Erragadda store and checked Mr Dheeraj mobile phone and confirmed me that he has my missed calls which he confirmed me on my watsapp (please find watsapp image attached). Later Mr Dheeraj called me accepted that he used high tone and disconnected my phone call while I was talking and disconnected my phone calls.
He is a big bluff master I have been hearing this from long time, I presume that he have sold my bike to someone and you guys are trying to patch the gap. I think that there is some high level gambling in this case which RE needs to investigate and put the culprit behind bars. The way he is talking is unacceptable corporate culture, Is he talking to a customer or he is not taking to his housekeeping staff?????
Please let me know why you have not called me back after I made a booking almost 3.5 year by now? and secondly when I have called your numbers they say all stories that they have still not received.
Now I came to know that you have discontinued that color without informing me or intimating through phone call / email / SMS / post / courier. Inspite of my several phone calls made were not answerable properly.
I am demanding for the compensation of Rupees 1.5 Lakh (One Lakh Fifty Thousand) for my mental agony and inconvenience caused, Legal expense, correspondence, telephone and transport charges or waive off 1.5 Lakh from the total cost and balance i will pay it for RE TB 500 CC Dull Black Color delivery in Bangalore Jaya Nagar Store.
I request you to kindly look into the same and revert at the earliest; else I will take a strong legal action through legal procedure.
