I am Xavier, In the past I have used Royal Enfield bullet for 20 years and covered more than 5 lakh km without much problem, recently I have brought newly launched vehicle by Enfield, GT CONTINENTAL, expected same performance, this vehicle is one-half years old, having basic design problem, since, the day brought this vehicle is having series of problem every time I was asked to bring the vehicle to your OMR service center, after the service many times I have pushed the vehicle till my residence. It was informed to the service center but, no solution so far found and they were taking it easy and only use to give false promises. No proper service setup, no trained quality service engineers, no responsible person @ your service center for this newly launched vehicle. I do not know what do to with this vehicle, I feel I have made a blunder in purchasing this vehicle, in one-half year I have taken more 20 times to your service center (many times service center not registered) no proper system, I do not know what do with this vehicle, I feel I am cheated by the so called familiar Brand, I have wasted money, no proper customer support, your service manager Mr. Mohan never picks up the call. Your service engineers not properly trained to attend above 350 ccs, please stop doing trails at the customer end, I have incurred heavy financial loss and time, image. Mental agony. Please help me by this problematic vehicle with the bullet 350 cc
