I have already submitted the advance payment against my purchase of Royal Enfield classic350 to one of the saler in Bihar namely Bhagwati Moters, Bhagalpur, Bihar. My booking order number is 215 dated 5/11/2015. I was given the time estimate of45 days which is already over. I m being physically and mentally harassed and the dealer is not providing me with appropriate answer. Therefore I request the authority to kindly address the problem otherwise I would be forced to file a complaint in consumer forum.

    I had booked royal enfield classic 350 in skys showroom in aurangabad maharashtra in december 2014.but then i changed my mind and applied for cancellation of the booking and refund of the booking amount of Rs.5000 on 6 th jan 2015. but inspite of repeated feedback i have not received my money.

        I am jay makwana from mumbai mira bhayandar i took royalenfiled thander bird 350 through your authorised dealer (UNISONS MOTOR ) it has baan 6 month old and i face engine problem from lst 3 to 4 month the service center dnt take it seriously nd They had kept my bike with them from last 3 months but didn't gave me any solution regarding my problem and now they chang crankshaft and bearing nd all bt than it to the problem is not solve so m requsting to change and replace my engine m nt satisfied with UNISONS MOTOR..contact me [protected]...           Dear Sir, I was bought Royal Enfield Bullet 350 on 16-July-2015 from Shiv Motors, Tara Mandal, Deoria by pass, Gorakhpur UP. 1. After 3 days of purchasing, there are chain noise problem is arise, so we contact the service centre. Service centre person send the Bullet to Lucknow Service centre and return after 15 days- Problem rectified. 2. Again on 14-December-2015 Silencer heat issue is arise, So again we contact Service centre, the service centre people replace complete piston rings set and hand over the Bullet. 3. Again on 16-December-2015 Bullet having starting issue arise. I would like to inform you that there are manufacturing defect in my Bullet, Kindly replace the complete Bullet.             Disappointed by the dealers attitude from beginning. I purchased bike on 24 Jan 2015 since than pilot bulb of right side not working with each service I was given assurance that this won't happen again but very few days it stop working. Today I was shocked by the dealer refusing me to give free fourth service due to just month gone ahead of the time.dealer name Sahara motors Ahmedabad

              I am very disappointed with the services provided to my Bike Royal Enfield Standard 350 on 6th December 2015 around 11 am by Manzil Motors, Gurgaon, HARYANA. They charged me Rs.6200/= and just made me fool. And this is not the first time this is the 4th time when they did with me. They have given my bike to MR Sonu for servicing and he taken almost 8hrs but I was unable to understand what he did with my bike in whole day because my bike was better before service even He (Mr Sonu) was unable to start the bike after that don't know what he did with carburetor and start the bike and give it to me but bike only reach home by hook or crook and now i am unable to drive and made a bill of Rs 6200 by giving some list of defects like chain set has been damage etc. I had strictly told them to service my bike to a specific person and they just told me okay but it will take some time. I said take your time but they have given my bike to service to a new inexperienced guy. When I questioned Mr Vinod about this they gave a very simple answer " don't worry ".                 Gentile Reminder.

                Still my vehicle has not been delivered and there is no response for my call from the showroom located in kancheepuram NH4.

                Vehicle Number: TN09 BV 3600.

                physically and mentally facing lot of problem without my vehicle.
                I have spent more than 10000 rupees (CAB charge) on transport for last 1 week.

                kindly take an action, else I have to file a case against royal enfield on the consumer court.

                  Hi, I have very bad experience withSidh Auto Royal Enfield Pune. Staff is extremely arrogant and irresponsible. In last 1 month, I had to do bike servicing two times due to bad service quality. Staff treat their customer like they are doing some favour to them. They keep standing customer long hours without attending them. I am totally disappointed with Service station and planning to sell out my bike.

                      Engine noises - i have been hearing some weird noises from engine since day 1. The technicians from royal enfield always make some adjustment and they is to give back know my 1 year warranty also completed and no royal enfield technicians saying there is problem in engine and we are helpless.

                      I request royal enfield consider my compliant as priority and replaces the bike. If not i will compliant against royal enfield in Consumer court

                      I request royal enfield consider my compliant as priority and replaces the bike. If not i will compliant against royal enfield in Consumer court

                      I hope royal enfield will react to my problem.

                      my bullet is 4 months old.25 days back i noticed both the rims are bend by 6 inches each.i ve talked to show room.they have called me. byke under warrenty.can i get the rims replaced free of cost.please brief me.Thanks

                        I have purchased Classic 350 black Color in the month of April, 2015. It's been only 8 months from the date of purchasing and bike is creating problem for me in every month. first time i have replaced clutch plate, second time Battery and now the chain set (teeth) has been broken, even the km drive is not much higher . As on today 12/12/2015 only 4156 km has been driven. I urged the authority to take strict action against the company . The quality of services are very poor. Kindly take strict against and revert me asap regards Gaurav

                              Dear Sir I have bought the Royal Enfield Classic Motor Cycle (MH-47-J-458) and got the delivery on 11/11/2015 from Ishna Wheels, Goregaon West. Mumbai After 5/6 days of purchased this motor cycle started making noise from the front. During my first service on 28/11/2015 I have informed to service representative about the Noise and he informed me that the front fork was loose and tighten the same and given it to me. A very next day after service the bike again started making noise from the front. Again I had visited to service center and explained the same thing to your representative. He again done same thing (tighten the fork) and given it me. Again (2/12/2015) it started making noise again. I do not know whether this issue is from service side or this bike has a manufacturing defect.As this is the third time I am visiting to your service center. The other issue with the fuel tank where it needs to replaced due to tank has got bubble of paint on the top of it. I am unable to understand how come the problem started coming within a month. I really doubt about the manufacturing quality and the Quality control.

                                Wanted to enlighten about my experience with service from M/S. Sai Ram AutoCraft, B Narayanpura, Bangalore I gave my vehicle Classic 350 (KA 01 HH 8279) for service as part of my 4th Free service and as well as for 5th paid service also. During both of service I complained about a problem coming from engine areas while driving the vehicle at 1st/2nd gear while pressing the clutch. The sound is pretty evident and can be easily heard and felt at the foot over the gear pedal. I went on a test drive with Service Advisor Bharath on my 4th service and showed him the problem. But it didn't got rectified. Now I gave for 5th service on 5th Dec to service advisor Som Sunder, he too went for a test drive and said he understood the problem and will rectify but will give me the vehicle on 7th Dec. On 7th Dec when I went to collect the bike at 4:30PM and took test drive the problem was not rectified, in fact none of the issues I reported on the Job Card was done except engine oil change and washing(Washing was also not very clean, there was mud under the silencer and below the mud guard and over the engine area). Since Som Sunder was on leave Floor Incharge Vikas attended me, we again went for a test drive and I told him the problem. I waited there till 6pm and was informed that vehicle will be given to me on 7th and they need to change couple of things as part of "test and trial" to rectify the problem. Vehicle was delivered at my home on 7th and Rs1740 was collected, when I took the test drive the noise from the engine due to clutch movement was still present. Now here's the real problem, when I was driving the vehicle to office today morning the moment am lowering my raise due to some pothole or speed breaker the vehicle is stopping and because of this behaviour I was about to get hit by a bus as my vehicle stopped in between the road. The bus braked hard and stopped nearly just 2inch away from my bike's tail light. I was really shaken as is this what the service centre has tested before delivering the vehicle to customer? I tied calling Vikas on [protected] several times to help me how should I drive the vehicle but he didn't pick, somehow I reached office and contacted the service centre and got the number of GM Mr.Vinod ([protected]). Mr.Vinod was very candid is speaking and understood the whole scenario. He said he will call me within 30mins. But in 30mins Vikas called me, he was very rude and unprofessional while speaking, instead of trying to understand my problem he was vehemently telling to come to service centre and show me the clutch problem and bike getting stopped at lower speed, he said once he confirms then only he will attend the problem and he said he cant commit by when he will give me the vehicle back. The way he was speaking was like totally rowdy as he might got irked that I spoke with GM directly. Now is this what I should expect from Authorized RE service centre, that they will not rectify the problem, give the vehicle in some accidental condition and will speak like a rowdy? Rowdy part, as I come from Bureaucratic family and any unlawful activity can be very well taken care with a single call. But what about the vehicle? Giving the vehicle in accidental condition is OK? Please took into the matter immediately and help me to resolve my vehicle's problem ASAP.

                                  Purchased a Royal Enfiel classic 350 on 14th nov with temp no.(HR99 WE TEMP0418) from KARTIK MOTOR, PALWAl, HARYANA. He promised to give a Form 20. Within 2 or 3 days as it was inter State. Agency can only provide this Form 20. Today is 5th my temporary is going to expire on 14th. I don't know what to do ?

                                    Hi sir, I am satheesh from coimbatore I have new classic 350. Last week services 24NOV2015 in eicher motor (RE) services centre in peelamedu. company store coimbatore - 100098 01DEC2015 my bike spark plug leakage the oil i requested to services centre there are no responsive. This complain is very small only one work tie the spark plug. But not atten the any one in services center. This is not correct.

                                      I am P.S R S SARMA working at Hyundai motor india engineering Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager.I have been using Classic 350 cc vehicle since 2 1/2 years.Recently 20 days back i have gien my vehicle for servicing at Royal Enfield (Kompally branch).For that serviving particularly they charged 9000/- for general servicing and changing of spare parts like chain, chain sprockets, break liners, and for vehicle front and rear wheel alignments.after servicing i found different sounds from my vehicle while changing gears and while applying breaks, my battery got discharged, then i have gone to the service center and complained regarding that.they took my vehicle and told that it takes 2 more days to resolve.after completing that again i took my vehicle back but the problems which i mentioned are not solved at all..since then i took my vehicle for 2 more times to them, the same thing got repeated.Atlast 4th time when i took my vehicle again they told that clutch plates have to be changed .for that they charged 2200/- again and my battery got completly discharged so that i can't even start my veicle.Even after changing the clutch plates i found some sounds coming from by byke when i change gears. the service of royal enfileld at this branch is completely careless and after servicing a vehicle they are not at all bothered to test ride the vehicle to check whether the problem got solved or not..i totally paid 11200/- for servicing my vehicle .but the problems in my vehicle have'nt got solved at all

                                      After registring a complaint, I got a cal from SVR engineering (royal enfield service center), I took my byke to them.They checked the complete vehicle for fifth time and again they asked me to change the bushes in front shock absorber (Rs1150/-) and completely replace the rear suspensions .Iam so surprised that before giving my byke to their service center my vehicle has very few problems after their servicing lot of problems started in my vehicle costing me more than 15000 at once.
                                      If i question them regarding the new problems araised, they are obviously saying that Royal enfield vehicles have more complaints these days and the vehicles are more delicate when compared to older ones.
                                      I have been using it since 21/2 years and i didnt expect to change the complete rear suspension as my vehicle ran under single hand since all these days.
                                      *****The servive center lacks experienced technicians who are capable of solving problems rather than doing general servicing*****.
                                      Till date i spent 11200/- for a single service, but no problem in my vehicle got solved which i mentioned them initially.

                                      *****Problems existing in my vehicle after 4 TIMES servicing are :
                                      1) Oil leakage
                                      2) Front vibrations (mentioned at the tym of servicing, Now this time they are asking me to change the front suspension bushes)
                                      3) Vehicle wiring problem ( After replacing new battery in my vehicle it got started)
                                      4)When applying 1st gear sounds come fro gear box(for this they replaced cluctch plates ans pressure plates(Rs 2200/-)eventhough the proble exists)
                                      ****ice center people told that they charge xtra money will be charged to solve these problems***

                                      ******Bought Royal enfield byke with very high expectations but these kind of worst servicng and Problems in byke suppressing them all*******.

                                        I bought a Royal Enfield classic 350 almost two years back from Kolkata Bike Zone (Royal Enfield showroom) . However till date I have not received the smart card from the showroom. I have been regularly following up about the same with the showroom. Every time they say that the smart card will be printed this week but no results.I have been out of India since last six months but I have to call the showroom every Monday. Please help.
                                        Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
