Sir or mam.I recently bought(14 dec2015) tb 350 stone black i ride only 5oo km, but recently I found the engine was dig badly sound, and last week i was serviceing den 2 day latter the big sound showed up. I know sir you help me plz. Service center boy chittering me. I pay full of cash 1.62 lak. Only 25 day the sound is hurting me. Plz sir exchanged the bike. The bike sound video capture me. I m not very good in English so if you understand my problems, help me . My name samir basak.my bike number wb06 m 4248. Thanks

    My name is bharat jagwani I purchased classic 350 blk on 31/07/2015 from Dhone Automobiles Pune from FRIST DAY I have knocking problem in engine 5 to 6 times i give my bike to they service center n from 20/09/2015 till 08/01/2016 was with them but my problem was no solved I am not satisfied n when I give my bike for service at 500kms n they return my bike at 1400 kms n they don't solve my problem n I asked them y u used my for 900 kms they told that we took a trialed have they miss use my bike n what they did with my bike 110 days in they service center n problem is no solved . n they forced me to sign the satisfaction from n who is responsible for my miss use of my bike n when my problem will be solved reply me no one is give me proper solution . please help I am very harrsment by them .

      Hi, i have purchased RE tn01ay4789 thunderbird 350 es marine in june end 2015 in velavan motors greams road, Chennai -06, i have done my 1st free service in same company service center which is in chandhok center anna salai, mount road, chennai, after that on 04/10/15 october my vehicle met with an major accident, at that time i have sent my vehicle to the same branch ie. 05/10/15, service adviser name tanizh mobile num: [protected] job card number: RJC[protected], and they have changed complete frame (chasis) and front full portion, for that repair they took almost 1 month for repair, and the bill was around 45k, in that 1 month time actually they should dosecond service also but they didn"t, after that floods and after we have no timeto do, few days back i went for service in velavan motors which is in porur because of very worst and dangerous service done by velavan service center ie. chandhok center anna salai chennai, 1, the main fork bolt was very loose which we can turn with hand, 2, the main wheel nut was also in same position and full vibration and woobling of front wheel and chain was also making tooooo noise, at that condition vehicle is totally out of control while driving, and also almost met with an accident again and again, after that repair job i have done 500 kms only till now, and i have taken appointment for service in same branch on 12/01/16 (tuesday morning 11am) i was so afraid of giving my vehicle in same worest service center so i went to porur service same velavan motors on 1st day ie. 11/01/16 morning at 8:30 am i went to for service they asked for appointment which i dint have, at that time i explained the condition of my vehicle for service manager but not responded, simply after that they gave appointment booking mobile num which is never responded number on that same day not only for me so many people are waiting and facing same problems, again they took an appointment directly by service manager which he was given on 13/01/16 morning at 09 am, as per booking i left my vehicle for service at that time i explained every single problem to service adviser, and he told me a major thing that chain was damaged and it should be replaced how come the chain will damage only 1, 500 kms done and saying that wont cover in warrenty and also he promised the delivery time by evening around 05 pm at that time i gave a bell to the service adviser([protected]) while i am starting from my place i asked for conformation he explained me that he will get back to me but no response after that, so i started all my way to service center and they searched for my vehicle which was not at all touched for service and simply saying that i wont finish by today you should come tomorrow by afternoon, and how rude this people are very very irregular, finally i am leaving my vehicle in service center i dont want my vehicle back they can sell or they can use it, its waste of my time and waste of money, we are royal enfield fans we have more than 3 vehicles we love royal enfield and we respect, but we have never seen this kind of service in my whole life, kindly dont loose our love, please please kindly take necessary action and do needful thanking you

        Dear sir, I have taken my Royal Enfield classic 350 cc in February 2014. within two years my silencer got rusted and cracked from inside.           I am writing this mail regarding complaints about the dealer “Kaizen Motors, Vytila, Cochin.”. I am having one classic 350 and I have given the bike to the dealer 2 weeks back for changing both rims. But today I have noticed that they haven’t change the front rim. They only change the rear one. But they charged for both the rims. This is not acceptable and I want proper explanation for this issue. I have several bad experience from this same dealer and also my friends . Please advice me to get compensation for this issue.

          I'm complaining about the kaizen motors serivce issue. I have a standard 500, due to some issue i was told that tgere is a need for changing the chase cover, and i was told that the part should cone from chennai.

          I was told that it would just take 2 weeks only, and It's been 2 months. When ever i contact, i just get a reply that i should keep on waiting.

          I thought royal enfield will be giving a wuick service. Can anyone help me in getting my ride back ??
          I'm complaining about the kaizen motor service near vytilla. I had visited nov 2019 before my warranty expiry. There are some parts which have been rusted . The service guys informed that they dont have some parts like starter motor cover, rim hub, etc, it would take time, after reaching will be informing. At till this date no call from kaizen and last week i visited kaizen they were talking as if they dont know, not ready to show a job card.

              Hi, Santosh here, i have bought TB350 on 23rd of Nov, and had faced a serious problem with the way it delivered. I have even discussed Problem with Robert-Before sales regional manager This problem was discussed with Nitin Gupta- After sale area manager, as he was suppose to give me contact of Before sale area manager(Ramesh) but even the same with him. Below image is about the conversation with Robert-Before sales regional manager I'm really unhappy with the way how RE treat to their costumer and The way showroom people talk or have conversation with customers.                 Model : 2012 On 3rd service(after 9 months o[censored]sage) when I contacted Service engineer of St.Marys motors Chittoor road, Ernakulam for rust issue on silencer, they told that now a days the build quality is below average and they are getting more complaints like this but we don't get any replacement from company. Most of the people are modifying/altering the silencer so they are not aware of this issue. Contacted Mr.Bino P Job, Territory Service Manager. Mobile: [protected]. He is asking proof regarding the discussion on October 2012. This is one mode of cheating customers. Please direct/advice me how I will get compensation for this. For your clarity I have attached the snapshots.

                  I i'm very much disappointed with the pathetic service from one of Royal Enfield Authorized service center. The staff are very reckless and irresponsible with customers. I gave the bike for service and its been almost 3 weeks but still it is not done. The service manager is giving all false promises. he told that the bike is ready for delivery for 4 times, like a stupid i traveled 20 KM hoping to collect the bike but all the 4 times same response "bike is not ready it will take another 2 days" i had to skip my office and traveled all the way to hear the [censored] answer. And just because of the **** service i missed out my new year bash i could not got for outing.
                  If authorized service centers are doing like this then where the customers have to go?
                  Better close the service center and just keep showrooms only

                  Such a big and premium brand giving poor and worst service. We are paying lakhs of rupees to own a bike and feeling proud for that but you guys are not bothered to give proper service and its not even free service.Finally you are cheating the customers.

                    I have booked a std 35utc from synergy motors sakinaka .The only reason being it is a authorised showroom thus hoping to get a clear picture rather involving any agent got through them to be said product.while booking was given a clear picture about the bike and when asked about the delivery was told it could possibly arrive as soon as possible and for giving a great ashority that the bike would be giving before or your bday thus was very thank full to them .On paying the booking amount same got a msg from Re as same BKNG[protected]. For queries, call SUNIL TIWARI on [protected]. SYNERGY AUTO INC.Thus being a litle impatient called on the same for inquiry after about 10 days didn't get any respond for the same .Finally on 27dec was able to get to him after getting repitative call on futher inquire was told that the said variant has not arrived in the months lot.Same inquired for delivery was told it would be delivered not before than 10jan a week after the due date hence self told him would come to the showroom for a clear picture.Thus today just after leaveing from work went to the showroom further inquiries the above mentioned csa was not available .On proceeding to the desk other staff name unknown who was there at time of booking was available thus inquireing further told the same story with the same lame reply as the delivery would possibly done not before 10-15 thus self got very upset with the reply as Re being a brand for the quality orinted people . I Truly hope there would be a reply to the mentioned incident.Hope a little amount of revert is given for the companies true legacy.It would be highly appreciated.

                      I bought a Royal Enfield TB 500 on[protected]. Its 10 months over and my bike got breakdown 3 times on road and i have to toe it to the service center. The reason is FUEL PUMP NOT WORKING. The service center guys says they changed the fuel pump, but after changing also why this is happening again. I dont want this bike.                         I have a query regarding customer service..my bike has odometer reading of 3500km and bike is brand new only 3 months old. When i have given it for service it was good but after service its engine was making noice. I think that my bikes new parts of engine are replaced with older parts.. And i am not satisfied with customer service of jogbala motors pvt.ltd. ajmer.. My bike is new and it started appering old by making engine noice although it is in gurantee period.. Pls mark my query and do something as soon as possible to solve it. Thank you

                          As i purchases classic 350 in Bangalore.till i run over 600 km there was no any problem.in the bike..once i given for 1st service in Bangalore cvs motors the problem started..there s huge sound while shifting there gear ..and cam wheel also got loosen and there is a lot of sound in tat like tik tik..which irritates many times i wen to service centre they will see and repair next day again the problem is same...there is lot of problem in gear shifting and clutch problem.and also lot of noice and poor pick up...wen i given for the second service also i explained them the problem..but after service also they dint look up properly and same defect..am feeling like i hv gotta a defect model bike...there is no good response from the service centre instead they charge us instead doesn rectify the problem in the bike...take my bike back refund my money or else rectify my problem in the bike..                             I want to complaint against royal enfield. I purchased a royal enfield – Electra 350 in February 2015. I booked this bike in December 2014 to deliver on 13th February (committed on booking slip) two days before my engagement/Ring ceremony and the booking amount was RS5000. On 13th feb 2015 I didn’t received it they told me that I had to call them before two days of delivery so that they can arrange it however my loan was already funded. For continuous two days I did follow-ups and after a lots of arguments they called me at night of 16th feb 2015(when I was busy in my engagement ceremony) they called me and ask me to come to their office and receive the bike. I wasn’t able to leave the function hence my younger brother had to leave the miss the function (memorable day of my life) to receive the bike from the showroom. He came back with bike around 10:30 at night when the function was finished. At the end of the day, I was anyhow happy that atleast I got the bike, but problem was not end. Next day in daylight when I saw a dent on the petrol tank which wasn’t identified at last night due to dark, also break light was working without taking breaks. Self-start switch sometimes work and sometimes not. I called in the showroom and told the problem. They asked me to come with bike. When I visit there, they gave me a slip to replace the tank from their workshop but the tank was not available in workshop. They took almost 3-4 months to replace that after so many calls and visits however problem with self-start switch is still exist. CURRENT PROBLEM- after some days I got to know that engine gets off automatically with a very noisy sound while riding it. Due to this I was about to hit by another vehicles on the road And somehow when you self-start the bike in gear it moves forward suddenly without releasing clutch. At the time of each service I complaint about this in workshop however they guys are making excuses that it happened with every bike but not solving it. Problem still exists. It seems that I got a defected bike. I am totally exhausted with the services of royal enfield. It is very bad experience with royal enfield, wasn’t expected from a brand like ROYAL ENFIELD.                                 Hello, I have a thunderbird 350 it has just completed a year in may 2015. I had digital meter issue before bike completed a year and also informed the dealer regarding the same. They said they dont have meters in stock. So i emailed Royal enfield customer care service email id. They gave me a contact number after a week and several emails to whom i contacted he said they will get meter in two weeks but it is been a month now and there is no communication from Royal enfield also they are not replying to my emails also. Update: It has been 8 months now and no one is responding to my complain from royal enfield.

                                  Hi, i brought 350cc standard on 20.10.2014 in Coimbatore hopes branch now i complete 15000 km now is starting problem in chain sprocket teeth was brooking continuously really i unexpected this from royal enfield . i dreamed royal enfield was such a very good and big quality brand but now i thinking i choose wrong brand . small brand two wheeler chain sprockets are giving long life and good quality . thats all not brooking . we paying more than 1lak but we not getting good quality . i need answer from your side

                                      Really i felt bad by buying the royal enfield classic 350 i ride till now 7000 km alredy engine valve setting problem has been issued and vibration becomes more day by day what the hell work ing assembly doing by royal enfield i dont know how the dealers are accepting this vechile...i alredy complaind to the dealer but no response form them...and handle stem was getting bend heavy right pulling it was really hard to handle a bike wen on road and my contact number [protected]

                                        Today 21 December the least satisfying day for me. I own a thunderbird black it was having some issues with it as I increased the speed by 40km/h it started sounding like beep-beep. Months passed but the issue remained the same. Yesterday sunday i thought of giving the bike for some minor repairs like alignment and the beep-beep problem. I visited lamba enterprises service station Subash nagar new delhi, the advisor whom i received his name was Gagan. The mechanic there checked my bike I talked to the manager there. They prepared my job card and informed me "we have to hold your bike to detect the problem" I agreed and they asked to call today that is monday for my bike details. Todat at 3:00pm i called the station the same advisor Gagan attended the phone and said yes your bike is ready please collect it by 6:00pm today. I reached the service station by 5:15-5:20pm. I headed to the billing counter, I was shocked to see that my job card was missing, I waited for 10-15 minutes, I asked them to please hurry up I'm getting late, he said your job card is not here, he called upstairs and asked for my job card. The cashier said sir the guy upstairs is bringing your job card please wait! I again waited for next half an hour I rudely asked "is this a working system here"? The cashier asked ME to go upstairs and ask for my job card. I was in such a hurry that I didnt bother and had to go and ask the guy upstairs said there is no such card here please take your query downstairs. I wentw downstairs again the cashier asked sir go upstairs and call your advisor down i gave him a thrashing look. Again I went up asked the advisor Gagan to please come downstairs and please tell where is my job card. He was so rude he simply said "I dont know I took half day yesterday go and talk downstairs" it was such a shock. I wentw downstairs i shouted some guy came and he found my job card upstairs itself. There was some guy with the manager/head i spoke to him I said "is this your way of service" he didn't respond much simply asked the cashier to first do my bill. He still did 2 bills before me and then mine. I was so angry so annoyed felt like selling my Royal Enfield. I went outside to collect my bike. Bike was so dirty like it was not washed from past 3 years. I myself requested some peon to clean it! I waited there for 2 hours for such small issue. I did 15km today the problem is still same it has not even changed by 1% I want ask the company what have you charged me for? Waiting and not satisfying. I don't know what the matter is with royal Enfield this type of service we don't even see in government banks. I want my bike repaired and I'm not gonna pay one single penny. Otherwise I'm gonna take this issue to consumer court. Let me talk to the manager. I don't want to waste any minute now i want it to be repaired.
