As per my RE Thunderbird usage experience in past 4months (bought it @25th May, 2015 in Aravinduja Motors), i faced a lot of issues in bike and incapable of service delivery.

Until 3000kms, i didn't face any issues in engine. Once i passed 3000 kms,
engine starts misbehaving as follows:
1)Tapping Noise started in every 200kms (when engine gets heated on drive) and then its keep on stable for every km.
2) Whenever, i try to clear the issues in service center. They are not providing the proper solution. The chief mechanic person (unskilled) also can't identify the problem.
Regarding this issue, i regularly visit the service center every 2weeks. I compliant twice about engine tapping noise in Aravinduja Motors.
Based upon the unskilled chief mechanic statement, i moved into other service center - Details below :

Again i'm facing the same problem in service center. The same answer given by mechanic.
Totally, 5times compliant about the engine noise. So far, my problem has not solved. Still, i'm visiting regulary every 4days to legend motors
My query towards RE manufacturers & HRD:
Please don't design the failure engine model & i heard from purchaser - 80% are not satisfied with engine (manufacturers).
Really, i don't know the minds of RE human resource recruitment team. How they recruiting unfit mechanics in service center.
Wants to know about my bike status?? Really my bike will get back into action or i consider as died??
All i got from RE - Waste of time...!!! Waste of money...!!!

I had purchased Brand new Royal Enfield Classic-500 before a year for my son from Sarabhai Motors, Ground Floor, Sukhdham Towers, Nr.Bikenerwals, Nehrunagar Cross Roads, Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad-380015.
Since purchase there was battery charging problem and it has not yet been resolved. Motorcycle had been put for repairs numerous times in very first year but still there is no resolution for that from the Company. The warranty period is about to expire and I am worried that after that I will have to start spending on the motorcycle. In fact when one buys new Motorcycle his expectation is that it will give trouble free enjoyment atleast for 3 years. But I am sorry to say that even in first year I am not enjoying the same.
