I am G .Rajesh customer of quality motors located in karimnagar as i went to showroom for my bike service and automobile problem of bike .replacement of shock obsorver of 6 months bike but the showroom man was with igoistict and irrespective behaviour . They cant listen my issue and cant solved my problem . Please do respective persons in showrooms

        Sir I have Royal Enfield classic 350 bike from sahila Guwahati on 22nd may 2015. Within six months front shok absorber got damage after bying. So I goes to sahila on 25 Sep 2015 and changed the damage absorber. But after changing the absorber I get again same problem.so I goes to another authorise deiler GM associat tazpur, which is locketed near my home to sake what the problem is going on to my bike. There are I saw a plastik pipe inside the shok absorber instead of a steel pipe. That away the worker feited a another pipe from a damage bike instead of my pipe.
        But 10-15 days when I ride the bike in a dirty road and when the bike cross over rumble street, my disc and front absorber both get noisy.
        So I called sahila that I again saking the problem and change to absorber but the sahila service manager denyed to change the product bcj I previusly servicing at the Gm associat. But bike and the shok absorber is in under warenty pereiod.
        There for it is my humble request to you too give a risoneble consernd in my mater. Thanks Bhaskar jyoti das

          They advertise they are open 9AM to 8PM but don't get fooled they close on 5px itself. Staffs and management altogether is a disaster for customers. 1) They do not allow proper test drive. only after asking specifically they allowed us a test drive so that we can identify how the vehicle experience is. 2) They only take Cash, beware if you give your cheque to them they are reluctant to process it, means they only confirm your payment after 4 or 5 days. always saying the excuse that they didn't have printout of their account statement. 3) They always do false promise and simply ignore. 4) They tell that they will do the registration, but do not send the vehicle to registration on time. making customer wait for days. 5) Staffs always say excuse like they are only the staff so cannot do anything. I made a mistake by purchasing Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500 from them, I paid full amount of 2, 02, 530/- after they said they have the vehicle ready. But still not delivered, waiting a week for the vehicle present at their go-down. There are many other showrooms of Royal Enfield in ernakulam, this one is the worst, a government office is far better than kaizen.

          Yes I too felt that they are not serious about business. I went around 5 PM and saw many riders as if they are starting off for a long ride.I asked one of the showroom attendent, is it open? He said yes and said he will be back within a minute as he was attending some other customers.As I went in, the showroom seems to be closing, no lights.I said for time being I just want to know the pricing and loan details.Now he is not at all interested and with an attitude like buy or get lost, who cares.And he pointed me to the HDFC bank agent to discuss about loan.I was not even given a leaflet as in any other showrooms.This attitude really makes me believe their after sales services will be worse.I will never buy from them

            On july last week i used to purchase my new royal enfield classic 350.. from the beginning itself the engine noise was not good at all..i used to asked a local mechanic what sound it is...he said its some kind of noise show it to authorised service or give it to where u bought this from..i brought it from the legend motors, tambaram, chennai..their i went with my bike they said its a normal it will change automatically when it runs upto 2000 kms..now my bike 5000 kms done still the problem doesnt solved..i given service to aravinduja motors they also tried but its was not solved..im going to sell it i used to say that the bike quality and service strandard are very worst...i will never buy this company again...

              I purchased a standard 500 from CVS motors, Near Cauvery theatre, Bangalore on August month of 2014. From the day one the bike is having sound from engine (tick-tick sound more than the silencer sound). Four times the bike given for service to same CVS motors to address the issue, but still the problem is not addressed even after one year. What to do, please advice. Thanking You

              I am not saying all Enfield bikes are like that. The service provided by CVS motors was worst.
              Recently, Mr.Pavan, Asst Service manager, from CVS motors called me and assured the problem being solved by CVS motors at the earliest.

                Tank, removed all paint/coating from inside, Why a big company Royal Enfield of India make poor quality products. it have replaced few month ago when, under warranty, but after four, five month again paint removed of new tank. Is Royal Enfield product life only three or four month? i am asking for about four month for replace Tank.but nothing answer from your side.

                  Sir myself Mr Pomesh Rahangdale, purchased Classic 350 maroon on Date 15 of april this yr .After 4 months, battery stopped to work .So because of it was in garantee period, i have given that battery to showroom for exchange, but still after two months passed, i am waiting for new battery. No one gives me satisfactory answer to my quries .Lot of times, i asked in showroom . Sir please help me 😢😢😢😢

                    From the purchase of new bullet classic 350, i have done servicing two times at nanded (Maharashtra), At the time of servicing i have complained that battery charging is failure due to wiring problem... and vehicle is getting kickstart. That's not self start... At first servicing, they have replaced the battery with a reason that battery failure and in exchange, they have given new exide battery. After some days, the new exide battery also gets discharged due to same wiring problem and this complaint we have already mentioned orally at the time of first and second servicing. At second servicing again they have taken the current battery for testing and charging and given the service battery for use. But they have not solved root cause wiring problem. That service battery is also not working having the same problem of discharge. And that's why I am using the vehicle with kick start. Then we have contacted to nanded dealership for our battery complain, after that they are saying that battery is ok, there is some wiring problem and please bring vehicle at nanded to solve the problem. Nanded is 90 kms from my location Hingoli. Each time we are costing 6 litres of petrol. Such type of problem doesn't occurs if they have done the servicing work sincearly. Please do needful. Thanks

                    I had purchased Brand new Royal Enfield Classic-500 before a year for my son from Sarabhai Motors, Ground Floor, Sukhdham Towers, Nr.Bikenerwals, Nehrunagar Cross Roads, Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad-380015.
                    Since purchase there was battery charging problem and it has not yet been resolved. Motorcycle had been put for repairs numerous times in very first year but still there is no resolution for that from the Company. The warranty period is about to expire and I am worried that after that I will have to start spending on the motorcycle. In fact when one buys new Motorcycle his expectation is that it will give trouble free enjoyment atleast for 3 years. But I am sorry to say that even in first year I am not enjoying the same.

                      I purchased a Royal Enfield this year on September. They gave me an option to receive the bike early by ordering Military Green color. During ordering i confirmed on the color on document and they confirmed its green. as there was delay on delivery, they said the kit is sent from company and there is a delay. On arrival of bike i noticed it was painted and when i asked they said its one year warranty for painting. They charged me 20 K extra for the color. After few days i noticed that there was color coming off few parts on complaining they said during 1st service i will get it done. As a bad experience on my 1st enfield service in CVS never gave there and instead opted Yelahanka. Service was good but the side sticker was pealed of during wash and removed some paint. On complaining they said please give the bike to CVS service. 2nd service i gave to CVS and they never changed my view to their service center. Nothing was done properly and even chain guard was broken. after complaining several times I have not heard from anyone. Also the painting is still pending. During delivery few parts where not given. I want file a complain on this.

                        description of the issue:- I suppose to get the delivery of my Classic 350 on 18/10.
                        so I had received a call from showroom on 17/10.
                        When I went to collect the bike, it was surprise that the bike was not available in the showroom but they had to take from some other place in Pune which took another 1Hr:30 minutes approximately.
                        there is no communication protocol between the showroom colleagues & on enquiry about delay everybody starts from the same question.(when have you booked & did you received a confirmed call from Showroom etc.)
                        The showroom colleagues are keen with their Watsapp messages rather then helping customer.
                        while delivery no information about bike(even not promoting product).
                        documents are not provided correctly, I have not received insurance copy & when I realized it & asked to showroom colleague it was a confusion within themselves.
                        I have been told, insurance papers will be coming via post to your address, is it really true?

                          Problem - The bike is giving problem since the day it was delivered .
                          The detail incidence of the event of issues are described below

                          1st Incidence - Bike dead due to defective battery issue on 11th May 2015. The complaint registered with unison automobile Dearler from where this bike was purchased . For 1st Incidence they got the battery changed .
                          the bike had to be towed from Goregaon to the dealer Place . This caused towing charging fee of rs 900 . The Dealer charged me Rs 500 for battery changing. This is new bike and still such issues . we ignored stating that this might happen sometime .

                          Second incidence occurred on 30th Aug 2015 the bike was again dead or broke down in middle of the road due Start up issue . The bike was again taken to unison service center and they kept the bike for 3 days . They detected that there is issue in the start up machine of the bike and they repaired it and gave.Due to this i had to travel by public transport which costed me additional money.

                          Third Incidence - The Service center charged me 3000 twice stating that mud has gone in tank due to faulty petrol which I got it checked as I am filling petrol from same petrol pump since last 11 years and no complaint ever happened in my previously owned bike . this incidence got repeated twice which costed me huge 6000 loss .

                          Forth Incidence - 9th Oct 2015 - there was again repeat incidence of start up issue where when it was again taken service centre they narrated that there is mud in the tank and carbonator but this time I was not filling the petrol from the same petrol as i changed it to Indian oil petrol pump from hp petrol pump and they charged me rs 3000 for complate check up which I had paid them coz that without money they will not repair the bike.

                          Fifth incidence - On 19th Oct 2015 while returning from goregaon the bike's clutch wire broke and i was survived by a major accident as i was on a speed of 60kmph on western express highway at 10pm and I had to tow the bike till house which again costed me huge.

                          The fifth incidence shook my world as I survived a would have happened accident and I have decided to raise my voice for such defective product given to me as bullet is a reputed brand and said to be long lasting bike with trusted parts and servicing promise.

                          Expectation - Bike to be changed or 2.70lac amount to be refunded back to be.

                              Hi I own a royal Enfield electra I took it from AkG Motors, Redhills They was a message to leave the bike for service today(20/10/2015). The managers and staffs did not assure the delivery date after service. They told it could take 3 to4 days for free second service . And more over they were not polite to the customers even managers are rude towards customers . I couldn't service my bike on scheduled date I took off to service my bike .. DONT MAKE FAKE PROMISE TO CUSTOMERS @ ROYAL ENFIELD . You say you can service a bike in 90 mins but . You can't do that even on the scheduled date, you make fool out of your customers Very bad experience. Can this be acknowledged. I could like to speak to top mangers Thanks Dina [protected]

                                I purchased a royal Enfield classic 350 in the month of may from Kay's auto New Delhi today after 4 months i am facing problem about battery so i contacted workshop of above dealership they asked me to bring the battery on the next day to workshop i did the same but unfortunately when i reached there they started to shirk and asked me to come on next day.

                                  I booked a classic 350 on April 14, and after 5 long months waiting I received my bike, which is a defective piece. The handle was having some issue. Had an alignment issue. After rectifying all these issues after first service, I realized that the bike is having a chassis bend. Could anyone tell me what to do?...

                                  I had purchased my Bullet on 23/08/2014 in Mumbai. The dealer is SYNERGY AUTO INC based in Saki Naka, Andheri East Mumbai. It is RE Electra 350. A brand new bike. Unfortunately it had gear issues. It used to skip gears. Then the bullet was given at SYNERGY AUTO INC service center. They informed me that it was a company defect and that they would replace it without any cost. They promised to repair the bike in 2 days. I went after 2 days. RE representative assured me over the phone the bike was repaired. I checked my bike. It was still the same. What they did was nothing. They did some clutch setting. I informed them that there was no work done on the BRAND NEW BIKE. The brand new bullet stayed for another 3 days. So that's 5 days. Great. Why was I told bullet is fixed wherein it is not? Customer service ??? Never expected that from ROYAL Enfield. That was the first incident. Once I was putting RE on main stand, a spring broke from the main stand. Informed SYNERGY AUTO INC about the same & now SYNERGY AUTO INC wants me to pay for that. Why ? Why should i pay for the parts that break on its own. I understand if I cause any damage to the bike/parts, I am liable to pay for it. Why for parts that break/give issue on their own. However, I didn't pay for it and the item was replaced. "Poor customer service". I had to make the RE representative understand about the situation. I met with an accident in March 2015 wherein I had to replace the chassis, front disc brake, fork. I had to wait for the parts for more than a month. RE representative told me that it is their "year end" and cannot order for the parts and that it would take time and so on. I did not care much about it as I was not able to ride the bike. Still how can someone say its a year end. Who talks this way to a customer who has paid for more than a lakh for a Bike. Do they even know what customer service is ? Again, out of the blue there is some oil seal issue. I called SYNERGY AUTO INC to inform the same and then they say that this happens to new bikes as well, so we cannot help it and said that I would have to pay for it. Why am i supposed to pay for all this? If the parts are new & genuine how is it that they get spoilt. Fine, its a machine, parts can have a default. Replace it. Is it that RE COMPANY DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. Just because there is a huge demand for RE bikes..Just make it and sell...there are service centers to take care of all the defects and issues with the bike. Do parts last for 3 months, 4 months 6 months ?? Or is it that I am supposed to be lucky enough to get a part which will work for years ??? China ka maal jaisa.. chala toh naseeb !! Why you want me to pay more. Why should I pay for the issues caused by ROYAL ENFIELD. I have always excused the negligence by RE & its representatives. Not this time. I don't understand how this company treats its customers and what kind of policies and T&Cs you'll have. The experience that is not great at all. The RE Company should know why there are people buying RE. I love my bullet and not the service provided by RE.

                                    On the 21st of September, I had sent an email concerning my RE Electra & a complain towards the poor customer service. Till today I have not got any call in regards to the complain.
                                    had purchased my Bullet on 23/08/2014 in Mumbai. The dealer is SYNERGY AUTO INC based in Saki Naka, Andheri East Mumbai. It is RE Electra 350. A brand new bike. Unfortunately it had gear issues. It used to skip gears. Then the bullet was given at SYNERGY AUTO INC service center. They informed me that it was a company defect and that they would replace it without any cost. They promised to repair the bike in 2 days. I went after 2 days. RE representative assured me over the phone the bike was repaired. I checked my bike. It was still the same. What they did was nothing. They did some clutch setting. I informed them that there was no work done on the BRAND NEW BIKE. The brand new bullet stayed for another 3 days. So that's 5 days. Great. Why was I told bullet is fixed wherein it is not? Customer service ??? Never expected that from ROYAL Enfield. That was the first incident.


                                    Once I was putting RE on main stand, a spring broke from the main stand. Informed SYNERGY AUTO INC about the same & now SYNERGY AUTO INC wants me to pay for that. Why ? Why should i pay for the parts that break on its own. I understand if I cause any damage to the bike/parts, I am liable to pay for it. Why for parts that break/give issue on their own. However, I didn't pay for it and the item was replaced. "Poor customer service". I had to make the RE representative understand about the situation.

                                    Another incident:

                                    I met with an accident in March 2015 wherein I had to replace the chassis, front disc brake, fork. I had to wait for the parts for more than a month. RE representative told me that it is their "year end" and cannot order for the parts and that it would take time and so on. I did not care much about it as I was not able to ride the bike. Still how can someone say its a year end. Who talks this way to a customer who has paid for more than a lakh for a Bike. Do they even know what customer service is ?

                                    Again, out of the blue there is some oil seal issue. I called SYNERGY AUTO INC to inform the same and then they say that this happens to new bikes as well, so we cannot help it and said that I would have to pay for it. Why am i supposed to pay for all this? If the parts are new & genuine how is it that they get spoilt. Fine, its a machine, parts can have a default. Replace it. Is it that RE COMPANY DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. Just because there is a huge demand for RE bikes..Just make it and sell...there are service centers to take care of all the defects and issues with the bike. Do parts last for 3 months, 4 months 6 months ?? Or is it that I am supposed to be lucky enough to get a part which will work for years ??? China ka maal jaisa.. chala toh naseeb !!

                                    Why you want me to pay more. Why should I pay for the issues caused by ROYAL ENFIELD. I have always excused the negligence by RE & its representatives. Not this time. I don't understand how this company treats its customers and what kind of policies and T&Cs you'll have. The experience that is not great at all. The RE Company should know why there are people buying RE. I love my bullet and not the service provided by RE.

                                      I am Amuthan from madurai, I have book a Royal Enfield 350 classic (ash (white) ) (Booking ID BKNG[protected] on 6th july 2015 at Madars Motor Madurai. The sale personMr.selvam ([protected]) from Madars Motor has promised me that with in 90 day the bike will be delivered but now he is telling reason such which color have booked has not arrived have my weeding on 19th Oct 2015 . i have already mention that am booking vehicle for my wedding during booking payment now they are making delay of it which make me more disappointing.
                                      Royal Enfield customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
