Purchased a Royal Enfiel classic 350 on 14th nov with temp no.(HR99 WE TEMP0418) from KARTIK MOTOR, PALWAl, HARYANA. He promised to give a Form 20. Within 2 or 3 days as it was inter State. Agency can only provide this Form 20. Today is 5th my temporary is going to expire on 14th. I don't know what to do ?

    Hi sir, I am satheesh from coimbatore I have new classic 350. Last week services 24NOV2015 in eicher motor (RE) services centre in peelamedu. company store coimbatore - 100098 01DEC2015 my bike spark plug leakage the oil i requested to services centre there are no responsive. This complain is very small only one work tie the spark plug. But not atten the any one in services center. This is not correct.

      I am P.S R S SARMA working at Hyundai motor india engineering Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager.I have been using Classic 350 cc vehicle since 2 1/2 years.Recently 20 days back i have gien my vehicle for servicing at Royal Enfield (Kompally branch).For that serviving particularly they charged 9000/- for general servicing and changing of spare parts like chain, chain sprockets, break liners, and for vehicle front and rear wheel alignments.after servicing i found different sounds from my vehicle while changing gears and while applying breaks, my battery got discharged, then i have gone to the service center and complained regarding that.they took my vehicle and told that it takes 2 more days to resolve.after completing that again i took my vehicle back but the problems which i mentioned are not solved at all..since then i took my vehicle for 2 more times to them, the same thing got repeated.Atlast 4th time when i took my vehicle again they told that clutch plates have to be changed .for that they charged 2200/- again and my battery got completly discharged so that i can't even start my veicle.Even after changing the clutch plates i found some sounds coming from by byke when i change gears. the service of royal enfileld at this branch is completely careless and after servicing a vehicle they are not at all bothered to test ride the vehicle to check whether the problem got solved or not..i totally paid 11200/- for servicing my vehicle .but the problems in my vehicle have'nt got solved at all

      TO WHOM SO EVER IT MAY CONCERN,
      After registring a complaint, I got a cal from SVR engineering (royal enfield service center), I took my byke to them.They checked the complete vehicle for fifth time and again they asked me to change the bushes in front shock absorber (Rs1150/-) and completely replace the rear suspensions .Iam so surprised that before giving my byke to their service center my vehicle has very few problems after their servicing lot of problems started in my vehicle costing me more than 15000 at once.
      If i question them regarding the new problems araised, they are obviously saying that Royal enfield vehicles have more complaints these days and the vehicles are more delicate when compared to older ones.
      I have been using it since 21/2 years and i didnt expect to change the complete rear suspension as my vehicle ran under single hand since all these days.
      *****The servive center lacks experienced technicians who are capable of solving problems rather than doing general servicing*****.
      Till date i spent 11200/- for a single service, but no problem in my vehicle got solved which i mentioned them initially.

      *****Problems existing in my vehicle after 4 TIMES servicing are :
      1) Oil leakage
      2) Front vibrations (mentioned at the tym of servicing, Now this time they are asking me to change the front suspension bushes)
      3) Vehicle wiring problem ( After replacing new battery in my vehicle it got started)
      4)When applying 1st gear sounds come fro gear box(for this they replaced cluctch plates ans pressure plates(Rs 2200/-)eventhough the proble exists)
      ****ice center people told that they charge xtra money will be charged to solve these problems***

      ******Bought Royal enfield byke with very high expectations but these kind of worst servicng and Problems in byke suppressing them all*******.

        I bought a Royal Enfield classic 350 almost two years back from Kolkata Bike Zone (Royal Enfield showroom) . However till date I have not received the smart card from the showroom. I have been regularly following up about the same with the showroom. Every time they say that the smart card will be printed this week but no results.I have been out of India since last six months but I have to call the showroom every Monday. Please help.

          I have a TB350 n i m facing a problem in some noise coming in wheel or may be chain and at purav automobiles surat (GUJARAT) RE authorized workshop they said to change chain sprocket kit so i changed it from there only but i m facing the same problem which i m facing earlier then change sprocket kit what should i do??????????

I was only handed over the bike at the delivery even the important papers such as Insurance and temporary registrations were handed days after, that too I had to go and pick them up all the time.             After the complaint the service vendors were very prompt in calling me and handing over the mirrors. I hope that people need not take such a round about way of getting the products especially when the whole payment is done much ahead of the vehicle delivery. I have heard about the RE's bad customer experience which includes long waiting period. I hope they improve and keep the customers, who spend a fortune procuring bikes, happy.

              I bought a royal enfield desert storm in February, 2015 as i had immense passion for bullets since childhood. i realised my dream at age 39 and you can well understand my love for the bike and my patience to wait this long. i bought the prized possession from country motors, helabattala, barasat. from day one, i realised that the kick was too hard/jammed and relied on self start even in the mornings. on each service the matter was brought into the notice of the service people but they kept on deferring the matter saying enfield has not sent spares. this has happened even today the fourth time and now service people have the audacity to say that we made a mistake by coming without informing them. i made a mistake by not bringing the matter to your notice at the first instance itself (although i am not sure of the outcome had i done so). also, i fail to understand that all additional attachments like back seat, nuts on side rails have started to rust (looking very ugly) just in 6 months. does enfield supply such inferior attachments. i had sent my brother in law for last service today with these problems but he is coming back again. i know my complain either will not be heard at all or will put me in a spot of bother whenever i face a problem of this nature. also my dream of owning a bullet is shattered as i cannot afford so much time on these issues.

              my problem has been addressed partially. the issue of kick has been addressed to (some spares replaced and i have not been billed, other than rs 50.00 levied by the workshop for reasons unknown). the kick is still tight/hard but lot better than the earlier set up. also i have been made to know that the kicks of 500 cc bikes are little hard which a reasoning to which i have agreed to.

              now for the second issue of the rusting of accessories (nuts and bolts for leg guard and back rest), the response by workshop people was that as the accessories are local and not provided by royal enfield, they are not replaceable. my point is i have bought a bike of royal enfield and the accessories were provided and charged by one of royal enfield's authorised outlet. why should i not be given genuine accessories (rust free) as other outlets provide and why will royal enfield not take responsibility of the items provided. now i have a doubt that perhaps even the leg guard is of dubious quality.

              for the second issue workshop personnel shri avik promised to send down someone to replace (if agreed to by proprietor of Country Motors) yesterday. i understand that there may be commitments due to which adhering to time may not have been possible. even i am ready to wait, but what i am looking for is a confirmation that the issue will be addressed.

              i have informed mr anand srivastava (who had called on behalf of royal enfield) of the same who repeated the same local fittings issue which is not acceptable to me. also as he has expressed his inability to respond by sms which has been my mode of communication as i am not into needless calling and follow ups for no fault of mine. i am not interested in communicating with him any further.

                I am facing a problem of generating smoke by my thunderbird 350 . I am regular in servicing my bike. I got it repaired last month they changed the carburator and charged me around 4.5k bucks but now m facing the problem again and when i got it cross checked from local mechanic he said there was no need to change the carburator in the first place instead piston should have been changed so the probloem still persists.And now again i will have to spend around 6-7 k. And this one is not the single instance of negligence by amar auto service centre b-29 jhilmil industrial area delhi-110095. I had also complaint in the company earlier also in regard to other problem .They are sucking my money and time as well.

                  This comes from a big time RE fan. I bought this RE Desert Storm 500 in February this year 18/02/2015. My excitement had no bounds as a dream long cherished was fulfilled and yes it came for a price INR 1, 80, 000. My dream run came to an end just after the first servicing .
                  1st Service:
                  The first servicing was done on 05/03/2015 at Ram Motorcycles Sion Panvel highway, Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The engine oil started to leak a day after the service. I went back to the service center and they said that the seal needs to be changed and I had to pay for it. Even after changing the seal the oil leakage didn’t stop and on visiting to the service center they said that oil leakage problem is common and cannot be rectified.
                  2nd Service:
                  On my next service at Motorcycles Sion Panvel highway, Nerul, Navi Mumbai on 27/04/2015, I again pointed out the issue of oil leakage and they again changed the seal. This was again a failed attempt.
                  3rd Service:
                  After this I moved to Pune and went for a servicing at Dhone Automobiles, Nagar Road (Yerwada), Pune, on 10/06/2015 and they also changed the seal and the leackage stopped for 2 days and started again. I went back to them and as usual they again changed the seal and I had to pay for it again.
                  4th Service:
                  Again I went for a servicing to Dhone Automobiles, Nagar Road (Yerwada), Pune on 15/09/2015 and expressed my concern about the oil leakage and the history of changing the seals. They said that they will take care and again changed the seal. The result was as expected and I again went for to the service center and they again changed the seal and I again had to pay for it. And the oil leakage continued.
                  I have to go for a servicing again and I am afraid that I will have to pay for the seal again. I am very frustrated and want a solution to the problem. And if this is something that can’t be resolved I request you to please take back the bike and return my hard earned money.

                  did it finally resolve?
                  i'm facing this huge problem and its not getting resolved.
                  all started one week before when noticed oil leaking below. since then given bike to service for 2 times. i commute daily for 15kms and its too hard without bike.

                    Hi Team,

                    I bought vehicle on August 5th 2015. With in a month I completed my second service and during that time I have informed Electronic city Motors, singasandra, Bangalore Royal Enfield service center to check an annoying sound "Tak Tak Tak" very loud sound coming from Engine.

                    During Second service they said tappet got loose, so they have tighten the tappet. With in one week of time, I got the same sound again, so I have given it for servicing again, they told they have changed tappet . after a week I got similar sound, again I have given bike, still I am facing same issue.

                    Even though I have given bike for servicing 3 times to resolve the issue. RE service center mechanics are not able to resolve. I got vexed with this Bike.

                    Earlier I had intrest to ride RE bike. Now I am feeling unhappy on why I bought RE bike.

                    Please check and resolve the problem.

                      Hi, I bought classic 500 tan 6 month ago from solitaire Enfield noida . Last week my bike hasn't started by self start so I took my bike to solitaire Enfield noida for resolve this problem along with 3 rd free service.they guys told me that bike battery had died, now we had recharged ur battery so all would be fine. But a day after service means on last Sunday my bike has not been starting. I asked about this from my service Center and they repiled, ur battery had died so go to the exide Center for battery replacement. Now I want to know that is this kind of service royal Enfield provide? Just 6 month after my battery had died. Is this not Enfield responsibility to provide replacement of battery. I think there might be some other problem instead of battery. So please assist me what should I do? And will u take any action for this kind of inferior quality services provider( solitaire Enfield) Thanks and regards Avinash UP 16 AZ 5802

                        I had given my Royal Enfield Continental GT(KA 18-EB 4455) for service on 21 October 2015 at Sri sai sadguru service center at T-dasarahalli in Bengaluru. Prior to service there was a sound coming from engine and I had told them to check it and take action on it.After just 2 days, the sound got more intense and I was unable to ride then I gave my bike to check up in friends garage, he found a loose nut inside transmission chamber which has caused the front sprocket bend which was unnoticed by your employees and more over I had told them to top up the break fluid which was also ignored. The level of servicing was very bad and I regret giving my bike to these type of work place. please take action on it and give a suitable reason/concession for the damage done to my bike..Otherwise I don't mind taking action on it

                          I bought a new bike 5 onths ago It is classic 350 of royal enfield which is maroon in color. Its chain sprocket got teared out when it was completed more than 7500 kms. Company should not provide any warranty for that And I had to spent 3000INR for that. I spent 150000 for the bike, but quality is not that much

                            Dear Sir,
                            I purchased my Classic 500 desert storm on 11/9/2015 and today 11/11/2015 till date i don't get my RTO registration number. I discussed this mater with the show room 5 times and every time they assure me that "with in 5 days your number will be there" but no response till date. Last to last week they call me from show room and ask for weather i need a customized number or any number given by RTO officer? Then i want to know from them why papers of RTO are still there in the show room and why not it go the RTO office for registration ? they replyed there are some internal problem. Fine, i ask them then why every time you people told me that it will come with in week? they replied "we never say such a thing you are laying" and i get shocked.

                            If you people do not handle your dealers if they don't know how to behave with customer then i suggest close the business in this particular area. They any just spoiling the name of the Company.

                            For me it is a very bad experience and Now i relay think that i have made a mistake relying on your company.

                              I purchase RE 350 Black Color in the month of July 2015, When I got the bike I was excited as I hold the Legend, however I was never the less unhappy cox my bike was good in condition and I was satisfied. The issue started on the first service where I realized that the Fork was defective and after a lot of discussion, the CVS MOTORS Service team got it replaced, It was the service manager PAVAN who replaced it, but even after replacing it...

                              I am G .Rajesh customer of quality motors located in karimnagar as i went to showroom for my bike service and automobile problem of bike .replacement of shock obsorver of 6 months bike but the showroom man was with igoistict and irrespective behaviour . They cant listen my issue and cant solved my problem . Please do respective persons in showrooms

                                We have service invoice no sinv[protected] some tehcnical issue not solved and given for bad answer & time wasting for 2 days job card rjc[protected] date 30/10/2015. Till date we have not solved my royal enfield thunder bird350. And not any answer for showroom. If no answer 15 days i have go to grahak suraksha & other step.                                   Am having a royal enfield classic 350 black only 14 months old . its tank is rusting and this is the second tank am having on my bike . fist tank replaced due to rust 8 months before. what a quality bike!!! if any body can help me out in this issue plz hep..

                                    Sir I have Royal Enfield classic 350 bike from sahila Guwahati on 22nd may 2015. Within six months front shok absorber got damage after bying. So I goes to sahila on 25 Sep 2015 and changed the damage absorber. But after changing the absorber I get again same problem.so I goes to another authorise deiler GM associat tazpur, which is locketed near my home to sake what the problem is going on to my bike. There are I saw a plastik pipe inside the shok absorber instead of a steel pipe. That away the worker feited a another pipe from a damage bike instead of my pipe.
                                    But 10-15 days when I ride the bike in a dirty road and when the bike cross over rumble street, my disc and front absorber both get noisy.
                                    So I called sahila that I again saking the problem and change to absorber but the sahila service manager denyed to change the product bcj I previusly servicing at the Gm associat. But bike and the shok absorber is in under warenty pereiod.
                                    There for it is my humble request to you too give a risoneble consernd in my mater. Thanks Bhaskar jyoti das

                                      They advertise they are open 9AM to 8PM but don't get fooled they close on 5px itself. Staffs and management altogether is a disaster for customers. 1) They do not allow proper test drive. only after asking specifically they allowed us a test drive so that we can identify how the vehicle experience is. 2) They only take Cash, beware if you give your cheque to them they are reluctant to process it, means they only confirm your payment after 4 or 5 days. always saying the excuse that they didn't have printout of their account statement. 3) They always do false promise and simply ignore. 4) They tell that they will do the registration, but do not send the vehicle to registration on time. making customer wait for days. 5) Staffs always say excuse like they are only the staff so cannot do anything. I made a mistake by purchasing Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500 from them, I paid full amount of 2, 02, 530/- after they said they have the vehicle ready. But still not delivered, waiting a week for the vehicle present at their go-down. There are many other showrooms of Royal Enfield in ernakulam, this one is the worst, a government office is far better than kaizen.

                                      Yes I too felt that they are not serious about business. I went around 5 PM and saw many riders as if they are starting off for a long ride.I asked one of the showroom attendent, is it open? He said yes and said he will be back within a minute as he was attending some other customers.As I went in, the showroom seems to be closing, no lights.I said for time being I just want to know the pricing and loan details.Now he is not at all interested and with an attitude like buy or get lost, who cares.And he pointed me to the HDFC bank agent to discuss about loan.I was not even given a leaflet as in any other showrooms.This attitude really makes me believe their after sales services will be worse.I will never buy from them
