Hello My Name is Rakesh, I bought the Royal Enfield Classic 350 on 26th Aughust, I got a very bad experience, Let me share my Bad Experience. 26th: I got the delivery of the bike at 1PM and went my office safely, way back to my home engine started giving some bad strange sound, I thought may be fuel got over and went to Petrol bunk, I switched off the Engine but still the bike is ON then I removed the Key but still the Engine is ON for some time, then Engine gets switched Off. After this incident my bike never get ON, Self Start not working, kick start also not working, No lights nothing is working, I checked the FUSE but it was fine, connection was alright, I called to customer care number but it was coming as switched OFF, I was really pissed off, I had no choise left, pushed the bike for around 2km and realised that I am not able to push anymore, then came back to Petrol bunk and left my bike in the Petrol bunk itself. 27th Aug: Next day I called the showroom guys around 11AM, I explained the whole story to them, they told they will come at 12, since its raining outside service guys came around 2.30PM, they checked the bike then they told battery got drain out completely so they did a jumper from another bike(PULSAR 150) Even though they had + & - confusion with great difficulty they charged the battery and told me to do kick start in the beginning, go for 3 to 4 km then the Self button will work. I went to home(Distance around 10km) that night at 10PM, then I checked the Self button, but its not working, then I pissed off again, 28th : Morning I did Kick start several times but nothing is working, I was keep trying since I can switch ON lights, Horn was working, Finally my Bike got started. I went to Temple and did Pooja to get blessings from God. around 11AM I went to show room guys explained everything they told to go to service station( Its had to take a brand new bike to service station to get it repaired, was it a Defect piece, I got really frustrated, but I had no choice but has to go to service station near Bhannergatta) Around 3PM: I got a call from service station that your bike is ready and there was some relay problem in the electrical connections. I asked the reason for it but they are not able to answer the root cause. Around 5.30PM: I went to service station to collect the bike everything was fine, kick start horn ampere meter self start button everything working fine, I asked the reasons for that fault and I explained the symptoms how it happened, battery charging and everything, but I don't know how much they understood. Finally I got the bike and went to my aunt's house in the night 10.30 PM and parked my bike in the Basement. 30th: I did not drew my bike, it was safe in the basement. 31st: Morning 8AM I went for a small ride to drop my brother to the bus stop and in the evening around 6PM also small ride to drop my sister. 1st September:Around 11AM I took my bike to come to office after few Kilometer I get the bad engine sound again then I really got pissed off, frustrated again, I knew If I turn off the Engine then I cannot start it anymore then with that bad engine noise I came to service station and handed over the bike to check it again. I got this bike with waiting period of 4 months and I paid the huge amount(1.5Lakh) but I got disappointed with the performance, I lost my driving craze, I will get fear if I want to ride this bike, cannot be trusted to go for long drive. Please do the needful, I would like to escalate this to higher management. Best Regards, Raghavendra

    I have a thunderbird 350cc which i purchased in November 2015. After just 2 months of running the battery of the vehicle died. I approached Platinum Auto Pune for the repairs where they said the battery will be replaced in warranty. I left the bike there for close to 15 days until he replacement battery arrived. The replacement battery lasted for 40 days and had to be replaced again in January 2014. This was my second battery. It lasted for close to a month when it died again. This time i objected the frequent battery failures seeking an electrical check. After leaving my bike in service center for close to 10 days i got my third battery and the service center claimed that they have checked the electrical system thoroughly and there was nothing wrong with the bike. After this incident the bike was running fine for close to a year. Although there was a perid of 4 months where i was out of station and the bike was scarcely running. My 4th battery failed this year in March 2015. I approached the service center who explained that i have to pay for the battery as the battery coming inbuilt from company has only 1 year warranty as opposed to standard 18 months of exide. Moreover the date of calculation was that of date of sale instead of the date of last battery replacement. I paid for my 5th battery which cost me 2600 from exide and it was installed on 2nd of July. Today after less than 60 days of replacement the battery has failed again. I am refusing to install a 6th battery in my bike as i know it has been a defect in bike since manufacturing. The company is inefficent in resolving the issue and i have bills to contest them in consumer court. Please advise due course of action.

      I bought the Bike "Classic 350 in the month of May 2015 from Lamba Enterprises Vikaspuri..When I went for first Service, the service advisors are forcing to take a VAS services..after denying this, they do not bother about the customer..Felt neglecting..when I got my bike after service the issues were as it is...When I went for second service the same thing happened...I made the complaint about the issue with the bike they called for fixing it but the add labor charge in my invoice...whether this charge is not applicable in the free service...apart from it the issues are remain same and now I dont want to visit the place as my trust has been broken by this authorized service centre of Royal Enfield...

        Hi Team, I ordered one product from Royal Enfield online store on Date (08/26/2015) with Air Waybill No :[protected] & Order No :#3158. As per the mails EDD (Expected delivery date), it should have been delivered by, 08/29/2015. But, in the trracking it says, Undelivered. I did not recive any sort of telephone calls from the delivery person as well. Please check and revert asap.

            I have experienced a worst Service been provided in Service center, labour who are available in service center are not rectifing or solving the complaints which was given by us when we give the bike for Service, am totally unsatisfied with the I SPEED SERVICE purasaiwakkam, they are very worst in service, where they have replaced the rear disk caliber for a cost of 15, 000 INR but im unable to drive the bike after replacement, because the back wheel was jammed & not moving. when i tried reaching the manager PRABHAKAR he is very worst in answering the concerns, am not sure how he was selected as an Customer relationship manager, instead of renewvating the Showrooms please provide good service to the bikes which are already been sold.

              I bought a thunderbird 500 cc like 5 months ago. The day I bought I went back to the showroom in 3 minutes that the bikes break system is not working properly. They said it will b ok if it runs some kilo meters. It been 5 months I went to the showroom for 4 times with the same complaint the problem wasn't fixed yet. What should I do ? I almost went hit some one for more than three time because of the inefficient breaking system

                Sir, i Arjun Kumar Brother of Ajay Kumar who have purchased Royal Enfield From Lovish Automobiles, Kathua (J & K) as on 01 Nov 2014 bearing Chasis No - EL 115330 . 0n 29 July 2015 i was filling fuel in tank i saw that the upper layer of fuel tank mouth is getted cracked and on 12 Aug 2015 when i go for fourth service of my bike at that time i complain to the dealer against the above said subject. He tell me that when Engineer come to my show room then i call u and only then after problem will be solved. As my Bike is in warranty period and main thing is that i am army person and have not long leave . So i request you to indulge into the matter and solve the problem as soon as possible .                   Sir, my name is anu singh and i bought my bullet electra black colour, chassis no. Me3u3s5coeh544666 engine no. U3s5coeh544666 model num. 861045 purchase 26 / 9 / 2014 but after 1 month my bullet have a lot of issue like oil leakage of engine head, poor pick up, vibration in my bullet at 6o kmph speed, i purchased my bullet shree mahadev agency noida sector 10 but there are no solution for my bullet and workshop owner not interested in my issues. Please help me

                    Royal Enfield has a thinking that their part ends once the bike is been sold. There is something called Bike Servicing, which they are so reluctant to concentrate. I have owned quite some bikes of different companies but the worst and disgusting experience i had with Royal Enfield. Royal Enfield Mechanics are fit for nothing, they doesnt have even the basic knowledge of Bike Servicing. Then why does Royal Enfield need to have Authorised Service Stations? Just to make hell lot of money from the customers? or is this a business tactics to make profits for Royal Enfield? Royal Enfield if just making fool out of the customers, it has lost its glory. How do they appoint their mechanics? Is there any specific qualification? I think Royal Enfield is just appointing whoever wanted a job. No where the service is good including the head office in chennai. Then why the hell Royal Enfield produces bikes? My Kind suggestion to Royal Enfield is if you are not able to provide the proper service there is no point selling 3, 00, 000 bikes an year, Royal Enfield can just shut their plant and go for some other business where you can enjoy your business. The sector Royal Enfiled into is matter of lives. When do they realise, i think they will never realise. So better change your mentality of making loads of money from the customers by making fool out of them or just get lost from this sector.

                      2011 model classic 350 chassis has cracked in normal riding conditions. In my life its the first time I hearing or experiencing it.Earlier I had a 97 model standard enfield did not face any kind of issues with it.New models are full of complaints. What does made like a gun means actually royal Enfield is cheating customers with the statement. I want the company to replace the substandard part that they fitted to my bike free of cost or give me a new bike.How can they make two kind of quality one for export and one for global.

                        I bought a royal enfield 350 cc from East India Agro Indus Pvt.Ltd three months back, I was so happy because this is 1 of the best bike I have ever bought but the experiences which I am getting from my bullet is really worse which is not expected.Unnecessary sounds are coming from the engines and I have already shown to your service centre (Austin Motors) they have fixed the problem but again it is started and now from most of my bike body parts is vibrating/shivering while riding (sounds). From your company any one should not expect this kind of lovely bike. After happened so many things I have shown my bullet to the outside mechanic they are saying defective piece the company has given to you I know I should not trust them but I dont have an any other option to do so.                           I would like to share my experience with my Bullet Classic 500 . Its been only 6 months and i been facing problem since i bought . Chain set broken in just 4 months then lights, self start, kick start is also not working . On the sake of free services i have already spent more 10, 000 re yet . Their service center (Patparganj) also not co-operative .

                            Chassis cracked

                            My 2011 model royalenfield classic 350 chassis has cracked and is now in the service centre.I was lucky to notice well before riding or else would have met with some accidents.I have never heard or seen any kind of this proble in any other bikes in a short period of time.When contacted the regional service manager for replacement he says the whole part and service should be bourne by the customer and company wont do anything.This is purely...

                            Tik Tik Sound From Inside The Engine And Same Sound From Near The Headlight.                               Rider seat Removal cable was damaged while buying my Thunder bird 350. But i have noticed it before my first service only. Worst PDI check up in the Peelamedu showroom. I can't remove my rider seat yet. Still spare is not available is the answer from the service centre. One of the worst service which i have ever seen. I don't have photo proof because i couldn't open the rider seat.

                                I booked a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 cc blue color at tambaram showroom chennai in the month of February. They said itd a waiting period of 2 months but even today (31st July) it is not been delivered. They say it will be delivered only in the month of October. Every time we call the showroom there's no proper response

                                  My (Five) days old Bike Received on 20th July 2015 Royal Enfield Classic 500cc Silver in color is in the H.S.R SERVICE Station SR Nagar, Bangalore, Not even number plated, rode only 18KM, Bought in from HSR Store which is in Lalbagh Road, Bangalore What Happened? My old habit with previous Bike Pulsar 150cc keeping the wiping cloth just below the tank, did the same with my new Enfield (Incident date 24th July 2015) in the middle of Road speed of 40KM bike back tire was sudden stop bike started skirting nearly 8-9 times somehow I managed handling without falling down, and god bless lucky nothing came and hit me from behind from heavy moving traffic (Lifestyle Signal) had to stop in the middle of road and I had no idea what could have happened than I moved the bike aside of road such a heavy bike with the help of people around there as the back tire was stuck (not moving), than I see they was a cloth stuck in the chain, so guess what happened is small piece of wiping cloth rolled to a chain and went inside the damaged crank box, Bike Reached HSR Service Station after checked, Manager says if we have to change the Crank Box will cost you Rs. 25, 000/- (Thousand) new crank Rs. 17, 000/- plus Oil/Labor charges altogether will come up to Rs. 25, 000/- so easy to say, (Customer) I was very up-set and disappointed, I said but it should be replaced how can such a small piece of cloth go break the parts inside, Manager said it’s NOT a manufacturing defect ;) so I get it it’s my mistake that I have kept the wiping cloth there, but what about the quality factor which a small cloth can also break this type of metal, for god sake its (ROYAL ENFIELD A HUGE BRAND)and to hear such a thing was not pleasing me at all, Ah he did mention this was the case received, Customer- than I asked what if insurance can cover the damage, Manager- it’s not accident or something so it’s No basically, Customer- I was imagining now here I could have lost my life in this incident but nobody would understand this part, I was not totally Disappointed until yesterday 27th July 2015 when I drop down to the service station and saw all the Engine part's open into pieces, it was not a good feeling at all for a five days old AS NEW bike trust me, and it is gone for welding process to fix the outer part of crank if it gets done good enough if no than the crank has to be changed, End of the Day, What is Warrantee, What is Insurance, What is buying a Brand Product it makes no deference; effort from people is there but everything at a price Tag, And this Bike I had bought for my younger brother to gift him on his Birthday which is in 4 days 1st August his Birthday :( now I just wish to fix this bike and have to lie to my brother saying it’s a brand new bike here you go :( A suggestion please add this part to say to your customers NOT TO KEEP ANY CLOTH BELOW THE TANK in the time of introduction/Explanation on time of delivery to customer, this lack of acknowledge, can cost someone’s life,

                                    Its now high time i should right to you, and if further no steps took to solve problem i have to place my file in court regarding customer act.
                                    I am ankur saxena from navi mumbai, i have classic500, cyan colour purchased on 8th june 2013 from pratik motors, panvel, mumbai.
                                    Its a regular amc service, service man blown up my ecu and giving arbitary explanations later he accepted and service in charge assured of replacement of ecu.
                                    Its been almost 15 days since my bike is been standing in there garage no call i have received from them yet, i visited on wednesday 22, july2015, as they told ki approval from higher authorities got approved later when i reached they were saying its still pending.
                                    Now its 20th day almost, no reply i have got until now.
                                    So its a kind request to look into the matter or i have to take another road beacuse this kind of service is not tolerable by royal enfield or any other organisation.
                                    Please look into the matter otherwise i have to knock court regarding customer bluffing case, and its been to inform you overtime i get my bike serviced odometer cable gets break or non - functional how is that possible. Please contact pratik motors about it.

                                      Hi, I bought Desert storm dated 11/09/2014 from Platinum Auto, Fatima nagar, Pune, Maharashtra. According to me this is turning out to be the biggest mistake of my life. I spent Rs 1.75 lacs and all I have got till now is misery from your organisation. My bike came up with a defect of fuel injector soon in like 2 to 3 months. I showed up this issue to Platinum Auto service centre and they said theres no issue at first. But after struggling to even start my bike they said we will do something. They found some workaround and dont know what they did and the bike was working fine for a few days. Then came up another issue.The bike started to wobble while driving. After chasing your poor service centre's governance I spent 2 weeks chasing them gave up my bike 4 to 5 times repeatedly and after finally warning them about consumer court they again found some workaround and made it fine. But the issue with the fuel injector is becoming a huge pain for me now as my bike being in warranty phase I am not getting my bike repaired to perfection. Please stop making fake promises and stop spending a common man's huge amount in some useless bike. For you 1.75 lacs must be a small amount but for me it is not. I am writing this mail because frustrated and saturated wish your company's services. Hope my plea to you will make some things work for me or I will seriously have to take some severe action against your organisation which I want to avoid.                                       mine 2011 classic 350 chassis broke and for me the excuse is out of warranty.I filed a consumer case yesterday.Please do file one if they dont do anything also ask the dealer or service about the warranty period because i heard nowits 2 years.Dont waste time file a case and screw their happiness
