But there s no response from showroom and company...( we r investing lakh of rupees in bike;but there s no quality in it). So please take sevior action n it... From the day i purchased my bike issues arise everyday and none is there to resolve that. There is handle issue with my bike for which i have gone to mayapuri service station 5 times and they always assure me it will be resolved but till now it is problem with my bike . I, Gurudas Laxman Kamath purchased Royal Enfield Bullet Classic 350cc, Maroon Colour bearing Registration no.MH 12 LR 7532 on 20.01.2015 from one of your Authorised Dealer BRAHMA Motors, Wakdewadi, Pune, Maharashtra. During First 500 kms as such there were no issues with the Bike. During the Second Servicing on 3500 kms during the servicing it was informed to me that the Crank wheel of Chain sprocket has cracked and was needed to be replaced....
