Improper painting

faults and poor service

the name royal enfield is only good but the product is not good after i brought the bike with in one week the engine oil was leking .till now the problem have not be sloved . when i was going in 30 km speed clutch wire is cut i dont no what will happen in 80km are nh road. not even one year have been completed tha painting was removed...

I, Gurudas Laxman Kamath purchased Royal Enfield Bullet Classic 350cc, Maroon Colour bearing Registration no.MH 12 LR 7532 on 20.01.2015 from one of your Authorised Dealer BRAHMA Motors, Wakdewadi, Pune, Maharashtra. During First 500 kms as such there were no issues with the Bike. During the Second Servicing on 3500 kms during the servicing it was informed to me that the Crank wheel of Chain sprocket has cracked and was needed to be replaced....

complaint against company

fault promises

Hey...i have booked a royal enfield on 10th may 2015 ash color nd a dessert storm on the same day...the dessert storm came in just 2 weeks nd the company has promised me to deliver the bike before or on 10th june 2015...i do have a call recording of that and 3 live witnesses also...after some days one sales man was sayng tht u clear ur loan and get the bike on the next day and the other one is saying that ur loan is clear let ur bike come...

I bought bullet electra @ Nov 2013.My Bullet Electra 350 Copmlaint Starting very Early after Purchase... But still i didn't satisfy Your Service.. after purchase of 3 months my vehicle goes to ur service station 5 times.. Recently i have to change Silencer, Chain Spracket & Some other spares.. Spend up to 6000/- Rupees.. But Within 3 months the same Problem will happen.Rt now they will take my vehicle & don't give d responce & proper reply.....

i m hardik dobariya from ahmedabad.i gave my RE 350 to ahmedabad ghodasar royal enfield service station for change some parts & service ...they gave me my bike after 16 days but when got my bike . the bettry was discharge.. michenic says drive some km & bettry will charge.. but after 3 days betrry will not charged & when i match the bettry no. i will shok they change my bettry.. i bought my bike 6month ago..when i complain they not resppoding...
