Myself shivani from Bhopal, my father who live in ujjain has booked classic -350cc bike at 10000rs nd the manager told that they deliver it in 45 days. Then after 2-3days an agent call my father nd told dat if they deposit whole amount for that bullet then he delivered it. But my father doesnot deposited the amount then after 45 days when we call in showroom they always says that our lot is coming but after we r waiting 3-4 month. Today when i call the manager then he says that we refund your money but we want bullet or taking our money with interest and we also have a receipt of deposit money .

    Hello, I am writing this to complain about one of your service center i have royal enfield thunderbird 350 cc for about 2 years after i bought it during the time around the 2nd service i was experiencing sound from the tank when it got heavy for eg. when i filled the tank full i complained about it but the response was that it is normal as at that time it was not that bad i ignored it but gradually it worsened and after 4 services during the last service they tell me that it is because the inner part of the tank some kind of holder is broken. They took around 1 and a half year to figure that out and are now saying that we cannot handle such things you have to fix it outside or buy a new tank. First of all they are not fixing it and took so much time to tell if they would have informed me earlier i would have avoided the cost as they have told me after the bike is no longer in warranty period hence i am getting no compensation please help me as this obviously occurred during the warranty period and that too very early the bike has never been in an accident or never even have fallen its a manufacturing defect or a mistake by the service center which caused this and i should rightfully be compensated.

      there seems to be a problem with the gear setting and because of that the tappets setting gets misaligned and there is more noise in the firing.I have taken it to the authorised dealer JSN Motors (Surat Gujarat) they have said to use the bike but the noise will remain the same.Please direct them to check the bike with care. Ths bike has done 280 km.

        I had purchased RE TB TS 350 in May 2013. (Rajesh: [protected]) Just after six months of purchase it started showing the problem of electrical wiring. Following are the frequent occurring problems Wiring breaks frequently so where it stops while running can not be estimated I got stuck on highway almost three times and once in a mall after watching a late night movie with my wife (This was not at all romantic) After washing of bike there is least probability of starting (I am afraid of washing). Initially I thought it is because of pressurized water by service center but now I used to wash with my very soft hands. Even in this case it happens. It got stuck almost 7 to 8 times after washing in service center After a rainfall least probability of starting. Now days I stopped looking at it and even stopped thinking of riding it on to office on the days of morning showers. During a rainfall it stops all of sudden and then doesn't starts at all. In country like India with scheduled monsoon of four months is actually four months of dragging 200 kg of scrap with fully drenched cloth on water logged roads I don't know what is the problem with this bike it is frightening while I am thinking of washing going for a ride in rain or any type ride. This is a frequent problem I am facing almost from last one and half year. This is the first time I am complaining on internet portal till this time I used to complain to service center only. They took it seriously but always change the wire or either make broken connections. Please take some necessary actions for this Regards Rajesh

        One more great incident...!!!

        Yesterday night also I encountered one more incident of similar kind as explained you earlier. I went to one of my friend's for dinner. When I tried to start it to go home back late night after tasty; it didn't started at all; after a lot of kicks which lead to torn out of my shoes, I went home by walk keeping it at my friend's home.

        I became a laughing stock among my all friends and this is unintentionally creating negative marketing without doing anything among all the friends and their known.

        I had already complained this thing to service center. They recommended to change the wiring, but just changing wiring I don't feel suffice the work. This had been a regular problem and wiring has been already changed once. You provide some better solution to it.

          I have complaint n showroom before 1&1/2 year before tat the paint s removing... But there s no response from showroom and company...( we r investing lakh of rupees in bike;but there s no quality in it). So please take sevior action n it... Due to mismanagement the company was closed before but now the same mismanagement has started. I m from hosur(TN) [protected]

            kerala state : trivandrum marikar KL 01 Br 6577 phone number [protected] after an insurance claim, my classic 350 being one year after purchase. Marikar panavila service centre. did not properly work on my vehicle leaving it with errors furthermore no kind of costumer care has been felt by your part ! the vehicle had fork bend and other complaints after a free service from marikar panavila.

                From the day i purchased my bike issues arise everyday and none is there to resolve that. There is handle issue with my bike for which i have gone to mayapuri service station 5 times and they always assure me it will be resolved but till now it is problem with my bike . Now a issue arises which is quite critical, it is regarding my odometer, once it was changed because it got faulted and it took around 2 months to get it replaced with new one. now the odometer issue arises again, i am fed up with my bike . so i want you guys to contact me and make necessary arrangements and resolve my 2 issues as soon as possible .                   Every month there is some or the other issue in my bike. I have been paying for every complaints. But now its really not tolerable.                     Sir My name is Vijayan D S I am from Chennai. As I have a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 the vehicle number is TN72AU5252. I have give service on last Wednesday (17/06/2015) on The Legent Motors in sanatorium, Chennai. But their service was not proper at all they gave the bike Thursday (18/06/2015) with the bill amount of Rs 5791 the invoice no is SINV[protected]. On Friday (19/06/2015) I was traveling in the bike suddenly the back brake was not at all working after that I stopped the bike by using front brake. The next day I went to same service center I explained about the brakes service person was not at all serious about the issue then they makes me to wait for 5hours and they told me to come on Monday. Waiting for 5hours with out any result is not good and they have not taken the compliant properly. Today morning the called me and telling that your bike carpertor is not good so can we change it cost of 1200 Rs . so kindly take necessary action on the service center.                       My name is gopal sharma. I want to tell you that my royal enfield is shuting down again and again. My bike is in warranty. My bike is travrled only 16000km only. I told my problem to authorised service center at mohan nagar, gazihabad that is sangam enfields. I also purchased bike from there. Before some time is also a problem came of cylinder kit i changed that by service center. I am totally disturbed with this bike. Please take a quick action against it. If you not do that.                         Dear sir I purchase thunder bird 350 cc bike engine chasis no ME 3U3S5C1FB162790 U3S5C0FA67407 first service it self iam intimate to service centre and second services also same problem and record in cell phone engine noise again services centre 10 days my bike there my problem is not solved . ride 40 km over noise engine I buy 154000 money is more valuble please any solution please thunder bird is my dream bike 3 years I save my money after only I buy my bike

                          the name royal enfield is only good but the product is not good after i brought the bike with in one week the engine oil was leking .till now the problem have not be sloved . when i was going in 30 km speed clutch wire is cut i dont no what will happen in 80km are nh road. not even one year have been completed tha painting was removed

                            I, Gurudas Laxman Kamath purchased Royal Enfield Bullet Classic 350cc, Maroon Colour bearing Registration no.MH 12 LR 7532 on 20.01.2015 from one of your Authorised Dealer BRAHMA Motors, Wakdewadi, Pune, Maharashtra. During First 500 kms as such there were no issues with the Bike. During the Second Servicing on 3500 kms during the servicing it was informed to me that the Crank wheel of Chain sprocket has cracked and was needed to be replaced. Further the Fork was also out as the vehicle was tending to move on the right side (though I had not met with accident even of minor nature nor the vehicle had anytime fallen down). To replace the Crank wheel and rectify the Fork Out I had to pay Rs 3500.00 (which otherwise the servicing cost would have been Rs 300.00 only for the general checks and oil top up). In addition to the above there was lot of Vibration in the vehicle which is not rectified till date. After Servicing on 3500kms I had to go from Pune to Lonavala for some reason on 14.05.2015. During my return trip from Lonavala to Pune at around 10.30pm, the vehicle stopped abruptly near Khadki station. I tried to start the vehicle but was in vain. Then just to my surprise I could see the fumes from bottom side of the bike and was stunned to observe that the entire Silencer had become RED HOT. I was scared and luckily few people even at this odd hour came to me rescue and helped me to station the bike in nearby Parking Lot. The only thought which came to my mind at that moment was, why the Hell did I purchase this stupid Bike. Apart from this bike I am a proud owner of 4 nos of other brand Bikes and have travelled almost 20, 000 kms on an average on each bike but these have never given me any complaints so far in any of the case. In this situation, I was lucky enough to escape unprecedented severe accident and major injury. Once again my Bike was given to the Service Centre to look into and check all the Major points and also requested to change the Silencer, I got the bike on 12.06.2015. Sice I was not available in Pune I could not check the bike. On 15.06.2015 I left for Mumbai on the bike and observed that the Speedometer and Odometer is not working. I regret once again to iform you that the Service Centre is highly negligent ad have no Quality controls over the repairs which are beig carried out. Even my request to change the Silencer is unheard. ] I would like to hear from you in justice to me at the earliest. Your painfully, Gurudas Laxman Kamath

                              i owned a classic 500 cc bike in year 2013. i just done with 6500 killometes but i am facing the starting problem and other issues with the bike. our local distributor checked the bike and suggested me that there is a problem with kit of bike and smoke problem and need to repair. navyug motors took bike for more than ten days and chrged me 5400 inr. but bike again is not working and now i am facing starting problem and feul problem.now on checking company is asking that there is issue with fuel pump costing 13500 inr. now my questions is why there is need to change fuel pump in just 6500 kms. Is company is using such a cheap quality parts in such a costly bike. i need a resolution for the same as i am not going to pay any amount for fuel pump... please revert with the solution otherwise i'll lodge a complaint in consumer forum...

                                Dear Synergy service I gave my bike on tuesday 9t june and today is 14th june still i m not received my bike with work completed. as its a Tank change with warrenty and small fitting in left footredge. On 6th they gave me replacement tank but that is not a new tank with scaratches and damaged tank i was returned to replace but sakinaka synergy service said they will paint that tank and they will give it back its almost 5 days and i m struggling to get my bike. Customer needs to reminf for everything. Today i visited non of them touched my bike for service. Pathetic service and i m sure i ll not buy royal enfield bike in future and i ll not suggest anybody to take royal enfield... Frustated with the service i thinking to sell my bike and purchase any other bike ... Thank you

                                    1. Date of incident - 11/05/2015 2. My contact no: [protected] My Clutch cable in Classic 350 got cut during driving in chennai at 8:30pm. I couldnt able to contact any of the service showroom as the working hours was crossed. I need this to be viewed seriously and change the clutch cable asap.

                                      Hey...i have booked a royal enfield on 10th may 2015 ash color nd a dessert storm on the same day...the dessert storm came in just 2 weeks nd the company has promised me to deliver the bike before or on 10th june 2015...i do have a call recording of that and 3 live witnesses also...after some days one sales man was sayng tht u clear ur loan and get the bike on the next day and the other one is saying that ur loan is clear let ur bike come first...i have called them 3 to 4 times a day and i never got a call back from there side...there staff members was very rude and dishonest..it was never expected from a royal enfield company whose name is so big in the market...i am extremely disappointed from the service i got from north delhi motorcycle pitampura...pls do register my complaint and take necessary actions otherwise i have to register a complaint in the consumer court...thank u...bt the service was horrible nd was not expected from royal enfield

Sir, I have been using Royal Enfield Bullet for the past 7 years. Last year (31.01.2014) I bought a new STD Bullet from Blue Mountain Autos Kozhikode, Kerala. Engine No: ME3V3K5COEA388419. I had given it for regular services and complained about the engine noise, oil leakage, parking light getting fused during every free services. You will be able to see that engine case has been scrapped. It is understood that only temporary service repairs had been done. Due to the loud engine noise I took the Bullet to Blue mountain service centre again. They registered my complaint and told me that the engine had a major problem. Now they are telling me that the repairs would cost Rs.10, 000/- (Ten thousand). I had brought that complaint to their notice during the warranty period itself. But they did not rectify the problem of the engine. It is only when the warranty period is over that they informed me that there was a major problem in the engine. I am sorry to say that this is nothing more than deceiving the customers. It is only one year four months since I purchased the bullet and it has only run 6360 kms. you may be able to understand the fact if you go through the service records. I understand that it is only due to the manufacturing defect that such a complaint has arisen. Hence I wish to get back the true value of the money which I have spent. Since I am the state leader of a leading political party of Kerala, I always have a very busy schedule and have no time to visit the workshops frequently. So I sold my old one and bought a new one to relieve me of such problems. But things have not gone as I had expected. The vehicle is still at the service station for the last three weeks and this has caused a lot of inconveniences. So I expects you to attend to the grievances of your valued customer. Royal Enfield is a reputed company which has earned the good will of its customers for generations. So the company is liable to replace the defective vehicle.
