I have bought my royal enfield standard bullet 350 cc from Simran Automobiles- Royal Enfield dealer baddi, Himachal Pardesh on 1st August 2014. from starting there is noise (like chanchan) problem in engine of my bullet . many times i had complained to my dealer from where i purchased my bullet but their response is very poor about it. 5 months warranty is remaining of my bullet only. you are requested to pls resolve my problem.     Hi i bought a new classic 350 3months back. Now my odometer shows 8000kms, but from the 2nd service ( 6000kms) i am facing too many problems like unwanted engine noise, gear problem and chain noise. i contacted the nearby service center in coimbatore (peelamedu). they cant even identify the problem for more than 1week. later on they changed the chain, opened the engine and changed engine barring and crank adjusted. within in 2days of the service my clutch cable was broken while driving. again now self start is not working and if i press the self start button, am getting a huge breaking noise from the gear box. i contacted the service center for more than 10 times in this 3 weeks. There is no proper service, no use of feedbacks as i registered all the complains before. poor water service as they wash the bike without using foam. I am looking for a better solution. i am tired of contacting royal enfield again and again. please help me. Thanks

    I got a call from the royal enfield manager. They are not ready to solve the issue. They said they can change the defective parts. but i cant accept it. i cant use my bike with patch works. brand new bike changed with lots of parts already due poor quality and manufacturing defect. why should i bear it for their mistakes. I cant drive the Royal Enfield bike with fear. Clutch cable was broken while i was driving within 2days of the service, but the company said no warranty for such cables itseems. If i die will the company will change my life as well. I need someone to resolve this issue. my life matters. I need my bike to be replaced. 5 parts already changed. i cant change the parts again and again. company dont care about my life and my bike. Please help me thanks.

      2 days before, I given my classic 350 silver bearing no GJ06-HE-2772 for paid service at Amba Motors, shop no 1 to 4, nr airport circle, Vafodara. The person mr. Harshit Acharya had attended my job card and i have explained about the gear shifting, tappet noise and chain noise due to loose chain but delivered my vehicle without rectifying all three problems and also tappet noise which i mentioned in job card, They are lying me that noise was corrected. No symptoms for even washing the vehicle. Then the technician mr. Kanubhai Vasava and Service floor manager Mr. Mayur Padhiyaar told me that the gear shifting problem is major problem and for this you will cost around four to five thousands which is totally unbelevable. Now my vehicle is even not in running condition . This is one of the worst service i have ever seen in my career done by Amba motors, Vadodara..         2 days before, I given my classic 350 black for 4th service at saravana motors, Hosur. They delivered my vehicle without rectifying tappet noise which i mentioned in job card, also they damaged my mudguard.. Kept mouth... They are lying me that noise was corrected. No symptoms for even touching the engine. Outside mechanic told that they not even touch the engine and removed the coil plug.One of the worst service i have ever seen in my career done by saravana motors, Hosur.. My vehicle no: TN 70 M 8917

          I purchased Royal Enfield Desert Storm model yesterday i.e. 12/03/2015 and to my utter dissatisfaction within 50 kms of riding the bike and one day the bike has started emitting white smoke and there is hell lot of oil leakage from engine. When I went to RE showroom (TEKNIK Motors, Bangalore) they casually told me to come tomorrow to get the engine seal replaced... I just cross checked the Engine oil level and to my dismay its below the minimum level mark whereas your RS service centre guys told me to drive it without tension... Even an knows if you drive a vehicle without oil, what will happen to engine... Is this the kind of machinery and after sales service one can expect from you guys after paying nearly INR 2 LAC, which started faulting right from the very first day and then getting these kind of assurance from your service guys... Please wake up and start treating customer in better way... And in case I wont get the resolution of my complaint tomorrow I am all set to register a case in consumer court against you guys..

            Sir, This is to complain about St. Mary's motors, your dealer in Kochi, that they had not delivered our motorcycle.It has been delayed for nearly 2 months.We booked a "STANDARD 500"black color on last year October 6th.they told they would deliver it on the month of January ie.4 months of booking time.still now they say the vehicle is not ready. As you keep your standard now, there should be an immediate action on this matter.expecting an response from your side.

I was purchased this model from your sub dealer M/s St. Marys MOTORS, Thiruvalla After the second service there is some noise from the engine (tick tick), and there is some sound from the handle bar when i was braking or crossing the gutters and there is also some problem in the front disk brake it is heating badly. and i go to the service center in thiruvalla they are not solve the problems and the service is very bad...

                My complaint is with respect to the substandard service carried out by Royal Enfield Authorised service Centre in Udupi, Karnataka - Brahmi Motors. I had given my Royal Enfield 350 bullet to service. They have charged for new fuel tank but on close notice I saw that its an old tank repainted. The same is with the Fender or Mud guard. Even after repeated request they didnt agree. I am attaching the Bill and job card for your reference. Can you help me here and please inform the Head office of Royal Enfield.                     I have booked royal enfield classic 350cc, and i arranged finance from UAE exchange, the uae finance already approved my loan and send to your Eicher Motors Limited account on 28.02.2015.the loan amount is 94000, and i also provide balance amount in cheque on 02.03.2015, the showroom incharge told me your bike will be delivered on 06.03.2015. but still i have not get my bike delivered, and i also spoke to OMR show room incharge on 06.03.15 morning, they are told me to still we have not bill your amount. please help me to get my bike, still i did not get proper response from showrrom side, the showroom sales manager got revenge on me, he says to me you are mailed to customer care so i deliver your bike on friday. i already waited one week and i can't wait another week so please help me to my bike got delivered in monday and with good condition.please help me,

                      I have faced issues within 3 months after buying a classic 350 - royal enfield. Even I gave to 1st and 2nd service on time. Gave the bike to legend motors and 2 weeks gone. Still they are saying today or tomorrow or monday etc. Simple saying spare parts(ammeter) are unavailable? This is not at all good and also spoils the reputation of my dream bike. Bike used to stop while riding in 60km/ph - How come the design allows this ? As this will cause a live threatining accident if I am riding in the high way ? One of the worst service I have ever seen. Guys better avoid to buy even i[censored] r dream of it.                         I Am really surprised how Indian government has agreed to lunch the Enfield motorcycle in the market when Royal Enfield doesn't have the stock of the parts in market for even the veichels launched 1 to 2 yrs before. I am not able to find the LB500 Cylinder head any were in INDIA and my bike is in the garage from past 6 months ridicules.

                          @Royal Enfield I need an answer! My RE Classic 500cc will complete two years on 6th of March and my bike which is not even two years old has made me invest a lot in repairs. That's totally fine and expected if one purchases an RE. But now I had it, my chassis is broken! Made like a gun you claim. Imagine the barrel breaking apart, the magazines not letting you feed in the cartridges easily. A gun is made of metal or steel and is forged with precision to avoid any harm to the person wielding it. Please stay true to the claim! I want the problems of RE fans and riders to be rectified!                             I am totally upset to be a part of this pathetic situation, as my Desert storm key got broke while I am just removing from the lock. And the spare key got bend while just turning the lock. To be frank, I am so proud while I got my first bull and heard the enormous 'tak tak' beat. But now the situations are just reversed, even the hard core Enfield lovers also cannot keep mum in this case. Waiting for many months and paid around 2 Lakhs (6 months old) and getting quality rejected parts, really it is cruel to customers. Please find the photos, which I have attached with this mail. So I am pretty sure company will take necessary actions to overcome this situation.

This is not expected from such a big brand i have purchased the bike for driving and not for handling these problems.. First of all the problem still persists even after getting it repaired once and earlier i was asked not to drive the vehicle.. And later on this type of behavior by the staff is untolerable.. Please look into the problem and solve it

                                my name is g.n.murthy, i own a bike with number AP31CS7447, i took the bike in vizag on november 2014, cam wheel complaint is there from starting when i asked in1st service they siad it will be clear next service, till now 3 services over but no result.when i go 10kms then the cam wheel sound starts and full day it will be . .so kindly do the neddfull.
                                I gave my bike for service on 02/04/2015 for General service and Rear brake correction. I got my bike after 10 days and when I brought home the Rear brake was not at all functioning when I called up to the service centre they collected my bike and again kept the bike for 4 days but still not rectified. If I ask why it's not working he says "Running it will develop oil pressure" is it a lorry brake or wat!!! I wanted Royal Enfield to look into this seriously.I paid for all consumables and labour but waste.

                                  I purchased a bullet 500 forest green today on 22-02-15 from Manzil motors Gurgaon. It was a very bad experience for me when I took delivery of my vehicle today. 1. Only 2 litres of petrol was poured in the fuel tank. I had downloaded the bullet 500 manual from royalenfield.com and it clearly mentions in PDI sheet that 5 litres of petrol has to be filled. When I asked the staff to give 5 litres, to my surprise, the manager and the owner of the dealership was very arrogant and misbehaved with me. They said that they have been filling 2 litres from years and will continue doing that. They asked me to complaint about it where ever I want to. 2. When I received my service manual, I noticed last 7-8 pages were torn from the manual which included the PDI sheet, customer feedback. When I asked for the customer feedback sheet, they said that there is no such kind of sheet in the manual. I dropped a mail to [protected]@royalenfield.com on 22-02-15 highlighting the issue, but it has been 7 days today and I did not get any reply from Royal Enfield.

                                    I purchase a bike MODEL - Royal Enfield CLASSIC 350 CC, MAROON on 31/07/2014 from VOYAGE MOTORS which is authorised dealer for Royal Enfield invoice no - VOYAGE 568/2014-15 . From the first day engine colour has dotts which is looking very bad, but voyage motors inform me, this is buffing issue . They will solved after rainy season . But after 1st service we facing same problem, when ask to dealer he says it will be done in 2nd service . After second service we ask for same problem, They says we forget mistakely for buffing, next time in third service all problem will be solved . At 11/02/2015 we go to service centre for third service & asking for engine colour problem, they says it is company's matter, if company approved for buffing then they will solve problem . My bike in service centre till today, no response from voyage motors . Please look matter in urgent basis .                                       Hi Team,

                                      My odometer of my new bike is not working from day 1, after my first service it was replaced but the problem is still persisting, i have complained this on my second service and the supervisor claims it is a faulty part and they cannot do much on this case as they have many bikes with this problem and cannot be fixed. I spoke to manager and he is yet to come back to me, as he claims this part is out of stock. Service station and showroom people are least bothered to know or fix the problem. In 3 months this part is replaced twice on a new bike and the problem is still persisting. I would like to know if there is something i can do to teach the service station guys a lesson to get the pride of my bike back. I will go to any extent to get this problem fixed. I would also like to file a case for harassing the customer and playing with emotions.
