It was pleasure talking with you today!
As discussed over the phone, that based on the orders given by you Mr.
Manish Khandare - Territory Service Manager located at Ahmedabad
office (Contact No.[protected] is supervising the 4th time Piston
and Piston Block replacement in my 7 month old Newly Purchased Red
Electra. i request you to kindly guide me why my Bullet needs the
following:-
1. Piston and Piston Block Change for the 4th Time.?
Kindly answer the following:-
1. Why you cannot change the ENTIRE ENGINE, in spite of the fact that
I am getting the same problems repeatedly?
2. Are the engineers at Sarabai workshop UN-EXPERIENCED and
UNEDUCATED, the reason they were unable to replace PISTON and PISTON
BLOCK properly 3 times in a row?
3. Are you QUALIFIED and ENOUGH EXPERIENCED and MORE EXPERIENCED THAN
THE ENGINEERS AT SARABI WORKSHOP ENGINEERS, the reason you want to
get the PISTON AND PISTON BLOCK REPLACED it for the 4th TIME.
4. Will the bullet run for 20, 000 Kms after its WARRANTY GETS OVER
with out the following problems:-
a) Electric start problem
b) Kick start problem
c) OIL-UP IN SPARK PLUG
d) Engine Noise
e) Jolts and jerks problem
As discussed, i will not accept the repaired bike until and unless
you or any responsible chair holder from Royal Enfield does not answer
my above mentioned all questions point wise.
Kindly note that My RED ELECTRA no GJ-1-SQ-8775 is at Sarabai workshop
(service station) since 9th march 2015 till date.
I do not appreciate your reply, because i think even you are not
serious about my loss of time and money, and REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY
answer all my above mentioned questions.
As i have clearly mentioned in my previous email that I HAVE ALREADY
SPOKEN TO Mr. Manish Khandare - Territory Service Manager located at

I also mentioned it very clearly in my previous email that even he is
advising me to change the following:
1) Change piston and piston block FOR 4TH TIME
Now my question is "Are the engineers at Sarabhai workshop unqualified
and inexperienced?"
If they are qualified and experienced technical engineers, then the
logic of Mr. Manish Khandare DOES NOT work of changing the Piston and
Piston Block for the 4th Time
I have a question, WHY YOU WANT AN CUSTOMER WHO HAS SPENT 1.31 Lakhs
to VISIT THE WORKSHOP AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR THE SAME PROBLEM?
WHY ALL OF YOUR ENGINEERS KEEP ON ADVISING TO CHANGE PISTON AND BLOCK
ALWAYS? IF ROYAL ENFIELD IS NOT A PERSON BUT A TEAM THEN, ALL TEAM
MEMBERS MUST TRUST EACH OTHER, IF THE ENGINEERS AT SARABI WORKSHOP
HAVE TRIED SOLVING THE PROBLEM BY REPLACING THE PISTON AND BLOCK 3
TIMES, THEN ITS TOTALLY ILLOGICAL TO REPLACE IT FOR THE 4TH TIME.
Hence I have a polite request as a customer, who has spent 1.31 Lakhs
behind purchasing this bike, kindly replace the entire engine with
entire ignition system.
As discussed, the following undermentioned problems are harassing me
since the day I have purchased Royal Enfield from your show room.
1) Kick start trouble
2) Electric start trouble
3) Sound in engine
4) oil up in plug
5) Getting jerks & jolts while driving
As discussed the above mentioned problems occurs periodically after
every 500 to 1000 km.
Your following engineers at the workshop of Sarabhai, Ahmedabad have
tried solving the above mentioned problems.

They have already taken the following actions to solve the problems.
However the problems crops up.
1) Changed piston and piston block 3 times
2) Changed crank one time
3) Changed corroborator one time
As communicated to you that I have been struggling to enjoy long ride
in the purchased Royal Enfield which has costed me 1.31 Lakh.
Since I have purchased Royal Enfield (7 months approximately), I am
facing the above mentioned technical problems.
If the desired action is not taken, then I may approach to consumer
court or electronic media channels along with mass media for my help.
