I purchased classic 350 few months ago I am facing this noise issue and its been 6 times the service center tried to resolve it but its not happening.Show room people initially tried to act smart by saying that they can do it but later they are saying that they cant do better than this.I am so frustrated with the Royal enfieId service center unoonny motors at kollam kerala. Iam trying this option and I hope to get some solution .I also suggest that the people in Unoonny motors kollam service center are not worthy to handle problems and they are just show off only .I have invested money to buy a bike not a defeated one Hoping u will take proper action to clear my issue

    Sir, My fuel pump was not injecting fuel, so I changed to carborator, But the petrol T and the plate is locally made due to nonavailability.       I purchased Thunder bird on .After 6 months I am facing this noise issue and its been 4 times the service center tried to resolve it but its not happening.Show room people initially tried to act smart by saying that they can do it but later they are saying that they cant do better than this.I am so frustrated with the Royal enfieId service center in kurnool.I am trying this option and I hope to get some solution or I will definitely lodge a complaint in consumer court.I also suggest that the people in kurnool service center are not worthy to handle problems and even to put the stand of thunder bird.

        I have purchased a Bullet 500 on 21st August 2014 from Paragon Traders Nagpur.And has driven only 3000kms till now. I have been facing problems in my bike from the first day of my purchasing.Till date I have changed its Amp meter, alternator, self bearing as all of these were defective. Paragon service centre is the worst service center i have ever seen, I took my bike to the service centre a number of times, they keep the bike for days not even bothered to tell the customer what's happening, and when returns the bike no good is done to the bike infact more problems are created. The service center never have the part required to customer. There is no manager in service center to whom we can talk n ask for better solution. The owner and technical head are sitting in other shops, if any problems occurs we have to travel to there respective places to inform them. The attitude of the workers is very irresponsible. I have complained to the owner but even he is not much bothered about the behaviour of his workers. From seven months I have been fighting with this service centre for one or the other reasons and till date I m facing problems in my bike. The workers are roaming on the customers bike which he has given in the service center.They are attending break down of other bikes using the customer bike.Even I have seen customer waiting for their bike in the service center n bike is not present there . ROYAL ENFIELD BULLET was my dream bike. But after purchasing I haven't enjoyed riding it much because of troubles that arises in the bike and problems created in the bike by the service center. *Last time when I gave my bike for servicing in paragon traders, they returned the bike with a disturbing sound from shockups. Than again when given the bike to resolve that problem, they returned it with the same problem plus disbalancing of bike, its automatically going to right side.Have shown it to shri krishna automobiles also but neither he was able to solve the problem and he suggested it will b better i[censored] repair your bike from Paragon Traders itself as you have purchased from there. I'm exhausted by the service centre of RE in Nagpur. Have to roam from one service center to another in this summer days of Nagpur and no problems are solved but created. As I'm going to service centre a lot, have seen large number of people being unsatisfied by the paragon traders services .They somehow try to convince the customer that the problems are inbuilt in RE bikes The service centres of Nagpur are ruining the status of RE please do something and take strict actions against paragon traders service centre.

          I had purchased a Royal Enfield Classic 350 on 21/10/2014 from ESS AAR Motors Jhandewalan, KAROL BAGH. After first service this bike started to create problem of worst sound I have ever come across which sounds like TIK-TIK-TIK-TIK. I complained about this many times to Royal Enfield Service center in Mayapuri about the above problem but they have not solved it yet . They even changed the tappet set but the noise problem persists still. It's been almost 6 months now and my problem has not been resolved yet. I ask Royal Enfield to answer me on this issue or else next time I would be filing a court case against this company. I want this problem to be solved on fast track basis. Anoop Sharma

When we ask in showroom, they told me that company didn't provide the kits. So please provide the kits..                 I had purchased a royal Enfield classic 350 from on 26 /09 /2014 at Lalbagh road HSR After first service this bike started create problem of worst sound I had aproched many times to royal Enfield Service center in S R Nagar having same above problem but they have not solved my problem and also advised me for this is the normal problem we cant do any solve this sound.
                So please solve out my problem otherwise I will appeal for necessary legal action against the company.

                  I had purchased a royal Enfield standard 350 from panipat on 24 /02 /2015. After two or three days this bike started create problem of gear shifting and released clutch. I had aproched many times to royal Enfield agancy in panipat having same above problem but they have not solved my problem and also advised me for washing /clearing clutch plate. My bike is new and after above solutions the resale market will less. So please solve out my problem otherwise I will take necessary legal action against you.                     I am Ishwarrao Kandiwalsa from nagpur. I bought a classic 350 from paragon traders nagpur. Im facing severe problems since i bought that bike. If run my bike continuously for 25-30 kms an irrating noise of hydraulic tappet starts coming from engine. I have given my bike for more than 5 times for the same problem they have done nothing. They have changed that part once but problem is still there. But the most frustrating thing is every time i give my bike at paragon service station they return my bike with a new problem. And again for those problem i have to come again and again to them. They have removed my paint 2 times. Dameged my chrome plating, disturbed my shockups alignment and many more small problems. After doing all this the argument they give is this will happen sir. We cant treat your bike like a flower, if we use spanner definately your paint will get removed. Then keep my bike for 5-5 days to repaint but ultimately does nothing. I am fedup of third class service. There is lot more to tell but can't explain everything in text. I expect a positive action paragon traders.

                      It Has Been Just 9 months of me Buying My Royal Enfield Classic 350, I am an traveller & travel Long once in a Month on my Bike. My bike has Just Clocked 14, 500 km & my Rear Chain Sprocket Teeth is Severely Damaged & Also My Front Wheel Jammed Due To Wheel Bearings. I Am totally Dissatisfied With the Royal Enfield Because I Could not Claim any Warranty now for the Damaged Parts because of the So called RE 1 year or 10, 000 km Warranty Policy... I think Other manufacturers are way Better than Royal Enfield Coz i Myself Work for A Premium Brand Harley Davidson...

                        Hello, I bought Thunder bird 350cc on 18th Aug from Uppal showroom, (Royal engineering showroom) from 1st service I was repeatedly complaining regarding engine sound but till now i didn't got any response or rectification on my problem please suggest me what to do.

                        My classsic 350 is producing an engine sound.The showroom mechanics changed the head but then also sound is coming..My bike is 721kms and 2 months old.
                        I am now going to file a suit against the company..I paid about Rs:1, 42, 000/- for the bike..My money is wasted..A Splendour bike is much more better than an Enfield...
                        Showroom mechanics say that manufacturing complaints are common to new Royal Enfield bikes...

                            this month 18th my bike starting trouble so i give to services near by authorized distributor mtp road saibabakovil coimbatore ph .[protected]mobile.[protected]. they accept the problem
                            it will take time 2-3 days. he given job card no.1693 dt.19.03.2015. my warranty is below 12 month and kilometer around 9200 .warranty period i given the bike to service. natural complaint he told soft and barring is
                            broken .warranty it will not cover other wise you where you taken the bike give to him the will give the solution.But my bike is no working conditional starting trouble. till i am not received the solution

                              I have purchased desert storm on 3 january 2012.since from the begining my bike started to have major issues with fuel injector . since from the first service, still this problems have not been solved. the service center people have able to temperarely manage the problem . they charge high amount but did not fix the problem permenently.

                              royal enfield service is very poor. my bike shows new new problems every month.

                              i am quite frustated now with royal enfield service.they should raise their standard. there technology is worst.

                                After a long road drive I had an issue with front discs rubbing against the pads when the brakes are not applied. And so for the same i took the bike to royal enfield service centre at JP Nagar behind shopperstop at Bannergatta road. I explained the problem to the guy the supervisior who books the bike. After waiting for 3 hrs the bike was ready but the problem wasn't resolved yet. They were giving lame excuses which you would never expect from a technically sound person. And so after poiting the problem to them again and insisting they took the bike again and waiting for another hour they give the bike back. The rubbing sound was not there, but in the night i realised that the disc is rubbing again but this time it is like a constant rub which is creating a drag.

                                    I have purchased a Classic 350 in June 2013. Since then the speedometer has failed over 10 times so far. On an average 175 kms and then it stops working except one occassion where it worked for almost 1250 kms. The bike was purchased and serviced exclusively at Dhone Automobiles Pune. The dealer repaired it for free a couple of times and since then I am incurring 200 Rs every time to fix. I don't think anybody has understood the exact cause of failure. I am seriously fed up with this persistent failures and would like to lodge a formal complaint. My expectation is to have an expert review to identify the persistent failures and fix the problem at source.

                                      My name is Vaibhav Rathore and I have booked RE Classic 350 on 19/10/14 And have been promised for the delivery within 5 months as per the company's policy but it have been more than 5 months and still I didn't get my Re, I was in the regular communication wIth the agency's person, first they promised the delivery on 23rd jan, then 15 Feb, then 10 march and now it's 23rd march, still the agency person are unable to give me delivery or any valid reason for thE delay, they are very rude and unprofessional, I believe they are providing the delivery to their beloved or known persons first, instead of mine, I am very disappointed with it, please look into the concern aNd do the needful.

                                        Hello Royal Enfield, I brought a Classic 350 - Maroon from Go Green Motors, Gachibowli, Hyderabad on[protected] Reg No: TS07ED8125 Engine No: U3S5C0EK555557 This is regarding the problems that I have been facing from after sales services from Royal Enfield Service Center. Problems with the Bike:- Despite repeated complaints while handing over for service, following problem still persists. a. Gearbox very hard, makes loud noises when changing gear. b. Engine noise/vibrations, the cylinder makes clanking noise when revved. c. Handle vibrates a lot; hand goes numb after few KMs. d. Front suspension makes loud noise when going over bumps. e. Engine making loud rubbing noises when clutch is pressed. The vehicle has run only 3600 Kms and already after 3 services it is no near fixed, the gearbox is still a huge problem, sounds like a hammer on an anvil whenever changing gears. Engine noise has increased a lot, the cylinder is knocking at the head and making clanking noises and the whole bike vibrates. Handle vibrates a lot; hand goes numb after riding few kms. The front suspension is almost ruined and makes loud noises when going over a bump. It is an agony riding this bike and it feels like the whole bike will fall apart any moment. In fact my chain cover came loose and dangled, when investigated it was found the Nut has fallen loose due to heavy vibrations. Please find below the service history of the bike and the problems faced over time. From the starting day itself the bike was having problems with its gear, its gear was very hard and the whole bike vibrates when I put it into any gear with a loud sound. The engine also vibrates a lot when revved (more vibrations than other enfields). Service center: Go green Motors service center, Gachibowli, Hyderabad. Summary of service availed:- • 7-OCT-2014 - Took the bike for first servicing, listed all the complaints of the bike including Gearbox problem and too much vibrations in the engine, received the bike in few hours but when received the problems were all the same only the oil was changed and nothing else was rectified, when complained the service center people told that the gear box issue is normal and the engine vibrations as well (Cost: Rs.966). • 3-NOV-2014 – Was riding the bike for a month when I noticed the back wheel is splattered with black oil, was ignoring it to be mud before but when checked closely found that oil was leaking and the engine oil level is less than half. Took it to service center where they refused it to be oil leak first, when persisted they accepted that the engine oil seal was cut during oil change; they fixed it but charged me as well! (Cost: Rs.514). • 13-Dec-2014 – The bike was constantly giving problems, the gearbox is very hard and making lots of noise and rear break making lots of noise and not working properly. Front suspension also making loud noise when going over any bumps. Gave for 2nd servicing before time and KMs listing all problems but as same as before nothing got fixed. Topped up engine oil. • 14-Feb-2015 – Bike still giving problems, gave to 3rd servicing while listing problems of gear box, engine vibrations and also asked to change engine oil in hope the vibrations will go down. Bike received after 2 days, but three days after servicing the rear break started giving problems. (Cost Rs.966) • 7-Mar-2015 – The rear brakes started sometimes locking the wheel or not working at all, once coming out of a signal the wheels locked and I almost died in an accident. Took the bike to the service center again to fix the rear break, charged me for new break shoe, complained about gear box again and now the engine has started making more noises including knocking noises when at high rpm, it feels like the whole vehicle will fall apart. (Cost: Rs 350) Always after receiving the bike from every service I feel the gear is still hard and makes loud noise while changing gears, the issue was never addressed/resolved. It is after great deal of harassing and mental agony that I am writing this email to you, kindly look into this matter, after spending 1.3 Lakh+ on a premium bike this type of after sales service is never expected. Kindly help me on this and fix my bike under warranty, it has been months since I pointed out these issues to service centers (observed since purchase of bike) still my bike have never worked correctly.
