I have taken RE Thunderbird from Platinum showroom Fatimanagar Hadapsar Pune on Saturday 30th May. However i have not received my insurance my bike number. This is mere negligence. Inspite of repeated calling, the executives say the person who check the details is on leave & there is no one who checks the system. The person named Amit Patil is arrogant is dont know what is his intension for not providing me bike number & insurance. Please help me out.

    i m hardik dobariya from ahmedabad.i gave my RE 350 to ahmedabad ghodasar royal enfield service station for change some parts & service ...they gave me my bike after 16 days but when got my bike . the bettry was discharge.. michenic says drive some km & bettry will charge.. but after 3 days betrry will not charged & when i match the bettry no. i will shok they change my bettry.. i bought my bike 6month ago..when i complain they not resppoding me... so now wt i do?? bike no. 3619 RE 350. & theire servie manager MR. kalpesh dont pick up my call even . so now wt i do? if no result found then i go to the court ..       my royal enfield standard 350 bike has lot of noise in pistol locking and it increase the volume too much. That's why i submit my bike twice in agency 170/10, Ambala Cantt, Ambala - 133001, RAI Market Again I submit my complain on 30/05/2015 for this problem. my bike warranty is expire on 17/07/2015 . This time this is my last complain after 10/05/2015 i will go to consumer forum for that.because i was go many time in service centre but i'm not satisfied this service centre my bike in warranty but this agency not listen my complaint so please help me and change my bike pistol locking My Number is [protected] [protected]

        Hi, I had purchased Bullet Electra 350 CC engine from Teknik Motors Bangalore on November 5th 2014. My bike stopped running suddenly on 29th May 2015 while driving to office early morning, with all pain i got my bike into the service station Accelerate Motors at Rajarajeshwarinagar Bangalore-98. They had promised to deliver the bike on 1st-July-2015 and now they informed me that the entire engine has Seized and they have to replace the parts of engine and are waiting for an approval from the Company and it would take another 3 to 4 day to get it repaired Now as this is the only vehicle available for my commutation on day to day basis, its being difficult for me to travel. Though i get me vehicle services regularly from the authorized service stations my bike stopped working. This is my dream bike and after a lot of effort i was able to afford and not just in 6 months if the engine is seized what am i supposed to do, i request the authority to do the needful. Current Job card is at Accelerate Motor is 4411 dated 29th May 2015. Can you please get the required approvals done ASAP and do the needful.           As I(Sujeet Kumar) raising complain from first service of my Bike (Thunderbird) that oil leakage isn't stopping & lighting and fuel(meter) problem still be on. Complained about this to customer care & service centre also but me not get a solution from any side. Today I wasted my whole day at Service centre, fuel(meter) problem that was not showing exact volume, when tank is full meter shows 1 or 2 point .Today changed it 4 times but issue still not be resolved and due to this my whole day spent also at service centre and now office closing time me stand here but problem be on. As per Royal Enfield warranty is 1 yr & 10000 km. Now bike stand at service centre after 9 thsnd km so pls let me know if warranty will expire then who will be responsible for this & parts. Whenever I complained abt light they says that engineer will visit & engineer comes in working days like monday, tuesday. So how can me get solution. These things showing us that it's my biggest fault of purchasing Royal Enfield's Bike. Thay had added some vas additive of without my confirmation as i already asked no need this.             I, Gurudas Laxman Kamath purchased Royal Enfield Bullet Classic 350cc, Maroon Colour bearing Registration no.MH 12 LR 7532 on 20.01.2015 from one of your Authorised Dealer BRAHMA Motors, Wakdewadi, Pune, Maharashtra. During First 500 kms as such there were no issues with the Bike. During the Second Servicing on 3500 kms during the servicing it was informed to me that the Crank wheel of Chain sprocket has cracked and was needed to be replaced. Further the Fork was also out as the vehicle was tending to move on the right side (though I had not met with accident even of minor nature nor the vehicle had anytime fallen down). To replace the Crank wheel and rectify the Fork Out I had to pay Rs 3500.00 (which otherwise the servicing cost would have been Rs 300.00 only for the general checks and oil top up). In addition to the above there was lot of Vibration in the vehicle which is not rectified till date. After Servicing on 3500kms I had to go from Pune to Lonavala for some reason on 14.05.2015. During my return trip from Lonavala to Pune at around 10.30pm, the vehicle stopped abruptly near Khadki station. I tried to start the vehicle but was in vain. Then just to my surprise I could see the fumes from bottom side of the bike and was stunned to observe that the entire Silencer had become RED HOT. I was scared and luckily few people even at this odd hour came to me rescue and helped me to station the bike in nearby Parking Lot. The only thought which came to my mind at that moment was, why the Hell did I purchase this stupid Bike. Apart from this bike I am a proud owner of 4 nos of other brand Bikes and have travelled almost 20, 000 kms on an average on each bike but these have never given me any complaints so far in any of the case. In this situation, I was lucky enough to escape unprecedented severe accident and major injury. Next day I had to take a tempo with me from Vishrantwadi to Khadki and tow the Bike to the Service Centre. When the Complaint was registered with the Service Manager regarding Break down of Bike abruptly in the middle of the road, It was heartfelt to me that the Service Manager noted the incident in a very Casual manner and said that it was a common phenomenon in such Bike. I was taken aback with this depressing attitude of the Service Manager. He informed that the Battery has drained completely and there was a short circuit in the Spark Plug causing the said situation. I being a common person not well equipped with the deep Mechanical know how about the bikes had to quietly listen to his explanation. Further on the context of commonsense I strongly objected to his statement saying that such behaviour of the bike in just 3 months from the date of purchase was not acceptable and highly objectionable. In light of above I strongly recommended to 1. Either refund my entire money back, or, 2. Replace the bike with immediate effect, as I feel that there is high Risk involved in the bike allotted to me and will not be able to sacrifice my life and passion of riding the bike even on the shorter trips. Further I also strongly opine that ROYAL ENFIELD BULLET is highly RISKY, DANGEROUS BIKE ON ROAD and would not recommend this bike to the new buyers. With this incident I have already LOST my trust in ROYAL ENFIELD BULLET and would request you to do justice to me in favourable manner. Yours Painfully, Gurudas Laxman Kamath

                Hello Everybody...this is a complain as well as a suggestion too for those people who are thinking to buy a Royal Enfield..I f you are buying RE in Gurgaon then please drop the idea because after sale service of RE, Gurgaon is worst ever. Here is my concern. I bought RE thunderbird 350 from Gurgaon(Manzil Motors) and i did my first service of bike from Meerut and believe me for the first 3000 KM it was amazing but when i came to second service and given to Manzil Motors, Gurgaon.And after that day my life became hell because of this bike and the service. Everytime i get new issue after 2 weeks.Fully irritated with the service what they did. I am writing this complaint and my bike is in service now for fuel meter.The best part is that the higher authorities of Royal Enfield has no effect.Just got a no of territory manage Mr Akhil Mishra and that's it.No reply no service nothing. So please buyers spend your money but make sure from where are you going to purchase and do not buy from Manzil Motors in Gurgaon. Thank you!!

                  I have booked a royal enfield desert storm 500 cc bike in adyar showroom through CSD on[protected].They told me that i could get the bike on apr 25 later the postponed the date and told may 15-20 is the confirmed date to get the bike.That date too postponed. They called me on may23 and asked me to get the bike on may 24 but on that day obe of the royal enfield showroom person is died and asked me to get the bike on the next dah. I told them i collect the bike on May 29 and asked them the registration number for my they told the concern person murthy is on leave i wi send the registration number on Monday i.e. May 25 but they didn't called me but i tried then and asked the registration number everyone who attend the call told me to call after 30 minutes i dont know. Finally no one responded me then i tried the same on Tuesday i.e.26 may in this time they give me the RTO number and asked me to get the registration number but the RTO officer told me there is ni registration done in the given name, i asked why they told me due to some system problem on that date we didn't do any registration. I called the royal enfield showroom and informed them the same and they told the same please call after 30 minw so we can check the exact problem but they didn't. Finally i mailed the problem to the branch in charge S.Periyasamy he too didn't respond my mail. I don't what to do. Even though if i booked the Tvs xl bike i may get a goog customer support..

                    Hello I am from Aligarh. I have purchased a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 last year on 13 June, 2014 from Maindola Royal Enfield (Aligarh). It is my first bike. I am sorry to inform you but I am very very disappointed with the services and after sale response and behavior of the staff present here. Form the first week after buying the bike, I am facing several problems. -I have firstly reported the problem of weird sound from engine in the first service in August, 2014. It's the sound of tappet. Form that day itself the people in the service center (Aligarh) told that it will be fixed in 2nd service... Then 3rd... Then 4th... Its not done till now. My bike has weird sound now also. This sound become very loud sometimes. I have visited the service center regarding this problem several times. -secondly, I am having the fuel indicator issue since October (second service) . It is not fixed till now. For this also they have several explanations. Today also I went there and still they are saying 20 days time... This is just limit more than 7months. - My Thunderbird was having exide battery and it was having lekage problem. I reported it also on the second service. My whole battery cover is damaged from inside by the battery acid. After 5 months of complain they finally took my battery for replacement on 28 march and said it would take 15-20 days. I have got it today... After 2 almost months. I have given my bike for battery replacement and when I checked it after coming home it was a spare battery form the showroom and not my replaced new batter. They cheated for the battery. So this evening my brother complained it and people their on the service center were not coordinating and were not giving any satisfying answer. They just don't know how to talk to a customer. I am very disappointed. I want answer. My bike no is UP81 AY 9826 and is registered on my father's name. Mohd Sabir Rahi

                    I complained here and also to the royal Enfield also mailed them. The mail executive forwarded it to the area manager and I talked with him. He forwarded it to the district managaer and my complaint was considered nicely. They took my bike for 2 days and the problems were resolved.

                      My bike is 10 months old, I have bought my Classic 350 from Prateek Royal Enfield, Panvel. On my 24th May 2014 i went to showroom for my 4th (Last free service), It was chaotic . There was no co-ordination among service manager, adviser and mechanic.I pointed out few minor issues in my bike as there was some noise in my bike's front rim. Before service my bike was all OK except some minor noise issues in front rim.After service i took test ride of it. The mechanic have messed it with my front disc brakes as it was totally lost its braking ability and It started malfunctioning. Also my bike's handle was pulling to left side . I had reported this case to adviser who had created my job card (Rajpal), He refused to accept that its their mistake instead blaming that these problems were already preset in my bike.
                      Pratik motors is d worst in giving service..
                      I have done a big mistake by buying bike from pratik motors..
                      I would lyk to suggest d bikers tht not to service ur bike from pratik motors..
                      Instead of solving 1 problem they ll create another 2..
                      Pratik motors is degrading the name of royal enfield..
                      yah, but please tell who will give good service for bullets arround panvel
                      Dear RE,
                      I am really delighted with your product TBTS 500 which is your amazing machine. To maintained this with best quality every customer of your company expect a good quality service. But sadly would like to inform you that the service center in Panvel a Pratik Motors is failed to deliver standard of quality which a product and company have.

                      The Free service is been taken for granted and been done by non technician. I witness a supervisor insisting a bike washer to perform a free service job. the same experience I get for my first and second service. I also found they charge for additive and chain lubricant but they never do it, after insisting and showing them that its not appled on chain, its look same as it is given before service then they acknowledge it and found that its a coordination issue and then did it.

                      I found such many issues with many customers in my presence at service center in last two services. The supervisors and advisors didn't have sense how to talk to customer who have love for there RE who cant tolerate such mismanagement in service which leads to poor quality service. I really doubt they really do check and inspect all mentioned parts as per the service manual.I would rate the service of this service station is really sub standard.

                      Apart from this I found in my service bill a false warranty is claimed for instrument cluster of 4k and on inquiry I have not given any clarification and failed to answer that it is really been changed for my bike or not.its clearly show there is something fishy going on.

                      I would like to request you and investigate this case and work out some improvements for service center quality and customer experience.


                      Would suggest a service center should have appropriate process which assure that all task as per check list is done and should handover a report to customer to have faith in them.
                      Hope to see positive solution to improve service centers service quality and customer care.

                        my royal enfield classic 350 bike has lot of noise in tapit and when bike heat up my bikes tapit increase the volume too much. That's why i submit my bike twice in agency Allied Auto Agencies, 6-B niranjanpur Dehradun. Again I submit my complain on 15/05/2015 for this problem. The agency workers said that new tapit is not available in agency and my bike warranty is expire on 29/05/2015 but till today on 25/05/2015 agency said that there is no new tapit available in agency. I am fed-up with this type of service. This time this is my last complain after 28/05/2015 i will go to consumer forum for that matter and only company is responsible for this.

                          Hello, I have a thunderbird 350 it has just completed a year in may. I had digital meter issue before bike completed a year and also informed the dealer regarding the same. They said they dont have meters in stock. So i emailed Royal enfield customer care service email id. They gave me a contact number after a week and several emails to whom i contacted he said they will get meter in two weeks but it is been a month now and there is no communication from Royal enfield also they are not replying to my emails also.

                            When i bought this bike from Manmohan Autos on 2 October 2014. After 1 month I did notice there is a change in colour on fuel tank. Than i went to a local dealer of royal enfield Guru kirpa Autos and they have been tentalizing me for the last 4 months that we will replace ur tank but they did nothing so far...Plz look into the matter at the earliest

                              hey this is Amit Bishnoi from gurgaon.i bought my classic 350 in october 2014 from aman automobiles gurgaon. From the very 1st day when i have to start my bike through kick.i had to around 15-20 kicks in winters then my byk got to be started. but i didnt care as i thought that may be engine is getting colder. BUT this problem is same in summer season as well.i went 2-3 authorised mechanics but still NO IMPROVEMENT.I still have to kick many times.this problem happens only in the case of kick start not in electric start. PLEASE ADVISE ME WHAT TO DO.

                                I am Amaresh from Jamshedpur. I have ordered a royal enfied electra 350 silver colour at "aruna motors" adityapur pin- 831013, Jamshedpur on 18th dec 2014. The dealer has kept me waiting since then and I have not yet got any conformation regarding its delivery. Dealer is now stating that eicher motors are not manufacturing silver colour royal enfield electra any more. Dealer is now forcing me to buy a black colour royal enfield electra. this is very frustrating waiting for 5 months in futile.

                                  Hi I am GURUNATH GOVIND owner of Royal Enfield black classic 350. On September 1st 2014 I purchased royal Enfield classic 350 from TEKNNIK motors, Bangalore .I had clutch and gear issues in the beginning. I left the bike for the 1st service at Teknnik motors, Indiranagar and complained them about the gear & clutch issues. Around 2000kms I started hearing a strange noise from the engine & this noise was different from tappet or knocking sound. So to solve this issue I left my bike at H.S.R service centre Rajajinagar for my bike’s 2nd service and at H.S.R centre they told me that there was some issue with the rear wheel hub & hub must be replaced but the hub was out of stock and asked me to wait for few days. I had to call them daily to get update about availability of the hub and they showed negligence and they never bothered to reply to my call or update me. After 25 days they told the hub was available and asked me to get bike at service centre (H.S.R) and once I left the bike they checked and said we shall replace it during the 3rd service. And the noise from the engine & tappet sound increased a lot. So during the 3rd service at H.S.R service station I complained them about the following problems 1) Strange noise being heard from engine. 2) Gear shifting issue 3) tappet sound from the engine was more 4) rear hub problem 5) mileage drop And they told the replacement of HUB wasn’t necessary and they have fixed with a pin. After the service none of the above issues were solved &when I complained about this to the service manager of H.S.R he quoted” I have never ever heard such a noise from any of R.E bike engines till today”. Service centre gave me a call stating that we will solve your issues leave the bike at H.S.R service centre. I had already left my bike 4 times in the span of 3months at service centres 1st service during September, 2nd service in month of October, 3rd time for hub replacement & servicing in month of November. In spite of leaving my bike several times none of my issues were solved. The H.S.R service station offered me a pathetic and very poor service and they didn’t respond to any of my problems. Again the tappet sound from engine, strange noise from engine, clutch issue, gear problem, low mileage were the problems faced by me after 3rd service and the H.S.R service station gave me a call for the feedback of the service and I complained them about the issues I am facing and they asked me to leave the bike again for few days at H.S.R service centre. In spite of leaving my bike they didn’t solve any of my issues. None of my issues were solved even after 4 services. H.S.R service station gave my bike the worst service. Since my bike had reached around 6000kms I left my bike for 5th service at C.V.S motors and complained them about 1) Strange screeching sound from the engine. 2)Loud tappet sound 3)Low Pick up 4) Mileage drop 5)issue with gear shifting Inspite of leaving my bike at service station for 2days my problem wasn’t solved and I called C.V.S motors and they asked me to leave the bike for a week and they will sort out the issues. The mechanic from C.V.S motors told me that there was some issue with cam wheel. After a week they told they had replaced gasket, bearings of the engine. Inspite of those replacements I was able to hear that strange noise from engine & tappet sound problem still continued. Again I left my bike at C.V.S motors in month of February to solve those issues but none of those issues were solved. They asked me again to leave the bike for week and I left it. But the bike was left unattended for 3 days & after 3days only they worked on my bike. The mechanic from C.V.S motors told me to ride bike for 1000kms & the sound from the engine would reduce, but in spite of doing so the issue wasn’t solved. There was additional problem with existing problem there was a rubbing noise of chain when bike was rolling in neutral & this problem I started facing after 5th service. So during the 6th service at C.V.S I gave this following list of problems I faced 1) tappet sound from the engine 2) chain rubbing noise 3) mileage drop 4) strange noise being heard from engine 5) less power 6)Screeching noise when accelerated But none of these issues were solved. I had to leave my bike for 7th time in the span of 20days and when I had left my bike it had covered only 8200kms with same issues 1) tappet sound from the engine 2) chain rubbing noise 3) mileage drop 4) strange noise being heard from engine 5)less power 6)Screeching noise when accelerated. This time my bike was at service centre for 9days. The service centre told they had changed piston head, crankshaft & they had changed bearings & they had serviced on tappet & valve servicing. All the time had to pay for the service & none of my issues were solved. And I told I have issues with clutch and engine the mechanic at C.V.S told they have no clue about those engine issues. I even mailed about the poor service to C.V.S customer service but they never replied. After seeing the pathetic condition of my bike & poor service offered by C.V.S motors I mailed a complaint letter to Mr.Armugam (manager of c.v.s motors), Mr.Mayur (proprietor of c.v.s motor), Mr.Ashok Malagi(territory service manager), Mr.Satish Kumar(regional service manager) & I got a call from Mr.Kodanda(PR manager of c.v.s) to help me & my bike. When I again approached Mr.Kodanda he test drive my bike and acknowledged the weird sound from the engine and tappet noise and knocking noise and clutch assembly issue. So I demanded for replacement of my faulty engine & Mr.Kodanda got in touch with Royal Enfield engineer & set an appointment to meet Mr.Prashanth (territory service manager) on 21st April 2015. Mr.Prashanth got in touch with me and told me to get a 2nd opinion from Brand store Royal Enfield center near Jaydeva. During this waiting period after services in c.v.s I faced many more issues with the bike 1) tappet sound from the engine 2) chain rubbing noise 3) mileage drop 4) strange noise being heard from engine when accelerated. 5)less power 6)no pick up All these issues have been acknowledged by both c.v.s motors & brand store near Jaydeva. Each & every time I had to call each & every executive but none of them bothered to give me an update or tried to solve my bike issues. On 21st April a meeting with Mr.Prashanth was fixed and Mr.Kodanda was supposed to update me about the meeting but neither Mr.Kodanda nor Mr.Prashanth bothered to reply to my mails or calls. I called them several times but none of them picked. On 22nd April Mr.Prashanth told he was busy so he couldn’t fix any appointment for meeting me. Both service acknowledged my bike’s engine as a faulty engine. On 24th April I was supposed to meet Mr.Prashanth at C.V.S motors but service center people told that he didn’t turn up. And I showed the manager of c.v.s motor the oil leak issue & noise from engine & tail lamp light had some problem. And I asked the mechanic of c.v.s to fix tail lamp but he refused to do it & asked me to get the bike next day to fix the lamp. So I myself had to fix the tail lamp by changing the bulb which took 5mins. The mechanics & service engineer at c.v.s are irresponsible & arrogant and they are not helping me in solving any of my problems. On 26th April the bike engine shut down abruptly in the middle of the road on the highway and I had to push my bike for 6kms to bring it to safety. I called the representative of c.v.s but he didn’t even bother to receive my call. I called several times on 27th April to c.v.s motors but none replied. Later I called Mr.Kodanda & he told me he was off duty and he would talk to manager & send some mechanic to my place to repair my bike. It was hectic for me to call every one of them several times. Mr.Vasanth a mechanic of c.v.s came down to my place and told there was some problem with my engine so only not able to start my bike. he told he would come back in the evening and try to fix the bike if not the bike have to be towed down to service centre. Mr Prashant the TSM of Royal Enfield took the responsibility to solve all the issues and I quote he told that he will replace the engine if the same issue is repeated. I got my bike on 6th of may. There were few issues still with the bike and they told me to ride it for few hundred kilometres and update the status. I was promised that all the issues have been sorted and if the same issue is repeated they will replace the engine. They had replaced the crank shaft, bearings, piston head, rear wheel hub, bore of the engine. I have a picture of the parts they said they have changed, which I have attach in the mail. Now, after riding the bike for few hundred kilometres all the same issues like strange noise from engine, sound from shocks and suspension and all the same issue which I mentioned above started to appear again. This is the pathetic service and promise from the TSM of royal enfield. Mr Prashant is so irresponsible that he was least bothered after I took my bike and never answered my calls when the same issues were appearing with the bike. I, took my bike AGAIN to the service center demanded for a replacement and Mr Narasimha the manager of CVS Motors And Mr.Pavan the assistant manager did not replace the engine gave all stupid reasons and promised me to solve all the issues, I left my bike there once again on 11th may and collected it on 14th may . I demanded for an extended warrenty but Mr Narasimha and MR Mayur the proprietor were least bothered about the situation and told me it will never happen again. I would like to remind you that this is the 9th time I have given my bike for repeat repair job in royal enfield service station in 7 months. Mr. Mayur, Mr Pavan and Mr. Narasimha did not listen to my concerns and were not bothered about my condition and my bikes condition. Now, its been 8 days I bought my bike from CVS motors and 5 more issues have started and these are the issues I have been complaining from 5 months and 9 services. 1) Sound from shocks and suspensions. 2) Strange engine noise after I reach 50kmph and overheating of the engine. 3) Mileage has dropped to 30 kmp/l 4) Rattling noise from the rear wheel 5) Not shift gear especially from 1st to 2nd. 6) Loud noise from the engine when shifting to 1st gear. All these issues is repeating since I bought the bike and no one in CVS or Hsr or Teknnik motors is able to solve the issue and the mental trauma I have gone through after purchasing the bike for 1.5 lakh is unbearable. When they repair the bike they told me they will test ride my bike for 200-300kms and give it back, but they took me for a test drive in heavy traffic. I am facing all the above mentioned issues after the bike gets heated up and I have told this all the 9th times but no one seems to understand it and one more thing I would like to mention is all the staff of CVS and Royal Enfield is so unprofessional and lie to every customer. When they know they have done a mistake they won’t man up and agree the mistake and do the needful. They always come up with reasons blaming the authorised service centres or someone but will not do the needful to solve the customer’s issue. They don’t have the basic manners of responding to a call or a message. I have gathered all the documents for filing a complaint against Royal Enfield and CVS motors. I have approached a public news channel also regarding what Royal Enfield and CVS motors have done to me and the kind of service they have given to me and they are willing to help me regarding my problem. I will be sending a copy of the complaint to the local police station regarding this . You all have cheated me and have been playing with my time and money from past eight months and I was very patient till now, but now I have understood that I am dealing with a bunch o[censored]nprofessional, unethical jerks. The pathetic servicing and negligence shown during the service are the reasons for bike’s condition. My bike has seen more service station days than highway. Everyone from the mechanic, service manager, TSM, the manager from the brand store including the CVS proprietor has agreed that the bike is faulty and no one knows how to fix the issue. I have paid 1.5 lakhs for the bike and you all are responsible for cheating me by selling a low quality faulty bike for my money. My bike is not a test dummy to try all your bloody experiments on it, I have paid the money and I want the right product. I WANT ROYAL ENFIELD TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR SELLING ME A FAULTY BIKE AND I WANT THE BIKE TO BE REPLACED OR I WANT THE ENTIRE MONEY FOR MY BIKE TO BE REFUNDED IMMEDIATELY.                                     I have Electra 350. i got my bike in November-2014 & traveled almost 9000km till date. i m facing poblem of spokes damaged 2 times. 1st on 6500km & 2nd 8000km. & now its again band ( on the way to broken ) I need my bike defects free. i dont have proof but i have all bills.

                                        I Have purchased A Royal Enfield Electra 350 From Gulzar Motors, Sirsa haryana in june 2014. I am having major problems from the very next day onwards of the delivery date.. 1.Engine noise. I have purchased my bike in june-2014. Still these issues are not resolved. I have given my bike to gulzar motors more than 10 times. They will keep my bike in service centre for more than 4-5 days. I have sent many mails to Royal enfield, but nobody was taking responsibility to fix this issue. After that bike is vibrating too much Again I went to gulzar motors, still issue is not resolved.
