Myself PRAWIN SHARMA from Kanpur (UP).I have thinderbird350 from Sareen motors .I have given my bike for first service yesterday and got it back same day evening.i have gave than details of problems which was i was facing during ride.but still they do nothing with tham even make the conditions worst...they only change the oil and oil filter which was chargeable ...after service bike not taking proper pick-up and producing too much abnormal sound...I told than about this .They ignore me ant said it will eliminate with the time...after that they never take my call...I think this was worst after sell service which i ever faced...please take seriously and take some action

    TB500, battery is dead & now service station ( north delhi motorcyles ) delhi, says that it is direcly insured with product ( exide) & nor dealer, this is sheer harrasment as this was not told at the time of purchansing the bile, now you keep on searching for exide service station by your own & get your battery fixed. what a service ?

      TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN
      I own Bullet electra 350CC, bought it 4 years back from Brawn Automobiles Gurgaon, Haryana. Till 500 kms everything was smooth and nice. But during second service I faced some issue with my rear drum brakes. They used to make some squeaky sound and it used to progress the more I used to drive it. I had it checked at service centre and they said my brake shoe needs to be changed so I got it changed. The issue got sorted for few days and again the problem started.
      Kindly check my service details if possible.
      Every effing service of my bike I had either my break shoe changed, the hub, spring or somehow related to the break changed.
      I showed to 10 royal enfield Authorized centre in Delhi, NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, Dehradun and Rishikesh (To only the so called bullet ustads) *every mechanic remember my bikes very well because we are friends because I visit them so often
      And all of them have changed my break shoes and hub once (Kindly confirm it with them) Anyways few of them say that I may be riding it with my foot on the pedal or pressing it half, well what I have to say is that I’ve been riding the old bullet before this and have classic 350, a unicorn and karizma before this. Never faced such types of problem. But to keep myself at peace, I literally stopped using the rear brakes at all (used it only for emergencies)
      Instead of that the rear wheel has got jammed multiple times while riding. I was lucky enough to survive it. and now I ride it 20KMPH because Im scared to death.

      Suggest me what should I do. I’m highly frustrated with this now and not in a state to get everything changed once again as I’ve spent a lot on it. I get 15000k salary and I spent 4000 on its installment and 6000 on its maintenance every month.
      WHY?????? Because I still love it.. Im a true royal enfield fan.
      Where can I go? Who shall I meet?? I have called the manager, to service inchangre, the state incharge, the helpline but no help at all.
      I do have all the duplicate* bills of the services which states my brake shoe/hub changed.
      *because Aman Automobile/Brawn Automobile in Gurgaon sells RE products at MRP and say that if we want the original bill we have to pay another 12.5% (for what reason I don’t understand?)
      Help me Solve it and request you to get it fixed because I’m really very very very tired, broken and dissatisfied with whatever is happening in my bike. I wish I had bought another one but can’t now, coz me not so well off to buy an another one.
      Also one more thing to bring into your kind notice, Not a warning but letting you know that if not… after all this if this issue doesn’t get fixed… I swear on god….. I’ll burn my bike down, will record it, will call media (I work for them) post in all the social media site and tag RE, RE groups, biker magazines and all the media.

      I am also facing the same problem
      I have been using TBTS 350 since an year. I face issue with rear disk brake. During service they rub pads it with polish paper, then it works well for some hours, but gets on reduces braking power thereafter.
      I see disk brake is not capable of handling inertia. In emergency, engine braking doesn't suffice, and using front brakes hard is too risky. Totally disappointed with quality of RE. I was not expecting this.
      I do have same issue, maximum i can run 400kms after changing the break shoe, Got frustrated with this service center guys, they even not trying to identify the issue. Every time they tel the same story. If you tell something they will simply listen and say Ok sir, we will check and they will rub the shoe and fix it again. I think someone expert need to check and identify the issue, if they find the solution, that will be very helpful for many of the RE's customer. Also they can go to local mechanics and learn from them
      I am also facing the same issue, every two week and so rear brake fails(Within a 3 years i changed break liner N number of times)

      Very cheap bike and mistake of my life owing this bike.

        I have booked a black classic 350 from Teknik Motorcycles sarjapur signial on a Aug 10 2014.my friend who has booked same vehicle after me got the vehicle and for me till now they have not given, 7th feb i have payed money and they are telling next week till day. They are not serving on first come first serve basis and because of that i am paying 8000 more and on top of it they are not delivering on time they also took extra money and when i asked then they are telling its for teflon coating. I am having the proof to show that my friend got early same bike with same colour who booked after me what i got to know they purpously pushed the delivery time to get the new pricing (after jan) and now they are unable to give on time this is not y case but every people who has booked here

          I got Royal Enfield Thunder bird 350cc on Jan-10/2014. I gave my bike for paid service on 26th December-2015 and after that there is a lot of the problem with the bike. First, they said there is a problem in fuel gauge, and I paid for new one. After 2 days, speed meter didn't work and there are other problems with the bike. I gave my bike again on 12/01/2015 and today is 16/02/2015; I am still waiting for my bike to receive. Every time I called them, they are saying a spare parts problem. It's been more than a month I didn't use my bike. Very Confusion part is why this bike has these many damaged parts/problems within a year of purchase. Now can you please tell me what are you suggesting me/other customers. 1. Royal Enfield delivers more quality bikes whose parts didn't work properly for more than a year. 2. It provides an awesome service for bikes by keeping them in the service centre more than a month. Please clear my confusion. Or you want me to register a complaint in consumer court.

            respected sir I have booked the classic 350 bike 5 months ago I got 2 times mail about receiving that first mail was freshly painted and delivered soon which got a month ago ..when I went to showroom they didn't responding well that they are so careless the showroom(HSR enterprises navrang rajajinagar bangalore) so please help me with this.

              My royal enfield classic 350 silver chain sprocket is broken and it also causes problem in gear shifting and its horn switch is also not working i purchased this bike with my savings and lots of expectations but all in vain very disappointed with this bike and i will never buy this bike again and never tell any body to buy this bike it is very expensive and doesnt give any satisfaction these all things is happening in less than one year i want u to refund my money or i will file a case against you .

                I bought Thunderbird 350cc Marine colour from Kayjee Engineers, Hyderabad, on 24th August 2014. During the first service at Kayjee Engineers itself the problem of Faulty Instrument cluster (as wrong fuel guage, showing various reading as half full, blinking empty, full in a few minutes when there was 5 liters petrol filled and also showing wrong distance, slow time, and some times time blinking on its own etc.) was raised along with other issues. At the service center, fuel tank was emptied and refilled and I was assured the problem was adressed as there were some particles in the tank. As the issue was still not addressed the second service was given to RE Brand Service Center, Hyderabad, raising the issue of faulty instrument cluster.. It was checked and the Supervisor Mr. Venkat and the Mechanic Mr. Pavan who serviced the bike agreed that the Instrument cluster was faulty and would be replacing the same in 3 weeks under warranty. They assured that the faulty instrumentclusters of new Thunderbird have been changed with new designe ones. They took photoes of the instrumentcluster, chasis and promised to call. They are yet to replace the same. Kindly do the need full and please reply. Regards, SreeDurga Pavani

I bought a royal enfiled 350 classic from alampure apllo coches showroom on 16'th may '2013 @ Rs.1, 36000/- aprox. in jun 2014 my bikes chesis were broken automatically. I complain to showroom but they reply me that they are helpless. and now double stand, single stand, horn, light, engine is break down. please let me know what can i do for this.                     Sir, I have booked a classic 350cc at senthilmurugan auto agencies Erode.At the time of booking, the person in charge for the show room Mr Shyam told that he will deliver the vehicle within two months, three months gone they are telling that they will give only four months waiting period.only after four months, we will call you.whats remedy?

                    they called me by phone and ask to pay for the new vehicle on 9/2/2015.no letter, no mail, only by oral.thank you sir. they tell nothing, the sales officer called the show room manager and allot me a new vehicle.

                    Your dealer from solapur city not giving delivery properly.At the time of booking he said the delivery will given within 6months but after 8months he is telling we can't deliver your bike.The delivery boy(Kothe) can't listen us, showing lot of attitude, give bike to others by taking extra money.Please cancel his disrtibutership.

                      Sir i have booked royal enfield clasic 350cc in black colour in Dec 2014 and when i asked about the bike to the dealer he said that if you want the bike than give me 15, 000 more than the price of the bike and when i asked why then he said that if you want bike on the spot then you have to give me. And when i gone to meet him then the new bikes are in his showroom but he didnt gived me sir please solve my problem And secondly i have talked to the chandigarh showroom they are giving me bike in 10 days but why he is not giving.                         I have submitted my bike on 22nd december for repair . It met with accident on 21st december . The survey office done the survey of the bike on 24th for insurance claim. I have submitted the bike on 22 december they updated it will done by pong al . They didn't inform me any thing so i waited till 15th jan still i didn't get any call i call them they updated they have got the part they complete within 7 days still not completed . I made a complaint to customer [protected]@royal en field .com they reply back some body will be getting touch with from chennai. I wrote the mail to legend motors as well no reply
                        Still the vehicle is not delivered . I went ot legend motors chrompet found that the vehicle is not completed they again updated it will done by 27th january still not completed. I fed up with the resolutions .Legend motors have taken thing for granted. Nobody give a call to update what going on even writing a mail manager even no reply . This is not the customer service excepted from royal enfield. Worst service provided

                        Still the legend motors is asking for time finally when they was supposed to give the bike today somebody call updated that they need i more week . i think making complaint in consumer also not working . its going to be 2 months now by that time what ever part they needed it could have manufacture from the factory.even consumer forum is not taking it seriously .

I have given to the Chennai Anna Nagar Southern Motors service center. They told in a week time we will replace the parts. but after six months they are doing anything for this Issue. More Over my bike battery gone it has been taken back by service center guys they told we will replace it in 3 days, but now 3...

                          Dear Sir / Madam, I bought a royal enfield bike from soniya motors thane which is an authorised dealer of royal enfield. I made the full payment for the bike but when i received the registration papers of the bike i was shocked as the bike was hypothicated to HDFC bank wherein i never took a loan from them. on taking up this matter with the manager of the showroom he replied that it was not a big problem and he said you should be relieved at least you have a RC book with you. its a year that i bought this bike and i am totally not happy with the experience that i got from dealer. still the issue is not resolved.                             I booked a Bullet forest green 500 from Go Green Motors, Gachiboli, Hyderabad. The delivery has been delayed by a month and has yet not been done. I just want to know when can i get my bike. My complaint is not regarding late delivery thats fine, it's about giving me incorrect dates. Everytime i have to go to their place and they tell me that there is a delay.

                            Thanks a lot on taking an action against my complaint. I was wandering if there is actually a place or forum where I can get to know about the status of my enfield bike. I got my bike today and that was a surprise for me. Due to this complaint, Mr Naresh downloaded a lot from higher authority. Naresh was very helpful to me and was the guy who convinced me that he will do all the needful to get my bike ready ASAP. I dont know the real reason of delay but I am sure Naresh was not responsible for it.

                                Hi, I write this mail with very irate and frustrated feeling, an experience i had with the executives of the new showroom in Bangalore "Accelerate Motors" in RR nagar. I am a RE customer since 2011, i own a TBTS 350CC and my brother owns a Standard Electra, and i also gifted a cousin a classic 350 in May 2013 . Recently made a decision to buy the new model TBTS as well. So i went to the above mentioned showroom in RR nagar, Bangalore in Oct'14 to inquire about the new TBTS model and booked the vehicle, i was told the waiting period was upto 3 months, i was promised that they would get the bike within 15th Jan'15. So on 12th Jan'15 after waiting for so long and not getting any response or calls from the showroom, I visited them to check on the status and after a lot of confusion and bad customer service someone bothered to attend me and then tell me that the bike prices have gone high, while i was upset with the same that no one mentioned that to me while booking or had the courtesy to call me when the prices were increased to keep me in loop, understanding that there was no use talking to those ill informed sales executives at the showroom, i decided to make the full payment, that's when the executive told me that i would get the vehicle by Feb'15, this took me by surprise i was told i would get the vehicle within 3 months and this is more than that, then i spoke with the Manager Pradeep ( he was the one who took my booking) and told him that i wanted to take the delivery of the vehicle before 25th Jan'15 which is my brothers birthday and this was a gift to him, then Mr.Pradeep told me that he would ensure the vehicles would be delivered within 23rd Jan'15 and took the full payment cheque from me. He asked me to come post 20th Jan to submit documents and it would take 1 day to finish RTO formalities and then i can take the bike on 23rd jan, i agreed and on 19th Jan'15 i went to the showroom and submitted all the documents. I called Mr. Pradeep on Friday, 23rd Jan'15 to check the status of the vehicle and when i can come to take the delivery, he did not know who i was and told me he was not aware of any delivery today and would check and call back in 10 mins. I waited for 2 hrs then lost patience and called him back and was surprised by the response i got from Mr Pradeep, he backed out on the commitment and told he had nothing to do with it and the factory had not given the vehicles to him hence i need to wait. post arguing with him that i was committed a delivery date by you and not by someone in factory he clearly backed out reasoning he cannot do anything ( by far the worst manager i have come across, please train him on customer service) after sensing that he is a complete useless guy, i asked for a superior that i can talk to, he denied the same and claimed he owns "Accelerate Motors" and shunned me away saying he will give the bike next week. At this point I was very irate and asked him for a compensation, he first denied any support from his end post arguing he told he will check and will get back in 1 day, ( this conversation was on Friday) and today is Sunday haven't heard from him till now. I am writing this mail directly, knowing no executive of yours can help from that showroom, i would want to talk to some superior officials on the compensation. i would continue to spread the message about Accelerate Motors on all Social Media Platforms until i get a proper response from you.                                 Dear All,

                                I have booked a classic 350 black bike on 8-June-2017 from Malik Automobiles with - Hisar by giving a amount of 5000/ with CSD - whose receipt is attached below. After that GST comes & for more then 2 months new CSD rates not comes . After that on 16-Sep-2017 they gives the rates but not gives nay response of delivery.

                                After 15 days I complete the CSD process & deposit all the documents to the dealer on 05-Oct-2017 & he gives me LS No which is attached below for your reference.They said that you will get the delivery after 10-12 days but today after 18 days they have still not delivered the bike after giving complete payment of bike.

                                Every time I visit the showroom they just gives the excuse but now giving the delivery. Now today they said that your plant is closed for one week due to diwali thats why there is delay.

                                The behavior of staff is so rude. They just take extra money from customers & delivery the bikes of other customers who book the bikes & gave late delivery to the real customer

                                So, I request you to look into this matter & help me in delivering the bike as soon as possible .

                                  THE BATTERY OF MY 3 MONTH OLD THUNDERBIRD 350 BIKE HAS GOT DISCHARGE THE REASON NOT DISCLOSED TO ME. THOUGH I HAVE NEVER STARTED THE BIKE IN MORNING BY SELF START, STILL THE BATTERY GOT DISCHARGED FULLY. NOW MY BIKE IS THERE IN SERVICE STATION (AUSTIN DISTRIBUTERS KOLKATA ) FOR PAST 7 DAYS AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO CO ORDINATE WITH THE BATTERY COMPANY (AMARON BATTERY) AND REPLACE THE BATTERY. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS ATTITUTE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS IN YOUR SERVICE CENTRE. LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST.

                                    Sir, I have booked royal enfield clasic 500 chrome on 29/11/14 through your dealed MARIKAR (MOTORS)LTD statue, trivandrum, kerala. And our purchase order is 5188 with 5000/- as advance They informed that the bullet will be delivered within 1 month.They promissed to deliver within 1 month. But bike is not delivered yet We are waiting for the delivery since 1 month even after contacting them we would like to know the reason for the irresponsiveness from the dealer

                                      I have given my Royal enfield classic 350 for service and repair under insurance claim on 1st of Dec 2014 with Platinum Auto Pune( Royal enfield authorized service centre) . The insurance company have accepted the proposal also. Now the issue is the from the day I am not aware what they are doing with my bike, till now no update from Platinum Auto as to when they will complete the service. while giving for service the date of delivery was 8th of December. Everyday i call them to know about the update, but what I hear is irresponsible excuses. Now after 2 months the Insurance company(HDFC) has come back saying that if it gets delayed more for submitting the claim they wont be in a position to reimburse. And the manger of Platinum Auto doesn't find my query as an apt one for him to reply. What ever I ask him he has only one sentence in store for me " I don't Know" . Inspite of my claim getting approved now it seems that because of the irresponsible behaviour of Platinum Auto i may loose my claim. I have given my Bike for service with platinum Auto thinking that they would also show the professionalism of Royal Enfield. Alas i Am at lose in believing them.                                       My REclassic 500 was not working properly it was getting pulled back and it was running like the a bike does wen the fuel is exhausted so i gave it too platinum auto pune first they told me that we think there must be sludge in the petrol tank which must have accumulated in the petrol filter in the injecter ( the color inside my petrol has olways been an issue from the purchase n my RE is just 3yrs old ) i said ok watever u feel n they had told me dat i ll get my bike dat day itself in the eve (it was friday 18th march 2016 ) but i got my RE on 22nd march 2016 and those dumb ppl hav even put the check in date and billing date as same i.e 22nd march 2016 . But the main issue is later they called me up and said that there is need to change clutch plates and the clutch friction kit i said ok and wen i went to take my bike they were still test riding it and the problem was nit resolved fully wen i went der they said sir we need to change the petrol filter too after making a bill of 6300 /- which included engine oil change due to opening of my the engine . I denied to change the petrol filter as i was out off budget and i asked dem can i change it later de said yes within 2-3 months den i checked my bike rode it, it was working better bt still the pull back was ( main problem ) still der olthough it was reduced bt it was der. I took my bike i used for 10 days n the condition became worst the pull back is nw stronger den before so my main concern or u can say complaint is that if they changed so many parts which were necessary there shud hav been atleast some progress did i spend 6300/- for riding for 10 days and i agree dat i didnt change petrol filter bt if it mattered so much did they change the clutch parts . I smell something wrong in this so plz look into this matter and try and resolve it as i m not a very rich person i love my RE like anything and i took it myself i m just 22 . These things are affecting yours company's image and branding adversely ! Waiting for your moves !

                                      My name is Vishnu. Even my classic 350 is an unfortunate Victim of Platinum Auto's worst service. Extremely worst service.
                                      I had given my bike for a paid service one week ago. After the service my bike stops all the time while applying clutch and shifting down the gear.
                                      I guess it's a common problem with a solution is available. I approached the service center and informed them my problem.
                                      What they did is they filled air in tyres and did some adjustment(do not know what adjustment) and after 10 minutes gave my RE back to me.
                                      The same day my RE stopped at traffic signal again with same problem. Really embarrassing. Some how I could bring back RE back home and checked the spark plug.
                                      It's completely loose. That means they could not take care of the basic things of a bike. My RE now stops automatically after starting. Really frustrated.
                                      This Platinum guys are so technically weak that they could not fix this common issue. I felt they do not have any technician with proper knowledge about RE.


                                      My last service cost was around RS.2300/-. Guys please try to avoid such irresponsible and technically weak service centres like Platinum auto.

                                      If anybody knows where I can register a complaint against these guys, kindly let me know.
