Dear Sir / Madam, I bought a royal enfield bike from soniya motors thane which is an authorised dealer of royal enfield. I made the full payment for the bike but when i received the registration papers of the bike i was shocked as the bike was hypothicated to HDFC bank wherein i never took a loan from them. on taking up this matter with the manager of the showroom he replied that it was not a big problem and he said you should be relieved at least you have a RC book with you. its a year that i bought this bike and i am totally not happy with the experience that i got from dealer. still the issue is not resolved.     I booked a Bullet forest green 500 from Go Green Motors, Gachiboli, Hyderabad. The delivery has been delayed by a month and has yet not been done. I just want to know when can i get my bike. My complaint is not regarding late delivery thats fine, it's about giving me incorrect dates. Everytime i have to go to their place and they tell me that there is a delay.

    Thanks a lot on taking an action against my complaint. I was wandering if there is actually a place or forum where I can get to know about the status of my enfield bike. I got my bike today and that was a surprise for me. Due to this complaint, Mr Naresh downloaded a lot from higher authority. Naresh was very helpful to me and was the guy who convinced me that he will do all the needful to get my bike ready ASAP. I dont know the real reason of delay but I am sure Naresh was not responsible for it.

        Hi, I write this mail with very irate and frustrated feeling, an experience i had with the executives of the new showroom in Bangalore "Accelerate Motors" in RR nagar. I am a RE customer since 2011, i own a TBTS 350CC and my brother owns a Standard Electra, and i also gifted a cousin a classic 350 in May 2013 . Recently made a decision to buy the new model TBTS as well. So i went to the above mentioned showroom in RR nagar, Bangalore in Oct'14 to inquire about the new TBTS model and booked the vehicle, i was told the waiting period was upto 3 months, i was promised that they would get the bike within 15th Jan'15. So on 12th Jan'15 after waiting for so long and not getting any response or calls from the showroom, I visited them to check on the status and after a lot of confusion and bad customer service someone bothered to attend me and then tell me that the bike prices have gone high, while i was upset with the same that no one mentioned that to me while booking or had the courtesy to call me when the prices were increased to keep me in loop, understanding that there was no use talking to those ill informed sales executives at the showroom, i decided to make the full payment, that's when the executive told me that i would get the vehicle by Feb'15, this took me by surprise i was told i would get the vehicle within 3 months and this is more than that, then i spoke with the Manager Pradeep ( he was the one who took my booking) and told him that i wanted to take the delivery of the vehicle before 25th Jan'15 which is my brothers birthday and this was a gift to him, then Mr.Pradeep told me that he would ensure the vehicles would be delivered within 23rd Jan'15 and took the full payment cheque from me. He asked me to come post 20th Jan to submit documents and it would take 1 day to finish RTO formalities and then i can take the bike on 23rd jan, i agreed and on 19th Jan'15 i went to the showroom and submitted all the documents. I called Mr. Pradeep on Friday, 23rd Jan'15 to check the status of the vehicle and when i can come to take the delivery, he did not know who i was and told me he was not aware of any delivery today and would check and call back in 10 mins. I waited for 2 hrs then lost patience and called him back and was surprised by the response i got from Mr Pradeep, he backed out on the commitment and told he had nothing to do with it and the factory had not given the vehicles to him hence i need to wait. post arguing with him that i was committed a delivery date by you and not by someone in factory he clearly backed out reasoning he cannot do anything ( by far the worst manager i have come across, please train him on customer service) after sensing that he is a complete useless guy, i asked for a superior that i can talk to, he denied the same and claimed he owns "Accelerate Motors" and shunned me away saying he will give the bike next week. At this point I was very irate and asked him for a compensation, he first denied any support from his end post arguing he told he will check and will get back in 1 day, ( this conversation was on Friday) and today is Sunday haven't heard from him till now. I am writing this mail directly, knowing no executive of yours can help from that showroom, i would want to talk to some superior officials on the compensation. i would continue to spread the message about Accelerate Motors on all Social Media Platforms until i get a proper response from you.         Dear All,

        I have booked a classic 350 black bike on 8-June-2017 from Malik Automobiles with - Hisar by giving a amount of 5000/ with CSD - whose receipt is attached below. After that GST comes & for more then 2 months new CSD rates not comes . After that on 16-Sep-2017 they gives the rates but not gives nay response of delivery.

        After 15 days I complete the CSD process & deposit all the documents to the dealer on 05-Oct-2017 & he gives me LS No which is attached below for your reference.They said that you will get the delivery after 10-12 days but today after 18 days they have still not delivered the bike after giving complete payment of bike.

        Every time I visit the showroom they just gives the excuse but now giving the delivery. Now today they said that your plant is closed for one week due to diwali thats why there is delay.

        The behavior of staff is so rude. They just take extra money from customers & delivery the bikes of other customers who book the bikes & gave late delivery to the real customer

        So, I request you to look into this matter & help me in delivering the bike as soon as possible .

          THE BATTERY OF MY 3 MONTH OLD THUNDERBIRD 350 BIKE HAS GOT DISCHARGE THE REASON NOT DISCLOSED TO ME. THOUGH I HAVE NEVER STARTED THE BIKE IN MORNING BY SELF START, STILL THE BATTERY GOT DISCHARGED FULLY. NOW MY BIKE IS THERE IN SERVICE STATION (AUSTIN DISTRIBUTERS KOLKATA ) FOR PAST 7 DAYS AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO CO ORDINATE WITH THE BATTERY COMPANY (AMARON BATTERY) AND REPLACE THE BATTERY. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE UNPROFESSIONAL AND CARELESS ATTITUTE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS IN YOUR SERVICE CENTRE. LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE AT THE EARLIEST.

            Sir, I have booked royal enfield clasic 500 chrome on 29/11/14 through your dealed MARIKAR (MOTORS)LTD statue, trivandrum, kerala. And our purchase order is 5188 with 5000/- as advance They informed that the bullet will be delivered within 1 month.They promissed to deliver within 1 month. But bike is not delivered yet We are waiting for the delivery since 1 month even after contacting them we would like to know the reason for the irresponsiveness from the dealer

              I have given my Royal enfield classic 350 for service and repair under insurance claim on 1st of Dec 2014 with Platinum Auto Pune( Royal enfield authorized service centre) . The insurance company have accepted the proposal also. Now the issue is the from the day I am not aware what they are doing with my bike, till now no update from Platinum Auto as to when they will complete the service. while giving for service the date of delivery was 8th of December. Everyday i call them to know about the update, but what I hear is irresponsible excuses. Now after 2 months the Insurance company(HDFC) has come back saying that if it gets delayed more for submitting the claim they wont be in a position to reimburse. And the manger of Platinum Auto doesn't find my query as an apt one for him to reply. What ever I ask him he has only one sentence in store for me " I don't Know" . Inspite of my claim getting approved now it seems that because of the irresponsible behaviour of Platinum Auto i may loose my claim. I have given my Bike for service with platinum Auto thinking that they would also show the professionalism of Royal Enfield. Alas i Am at lose in believing them.               My REclassic 500 was not working properly it was getting pulled back and it was running like the a bike does wen the fuel is exhausted so i gave it too platinum auto pune first they told me that we think there must be sludge in the petrol tank which must have accumulated in the petrol filter in the injecter ( the color inside my petrol has olways been an issue from the purchase n my RE is just 3yrs old ) i said ok watever u feel n they had told me dat i ll get my bike dat day itself in the eve (it was friday 18th march 2016 ) but i got my RE on 22nd march 2016 and those dumb ppl hav even put the check in date and billing date as same i.e 22nd march 2016 . But the main issue is later they called me up and said that there is need to change clutch plates and the clutch friction kit i said ok and wen i went to take my bike they were still test riding it and the problem was nit resolved fully wen i went der they said sir we need to change the petrol filter too after making a bill of 6300 /- which included engine oil change due to opening of my the engine . I denied to change the petrol filter as i was out off budget and i asked dem can i change it later de said yes within 2-3 months den i checked my bike rode it, it was working better bt still the pull back was ( main problem ) still der olthough it was reduced bt it was der. I took my bike i used for 10 days n the condition became worst the pull back is nw stronger den before so my main concern or u can say complaint is that if they changed so many parts which were necessary there shud hav been atleast some progress did i spend 6300/- for riding for 10 days and i agree dat i didnt change petrol filter bt if it mattered so much did they change the clutch parts . I smell something wrong in this so plz look into this matter and try and resolve it as i m not a very rich person i love my RE like anything and i took it myself i m just 22 . These things are affecting yours company's image and branding adversely ! Waiting for your moves !

              My name is Vishnu. Even my classic 350 is an unfortunate Victim of Platinum Auto's worst service. Extremely worst service.
              I had given my bike for a paid service one week ago. After the service my bike stops all the time while applying clutch and shifting down the gear.
              I guess it's a common problem with a solution is available. I approached the service center and informed them my problem.
              What they did is they filled air in tyres and did some adjustment(do not know what adjustment) and after 10 minutes gave my RE back to me.
              The same day my RE stopped at traffic signal again with same problem. Really embarrassing. Some how I could bring back RE back home and checked the spark plug.
              It's completely loose. That means they could not take care of the basic things of a bike. My RE now stops automatically after starting. Really frustrated.
              This Platinum guys are so technically weak that they could not fix this common issue. I felt they do not have any technician with proper knowledge about RE.


              My last service cost was around RS.2300/-. Guys please try to avoid such irresponsible and technically weak service centres like Platinum auto.

              If anybody knows where I can register a complaint against these guys, kindly let me know.

                Sir. We booked 2standard and 1 classic on 23rd augest 2014 At that time price of standard 350 is just arond 113000 And finally we pay 100000 rs on januvary 14 2015 . They said that price is increased so we had pay 120000rs Is correct ?... Onprice on website .and price of have big difference And one more thing is that they said to wait 1 month for delivery And we had to pay aditional 5000rs for (crash guarg& ladies handle.) is correct sir

                  unnoony motors klollam kerala.my classic 350 lagoon no.kl23j, 5254.taken to service centre twice.kept there for ten days.excessive engine noise after running for more than 25 km.they say that ahydraulic valve has to come from company.fault not restored. kindly do the needful.

                    Hi Sir/Ma'am I bought a Thunderbird 500 Lightning on 04/09/2014 with my hard earned money Rs. 194231 /-, My Vehicle Registration no. is KA 05 JG 6283. I am not satisfied with the vehicle provided to me, it is full of defects, starting from the 2nd week of the purchase, i started visting service center with one or the other issue. You can check for the same, where the data is maintained/logged for each job card. Major Defects - 1st defect - Front Fork was making sound. 2nd defect - Defective Rear Brake Disk. 3rd defect - Handle was making sound. 4th defect - The Bike head light chrome was removed. From 04/09/2014 i have visited service center for about 25 times for one or the other issue. For 1st defect - i visited service center for 5 times, still issue not fixed. For 2nd defect - i visited service center for 10 times, still issue not fixed, rather they rubbed of the disk calliper. For 3rd defect - i visited service center for 3 times. For 4th defect - i visited service center for 5 times. though they replaced the part. Now i have lost my patience by daily going to the service center with the issues, i was not able to enjoy the ride at all, i havent got done with my 3rd service yet meter reading is 5500 kms, fed up with the service and the quality.Nor i have tested my engine performance due to these issue, might the engine is also defective as the other parts. Please take action on the same, either replace my vehicle or provide back my hard earned money.

                      I Had bought the Classic 350 black vehicle on November 2nd 2013 and i am having problems since 5months like petrol leekage and oil leekage, also the chamber of the vehicle got the crack all of sudden while riding and the oil the spill out from that bike was stopped. Although the problem persists the service station was informed about it they took no care on that. i am very unhappy on the after sales support and service of Royal enfield and I am hoping for the better solution or help for my problem.

                      This is in regard to the above complaint which has not been resolved, I wanted to complain about the services which is hopeless in Hyderabad all the service stations of ROYAL ENFIELD, as they do not respond or attend to the problems also i am not happy about the spares it seems to be of very poor Quality. I hoping for the resolution ASAP or else i wanted take this complaint further..

                          We are valuable client of your Rayal Enfield agency & member of Royal Enfield Club. We had given our built for servicing time to time in individual basis. We are helpless for our built servicing/ repair to Chodhary AGecny bhopal workshop. During the servicing we have found some discrepancy... · Workshop mechanics was advice oil purchase from us not to be dealer & offer less price from dealer rate. · Mechanics have not been seen the our vehicle at the time repairing. It seems to some cheating from Client/changing of part. · We have checked the our built to other mechanics, he told us dealer has given less oil/duplicate part/old part. · Our Vehicle are only 3 or 4 year old but some parts changed without our information · Battery changed without charging & check. We have photography & video proof of said complaint. So pls again call the all built & repair work of all built with reasonable skill and care using parts of satisfactory quality. Kindly look into the matter as far as possible. If, however, the matter not satisfactory resolved by two month, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the consumer forum with proof.                             We have booked CLASSIC- 350 BLACK FROM YOUR AUTHORISED DEALER KAVERI MOTORS-G-22, satyamev complex, opp. Gujarat High Court, S.G.Road, Ahmedabad. Gujarat on dated 10 Sep. 2014. We also paid booking amount Rs. 5000/- wide receipt no-1939 dt. 10/9/2014. As per discussed at booking time, delivery made within 3 months from booking date. But till today your authorised dealer not deliver CLASSIC- 350 BLACK.

                              I had booked one of the models of Royal Enfield more than 5 years back but I have not received any correspondence from Royal Enfield regarding the availability of the vehicle. If you keep track of your prospective customers, then probably my name will be found on the list of prospects who booked your vehicle. I read on[protected] Economics Times, your MD talking about customer service and it is so laughable that you have a very dissatisfied customer who was not informed about the availability of the vehicle even after 5 years have passed. Is this the customer service Mr. Sidhartha Lal is talking about? I contact the customer service at Royal Enfield and they are telling me that I will have to pay the current applicable price. Why is that neither Royal Enfield nor their dealership tried to get in touch with me. Who is at fault for this lack of communication on companies behalf?

                                Hi Team, Please assist me with the issue stated below, if required i can send you all the documents(invoice, receipts)

                                I got the RE Classic 350 bike delivered before the price
                                hike on 6th Jan 2015, still the (DHONE AUTOMOBILE PUNE NAGAR ROAD )show
                                room people are asking for additional payment of 8300 INR.

                                I had booked my RE Classic 350 bike on 1st June
                                2014 and made a booking payment of 5000 and quoted price was 1, 34, 516 INR (DHONE
                                AUTOMOBILE PUNE NAGAR ROAD ).On 30Th of December 2014 I had enquired
                                about the status of bike and they said your bike has arrived please make the
                                payment and take the bike.

                                On 1st of Jan I went to the showroom (DHONE
                                AUTOMOBILE PUNE NAGAR ROAD).and did the documentation task for RTO and they
                                said that price is same and we have your bike in the Warehouse. On 5th
                                of Jan I made the remaining payment of 1, 29, 500.

                                And they said we can’t deliver your bike today please come
                                and collect it on 6th of Jan. When I went to showroom for the bike delivery they
                                asked for additional amount of 3 thousand. Reason stated by them was that there
                                is change in price and they don’t know the exact amount, and were not even sure
                                if this the price hike is confirmed. They said if there is no hike they will refund
                                the amount on 10th Jan as they will have a confirmation on hike
                                price. So I made the payment for 3
                                thousand and got cash receipt for that


                                Today when I called the show room for the refund amount,
                                they asked for additional payment of 5300 and said price has been increased
                                from 1st of Jan however they did not have a confirmation on the
                                amount. My RE Classic 350 has a tag and
                                bar code with details of make and manufactured of November 2014, which means
                                that the bike was manufactured and showroom dealers kept the bike in warehouse
                                and now demanding for additional payment.

                                Showroom dealers (DHONE AUTOMOBILE PUNE NAGAR ROAD) have been hardened and trained to be totally
                                stoic to customer rant and keep apologizing profusely and keep giving random
                                commitment to ward off the customer for the time being . just a pattern!!
                                that's the issue.

                                  I have order a Bullet Electra from the BRAND STORE - COCHIN on 3rd july 2014 (Order number: 5480) and the waiting period was 5 months. They told the product will be delivered before 5 months but this is the 7th month and they haven't delivered the product now when i enquired about it they told they will deliver next months (8 months waiting period) They are trying to cheat me.

                                  Now i had payed the money on 15/01/2014 and today is 24/01/2014, they haven't delived me the product and now when i enqured they told can deliver it on next month

                                  How can you say this problem is resolved i haven't got any replay for this complaint

                                    I would like to highlight the poor service given by the service centre where the servicing of the bike is done in a completely unorganized manner !! To start with, my bike's 4th free service was due on 14th but after confirming the same to the representative I was told to come on 15th as they said that there were lots of services lined up so they wud not be able to attend the same ...I was assured that if I gave my bike on 15th than I wud get it back on 16th, as previously I had experience during the last 3 services than I would be promised the delivery on the same day but that wud never happen and I literally had to fight with them to get the thing done which indirectly means that I leave all my work and just stand at your office to get the work done which actually is your job and which we have paid a huge sum of money but all of it seems useless when we have to go through all this . On 15th October when I left my bike at around 9:30 a.m. on your service center I was assured that the work wud be done by 16th and there will be no delay in the same . On 16th when I called up to cross chk abt the same, to my surprise they are saying that it will take 2 days more . Even after a lot of argument they were adamant on their stand that before 2 days the work will not be possible . On 17th Oct your office was closed but the service centre was very much open & working . Despite this my bike was not taken into service . On 18th when I did not receive any call I thought of going to the service centre becoz its my bike so I have to be more concerned about it as the feedback that I was receiving from u guys made me aware that there's nothing like Customer Service for you guys ! On 18th evening at around 5 when I went to pick the bike, I was sooo shocked to see the condition it was in that I was in complete disbelief . My bike was taken into service on 18th afternoon 1.00 p.m. that too after repeated arguments & fights . The work promised as per the job card given was not upto the mark and for which I am attaching the pics taken by me for your reference . The people who work in the service centre & customer care centre have totally pathetic & nonsense attitude towards the customers treating them like people who have no work in this world except to keep on calling them & begging them to get the work done . I also want to tell there is so many parts are rusted i dont know what kind of quality material u all are using? it really bad for your name your product use such lower quality material. if i compare with other company i am paying more & getting lower quality of material & service. i tell somany time in your service center about some manufacturing defect in vehicle. but now one bother for that complete no one have answer for my question. i am sending your some of image which i have taken on 18th oct 2014. i was very excited when i have taken this bike but after sales & quality of material you have use that really poor. as work mansion job card u really think take 4days time to do this work. even after 4days they have not done all work which i have mansion. Paying a premium amount for a premium product without a premium service is turning out to be a nightmare for me and I will ensure that if this complain is not looked after I will not leave even a single social media forum to advertise abt the service given by you guys and than the negative feedback is going to show its effect on your sales ...Not hopeful about it but still awaited for a reply from your end !! but i have not get any answer from company side

                                      I PURCHASED ROYAL ENFIELD CLASSIC 350 JUST 6 MONTHS AGO. BUT NOW AM NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR DEALER, RIDERS MOTORS, VALIYACHUDUKADU, ALAPPUZHA, KERALA. MY BIKE'S CHAIN SPROCKET HAS BREAKED COMPLETELY WITHIN JUST 8000 KM. I APROACHED THE DEALER FOR WARRANTY CLAIM. BUT I HAD VERY BAD APROACH FROM YOUR DEALER I.E: RIDERS MOTOS, ALAPPUZHA.
