It was broke down and unable to start, i have been trying to opt service from your service center since one week . Spoke with your executive of Royal Engineers, # Shop No 2-1-30/F, Saraswathi Nagar Colony, Nagole Road, Hyderabad-500039 on +[protected], but no mechanic visited me till now instead giving false commitments and appointments. Being such reputed organization"ROYAL ENFIELD" we didn't expect such service from you. At last am requesting you to look into this concern and by any chance my Bike have a service from you.     Dear sir /madam. I have bought a RE classic 350 (MH 02 DT 7291) black in 30 November 2014. From your authorized .Dealer’ ISHNA WHEELS oshiwara Mumbai’. Since I have bought this vehicle .when I kick start my vehicle an irritating sound come out From engine .so i showed it to the Voges motors kikinkindkindivkindivakindivali west in my area and all of them are saying that 'one way baring' Is faulty. But the dealer didn’t change it. He neglected the problem didn’t solved the problem. Dealer is not showing to solve my problem. So I don’t know what to do overall’s .I am unsatisfied with the Service of ISHNA WHEEL from starting. Very poor service. So please if you can do something & ask west (voges motor ) dealer to solve the problem it will be very good.

      I recently purchased Bullet electra 350, I found the handle bar with bend. From the day one I have been following up. My bike was given 3 times for correcting. Initially I was informed that It had been fixed but not. Then I was informed that handlebar had been changed but not. Last time also they repeated the same. I am sick and tired of following up with them. Very poor service all over. Two feedback calls came across just for the name sake.

        HI this is charles from chennai, I have recently bought a Royal Enfield 350cc bike in July 2014. From the day of purchase the bike has giving so much of problem like Noice, speedo meter, hole in petrol tank, poor build quality, seat lock and so on. Till then its been 5 months i bought this bike i haven't drove it satisfied so far more than 7 times i gave it for service and problem after problem the whole time bike is in service center only.. Every time it takes 7 to 10 days to get my bike back. Highly disappointed of the Bike build quality and service center. I have been complaining about the oil leakage and gear lever issue from the past 3 services while dropping for service at CVS motors SadashivNagar, Bangalore.             Dear RE team, I own a classic 350 purchased in July 2013. After having owned 3 other bike's, like many RE fanz, it was a dream come true for me & I did enjoy a few good rides on it. Ever since my bike passed the 10k km mark, my experience has changed. The intervals to the service station has been frequent, all due to various issues. In less than a year my clutch cable snapped, my battery died, fuel pump issue & now I have a engine problem which is still in diagnosis with a authorized service partner. The saddest part is all this trouble with 14k kms on the speedometer & its only been 1500kms since my last service. I feel completely let down & dejected by the above facts & issues, since I had a strong belief on RE for its reputation for quality & durability. We pay atleast 50% more than any other top end Indian 2wheeler, wait 6 months for delivery & this is what we get?? My bike (TN 66 J 4995) is yet to be fixed & lies at the mercy of your partner Sairam Autocraft, Mahadevapura, Bangalore.                 ROYAL ENFIELD Dealer-sarabhai motors, manekbaug, satellite, ahmedabad, gujarat When i go to service center they are not responding well. Every time i call up the service centre i get the reply that we have to check, last time they said your bike is ready still problems were not solved. I need my bike so i taken my bike from there, now they are not responding, From the very day my bike is giving pathetic result, before service my bike starts in one kick, and now its not even starting with kick. I am not satisfied with service given by sarabhai motors. I haven’t received a call from them, i feel that now its high time and strict action should be taken against the company for the discomfort and harassment face by a customer for not repairing a motorcycle for such a long time. My problems are as below- 1.engine noise 2.front seat cover. 3.front suspension 4.fuel tank noise. 5.fuel tank 13.5ltr they told me 15ltr fuel tank 6.clutch setting not done, in 7 days of service clutchwire broken, 7.speed limit only 90km/hr But we can’t drive on 80km/hr because of vibration we can’t control. 8.sometimes powercut when driving 9.scratch on back side mudguard, 10.service not done properly 11.management very poor. Nobody co-ordinate with customer in proper manner. 12.wrong commitment 13.they used my bike approx.130km(when i drop my bike it is 2917km and when i went for delivery it was 3053km.i filled petrol of rs.525 when deliverd it was below reserve they filled petrol of rs.150/-.they keep my bike for 15days but problems are not solved increased 14.kick can’t work My humble request to change the bike or refund my money because they can’t solve my bike’s problems, i would request company to sort me out with this issue as soon as possible or else i will have to go for legal action against them.                           Hello, I thank the company for keeping the spirit alive of such a beautiful motorcycle. I recently got hands on my much awaited Classic 500 cc, had to wait for over 2 months. I have been riding the machine for daily commuting and weekend rides. It has been 20 days and my first service was due as I drove over 500 kms during this 'Honeymoon Period". I had the first problem with the Mirrors of the motorcycle, the mirrors are convex but the image is not clear at all. I am an Engineer and I know what convex mirrors are but the image is nowhere to 'visible'. The products used in the motorcycle are of poor quality. The question is to the company- WHY SHOULD ANYONE SPEND SO MUCH MONEY FOR AN AVERAGE PIECE OF MACHINE? I took it to the service centre(Lamba Enterprises) in Subhash Nagar, West Delhi. I must express my feeling on this whole 'Servicing' scenario. Firstly, I want to know what is the meaning of a Free Service if we are paying for everything except the labour(mere amount of Rs400). I have seen the labour/mechanic working on a bike, the service is not upto the mark at all. It is a PAID SERVICE and the motorcycle should come out flawless. After a day or two, I started experiencing a problem with the throttle of my motorcycle. It is not going beyond 70km/hr. Then one fine evening it stopped getting started. The motorcycle just won't start. I called the service centre and I asked them to come to the site and help me, they denied straight away and told me to come to service centre and get it checked. The question is "HOW?" In short- There is no support from the authorised dealers or service centres of ROYAL ENFIELD. Every person at the service centre is not satisfied by the work. I sincerely request the company to take action against this particular service center and please guide me for the future. I am not at all happy spending so much on this machine and still not getting any service in return.                             My bike has just ran 2000+ km and i had my first service completed at 500 km as suggested. My bike used to stop while i was riding, horn, lights and side lights are not working.I went to service station regarding this and asked them to check into it and also perform 2nd service.(Which should be done at 3000 km). After service, bike is fine for 1 day and problem started again.When i rise accelerator, beat of bile goes down as if it is blocked by something.I dont understand why new bike which is not even 2 months old is having such problems.

                              on 18th nov .i went for delivery but still they didn't solve my bike problems, now more problems started in my bike can't kick start it is jammed, vibration and speed and nose problems are as it is. there was nobody to hear my problems, when i drop my bike i filled rs.560/- petrol but when i took bike yesterday it is reserved, i am fade up and took back my bike without solved problems, there is nobody to sort out it, i want my money back or replace it, it is not only my problem, many costomers i met at service stn they all are same problems, they don't got any solution for this problems, very poor service and management paavan panchal [protected]

                                I have purchased Bullet Classic 350 black color bike from TEKNIK MOTORCYCLES, Sarjapur road, Ibblur village, Bangalore on 9-July-2014. Since the day I bought that bike I am facing so many problems.But the dealer is not responding properly and their service is very pathetic. The service center persons are very careless and they will not fix any problem they just blame on RE like all RE bikes will have problems. Problems Faced till now in 4 months: - 1) Break down of bike because of low quality Clutch cable which was fixed in improper manner at the time of bike delivery. 2) Frequent problem with clutch and gear. And rear brake settings will always changes. 3) Break down of bike because of AMP meter failure.(later got replaced with new one) 4) Break down of bike due to failure of carburetor. After analysis the reason for that is abnormal vibration of bike. In future that abnormal vibration may cause problems on other parts of bike. Already carburetor and rear brake got impacted. This is the new major problem I am facing in my 4 months old bike, that is bike's abnormal vibration compared to other classic 350 bikes of 2014 model. Due to this, frequently I am getting problems with Carburetor and engine. And dealer has accepted the abnormal vibration problem with bike and they said they need time to fix it. Because of this problem I am not able to take my bike for long rides. I don't know when it will break down on the way. So it is clear that I got bike which has manufactured defects.

                                    I got my Royal Enfield Classic 350cc in the June month from Sri Venkateshwara Bike Zone Velachery - Chennai. Immediately after one week, I noticed battery problem. Since then I went to showroom for about 12 to 15 times for battery problem in 5 months. Whenever I use to go to showroom they use to charge the battery and give and again battery would be dead after 2 days. On 10th Nov 2014 morning when i was going to office on bike suddenly bike got stopped due to battery problem and did not start only. I called showroom and they made me stand in hot sun for 4 hours and then they came and took bike. The problem was again with battery only. Showroom people said they will give bike after 3 days, then I called they said 2 more days and now after 8 days still I am not getting my bike, they are saying 2 more days. Out of 5 months of brand new bike I purchased, 2 months the bike is in Showroom only for battery problem. The dealers are not sloving the problem and neglecting me by saying you will get bike tomorrow and tomorrow. I am facing a lot of problem. Now I am feeling why did I purchased this Enfield bike. I am totally frustrated.

I got my RE Classic 350cc black this May 2014.By end of July my right and left swich got internally damaged because of which my bikes horn is also not working. I lodged a complaint by Aug first week for replacement of both switches but even till date i did not get any responce.Is this how Royal Enfied takes care of their customers.I expected much from RE and i hope after this mail u will help me out because it is really fustrating to ride a hornless bike that to for more than 3 months.I lodged complaint at Soniya Moters autorized dealers for royal enfield which is at Bhandup west.My RE chassis number is ME3U3S5C1ED049571 and my RE Engine number is U3S5COED452785.                                         Sir, I have booked an RE Electra 350(Red) on 11.10.2014.and the sales representatives of the show room are told me if you paid Rs.50000/- (Rupees fifty thousand ) then the bike will be delivered within a 7 to15 days and if you paid Rs.5000/-(five thousand) then the bike will be delivered within 3 months. After that, I have paid Rs.50000/- (Fifty thousand) for booking amount of the bike, but till date the Trupti Auto dealer is not giving me the bike and as and when i am calling them they telling me the bike will come tomorrow then we will deliver to you. Sir, Kindly confirm me (1) what is your booking amount of the bike?, (2) why they collect Rs.50000/- from me? (3) what is duration to deliver the bike after booking? and (4) when I will get the bike?
