This is Phanindra kumar vaka, booking order no; BKNG[protected], Booked at Sri venkateswara bike zone, pallikarnai. Model booked; thunderbird 350 ES Marine, Booking date; 6th Sep, 2014. The bike was promised to be delivered within 2 to 3 months. Every week i am calling they are telling me different stories. Extremely nsatisfied with the commincation of the dealer and they are saying blue model production is stopped.

    sir i owned a bullect electra twin spark motorcycle on 27th august 2014. on my third free service, after attaining 6000 kms on 27/12/2014 i had given my vehicle to javeens service centre kottayam, kerala. On overroll check up it is found that three spokes in rear wheel rim was broken. the service agent claimed me an amount of Rs 75/ for parts and Rs 500/- for wheel truing ?. But i had gone through the booklet and it is understood that during free service period the customer should pay only the actual cost of spares.         Dear Sir I am really ashamed to say that I am the owner of a Thunderbird 500 CC bike. I had earlier a 350 CC and was happy to use it for one year. The craze to own a powerful 500CC made me sell it and I got this new bike. Now the story begins to unfold about the mistake in buying this new bike. The day when I took this bike the power of the engine and the thrust it showed made me very proud. This lasted only for a few days. One completing 157 KMs the entire Clutch phasing got damaged and had to have a big fight with the service centre to get same replaced. After long discussions between the factory and the service centre the bike was given to me with the note that the entire clutch phasing was changed. During the discussion with the service centre Manager I had to inform him that in the event the problem was not rectified, I would simple take the bike and burn it in front of the press & media. I informed him that I would even write about the bike I had purchased. After paying an amount of Rs186000/-, if the vehicle is not performing, why should one go and waste his money in buying a Thunderbird 500CC. Two weeks back I did the first service and everything was smooth. Since the last two days the bike (500cc) is not performing like what it did in the first few days. Again it is going down in the thrust and have the feeling that the Clutch phasing is again going to break down. I do not have time to spend in taking the bike to the service centre every now and then. Royal Enfield Thunderbird 500cc a power engine should not make the owner take it to the service centre for quite some time other than the regular services. I would appreciate that if you take this matter very seriously and send your chief mechanic to come home and take delivery of the vehicle, get the problem sorted out and return it back to me without any delay. The holidays are fast approaching and will be visiting many places and without the vehicle it will put me in great difficulties. Please send your person and get the problem rectified immediately.             Mysel[censored]panth unnikrishnan has booked an royel enfield 350 black on janvary 2014 by paying a booked advance 5000/- from PRINCE MOTORS PALAKKAD.10th october 2014 had paid an amount of rupee 70000/-, and i came to know that their dealear ship had been cancelled. and in november last week they send me a post dated cheque OF RUPEE 70000/-.they are not giving any clear cut reply about the delivery time. the post dated cheque will get active only after 22 janavery 2015. urgently i need the bike.ready to pay the balance amount. it is not fare to punish a customer.

              I Have an accident last month in which chassis of my bullet 350 standard got cracked nland mechanics at royal enfield Workshop said that there is need of chassis replacement . Till Now there's no reply from the dealer regarding the delivery Of bike after chassis replacement. Not a bit satisfied with the service at Falcon Automobiles. Yamunanagar

                Hi, I bought the bike Royal En-field Thunderbird 350cc twin spark, on my first servicing, they haven't changed the oil but charged for it due to that because of that the engine was getting hot, I logged the complaint to the company they told to take the bike to the nearest center, fine I took it. Next servicing, I was suffering form some problem I took to the service center the took my bike for 10 days fine, after few days I noticed some of the parts not working not working, Sevice Centre Reply : Sir, keep your bike for some days we will look after that.Again they kept the bike for 3-4 days. Then I noticed after few weeks, my bike oil is leaking (the exact place where they did the repairing part) again you go the service center and the same process follows. I had an experience that Whenever I give my bike for servicing they tell you replace it, ok fine the customer did, but they mess with the nearby parts so that the next time you come for the service they tell you please replace it, I have poof of this if the court want it, they are simply harassing that every time the bike comes from servicing you need to carry it again and again to service center.I need you to take action on this and do the needful .                       Dear sir /madam. I have bought a RE classic 350 (MH 02 DT 7291) black in 30 November 2014. From your authorized .Dealer’ ISHNA WHEELS oshiwara Mumbai’. Since I have bought this vehicle .when I kick start my vehicle an irritating sound come out From engine .so i showed it to the Voges motors kikinkindkindivkindivakindivali west in my area and all of them are saying that 'one way baring' Is faulty. But the dealer didn’t change it. He neglected the problem didn’t solved the problem. Dealer is not showing to solve my problem. So I don’t know what to do overall’s .I am unsatisfied with the Service of ISHNA WHEEL from starting. Very poor service. So please if you can do something & ask west (voges motor ) dealer to solve the problem it will be very good.

                        I recently purchased Bullet electra 350, I found the handle bar with bend. From the day one I have been following up. My bike was given 3 times for correcting. Initially I was informed that It had been fixed but not. Then I was informed that handlebar had been changed but not. Last time also they repeated the same. I am sick and tired of following up with them. Very poor service all over. Two feedback calls came across just for the name sake.

                          HI this is charles from chennai, I have recently bought a Royal Enfield 350cc bike in July 2014. From the day of purchase the bike has giving so much of problem like Noice, speedo meter, hole in petrol tank, poor build quality, seat lock and so on. Till then its been 5 months i bought this bike i haven't drove it satisfied so far more than 7 times i gave it for service and problem after problem the whole time bike is in service center only.. Every time it takes 7 to 10 days to get my bike back. Highly disappointed of the Bike build quality and service center.                               Dear RE team, I own a classic 350 purchased in July 2013. After having owned 3 other bike's, like many RE fanz, it was a dream come true for me & I did enjoy a few good rides on it. Ever since my bike passed the 10k km mark, my experience has changed. The intervals to the service station has been frequent, all due to various issues. In less than a year my clutch cable snapped, my battery died, fuel pump issue & now I have a engine problem which is still in diagnosis with a authorized service partner. The saddest part is all this trouble with 14k kms on the speedometer & its only been 1500kms since my last service. I feel completely let down & dejected by the above facts & issues, since I had a strong belief on RE for its reputation for quality & durability. We pay atleast 50% more than any other top end Indian 2wheeler, wait 6 months for delivery & this is what we get?? My bike (TN 66 J 4995) is yet to be fixed & lies at the mercy of your partner Sairam Autocraft, Mahadevapura, Bangalore.                                   ROYAL ENFIELD Dealer-sarabhai motors, manekbaug, satellite, ahmedabad, gujarat When i go to service center they are not responding well. Every time i call up the service centre i get the reply that we have to check, last time they said your bike is ready still problems were not solved. I need my bike so i taken my bike from there, now they are not responding, From the very day my bike is giving pathetic result, before service my bike starts in one kick, and now its not even starting with kick. I am not satisfied with service given by sarabhai motors. I haven’t received a call from them, i feel that now its high time and strict action should be taken against the company for the discomfort and harassment face by a customer for not repairing a motorcycle for such a long time. My problems are as below- 1.engine noise 2.front seat cover. 3.front suspension 4.fuel tank noise. 5.fuel tank 13.5ltr they told me 15ltr fuel tank 6.clutch setting not done, in 7 days of service clutchwire broken, 7.speed limit only 90km/hr But we can’t drive on 80km/hr because of vibration we can’t control. 8.sometimes powercut when driving 9.scratch on back side mudguard, 10.service not done properly 11.management very poor. Nobody co-ordinate with customer in proper manner. 12.wrong commitment 13.they used my bike approx.130km(when i drop my bike it is 2917km and when i went for delivery it was 3053km.i filled petrol of rs.525 when deliverd it was below reserve they filled petrol of rs.150/-.they keep my bike for 15days but problems are not solved increased 14.kick can’t work My humble request to change the bike or refund my money because they can’t solve my bike’s problems, i would request company to sort me out with this issue as soon as possible or else i will have to go for legal action against them.
