i don't recover my bike yet.i droped it on 3rd nov2014 they phoned me 0n 8nov when i went here imy bike problems not solved i phoned to mr.manish khandelwal but he didn't pick call.i sms him on 8th nov, 9th nov and 10th nov. but didn't get any response my bike at sarabhai motors service stn, they didn't give delivery yet.i am waiting for my bike.its 8 days past.this is my second request to them that replace the bike or refund me,

pathetic post sale service.     dear sir, I've given my classic silver 350cc bike AP07BU6796 for it's Chasis has been broken down with no reason ! at Guntur, AP, Jubilant Royal Enfield Show Room ! Now they say that the spare part is not yet arrived and so they are not giving me the bike since 25 days ! I urgently need my bike pl move the issue quickly ! I'm very much dissatisfied at your service !

      I have purchased royal enfield classic 350 CC in the month of May'14, i did not have any problem for just a month post which i started facing various problem and the major problem is back pain, the number of time visited service centre at Virugambakkam Chennai for complaints is more than my service visit. I started complaining that i have been facing back pain after a month and just see what date is today we are in November 2014 it is almost 6 months over now post the purchase, till now none of the employee at service centre either mechanic have told me that the shock absorber is at fault, i have been visiting the service centre every week complaining the same issue but nothing has moved. Today after a great frustration i visited one of the bullet mechanic in mount road who is specialist in bullet confirmed me that rear shock absorbers are at fault and there is an oil leakage as well. Again today around 4 pm i visited Virugambakkam service centre, they have confirmed that the shock absorbers have gone and since they are shifting their service centre from Virugambakkam to Alapakkam they are unbale to replace it ( Have driven only 4600 KMs and still under warranty) and they have not taken any bullet for service nor attending complaint for the last 2 days not very sure how far it is true, have a doubt in order to escape they have routed me to Greames road service centre, called them and asked if there is any possibility of replacing it today, they told me that they have already have 4 bullet in que which are waiting for the same problem that is rear shock absorbers this shows that RE is not manufacturing proper shock absorbers and inturn they are just fooling around customers and they are playing drama in directing customers here and there so that warranty period perishes and they can collect money from customers on replacement of faulty spare parts shame on RE such a big company cant even look into customers issue and solve it then are there. I was more happy with Bajaj pulsar though it didnt have proper service centre and employees i was holding it for almost 10 years reason being it was good and minor problem occured. I wanted a solution for my complaint and i want it to be replaced at any cost since it is under warranty. Awaiting for a good response and not just the reply.

      I bought my Classic 350 in Feb 2017 form Keyzen Motors, Ernakulam. Now it turns 1300 KMS. I am also facing the back pain problem and i visited the service center 2 times. They are saying that there is no problem. Previously I owned a Honda Unicorn and when comparing the riding comfort, Classic 350 is a loss to me. If any body can help me to solve the hardness of Rear Suspension, it will be a great help to me.

      I also facing same problem three times my stay bush has broken and they don't found what the real problem was that 13 august it broken again . I ask them to find why this happening my ride only at last they found the problem it was the rear shock absorber has not taking action it has to be replace in that time i spend lot of money for this problem

        Dear Sir, I would like to register a strong complain against Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone, No.27, Velachery Main Road, Pallikaranai, Mylai Balaji Nagar Behind Kamakashi Hospital, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I would like to highlight the un professionalism, inefficiency and false promises made by this service centre for repairing my bike. On 20 Oct 14, my bike with Regd No MH 14 BU 0073 was collected by This service centre for routine repairs and I was told that my bike will be returned to me by 23 Oct 14 at most. However, it has been 18 days and Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone has failed to keep his promises. They don't have an plan and a deadline for repairing my bike. They keep promising me everyday that the bike will be repaired by next day and till now they have not repaired my bike completely. I have visited their service centre for more than five times for collection of my bike as per their deadline, but each time their has been some pending work in my bike. On 07 Nov 14, they told me that the battery bike is not operational and needs replacement. This defect they could have told me earlier so that I would have started process for battery replacement as the same is under warranty. And now they have given me some other battery with diffrent code on it which I cannot replace under warranty. I have purchased my bike in 2010, and till now have never faced such difficulty in any city, be it visakhapatnam, cochin or Pune. These people have such inefficiency that they required 13 days just to trace a normal electrical defect in the bike. I would request you to please intervene and help me get the bike after due repairs on time.I would also request you to press upon this service centre to return my original battery, which I can replace under warranty. It is requested that Royal Enfield group may please take note of this incident and investigate if they feel the requirement so as to avoid such incident in future and prevent the Untarnished image the Company which is being ruined by these un professional and inefficient people of Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone.         I have had very bad experience with Sri Venkateswara bike zone, Pallikarani, Chennai. I gave my TBT 350 on 5-Mar-2016 for a general service. I had CLEARLY told the service person NOT to change the engine oil as just 2 weeks back I had filled with Synthetic engine oil. That time I shown him about the oil level also. Despite of all these things, when I went to take my bike back, they had charged me for oil change. The service supervisor who attended me was very rude and without listening to my responses he simply left the place. Also they had broken side door lock and when enquired they were saying that they didnt have stock to replace. My bike no is TN 72 AA 6979. Even the general service is also very worst. The horn is not working. Please never ever goto Sri venkateswara bike zone for any services. They are very rude... very worst service personal

        Poor service! Sri Venkateswara Bike Zone is awfully providing bad services. The Royal Enfield company should come forward to terminate the franchise of this fourth rated show room.
        Hi I am owning classic 350. I reached venkateswara bike zone, pallikaranai to do the general service on 17.09.2016 8.30 AM. To the person who attended my bike, i strongly told him, I am not having any complaints and asked him to do general check up. Since my bike ran almost 4K km from my last service I advised to him to change engine oil. Then he told me that I can collect my bike that evening.Then I called him that evening to check whether my bike got ready. He told me that, it is not possible to take bike that evening and he convinced me to take bike next day morning 10:30 . Adding to that he also said that your chain sprocket is heavily damaged and it should be replaced. I accepted since I did not have any other option.Like wise I was getting call from them to change few other items .I was doing follow ups even in next day to check whether the bike got ready

        Finally I got my bike next day evening 18.09.2016 5.30PM
        and shocked to see the bill amount as 6500.In the bill I I could see that they have changed the rear light portion. I only told them to tight that portion, but instead of that they replaced the complete segment.

        VERY WORST.HEAVILY BILLING.SHOULD GO FOR BETTER SERVICE CENTRE.

          I own thunderbird 350, i bought it on april 2014 and i have serviced for free just once..at that time they did not care about the chain which lead to problem. now i have to replace it. this is really worse happening for renowned compny.finally RE service worst...

            Dear customer service guys, I bought a desert storm from New Delhi, Soni Automobiles, on 27th September 2014. Total Km that this machine has covered over 40 days is 530Km & in this period I have faced following issues. 1. Black smoke is coming out of its exhaust pipe regularly. 2. Kick is extremely tight & is almost impossible to start bike using kick I have repeatedly complained about this at Soni Automobiles. The most recent instance is of 7th November, today, when I went for first free service. Service Engineer gave me following reasons for BLACK smoke 1. Desert Storm or for that matter any 500 cc Enfield gives more than normal BLACK SMOKE and I should not be worried about this While he gave above reason he also changed a part that he named “TEMPERATURE SENSOR” Even after changing that part & I am attaching a photograph of the part for your reference, BLACK SMOKE issue is still existing. Now that I am fed up I called Chennai number only to find out that I should get in touch with MR. JASMEET SINGH, SR Manager services, [protected]. I am trying his number but there is no response. DEALER NAME S.S MOTORS LOCATION KANNUR From the first service itself iam reporting a compalint regarding my front disc brake on the dealer now its reached to 4th service still taht complaint exixts on my lovely bullet. If am asking the comlaint on this they are telling there is no cmplaint on your bike. like blah blah so i humply requist you to take a valid decistion to clear that complaint on my Classic 350 black.

                I own a Royal Enfield Classic 350 Bike. Yesterday morning When i start my vehicle i found that accelerator is not working. It may be the issue with accelerator cable. So i called Royal Enfield customer service in the morning and ask for a technician. They told they will send a technician around 7pm. But no one came till 7.30pm. So again i called and asked about the status. They told they are going to send that time. But Yesterday nobody came to repair my bike. Today morning I called them again and they told they will send him before 12 in the noon. But Till now I didn't receive any response.

                  dear sir/mam...i purchased a bullet electra 350 on 27 oct.2014 from south delhi motor cycles new delhi...n it was just after 8 days that the bike suddenly stoped working. there was no kick start working, no self start working, n even the indicators also stoped working . the connection with the battery was lost...plz..help me with it

                    on a first day of purchased i requested mr.rakesh sales executive to give another piece becoz of nosey firing, but he told me that please trust me it will be ok. Engine noises - i have been hearing some weird noises from engine since day 1. The technicians from royal enfield say the noises will disappear as i put on more and more kms in the odo meter. Currently the odo reading is 2900kms and i don't know how many more kms i have put on the odo to make the noises disappear. Also i have been hearing some knocking sound from primary chain case, to which royal enfield doesn't have any solution. vibrations - I experience severe vibrations while riding around 60kmph. Literally i find it difficult to hold the handle at 80kmph. Till now no solution is provided for this issue. speed limit- when i went on long drive maximum speed was only 80 to 90lmph Front wheel doesn't rotate regular. i feel like wavy road driving. seat- my front original seat cover not sticked properly its removed in a month. petrol tank noise.like empty vessle sound. clutch problem pick up not satisfied, kick start takes more time to start, nutral not comes imediately. i put it in service and slve out the problem on 3rd nov.time 12p.m. they told me it will be ready on 5 or 6nov but not sure.sarabhai motors. there is no alternate vehicle provided me. manager -manish khandelwal has no sense to talk when i explain him my problem at kaveri service station, ahmedabad Having experienced so much physical strain and mental agony in the last 2 to 3 months, i will filed a complaint in consumer court against royal enfield company for selling me a defective vehicle and and against sarabhai motors for providing pathetic post sale service.                       i have written so many mail to royal enfield but i am not getting any help from there i have taken delivery of my vehicle at 28/01/2014. in my all service i have to phase problem only all part are start to get rust. i have attched photos for your ref. To whomsoever it may concern, I would like to highlight the poor service given by the service centre where the servicing of the bike is done in a completely unorganized manner !! To start with, my bike's 4th free service was due on 14th but after confirming the same to the representative I was told to come on 15th as they said that there were lots of services lined up so they wud not be able to attend the same ...I was assured that if I gave my bike on 15th than I wud get it back on 16th, as previously I had experience during the last 3 services than I would be promised the delivery on the same day but that wud never happen and I literally had to fight with them to get the thing done which indirectly means that I leave all my work and just stand at your office to get the work done which actually is your job and which we have paid a huge sum of money but all of it seems useless when we have to go through all this . On 15th October when I left my bike at around 9:30 a.m. on your service center I was assured that the work wud be done by 16th and there will be no delay in the same . On 16th when I called up to cross chk abt the same, to my surprise they are saying that it will take 2 days more . Even after a lot of argument they were adamant on their stand that before 2 days the work will not be possible . On 17th Oct your office was closed but the service centre was very much open & working . Despite this my bike was not taken into service . On 18th when I did not receive any call I thought of going to the service centre becoz its my bike so I have to be more concerned about it as the feedback that I was receiving from u guys made me aware that there's nothing like Customer Service for you guys ! On 18th evening at around 5 when I went to pick the bike, I was sooo shocked to see the condition it was in that I was in complete disbelief . My bike was taken into service on 18th afternoon 1.00 p.m. that too after repeated arguments & fights . The work promised as per the job card given was not upto the mark and for which I am attaching the pics taken by me for your reference . The people who work in the service centre & customer care centre have totally pathetic & nonsense attitude towards the customers treating them like people who have no work in this world except to keep on calling them & begging them to get the work done . I also want to tell there is so many parts are rusted i dont know what kind of quality material u all are using? it really bad for your name your product use such lower quality material. if i compare with other company i am paying more & getting lower quality of material & service. i tell somany time in your service center about some manufacturing defect in vehicle. but now one bother for that complete no one have answer for my question. i am sending your some of image which i have taken on 18th oct 2014. i was very excited when i have taken this bike but after sales & quality of material you have use that really poor. as work mansion job card u really think take 4days time to do this work. even after 4days they have not done all work which i have mansion. Paying a premium amount for a premium product without a premium service is turning out to be a nightmare for me and I will ensure that if this complain is not looked after I will not leave even a single social media forum to advertise abt the service given by you guys and than the negative feedback is going to show its effect on your sales ...Not hopeful about it but still awaited for a reply from your end !! -- KALPESH D.                           Hi, I bought a royal enfield classic 350 on 9th of Jan 2014. Its now 10 months from the period i purchased, but i have encountered issues that makes me feel no value for money... 1. After 6 months SELF starter completely stopped working. 2. The engine gets switched off automatically mostly when i am at the signal... it also happened when i was riding the bike on road itself. 3. I had to replace the clutch cable within 6 months. 4. I went for a service this month and they said they cannot provide a 4th free service as i am delayed by a week. So i had to go for PAID service. 5. In the service they gave me a surprise that the battery is completely gone and they are not even able to charge it. 6. I also see the pillion hook is rusted... though i do everyday maintenance by cleaning it properly... I am feeling disappointed with a poor quality of materials used for the Royal Enfield. I was waiting for purchasing it for a very long time.. and i slowly started thinking i made a mistake... Sorry R E, but you have to respect consumer's money value.

                            HI, I am writing this because I am frustrated giving money to these money sucking company.I had bought my TBTS, till then now i haven't got my bike serviced without giving them to pay extra money to replace the parts. In 2012, they had kept my bike for 1 month and did nothing and told that it is very serious and all crap but at the time of giving the bill they will talk respectfully. IN 2014(Sonia Motors, Thane), they kept my bike for whole 1 week and did the work like hell, I can't even start my bike I don't know what they did to the engine, When I checked my bike they didn't do the work which I told them to do, they charged for the work which was not even required, they do not even care to call to inform that when I can get my bike, only I used to call them and following up, they charged 9k, I said what the hell and they didn't even do the work finally they feel ashamed and handed the bike to me like a piece of crap.I really feel like slapping in their face and told them this is what you did!! Now these people are specially trained how to earn money form the customer pocket, but they can't even imagine how these money is earned? I use only Made in India Products, IF the Indian Companies treat customer like this, there is no other option to switch to other companies products. Kindly resolve my issue ASAP. Thanks In Advance

                              Im writing this complaint to voice my dissatisfaction regarding the extremely slow service royal enfield provides.i own a thunderbird 350 stone. I had a minor accident a few weeks back.the cover of the instrument cluster came off along with a few minor scratches. The ASC guy said the full cluster needs to be replaces which would amount upto 6000 rs So i opted for insurance. I was given a bill estimation of 12000 which was surveyed by the insurance official and approved. Work could have been begun the next day but then the service centre revealed that they do not have the instrument cluster and it needs to be supplied from chennai. My grievance is that..it has been MORE THAN 3 WEEKS now and the parts have still not come...what kind of slow processing is this.the ASC is not able to give any explanation regarding this. I feel so helpless. My bike has been lying in the service centre for almost a month now.and nobody is able to give me any explanation. Im writing this complaint as a last resort.please respond to this.                                 I've ordered a battery cover pannel of thunderbird 350 red model 2012. From past six months, sangam eflield located at mohan nagar is not doing any regards for that i regularly contact them and they give me a date after 15 days or a week but no strict action is being taken by them, i want you to make them responsible about the customers, if the brand stores will do like that its offended. Please do the needfull and make them let me know about when i'll get my bikes parts They shuld contact me as soon as possible regarding that.                                   Before 3 months i bought royal enfield 350 bike. before 1month the light switch is not working.the showroomshowroom are not replacing the switch. there is awarrenty for 1year. past 1month im not riding the bike at night.the dim and bright light not working. i bought from thrissur markar showroom. the royal enfield are cheated me. im going to complaint to consumer court. im bestin peter, [protected]

                                    Dear Sir/Madam, I am Syed Mohamed from Tamilnadu(Cuddalore DIST). I have booked a new royal enfield classic bike on 27/06/2014.Your people have committed that I will definitely get my bike within 45 days. But I received my new royal enfield classic 350 bike from Rooster Automobiles on 10.10.2014 from Tamilnadu Cuddalore showroom ROOSTER AUTOMOBILES. I am really sorry to say this. Royal Enfield have evergreen brand values in the market. But your channel partners behaviours and way of response is too worst and literally I get irritated when I purchased my new bike. They do not have such a seriousness in handling the end-user complaints and queries. I am not against individual dealers. Every time when I approach and for my Temp RC book and other documents for bike from rooster automobiles they are continuously saying some reasons and telling some stupid reasons for the documents. Still now I have not received those papers. Without, Temp RC book and other documents I can't drive peaceful, as a marketing professional my job I need to cover many cities usually I travel by bike. Moreover, I have already booked a lucky registration Number for my new bike. Because, of your people carelessness and worst service I was much worried if i didn't get the papers on time. I will lose that lucky registration number. From my childhood my life dream was to buy a new royal enfield. And now I felt that I have fixed and choosen a wrong brand. Because of your Peoples behaviour in showroom makes me very disappointed and i have never expect this from royal enfield brand value and image of such a class vehicle. Hope you will understand the seriousness of the issue. Till how long it will take time to get the paper, whether I get it or not?...Expecting your speedy response and necessary actions to get the papers immediately.                                       Sir, I Tushar Walunj, mob no [protected], have purchased RE Thunderbird 350cc(Reg no-MH 43 AQ 5590) from Nerul, Navi Mumbai on 13th Jan 2014. I am facing Handle loosening problem and oil leakage problem since then. Just one week before I had completed my fourth service, still problems are there. In fact Oil leakage has increased after servicing. Before servicing oil leakage was less, but now, I can see oil where I park my Thunderbird. I can see oil drops within half minute of parking my Thunderbird anywhere. This is very disgusting. Also Handle is getting loose after 500-700 kms, which gives very bad feeling while riding on bumpy roads and in traffic. I badly miss the real fun of riding This Bike. Weekly at least one person asks me whether This Bike is worth buying or not?

                                        Sir, Myself, All India LPG Distributorship Dist. gen. Sec. and One of the Leading businessman and doing Indian Oil's Indane Distributorship (Royal Indane Services) at Pathanamthittadian. Recently I brought a Classic 500 from Concept bikes, Kazhakkoottam, Trivandrum. The service was good and no problem with them. For the first free service I took the Bike to M/s. Marikar (Motors) Ltd 2W PTA, Pathanamthitta. After service, they had given a bill for Rs.. 998/-. I told them, my bike given for fist free service, I thought there is no charge."The Manager was very rude and said, here you have to pay. Unfortunately That time I have only 500 Rs. With me.. I told him, my office is very near I will go and get the balance within 10 minitues. He was not agreed. He said, keep the bike here then you go, Even after given my debit card he is not agreed. This was a insult to me. Even I told him you If you not believe me send someone with me but he refused. I dont mind paying this amount but this is my first experience for paying for the first service. My experience with this agency is very bad and I will not recommend anyone from my friends circle.
