Before 3 months i bought royal enfield 350 bike. before 1month the light switch is not working.the showroomshowroom are not replacing the switch. there is awarrenty for 1year. past 1month im not riding the bike at night.the dim and bright light not working. i bought from thrissur markar showroom. the royal enfield are cheated me. im going to complaint to consumer court. im bestin peter, [protected]

    Dear Sir/Madam, I am Syed Mohamed from Tamilnadu(Cuddalore DIST). I have booked a new royal enfield classic bike on 27/06/2014.Your people have committed that I will definitely get my bike within 45 days. But I received my new royal enfield classic 350 bike from Rooster Automobiles on 10.10.2014 from Tamilnadu Cuddalore showroom ROOSTER AUTOMOBILES. I am really sorry to say this. Royal Enfield have evergreen brand values in the market. But your channel partners behaviours and way of response is too worst and literally I get irritated when I purchased my new bike. They do not have such a seriousness in handling the end-user complaints and queries. I am not against individual dealers. Every time when I approach and for my Temp RC book and other documents for bike from rooster automobiles they are continuously saying some reasons and telling some stupid reasons for the documents. Still now I have not received those papers. Without, Temp RC book and other documents I can't drive peaceful, as a marketing professional my job I need to cover many cities usually I travel by bike. Moreover, I have already booked a lucky registration Number for my new bike. Because, of your people carelessness and worst service I was much worried if i didn't get the papers on time. I will lose that lucky registration number. From my childhood my life dream was to buy a new royal enfield. And now I felt that I have fixed and choosen a wrong brand. Because of your Peoples behaviour in showroom makes me very disappointed and i have never expect this from royal enfield brand value and image of such a class vehicle. Hope you will understand the seriousness of the issue. Till how long it will take time to get the paper, whether I get it or not?...Expecting your speedy response and necessary actions to get the papers immediately. Please, do not say any silly reasons for the mistake happened. Whatever it is yes or no, do it in action. Waiting for your reply.       Sir, I Tushar Walunj, mob no [protected], have purchased RE Thunderbird 350cc(Reg no-MH 43 AQ 5590) from Nerul, Navi Mumbai on 13th Jan 2014. I am facing Handle loosening problem and oil leakage problem since then. Just one week before I had completed my fourth service, still problems are there. In fact Oil leakage has increased after servicing. Before servicing oil leakage was less, but now, I can see oil where I park my Thunderbird. I can see oil drops within half minute of parking my Thunderbird anywhere. This is very disgusting. Also Handle is getting loose after 500-700 kms, which gives very bad feeling while riding on bumpy roads and in traffic. I badly miss the real fun of riding This Bike. Weekly at least one person asks me whether This Bike is worth buying or not?

        Sir, Myself, All India LPG Distributorship Dist. gen. Sec. and One of the Leading businessman and doing Indian Oil's Indane Distributorship (Royal Indane Services) at Pathanamthittadian. Recently I brought a Classic 500 from Concept bikes, Kazhakkoottam, Trivandrum. The service was good and no problem with them. For the first free service I took the Bike to M/s. Marikar (Motors) Ltd 2W PTA, Pathanamthitta. After service, they had given a bill for Rs.. 998/-. I told them, my bike given for fist free service, I thought there is no charge."The Manager was very rude and said, here you have to pay. Unfortunately That time I have only 500 Rs. With me.. I told him, my office is very near I will go and get the balance within 10 minitues. He was not agreed. He said, keep the bike here then you go, Even after given my debit card he is not agreed. This was a insult to me. Even I told him you If you not believe me send someone with me but he refused. I dont mind paying this amount but this is my first experience for paying for the first service. My experience with this agency is very bad and I will not recommend anyone from my friends circle.                 Sir, I have purchased Classic 500cc Desert storm from SS motors calicut on February 2014.Now i am facing many problems like engine oil leak, FLS is functionless. I did first service from SS motors calicut itself and they not even rectified these faults till now. They are telling that FLS is out of stock so cant be replaced. During the first service they have changed the gasket to prevent oil leak but they they failed even after changing the gasket with new one. On 18th of this month i will be going for my 2nd service, if the problems i facing now continues i will go for compensation and go for taking action against this on customer court.Please do take effective and immediate action on this.                   Hi, I have bought a royal enfield classic 350 in Kolkata from Kolkata Bike Zone, the bike was delivered on 8th of October 2014. I have rode the bike from the dealer's office to my home and garaged it. The next day, I took the bike out for a ride in my locality, and all of a sudden the bike had just stopped. The self wont work neither the kick start, even the bike Neutral sign would not just light up. I had no other option than to walk the bike till my home which was nearly 1 km away. I called up the service center the next day (10th oct morning), The executive there was prompt and a mechanic was sent to my home. He fixed the issue, the issue being the fuse in the headlight area was not properly adjusted when the bike was assembled as told by him. He asked me to take a ride to check and it worked fine, hence the matter was closed. Thinking the same I had taken the bike out again tonight (10th oct), sadly and shockingly the bike again stopped in the middle of the road and would not just start up again. I have no idea now where the issue is, but I certainly do feel, either the bike was not assembled properly or the mechinaries of the bike are faulty, which ever the case may be, why would I being a consumer who had made a full cash payment get a faulty bike in return. And why would I accept a bike which is being repaired twice which is just 2 day old and hardly ran for 25 kms. The company must replace with a good one which is assembled and tested properly I had bought the bike as we already had an old royal enfield bullet and we know how good the bike is. But the current scenario speaks something else. I have seen many people facing the same or some other issues with new bike of relaunched RE's, truely the company's standards and quality is way beyond average for the hefty price tag. I request the authorities to take prompt action regarding this matter. Thanks and Regards, Sayantan

                    I purchased Royal En field Mcy on 12th June 2013. just completing ONE year of guarantee period its, TCI Unit stops working and I have to replace it with a new one, its few teeth of spoket (Chain) et damaged, One of its backview mirror fell down automatically while running mcy. In all I can say that the material Given by the company in comparison to the value they have charged is sub grade .

                      Hi, my name is Satvinder Singh, I live in PuneI had book royal enfield classic 350 bike on 23 feb 2014 with Rs 5, 000/- as my booking amount, booking id :-BKNG[protected], i was informed that within 6 months i would be getting my delivery for bike, Almost 8 months have passed they haven't informed me about the delay cause, When i visited the showrooom the employee was busy in his work, and was not reading to listen my complaint, he said me in a very rude manner that, when we have stock for bike we will let u know, but no guarantee on this . he said, Please help me out

                        Hello Team, I have purchased a Royal Enfield 350CC from Jayanagar Bangalore on 30th Jan 2014. On June 14th I took my bike to NarayanPura authorized RE service station as my bike engine was making heavy metallic crashing sound. That service station engineers made my engine condition even worse and then I escalated this to TSM Mr. Ashok and also reported over email to RE customer care on June19th. After one month they replaced Piston in engine and gave me the bike. Now after almost two months the issue again reoccurred on September first week and is more terrible this time. There are lot of more problems in my RE bike apart from this as well. Please assist me on this as I have informed RE from starting that this is a defective bike what they have provided me. I want a replacement of this defective bike provided to me by RE India . I would appreciate your help on this. My email address is [protected]@gmail.com

Road kandivali (West), Mumbai-400067. I would like to inform you that, on 12.09.2014 we received a call from Voyage Motor regarding my bike has ready for delivered. they has told us to contact them about next process. We had gone there on 14.09.2014 to tell about our religious problem and hence we will pay the money on 26.09.2014 and they concerned with their manager & said OK to pay money on 26..09.2014 only. We had gone there on 25.09.2014 with all documents and full payment as agreed by them, but they deny to give our bike & said yet our bike is not ready. From 25.09.2014 to till the date we are going there daily for the status of our bike, but manager said yet our bike is not in stock, but as a promised by them i want my bike on 03.10.2014 (Dussehra Festival) anyhow. We trust a lot on Royal Enfield and not on any dealer like Voyage. We are expecting your prompt support from your end. I once again requesting you to delivered our bike on 03.10.2014.                             I have bought thunderbird 350cc new model in january 2013, from first month till today September 2014, bike is giving me problems continously. Almost every month my bike needs repairing. Almost except engine all problems have been arised like electric problems, tyre bearings etc. I confidently claim that my display unit is defective. It is giving me problems from first month till date. Atleast three times petrol gauge has been changed in warranty period. Now my speedometer has got poff claiming sensors out of work. I m really fed up of my bike. Please take my complaint in note so I can tell the issue more specific.

                                  Dear Madam / Sir, I hereby lodge a complaint regarding the rude behavior and the service deficiency experienced during my third servicing. My Royal Enfield Classic 350, Vehicle No:KL 11 AU 1458, VIN#ME3U3S5C0EB409714 was placed with SS Motors Kannur for 3rd Servicing on 23.09.2014. . To my surprise it is noted that the usual procedural servicing and washing was not carried out to my motor cycle and the delivery made only after one day without doing anything. Washing was not carried out in all the three service and there by i spent around Rs 700/-to get it washed from outside source.The reason for not washing in the 1st & 2nd service was the pump unserviceable.On questioning for not washing in the third service, the managers reply was "we will do only this much and if you want to complain do it wherever you want and we are least bothered about it". Further i bring to your notice that being a person working in General Motors, i know how much attention we are giving to the customer satisfaction and their concerns & care. Therefore i invite your kind attention to redress my grievances on a deserving level. The snaps of my vehicle enclosed for your perusal taken immediately after servicing. On the very first day, after doing around 30-40Kms, i noticed very loud rattling sound from the engine.
