I had made the payment of full amount for RE Thunderbird 350 (marine) on 3rd of July, 2014 at "sairam autocraft, B.Narayanpura, bangalore, and I was told the vehicle will be delivered within 4 days, but the vehicle has not been delivered to me yet. And every time I visit the showroom, they are giving me all the possible fake excuses. This is completely unprofessional and frustrating.I just dont understand if this is the kind of service provided by RE during purchase of the vehicle, god knows what will be the situation after I get the vehicle. The sales persons and the manager are a complete nonsense and they are just not co operating.
I just asked a simple question to them, if the vehicle was not in stock, why the hell was I called to make a payment?
And now, they are giving me all the possible excuses and are asking me to buy 500 cc bike, just because it seems the vehicle is not in their stocks.. at least thats what they have said to me...
These are just playing around with customers.I really dont know where to go and forge a complain.

    To, Manager of Royal Enfield I had given my bike for paint job at kings autorider, baner service centre.But after two months bubbles started forming on tank. I gave them the bike for repainting. I have given them three times but still same disappointing results.pls I request you to look into the matter asap as its looks displeasing and its becoming worse day by day. Right now My engine oil leak compliant started, But the dealer service mechanic told me its a sea page problem it is not retrieved it always happening Royal Enfield, Im not convincing Kindly get the clear view of this problem, its able to clear or not.My mobile no is [protected].

          Sir, I stay in Panvel, Maharashtra . I have booked Classic 350 Black on 14 Dec 2013 in " Prateek Motors Panvel" as i was instructed that the Waiting period for this bike was 6 months.Its been 7 Months now still they have not delivered my bike. I kept calling the showroom for the satatus..But they come up with casual reason as "bikes are available in showroom." But 8 days back i received a call from showroom that bikes are available you can pay your down payment for the same .On 1st July 2014 I paid my down payment, on which they said i will get my bike on 3rd July. I called up on 3 rd July to check if the bike is ready or not. Sales men said, all the classic 350 black are sold (I mean how do they sale my waiting list bike to other people) .             I own a classic 350 from choudhari agencies bhopal, madhyapradesh, and had 2 services and i paid aporx 800 rupees for each oil changing, they never allowed the consumer inside to see the servicing.Now bike run around 4200 km, now only i came to know that 40-50% oil was remaining in my bike.And the remaining oil was waste..I asked the service centre about the problem, they were not ready to accept the mistake...Also i asked many bullet owners who took bullet from choudhari agencies thay also had the same problem, now all are servicing their bikes in local machanics.I humbly request copany that please ..Please enqire about these...And take necessary action...

              I have a Classic 350 CC .Last week i am unable to start my bike and i have taken the bike on auto to SAI RAM Auotcraft Dealer for Roya enfield, outer ringroad, B Narayanapura, Banglore.They said that they have lot of bikes and they need one week time for repairing and i agreed and i have given the bike on wednesday(25/6/2014).On saturday i went to the showroom to just check what actually the problem is and i was shocked that the bike was pulled aside and i enquired them and they said that i have not given the bike key and its pending because of that.I said i have given the bike key and the lady who made the job card said we have called u on these and i said i didnt receive any call from the showroom and she immediately changed her words and said sorry sir actually i thought of calling but i forgot.Bring another key and we will start the serviceing and give it by monday 11am for sure she said.I went back and biught the other key and give it to her and said monday by 11 am i will come and i want my bike servicing done by that time .Monday 1pm i went to the enfield shoowroom and the lady said that it was lunnch time and wait till 2 pm and we will deliver the bike, i waited for 1 hour and afterthat i went to the garrage and seen my bike with lot of work still to be done.They have changed the logo which i have fixed on the backside and i enquired the manager and he said we are not responsible for extra fittings and he made me wai till 4pm and made my bike ready.The lady which i hda given the bike early is stupid and she is acting like anything and the manager is supporting her in whatever rubbish she does.I am totally vexed with the showroom and i want you to enquire on these and take proper steps.

                Hello, i had purchase royal enfield bike from dhone automobile, market yard branch, pune, last year (2013) on 23rd june 2014, i met with an small accident, i which my rear brake got damaged. so next day at 10.00am when i went to the service station at new airport road branch (viman nagar pune) to get it fixed. first i was told i need to replace the brake which will cost 700/- only. and will get the work done at 3.00pm so when i went...

                They told me that your vehicle has arrived after 5 months of booking date, later they asked to me to pay full amount after vehicle arrived then later they told me they will deliver the vehicle with in 10 working days afters, It is now almost 20 working days, I have called them and I asked about the status, they said you can come and collect the vehicle. Again I called after one day they told me that your vehicle is not yet registered till now, it's going on coming friday.
                Worst customer satisfaction and never ever book your royal enfield bullet in this showroom that is near Jaya Deva, They will not answer you properly, Even if you go to show room directly there you will not find hospitality and they will never respond you to your queries. It is similar to the chit funds..Really frustrating one.

                  Last time i gave my v3hicle to unoony motors kollam for servoce, my self start was working. When they gave ot back it was not and they said it happened due to wear and tear. Now i found that there was a nut inside my engine crank case which was undescribed by the company officials even after 8 services. Due to the poor quality in service, I had given the vehicle to a local mechanic who described the presence of the bolt. This has affected my crank alignment and theres a lot of vibration in my foot rest. This happened as a result of carelessness at the time of manufacture and this has to be looked upon by the company. The company is liable to give me an adequate compensation or a change of vehicle since the engine must have been affected by the presence of the bolt. Failure to clear my issue and providing me with adequate compensation or a new vehicle will force me to file up a case against royal enfield at the consumer court.

                    I ordered one Royal Enfield Motorcycle (Classic 350) on 17.12.2013 at your authorised dealer M/S Leelason Auto Dhansar, Dhanbad, Jharkhand by paying booking amount Rs.5000. But neither I received any information about the status of my order nor I got my booking amount refunded. Many a times I tried to contact the manager of the showroom but all the contacts of the showroom is unavailable. Recently I booked one Thunderbird Motorcycle at Sri Nivas Automobiles, Nile Complex, H.B Road, Kanta Toli, Ranchi(Pin - 834001), Jharkhand paying Rs.5000 on 19.6.2014. My booking order number is 560. This is my kind request to transfer my first booking amount (from the account of Leelason Auto Dhansar) to the account of Sri Nivas Automobiles in order to reduce Rs.5000 from the price of the bike that I've recently booked & advice them to deliver the vehicle as soon as possible. I have been a regular & reputed customer of your company. And this is for the first time that I found that a dealer like M/S Leelason Auto is defaming the name of your company by cheating & misguiding their customers. Hence, this is my kind request to you to resolve my grievance as soon as possible because I am impatiently waiting for my bike since 6 long months. Eagerly waiting for your response.                       Dear Sir, Last Month I Purchased Classic 350 (Toady exact One Month). also 1st free Servicing done four days Back. at the Time servicing I said The, Bike producing so much white smoke and supervisor said check n let u know. but same problem observed. i am irritating while driving public people says your bike produced so much white smoke. And Again I Go to service center tell him the problem. but Showroom people not taken on urgent basis. its so irritating while driving. when i purchase this bike i think Its Royal --- company is Royal but Showroom people are[protected]- and please do best bike Service...

                        I took classic 350cc at velavan motors in chennai, Grems road on 14th may'14. From day 1 itself oil leakage in bottom of the engine, I complained him he told after 1st service it will rectified automatically, even after 1st service problems are continued then again and again I given 5 times service to solve the problem, but still oil leakage is not rectified, total KM 1300. What I will do... Even I changed service centre to Sri venkateswara bike zone in pallikaranai in chennai. There is no response but every time they are making bills. This is the current scenario of royal Enfield and service centre. Kindly do the needful.

                          Good day.


                          I have 2 - compliant against Ishna Wheels(workshop),
                          1.). Ishna wheels have exchange my bike part, as I given bike for repair - petrol leakage, break sound problem, acceleration problem, horn problem. On date 28 th of May 2014, I received my bike next day on 29 th of May 2014, .. Latter on I got to know that they have exchange front wheel shocker / part around meter, whole that part was exchange, because that shocker part having dent problem and their is paint spray on that part which was not on my bike when I given for repair.
                          They agree that they have done paint work without my approval, but they not exchanging that parts. But as from where am seeing they have exchange that part.

                          2.). They have done spray on petrol tank in 3 side, it was loking odd I complain them whorkshop people said it will ok latter on within week of wash but that is also same,

                          So please do enquiry on this matter, of please advise to whom I contact for complain.

                            company do not give the invoice (original bill) of my bike

                            My name is mohit.i own a bike of royal enfield classic 350cc black color on 26 may 2014 thought CSD from amanautomobiles, gurgaon.dealer do not providing me the invoice (original bill ) of my bike due to which i am unable to apply for RC of my bike and if i apply for RC after 30 day of purchasing the bike i have to pay penalty(extra money) because of late registration and this fine will be increase day by day.also after 30 days i can not...

                            Hi i bought a 2009 royal enfield classic efi 500cc last summer, The bike is in top condition and i was happy with the purchase, however after ONE month of riding the srag clutch broke, which at first i did'nt think was a bad thing due to the fact the bike was secondhand. (although it only had 15, 000 on the clock) Since the first sprag replacement i have had to replace the sprag 3 times in the last 4 months!!!?? (WTF)I can't believe this and am so so so unhappy with this bike. This model has NO kick start which i think is a stupid design fault and gives you no option when a problem like this occurs!
                            I have bought a new battery and made sure i have done everything in my power to ease the starters job.
                            I live in Alicante Spain and last month i took the bike down to Almeria about 250 miles south through some of the best enfield riding roads in the world. Buy the time i got there the exhaust had split along the welds and the starter was having problems again:(
                            I have no idea what to do about this bike at the moment and feel let down with Enfield.
                            These bikes look and sound wonderful but the slogan "built like a gun" Should be changed to "built like a spud gun" me thinks?

                              i have purchased a royal enfield continentel gt on 3/06/2014 in silchar assam after five days it started to omit white smoke and bike was having missing problem .soi took the bike to guwahati service station and they told that bike block and piston are gone because of this only there is problem and they spoke some head eng he assured me that within 7 day he will give me the bike but still no answare is coming from there side regarding this

                                On 29th May I taken my vehicle and expressed the problems as mentioned below at royal eEnfield showroom kakinada 1. Chain probLem 2. Break problem 3. Handles problem In the eveing I received my bye.at the tone of receiving they told break shoe& handle has to be replace apart from that vehicle is ok Again I give the vehicle on 7th June I regmustered the complaints 1. Break, handle & chain They replaced both handle and break shoes and delivered the vehicle The very next day same problem arrived for both handle, break & chain along wwith this front jokers is sounding. I don't know whether they are repairing or not Kindly gi've a solution I can't bare 1000 /- per week

                                  Hi RE Customer service team, I live in Rajahmundry city ( Andhra Pradesh). I booked a classic 350cc black on 18th January, 2014 with Sri Ram Automobiles Rajahmundry by paying Rs5000/-. The dealer gave me a waiting period of 4 months and verbally assured me that between 2 to 3months if I pay one lakh in advance so that they will be delivering the bike. But even after 5 months and even I paid rupees 1lakh in advance on may 15th 2014 of waiting period they are not even telling me by which time I shall be able to get my bike. Store manager was always on leave or he is out on some work the staff in the store pick the phone and tell me they are not able to give any details and simply told me manager only knows everything . They told me they have received load delivery and black 350 was not there in the load, I request RE customer support team to look into the booking and delivery practice of the dealer.                                     Hi there my name is faheem khan and i am from jabalpur (Mp) india.I bought royal enfield desert storm 500cc from royal thumpers 1560, napier town, dr. Barat road, near avtar restaurent, jabalpur thier contact no. Is[protected] m-[protected].I bought desert storm 500cc last week and today he bike's cylencer was heating like it was about to melt.Secondly the accelerator wire was not even installed properly when the handle turn to the right its accelerate badly.Custoer service is totally crap.The owner don't even see the face of the customer that much of attitude he has.I took my bike to the service center and told about the problem my bike was performing and wasn't taking it serious at all he started to lough and make joke about it.My 1 week old brand new bike is been standing in workshop from last 3 days and the mecanic is still saying he has to see what he can do to fix it.

                                    If some is paying a such a dear price for the bike we should atleast deserve to have the checked peroperly before its delivered to the customer.My suggestion is after visiting a showroom and his dealership should be cancelled and should be given it to some one else who is already on this field.
