Dear Sir Thanks for providing such a unique bike, I purchased 350 CC classic on 5 sep 2014, I had given my bike for first service and complain his to oli leakage in front shoker. bike ruining only 1380 km manufacturing defect in shoker but service engineer not ready to listen my complain and behaviour of the service engineer very poor, miss behave and using rude language and service engineer not ready to listen my complain he says if you are any issue mark a mail in company. each customer facing same problem against service staff why iam paying service charge of oil seal There are no other words to explain the condition of my complain .I expect a better response to my complaint.If you also not abel to given proper response then I also ready to file a complaint against this in District forum.     Hey dear, I have bullet 350. I had purchased this on August 11th 2014. For first day my bike was't creating any voice, but on 100km, my bike engine started a ridiculous voice like tik tik tik. Then I decided to go authorized service center and told about problem. they said this is not a big problem so don't worry at first service it will be ok. But after first Service same voice coming again from engine. Please tell me best solution for this because the voice is very ridiculous. i also read review on royal enfield official website and many people facing same problem, but not...

    Hi Royal Enfield,

    I also have the same problem; i have been dealing with the same problem for almost 10months with no solutions. At all the free services, I have highlighted to the authorized service center guys that there is problem and there is weird sound like tik tik tik. After the free service; Two days i dont have that problem and the third day or after few Kms. There is this ridicules noise coming again. I have left the bike again in the service center. If this time i have the same problem, I have decided not to take it from the service center until it is replaced under warranty. I dont understand, when there is a warranty period given by the company and why are these service centers guys not replacing the parts if it at fault. Does that mean, Royal Enfield don’t give warranty or is there a problem with the service centers.

    Below are the two authorized service centers I have reached out to :

    Teknik motors (Twice i have given, first issue was not solved) in Indiranagar and Manjunath Motors banaswadi (3 free service was given to them - no solution and asked me to take to the guy where i bought the bike)

      I own a classic 350 silver.I bought it over an year ago.My carburetor is bursting out frequently.This complaint started before 4 months.Now my bullet reached 9000 km .I showed my bullet to various service centres and fed up.Nobody is capable of rectifying this.Even i showed it to St.Mary's (Royal Enfield Dealers in kochi).The day after my final service the carburetor bursted again.I really fed up.This is very bad from the part of Royal Enfield.My bullet is remaining in my porch for a week.Here after i wont be recommending royal enfield vehicles to anyone if this problem is continued. Hope Royal Enfiled will look after my bullet and do the necessary arrangements to make it okay.

        Hi i bought a classic 350 on may 10th2014 and i am facing issue with pistine sound. It happen before 1st servicing, and i have given complaint at the 1st service and they told bla bla storiea in service center, the service center is rc puram go green show room, so i concider the stories and after 1st srvice it is producing heavy sounds and oil lekages from the engine so i went to same showroom they came with same stories and i cncider this time alo and they told that the sound wil becler in th secnd servce. They are not taking care of problems. Only loking for money, and given the bike for second service still same issue. I am frustrated about this. I[censored] pepl nt fix my issue .           Chain sprocket damage - New classic 350

          Dear Sir, I bought a new classic 350 bike from royal enfield in December 2013. Now it has covered a distance of 18000 km. 2 days before when i was riding the bike, there found some slippage in chains with sound and when checked it was found that 25 teethes of sprocket (rear side) found in broken condition. I bought this bike for Rs 1, 30, 000 and for this cost it should give some minimum life to its parts. I think the low cost bikes available...

For first 200km, my bike was't creating any voice, but on 200km, my bike engine started a ridiculous voice like tik tik tik. Then I decided to go authorized service center and told about problem. they said this is not a big problem so don't worry at first service it will be ok.             Hi, i have a royal enfield desert strom(Tn 11 x 9129), by 22-08 -14 i give my bike to service in the legend motor(Pallavaram), i told to change oil, break issue, front vibrating is very high, and also engine noise is very high.By 23-08-14 i take the delivery iam not satisfied with my bike, engine noise is very high and vibrating is same as before service.

            They are not responding us, we are a customer we need a proper respect.
            Totaly iam dis satisfied with the royal enfield and legend motors.

            How i refer others to buy a royal enfield.

              All the TB models have the switch problem. The company is suppose to change the diffective electronic parts, But the dealers are so smart, when we ask them to change the switch when the vehicle is in warranty they straight Away give answer that the switch is out of stock. But if you say you will pay for it the switch is available. Why? If the company cannot give A proper after sales service, and If the company cannot Respond to the complaints why are they running the business? The company is Running only because people are crazy For Royal EnField. The top Management and all the employees of Royal Enfield including the Showrooms And service center employees should not forget that their families are dependent and get bread & butter because Of the Royal Enfield customers. and if the craz of the people is gone they will loose everything. Its easy to thInk If This job is gone I'll join the other company but if the other company gets to know how irresponsible the Royal Enfield staff were, Will they employ them?

                i jus got my delivery 2 days back FROM DHONE AUTOMOBILES YERWADA PUNE and most of the part is corroded..the front and the back wheel drum the engine plate and few other parts.they are saying they will buff it ..i personally want it replaced as its a new bike

                  Respected Sir !

                  I am D.D. Sukumar, Rowthulapudi mandal, E.G.dt, AP .I have booked Classic 350 black in Sri Ram Automobiles, Rajahmundry on 29th january of this year. They told that the duration of the booking was 6 months. Still I haven't recieved the bike yet. When I ask them about the bike they are requesting us some more time. And we waited for it 7months 15 days. The showroom dispatch incharge Mr. Ramesh, ph: [protected] is always saying black is not available in the company. Though there were many bookings for black classic, company has not send that colour bikes. Not only me someother customers are also suffering from this problem. We dont no. why your company is not providing the customers desire. This is not Royal deed of a company. So please take action...

                      sir yeh ek chote level ki problem hai . bullt company theek hai but ye low level labours company ke naam par dhabba hain. ... mere pass classic 500cc bike hai... mujhe jabhi aavshayakta hui maine sirf bullet ke authorized showroom par hi service karwai ... but kal i.e 11/8/2014 ko mujhe pata chla ki meri original exide ki battery service center ke kisi employee ne badal di ... kyunki kal meri bike ki battery down ho gai thi tab jab maine use dekha to vo kisi local company ki battery thi... iss prakar ka dhoka royal enfield jaisi reputed company par bhi nakaratmak prabhav daalta hai... mein rohtak, haryan se hoon... aur yahan ke dealer ship badhwar bullet agency ke naam par hai... mein ye soch raha hoon ki agar company ke official showroom par ye haal hai to bahar kya hoga aur mera ssari jagah ko chor kar company mein jaane ka kya faaida ... company waalon ki charges bhi bahut jaida hote hain aur agar vahan bhi iss prakar ka dhoka hoga to phir kya faaaida, , , , , , ...

                        Dear Sir, I had purchased a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350 from FrontLine Automobiles, Mangalore on 04.03.2013. Since begining there are 4 problems 1. Engine noise / Tank noise and Vibration . 2. Right side pulling. 3. Recent Problem: Fuse dead 5 times in one week (2 times before service and 3 times after the service with in one weeks time). 4. 1st week after purchase: I noticed that rearwheel alignment problem so i took it to service center they did some some fitting and it was fine. When i took thge bike for service for the next time they told me bearings are gone and needs to be changed which was setup wrongly by them in the last service. I had given my bike to FrontLine Automobiles service center more than 15 times for service. When the service is done it works fine for 3 to 4 days but again the same problem. The service centre doesn't have qualified technicians. I am writing this mail in order to apprise you. If you are of the opinion that I should consult some other mechanics, then there is no need for have exclusive Royal Enfield Service Centre. Please advice and rectify the problem, otherwise you will unnecessary bound me to file the case for deficiency of service and supplying of defective bike to me.                         I booked a Showroom bike, MARINE BLUE THUNDERBIRD 500cc, I was told if i pay half the amount, the book will be in my name.I did so i paid 1, 03, 000 and today 10days later, i went to pay full amount, and the worst insult my bike is being sold to some one else right in front of my eyes. The sales manager has pulled out this cheap trick/gimmick/stint.

                        The service is very poor. I had given my dessert storm for antirust coating. Within one week there is rust on the grills. Now after a month there is rust once again. The dealer should be penalised for such faulty services. Amount is already paid and as per the terms there is a warranty of 6 months. If called the service centre personnel ask us to deliver the vehicle and do not pick the vehicle from door step when the mistake is from the other side. Now there is a problem and my bike does not even start. Not even kick start. I had serviced my bike 45 days back. Please rectify. My vehicle no. ka 19 mb 8765.
                        I gave my Bullet electra 2012 model for a service a week ago. I paid 6k and kept it in showroom for 2 days and told them to fix each and every issue. But after the service my vehicle started Wobbling (Front tyre) and headlight was focusing to up pointing to tree instead of road during Highbeam. After one week I again went there that time they fixed headlight issue (bulb was fixed reversely) and after that they told I have to go to puncture or any tyre shop to fix Wobbling issue. I got shocked because vehicle is Royal Enfield's and showroom is Royal Enfield's and they are redirecting me to another service centre. I can say that these showroom people only know how to increase the bill when you give the vehicle to service nothing else.. They are least bothered about customer satisfaction...

                          i purchased a royal enfield clasic 350 (silver) on[protected] and after 4 days i observed that my vehicle fork has some problem, my handle was tight and it was going left when i driving.

                          i gone to your service center some mechanic checked and he done some setting and he told it will be free with a day.2nd problem near petrol tank petrol adjustment was getting leaked again he done some small adjustment told OK.

                          and the 2 problems was not rectified and again i gone to your servicing center on 31/7/2014 and given for first service and told the same 2 problems then one your incharge was checked he told it has wheel through problem and petrol knob problem we will rectify and replace the problem.

                          and that same day evening 7:20 i taken the delivery and they included the wheel through charges in my bill i told iwill not pay due to it was manufacture defect and your incharge agreed and it was deleated from my bill.

                          but the handle tight and my tyre was right sidegetting burning more comparing to left side so kindly check if it is manufactrue defect kindly call back my vehicle and give me new vehicle

                              Complaint on speedometer and it had complaint on the first service. Three services had done but there is no change in that . The service center are irresponsible when we ask about this to them.They are not checking the working condition of every parts.They are taking three days for service but till the service not done properly. The change the oil only when we given for the service.

I was very excited to purchase bullet from a reputed company like Royal Enfield and now i am really sad about what had happened.                                   When i go to service center they are not responding well.
                                  Every time i call up the service centre i get the reply that we have to check, last time they said your bike is ready still problems were not solved. I need my bike so i taken my bike from there, now they are not responding,
                                  From the very day my bike is giving pathetic result, before service my bike starts in one kick, and now its not even starting with kick. I am not satisfied with service given by sarabhai motors.
                                  I haven’t received a call from them, i feel that now its high time and strict action should be taken against the company for the discomfort and harassment face by a customer for not repairing a motorcycle for such a long time.

                                  My problems are as below-
                                  1. Engine noise
                                  2. Front seat solved.cover.now back seat cover
                                  3 .front suspension
                                  4. Fuel tank noise.
                                  5. Fuel tank 13.5ltr they told me 15ltr fuel tank
                                  7. Speed limit only 90km/hr But we can’t drive on 80km/hr because of vibration we can’t control.
                                  they changed odo meter but speed not increased.
                                  9. Scratch on back side mudguard, not done
                                  11. Management very poor. Nobody co-ordinate with customer in proper manner.
                                  12. Wrong commitment
                                  13.they used my bike approx.130km(when i drop my bike it is 2917km and when i went for delivery it was 3053km.i filled petrol of rs.525 before service when delivered it was below reserve they filled petrol of rs.150/-.they keep my bike for 15days but problems are not solved increased
                                  14. Kick can’t work properly.
                                  17. Oil leakage from engine please check.done
                                  18. 3m coating not done properly
                                  19. wheel alignment not done

                                  My humble request to change the bike or refund my money because they can’t solve my bike’s problems, i would request company to sort me out with this issue as soon as possible or else i will have to go for legal action against them. I don’t want to deal with these poor service system everytime.or change my engine they taken my bike 5 times but problems are not solved

                                  When i go to service center they are not responding well.
                                  Every time i call up the service centre i get the reply that we have to check, last time they said your bike is ready still problems were not solved. I need my bike so i taken my bike from there, now they are not responding,
                                  From the very day my bike is giving pathetic result, before service my bike starts in one kick, and now its not even starting with kick. I am not satisfied with service given by sarabhai motors.
                                  I haven’t received a call from them, i feel that now its high time and strict action should be taken against the company for the discomfort and harassment face by a customer for not repairing a motorcycle for such a long time.

                                  My problems are as below-
                                  1. Engine noise
                                  2. Front seat solved.cover.now back seat cover
                                  3 .front suspension
                                  4. Fuel tank noise.
                                  5. Fuel tank 13.5ltr they told me 15ltr fuel tank
                                  7. Speed limit only 90km/hr But we can’t drive on 80km/hr because of vibration we can’t control.
                                  they changed odo meter but speed not increased.
                                  9. Scratch on back side mudguard, not done
                                  11. Management very poor. Nobody co-ordinate with customer in proper manner.
                                  12. Wrong commitment
                                  13.they used my bike approx.130km(when i drop my bike it is 2917km and when i went for delivery it was 3053km.i filled petrol of rs.525 before service when delivered it was below reserve they filled petrol of rs.150/-.they keep my bike for 15days but problems are not solved increased
                                  14. Kick can’t work properly.
                                  17. Oil leakage from engine please check.done
                                  18. 3m coating not done properly
                                  19. wheel alignment not done

                                  My humble request to change the bike or refund my money because they can’t solve my bike’s problems, i would request company to sort me out with this issue as soon as possible or else i will have to go for legal action against them. I don’t want to deal with these poor service system everytime.or change my engine they taken my bike 5 times but problems are not solved

                                  hello sir / madam,

                                  I'm Nagraj from Mysore and today i have to sadly write to you that the thunder bird which i bough from Abhyudhay Motor Services P. Ltd - Royal Enfield Dealer(Mysore) on March 18th is not up to my satisfactory level. I'm facing too many problems with the vehicle.

                                  1.For the first 500 kms the vehicle had no issues and it was running perfect.

                                  2.After my first service the very next day engine started making some"tik tik"loud noise.

                                  3.I headed to the showroom and told about the noise and the service manager said that the engine will automatically set and vehicle needs to be ridden for at-least 1000 kms. so i took my vehicle and went back.

                                  4. After 3 more days vehicle started making even more noise so i left the vehicle telling the issue. they had kept my vehicle for 3 long days and finally called me to take back my vehicle. i received my vehicle but the engine noise was not at all fixed... i again left my vehicle for the same issue and again they kept my vehicle for 3 more days and this time they said that they had adjusted the CAM.

                                  5.Again i received my vehicle back and this time the engine noise was fixed a bit but it still persists.

                                  6.while cleaning my vehicle i found some paint markings in green color on my engine and silver color marking on silencer...i found rust at the bottom of my silencer and was shocked.How could a newly bought vehicle get rust so soon(45 days old vehicle)

                                  7.I went back to the showroom and told them that my silencer has caught rust, the service manager agreed with me that how do you know??
                                  i just asked him to take that silencer and see himself. A guy named anil who attended me when i left the vehicle for the first time regarding the noise issue came and whispered some thing in his ears and the service manager with out any questions accepted to give me a new replacement. As there was no new stick of silencer he took out some other new vehicles silencer and fitted it with my vehicle.

                                  8.Now the vehicle is making some sort of "tan tan" noise after turning off the engine.

                                  9.The vehicles engine noise has become more punchier / harsh and feels not at all stable(vehicle vibrates). vehicle is giving me very poor average of 29kmpl only.
                                  the vehicle was giving me good average of 38kmpl before leaving it for service.

                                  10.The service manager has simply shutted his ears to my issue.all they say is vehicle needs to run even more. im fed up of hearing this thing to what ever i say

                                  i kindly request you to seriously look into my issues with the vehicle and im expecting a reply from your side real soon.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I had purchased a TBTS 350 from South Delhi Moters, Kailash Colony, Delhi on 25.12.2013. Since begining there is tepit problem and noise of engine is pathetic. Since then I had three free services. They are doing some adjustment at the time of service and the noise problem gone for 2-3 days, but again the same problem.

                                    I think, the service centre doesn't have qualified technicians. I am writing this mail in order to apprise you. If you are of the opinion that I should consult some other mechanics, then there is no need for have exclusive Royal Enfield Service Centre.

                                    Please advice and rectify the problem, otherwise you will unnecessary bound me to file the case for deficiency of service and supplying of defective bike to me.

                                      Dear sir I Bought a new Royal Enfeild on January 06 2014 soon after Third service I felt some vibration reported to service center first I was told Brake Shoe has to be replaced so bring tom arrow morning. As I went next day morning I was told first it was bearing issue. And later on I was told chain has become rough so we have oiled after few kilometers it will be ok but to my surprise next day it further got worst. So I again reported to service center now i have been told that chain has to be replaced. I have a doughty on the day of third service back wheel was opened two times. first was for service & the second time for wheel spokes alignment I feel something messy In this service center service which is located in JP Nagar owned by Royal Enfield.Please do look in this matter & do the needful Regards % Thanks Hussain [protected]

                                      Thanks The complaint was resolved but only after email & Online complaint Forum. When i approached them twice i had only got un secientific answers due to which i got pissed off.

                                      To Royal enfeild Please dont treat All your customers as bluffs please concentrate on your service quality.
