I Bought My RE Classic 500 two years back (25/05/2012) from Abhyuday Motor Service Pvt Ltd, Mysore - Karnataka Now I am facing major problem in Fuel Injection system and service centre as adviced me for replacement of Fuel injection system at my cost. As a customer satisfaction I believe it’s against Royal Enfield because of early premature of fuel pump functionality as it’s a major functionality of system. Summary 1. 1. On the day 14/04/2015 had been to a place about 50 kms from Mysore, while returning I couldn’t start the vehicle neither from self start nor kick start. So I took the vehicle to local mechanic and got cleaned both the spark plugs, after cleaning it started without any problem with electric and kick start. 2. Further for my satisfaction I took the vehicle to service centre on the same day and I explained the problem briefly to the service advisor and gave the vehicle to general service with regular checkups.(Initially they told me that spark plug to be replaced with concern with the above issue) 3. On the day 19/04/2014 I called service centre to know the status of vehicle and they replied they will come back in 10 minutes, later I got a call from service manager stated about failure of vehicle fuel injection system to be replaced which will cost about 11, 000 to 12, 000 ( I got feedback after 4 days ) My complaint is that they failed to provide me with a satisfactory reason for the failure of the system. I suspect it’s a manufacturer defect or service centre personnel changed vehicle fuel injection system. I strongly recommend to replace the item at company cost (I have read many failure issues in RE forum and consumer complaint websites) I need a justification for the failure because I had maintained the vehicle in very good condition by taking all necessary precaution and with regular interval of service in authorized centres only. I hope chances are very less for the failure of fuel injection system in Royal Enfield vehicle because RE is very concern about their quality aspects to satisfy the customer. Looking for your feedback ASAP. I usually fill the fuel in Shell or Indian Oil bunks only, how you can state that it is because of dirt fuel.     I want to complaint of Kaveri Moters S.G highay Ahmedabad Dealer.
    i had booked a royal Enfield classic 350 on 1st week on November 2013.but Still i'm not get my bike delivery... Even Dealer give me Estimate time is 3 month for delivery.When i ask for this delay time reason that time he says its take more time...after 1 month when i contact again that time to from till date he always say its take more time. finally he give me one date for delivery...but when i contact on that given delivery date by kaveri moters.. they told me only your bike recived damage and its take more time.

    Even I paid full payment of Classic 350 one month ago...beocuse they said
    if full payment is not done then he will not book my bike.

    I am very disappointed with your Dealer response.
    i will suggest to all my friends and group that they never deal with kaveri moter's.

      i have purchased Thunderbird 350, with a long list of Manufacturing Defects.

      From the Day One i am continuously visiting Service Centre to rectify the defects, i have spent over 25000/- for repairing & maintenance along with many days of my precious time.

      The status of the problems is still the same and i am not at all interested to spent more n more time & money in your product.

      i want each and every single penny i have spent from day one, in purchase & maintenance of this bike along with interest amount.

      i will wait till Saturday evening 5 pm for the Cheque of the total amount and take your defective item back or else i will knock the door of Consumer Court on Monday Morning[protected].

      I have complained lot of times and i have those email of complaints as evidence. those will speak in my favour in Consumer Court.

        The headlight switch for 350 cc thunderbird bike is functioning since last one month. The sparepart iS not available with service center Pratik Motors Panvel Navi muMbai. They haVe logged request with company on 8 th March 2014. As of today 22 marcH there is no response from royal enfiElD company. Without upper light i am not able drive bike dUring night tIme.           sir,

          I own a thunderbird 350 which i purchased on 4th, nov, 2013. my bike was working fine but there was some problem in shifting the gears. I told the serviceman regarding the same in MANMOHAN AUTOS KHARAR PUNJAB when i visited them first, they tightened the screws and said that it will work fine. the problem was not fixed, i visited them again and they argumented that everything is working fine but anyhow they decided to work on my bike on tuesday(18.feb.2014)/ that day i left my bike in the service station. in the evening they called me and ask me to visit them and pick my bike. when i visited the owner of the showroom ask me have a test drive with him. then he said that everything is working fine.. there is no such problem in the bike. then i said to check in front of me. the bike was giving the same problem. he then started pushing me and embarassing me by using non profesional words. i need to have some important action to be taken against him as he also refused to service my bike saying that he is the owner and i havent purchased the bike from hs showroom.

            I bought a Classic 500 CC in Bahrain in August 2012 where I was living at this moment But Few month after I had fex mechanical problems and the bike was immobilized from January 2013 until April 2013 but not really repaired I may I had to put my bike on the container be cause I was moving to France My problems were continuing but Fortunately I find a good garage near Paris for Royal Enfield ( "tendance Roadster" near Paris) who finally repaired the bike He replaced the starter 700€ I did not pay for the moment I contacted the import dealer in France who said that he could not take in charge be cause I did not buy the bike in France And in Bahrain the dealer Abbas Biljeek categorically refused So I have now to reimburse the garage near Paris What I can do? Pls Help me Christophe JEAN

              I bought in August 2012 A classic 500 cc in Bahrain where I was living at this time
              I had few problems during few month the bike was immobilized from January until en of April 2013 but not very well repaired
              I May 2013 I had to put my bike on the container be cause I was moving to France And then I had the same problems but the garage there (= "tendance roadster" in the suburds of Paris) is very good gay He finally replaced the starter and now the bike is works very well
              The Import Dealer in France said to me that he could not take in charge the starter be cause I did not buy the bike in France So I tried to contact the Bahrain Dealer Abbas Biljeek and he refused categorically to taking in charge !!
              Now I have to reimburse the stater to the garage in Paris so What I have to do ?

              It is a real fraud !!

I have purchase my new Royal Enfield Bullet 350 standard model, but after 8 day from purchase cylencer band pipe color change and sound not perfect. I go to my dealer and say for this. He said that he changed the band pipe after 10 days because he have not band pipe in spare stock. But today after 1 month he said that he have not band pipe in his stock. and talking loose.                   i bought my new royal enfield thunderbird 350cc bike in november 20th from kolkata bike zone.after my 1st free service i realised that i should configure a alloy wheel with tubeless tyre for my bike.i fitted up the alloy wheels and tubeless tyre from kolkata bike zone authorised service centre.i paid some of 18, 000 ruppes for this...but my front tyre was not properly fitted.thats why i already faced huge problems..i continously told them to resolve my problem.still they did not responded seriously.i request please resovle my problem.please do something as soon as possible.

                    Sir, Thanks for providing such a unique bike, I purchased 500 CC desert storm on 2 feb 2014 for my son Dr Aman The behaviour of the dealer to the customer care is very poor. they promise and never keep the commitment. After purchasing the bike they have promised to get the bike registered within 7 days. they give many vague excuses. I met the dealer personally 4 times but always lying to provide the registration.The police is not allowing to run the bike and being harased by police. Being able to give such a beautiful bike pl Improve the customer care service. They need training on soft skill and business ethics.                       Sir,
                      I booked for an electra black 350cc before 3 months. At the time of booking they agreed to deliver it within 2 months.But they dint.Again they gave many dates but didnt deliver.Afterwards i found out that they are delivering it to others by taking bribes.I also met others who came with the same complaint.When i enquired about this, one of the salesman.mr sumesh told "we will give it to the people whom we want what you will do" such a bad behaviour towards customers.Their behaviour towards the customers is very bad.They even dont have a vehicle of the model for test drive.This i came to know after paying an advance of RS 5000.now the cost of the model increased which i have to pay extra due to their delaying.
                      I humbly request you to take necessary action.

                        I have purchased Classic350 on 1st Jan 2014. From day one it was a trouble after completing formalities of buying. when i took ride for very first time. Gears where not working properly (cant able to change it to neutral). after two days in machinic shed they given me confronting that its cleared. In a week i faced same problem they took bike for two more days and give back by changing breaking system. with in 30 days rear tyre struck while driving around 30 to 40 kmph it suddenly got struck and bike skit almost killed my self in a traffic. when i gave that bike to them. they again took it for a day gave back to me said chain was little fit. next day when i was driving it again happened and this time smoke and smell of buringing came. now when i took with same problem they said this might be problem with chain box need to change. This people not at all responding to my problem and i survived couple of times yet they say its minnor issue this will be resloved. from day one to now i never had the experence of driving a classic. and people treating me like they doing favour by resloving the issue. service center owner never lift the call. never respond to my messages. Please help me how to take up this issue to consumer court.

                          Hi All, I purchased my Royal Enfield bike (TB 500) in Jan 2013. I got my insurance policy &amp; RC/TC card with all information incorrect. --My surane spelling was incorrect. --My fathers name on policy was incorrect. --Spelling for my surbname on RC/TC was incorrect --I purchased my bike with no loan, but still RC/TC showed hypothication. I immediately gave both insuirance and RC/TC for correction to Kings autoriders, since it was mistake from their side, after giving all details in corrrect format, they made such a huge mistake. From that day till today I'm constantly following it up with Kings autoriders and the Royal enfield authorities to sort out the issue ASAP...It's been a year I have not received my RC/TC. I got the insurance policy in Oct. 2013 where as the purchase date is in Jan 2013. the policy got expired in Jan 2014 and now insurance authorities are asking for RC/TC details since the first copy was some deal between Kings autoriders and the dealer... My true feedback for kings autoriders is they need to be customer focused in this competative edge. My personal experience is very bad with Kings autoriders. I have been following it up for my RC/TC card over a year and the sales representatives are not at all keen to sort out the issue in any manner...After multiple reminders they are not even calling my surname correctly..I'm sure they will train their representatives on how to pronounce their customer names correctly. Now the situation is so bad for me that my bike is out of insurance and to renew it I do not have RC/TC with me. I have been getting answer that my RC/TC has been dispatched in Oct. 2013. On serious note this is a joke done over me as a customer. any post or courier can be delivered to any destination in a months time (by max).. The worst part of kings atuoriders is you will never get a call from them. I must have called and visited their office every month since I received the faulty RC/TC card..and the response is always -ve or no response in favour of you.                             The service centre given is the replica of Bad service that it provides to its costumers. The qualifications for my quote that this service centre deserves is... 1. No respect to costumers 2. Bad response 3. Not just Bad service for the vehicle 4.                             i had bought one classic 350 on may 23rd 2014 from ss motors calicut.the vehicle was delivered in a bad condition and i returned it on the very next day and cleared the complaints after a huge strugle.the vehicle was having scratches on the tank and shock was damaged.even in the time of delivery and this shows the irresponsibility o[censored]r company or your dealer.

                            now it s just five months and i did two complaint service. i dont know why this vehicle is having continious troubles.presently its showing vibration, back fire, meter is not working, trouble in gear shift, etc.

                            services which you are providing is as like catching customers throat.the vehicle is unworthy and never expect such a move from a huge brand like royal enfield..

                            if you are going like this means i will be forced to move leagally.

                            i had bought one classic 350 on may 23rd 2014 from ss motors calicut.the vehicle was delivered in a bad condition and i returned it on the very next day and cleared the complaints after a huge strugle.the vehicle was having scratches on the tank and shock was damaged.even in the time of delivery and this shows the irresponsibility o[censored]r company or your dealer.

                              Delay delivery of Bike & misbehave of Dealer

                              I had booked one Classic 350, Black Royal Enfield byke at Amba Motors, Harni Road, Vadodara, Gujarat on 7th Oct.-13. At the time of Booking dealer told me that it will be delivered within two &amp; half months time period. I am continuously following up with dealer regarding this issue.After completion of 3 months when I physically visit dealer point for delivery of byke on that time he straight way denied to delivery the same in 3 months....

                              My name is karthik kumar, I own a classic 350 black. (KL 30 5051) I give my ride to MARIKAR services in trivandrum, kerala. I have been having certain complaints since the start of the 2nd service, the gear shift is getting stuck on the road from time to time. I am not able to put it on neutral much easily on stand still, have to rock the ride a few times to make it fall into neutral. The "central bolt" on the handle bar, is getting rusted which they are continuously failing to replace, they just scrub off the rust and return. In standstill, the first gear falls Jerking the whole bike forward, even if the clutch is fully held. Every gear shift accending and descending falls in place with a heavy sound of metal hitting. These complaints have been there from the second service and now I am at my last service (9000km) and after every service I have done I have returned with the same complaints before a week after the said service. The third service saw the above mentioned complaints along with oil-leaks, and after the service I have booked two times for repeating the service as the complaints persisted. And Gave it 4 days aftr the company service had been done and booked to redo it a week after that said 2nd correction. it is with heavy heart that I was planing to register a case in consumer court, on grounds of cheating or fraud. This is when a friend told me to register a complaint to royal enfield first, and if I dont get any Justice here, to go to the court. I am really afraid that they are going to cheat me again, as I am giving it for service along with all the above said complaints, I have booked for a repaint, as there is a lot of white spots and marks appearing all over, and rusting on the w elds and other painted parts ever since 2nd service. Please help me get justice, I bought a bullet as it was my dream ride ever since I was 7, and these guys and their Disgraceful service is starting me to hate my childhood dream...                                 Hi sir/madam
                                After taking a delivery of royal Enfield Thunderbird
                                In one day i finded out there is a engine oil leak
                                I did give my bike to dealer on the very next day
                                Which said to me that this is a manufacturing defect
                                And company is most likely will open the engine and correct it but opening of a two wheeler engine on the next day of buying is not acceptable by me as this will cause problems in future as oil leakage and average issues
                                Please advice

                                  I have purchased Royal Enfield Classic 350 on 15 december 2013 and still i have not got RC for it, I have called as well as gone to the showroom i.e.Moto Riders : Meerut, Uttar Pradesh multiple number of time but they always say you will get next day and the staff always try to fight with the customers if you want to see this you can conduct the survey for this, I am very much dissatisfied with the service provided by this dealer, earlier when i have booked my bike they have said you will get it in 15 day after paying the booking ammount i got my bike in 3 monts after so much struggle,
                                  I am paying the ammount not buying for free but the treatment given by this dealer is frustrating, so kindly take any further action regarding it.

                                    I had bought my 500 cc classic Royal enfield in Jun2011 fro Royal enfield agency Muktsar Since the time i have bought it i have been facing a number of problems with it despite getting services regularly from Royal enfield agency(Abohar, pin-152116). In last two years there have always been some issue with the bike very frequently. It started with mobile oil leakge. Then very frequent spark plug issues which lead to bike not getting started. Lately bike suffered from a black smoke problem and it was not attended to properly by Royal enfield agency Abohar. When the bike was taken to Royal enfield amritsar they found that the piston kit has a problem and it had gotten loose and the other mechanic should have looked into it earlier during regular services. I had to bear 13000 INR to replace piston kit. Also i had got spark plugs replaced many times which get fused in a time span of a month or two sometime even lesser. Today, two weeks after getting piston kit replaced and engine remapping done for the faults in the system the bike wont start again. When consulted about it in the Royal enfield agency amritsar they told that there is oil spillover in spark plug and they dont know why it is happening. I am not sure what to do next as it being out of warranty i have to bear all the charges and still not get it fixed I am very disappointed with my royal enfield experience as it has been a very sour one owing to bad agency service and attitude. Royal enfield agency abohar has denied any responsibilty from their end telling me that they can not do anything about it Please help me for further action
