My name is karthik kumar, I own a classic 350 black. (KL 30 5051)
I give my ride to MARIKAR services in trivandrum, kerala.
I have been having certain complaints since the start of the 2nd service, the gear shift is getting stuck on the road from time to time.
I am not able to put it on neutral much easily on stand still, have to rock the ride a few times to make it fall into neutral.
The "central bolt" on the handle bar, is getting rusted which they are continuously failing to replace, they just scrub off the rust and return.
In standstill, the first gear falls Jerking the whole bike forward, even if the clutch is fully held.
Every gear shift accending and descending falls in place with a heavy sound of metal hitting.
These complaints have been there from the second service and now I am at my last service (9000km) and after every service I have done I have returned with the same complaints before a week after the said service.
The third service saw the above mentioned complaints along with oil-leaks, and after the service I have booked two times for repeating the service as the complaints persisted. And Gave it 4 days aftr the company service had been done and booked to redo it a week after that said 2nd correction.
it is with heavy heart that I was planing to register a case in consumer court, on grounds of cheating or fraud. This is when a friend told me to register a complaint to royal enfield first, and if I dont get any Justice here, to go to the court.
I am really afraid that they are going to cheat me again, as I am giving it for service along with all the above said complaints, I have booked for a repaint, as there is a lot of white spots and marks appearing all over, and rusting on the w
elds and other painted parts ever since 2nd service.
Please help me get justice, I bought a bullet as it was my dream ride ever since I was 7, and these guys and their Disgraceful service is starting me to hate my childhood dream...

now it s just five months and i did two complaint service. i dont know why this vehicle is having continious troubles.presently its showing vibration, back fire, meter is not working, trouble in gear shift, etc.
services which you are providing is as like catching customers throat.the vehicle is unworthy and never expect such a move from a huge brand like royal enfield..
if you are going like this means i will be forced to move leagally.
