I am getting very poor support from the RE Authorized service center and the bike is getting breakdown frequently and the error is repeated again. There is no proper action taken by the service center and also no response from RE customer support. The answers told by the service center is not technically and practically acceptable.

      Since I bought my Royal Enfield 350x Thunder bird bike on 23/10/2019. I have changed speed sensor twice, battery is changed once, and ABS light is always ON. I have complained about Brahma RE showroom wakdevadi pune. However there is proper service received.

        I took delivery of royal enfield classic 350 Chrome red varient under name Sagar K S from Royal Enfield Showroom - Acclaim Motors Pvt Ltd Yelahanka on[protected] at 7PM.
        I took the bike to home and observed that the rear right indicator was not fitted properly, I thought that was a minor fitting issue and could be fixed during first service.
        But today[protected] I went for first service to Acclaim Motors - Royal Enfield Service Center Yelahanka and asked them to fit the indicator, That is when I got to know that it is not fitting problem but its damaged and should be replaced.
        Then I went to showroom and explained issue to the person who gave delivery and requested him to raise a complaint for indicator replacement. He is not agreeing that it was damaged at the time of delivery.
        I have shown him the photo proofs and also he checked that there is not even a single scratch on the indicator. But still he is telling that it happened after the bike is delivered and nothing can be done by him. Rear indicator facing upward can be clearly seen in the photo attached.
        Even in the service centre, bike was not washed properly, There was not light at washing area and compressor was turned off and they did not dry with air after wash. Their excuses and sorry faces were unlookable.
        I am completely dissappointed with Royal Enfield Acclaim Motors Pvt Ltd Yelahanka show room and service centre.
        Had a worst day today and having bad feeling with the first service itself.

I would also like to bring to notice that my grievance was all because of the response given by Sudarshan from Royal Enfield Showroom - Acclaim Motors Pvt Ltd Yelahanka for indicator issue. He did not agree that the indicator was crooked at the time of delivery even after I tried to convince him with photo proofs. He stuck to the point and argued that it was damaged after the bike was delivered. I heartily thank Royal Enfield for taking the issue seriously and quick response and level of service provided.         Team i have similar issue with same variant. looks like the product is defective and RE is not accepting their mistake. I filed complaint with the ID :CAS[protected]J1T6X3 12 days back but they still trying to escalate only. Very worst service. No one is taking action. Can someone help me on this.

          Bike missing problem

          I was purchased the bike on dt 18.07.2021.Further suddenly started the missing problem and same has checked three times at Fateh Autos jalandhar . Every time checked and said now it's ok bt again same problem still date. So please instruct to the dealer once chk throughly and resolve.my bike is under warranty.

          Second problem is shocker leaked and same has lodge the complaint with the dealer br again excuse the seal and article...

          I purchased Royal Enfield Meteor 350 on 6th November from Prisha Motors Latur. It has been more than 45 days and I still haven't received the bike accessories I purchased.

          Everytime I call their staff have one or other reason saying it is stuck in Hyderabad.

          1. During first service my bike was still showing on dealers name ( this was 20 days after my purchase) as a result online bill wasn't generated and I was forced to wait at service center for almost 3 hrs.

          2. More than 45 days and no update on whether accessory (sump guard) I purchased will get delivered or not.

          3. I still do not have owners manual.

          4. I got ony one helmet while delivery of bike, still waiting for second.

          5. Still I haven't received Number plates, for time being I made it customized from local shop.

          One more thing to add here is the sales staff of prisha motors -
          I heve experienced the most unprofessional and arrogant behavior.
          I visited one of the showroom in pune (Platinum Auto) and the kind of treatment I got there was really amazing, I got explanation of features of bike, each and every detail from color options to specs and a test ride too... That's when I decided to buy RE.

          Somehow I ended up buying from Latur and the experience was Horrible.
          I remember the first time I visited prisha motors, After the visit I felt like if it was really a RE showroom Or not - No any explanation of features, rude and arrogant staff, a total Non professional behavior. I have seen customer shouting at sales manager for forcing them to buy accessories.
          When I asked sales person (Mr Kamble) that I am here for enquiry he went like - " Hi aahe classic 350, hi meteor 350 ani he 3 color... Sanga konti pahije " Just ended in less than 10 seconds.
          Was rude to me and my father too...

          Keeping prisha motors in loop too.

          I kept my patience for more than a month now, and I still see this will take more of my time and energy.

          Kindly request you to please look into this matter and see if anything can be done from your side.

              I booked a classic 350 dark stealth black bullet on 9 0ct 2021 and tentative date was 8 Dec 2021 i got a call from the showroom manger Mr. Tushar Mehta today on 14 Dec 2021 saying the bike has come but at the time of booking the down payment apart from 10000 was said to me 39000/- at the time of delivery to be paid and i had booked this during a scheme which was pay down payment of 15000/- but today when i received the call they asked me to pay 53000/- or else don't pay, on asking why have you increased they said the scheme is no more applicable for me on todays date
              how is this possible, i booked on a particular scheme i should get on that scheme, the staff is so rude when asked about it
              why is the scheme not applicable for me
              the showroom that i booked was in himmayat nagar in hyderabad .

                I have booked classic 350 gun metal grey from Shreya automobile Alambagh lucknow on 9th Oct 2021 through CSD as promised delivery time was of 45 days, so I paid the full amount to CSD on 18 October 2021 but today already 70 days passed their is no information about the delivery whenever I call them they just tell we have no information by what time bike will be available.but something strange today happened when I called them about status of my booking they told me that prices has been revised so I need to pay additional amount once price list comes and have to do booking again from CSD
                .So in order to confirm the price revise news I contacted RE helpline but they said there is nothing like that .so I am totally frustrated with the service of royal Enfield what type of customer service they provide I don't know even after paying 2 lakhs I am suffering from worst class service from royal Enfield

                    I purchased classic 350 stealth black on 10th of august.from the delivery day my speedo meter is not working properly then they said ki we'll change the meter asap but it takes more then three months ti change and then they realised that the wire of speedo meter is not working and i am facing some problems from the 3rd day after delivering of my classic 350 which is engine sound, disc sound, gear problem, missing in biking while driving on highway.today they said their is problem in your engine head so you have to pay some amount.i asked them them for which part i have to pay.they people are saying their is some job work which is done by outside of service centre ( khraad ka kaam hoga aapke isme to aapko pay krna pdega ) my concern is that ki what does mean of above line that " aapke isme khraad ka kaam hoga" in my way it means as i'm a technical person, it means that they will refurbish my old part.and not going to change when i said no and i'll make a complain fir this then with in 2 seconds they changed that sir you don't have to pay anything.they people thinks that they are very clever.they people came and said that you have to sign on this paper i.e ( coustmor satisfaction form ) that you don't want to resolve your problem from us without mentioning that they asked me to pay.i said i'll sign first write on this that you said you have to pay fir that " khrad ka kaam ".
                    Its been 4 months with RE but i'm not Happy with service and all worst service.even they people didn't reply for my complain which i made in email and all the managers and showroom owner all the peoples are in cc
                    Now thats enough from my side now m going to file a consumer court case against company and the showroom.

                      Delay in booked bike Delivery

                      I Had booked a Royal Enfield 350 next-gen Model on 04-Sept-2021.
                      The tentative delivery date given was 19-Oct-2021 i.e 45 days after booking.
                      The booking was done after consulting the authorized dealership about the waiting period which was informed as 45 days then.

                      Today is 09-Dec-2021 i.e 96 days after booking and still, there is no information about the delivery.
                      There is not even the next tentative...

                      My name is Brijesh Sharma, I live in new Delhi ( gokulpuri). my 2 service is completed but problem is not solve, me kaafi pareshan ho gya hu service se continue same problem hai. jo unhone bola whi part lagaye or mene bill pay kia, chain me awaj kaafi aa rhi hai, gear problem hai, or jitni baar jata hu new part daalne ke liye bolte hai but uske baad bhi problem solve nhi hoti hai company me service kaise karvau, bhot problem ho gyi hai gain and again same problem hai. feedback ke lie call aayi thi 1st time unhone bola tha problem solve kar denge but nhi next time bhi bill bna dia new part daalne ke bola, i m not satisfied for bike service. hand break loose ho gye hai or 1st service ke baad oil nikalne lga feedback me btaya bhi tha mene unhe but fir bhi charge lia unhone, me chahta hu meri problem solve kar di jaaye, or koi charge na lia jaaye. abhi new bike li hai 4 month huye hai problem har service ke baad badh problem jaati hai oil jo nikla tha bike se jitna waste hua fir new oil ka charge lia . please meri problem ko solve kar dia jaaye . or next issue ye hai agar mujhe problem btani hai to jo bill dia hai usme wrong no. mention kia hai, No. hai [protected] ye no. wrong hai, kisko complaint kare service centre me ye issues hai .                         Hi Team RE,

                        Just wanted to share recent experience with 2 RE dealers at Ghaziabad.
                        Let me tell you that I am a proud owner of 2 legend bikes C-350 and Himalayan. Recently I visited a RE service center( ASA Riders ) at Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad (UP) on 17th November 2021 regarding issues with speedometer and problem and rear braking in my Himalayan ABS BS4 2019 model (UP14 ED 8485). Braking problem was resolved the same day and the RE service specialist confirmed the problem in the speedometer( the ABS light keeps blinking while riding) and as a solution they will be replacing it. As a proof he made video
                        As it was not available in the stock he took all the required details and assured me that he will be calling me in the next 10 days.I again followed after around 2 week and ASA Riders (Dealer) confirmed that pending Part speedometer has arrived and i can visit the service center to replace it.
                        It was 30th Nov 21, I visited the service center ( ASA Riders), they inspected the problem again and made a video of the faulty speedometer during a short test ride and confirmed the problem. While doing documentation suddenly the store manager named Junaid called me and asked me, from where I have been availing service from the last 2 year and I told him that all the services and maintenance has been done by Sangam Auto RE service center which is also in ghaziabad, hearing this Junaid told me to replace the faulty part from Sangam only. I told him that I have taken a 4 years premium warranty package and as per the RE service guideline i can avail the services/guarantee from any RE service center all over the country. Why should I go to visit another service center when I have already waited almost 2 weeks for the part. Junaid was too stubborn and forced me to go to another dealer ( Sangam autos) only as I availed the services from them. Though i had already wasted half of the day, i decided to go to Sangam autos, ghaziabad. I reached Sangam autos and met with Rawat ji who inspected the problem and assured me that they have a speedometer in store and will replace it after a few formalities. They also took video of the problem and told me that they are going to request approval from the RE management team. It's been more than 1 week, I am still waiting for any response from them. I again called Junaid from ASA riders explaining the situation and he was literally laughing at me and I was shocked . This is the time I've decided to share my pain with Royal Enfield support . This was a very bad and heart breaking service experience i have with RE dealers especially with ASA riders, vijay nagar, ghaziabad, UP. They have wasted my 3 weeks and made me run around for a simple problem due to their ego from the competition dealer and the problem is still there.
                        As a committed rider, if I am suffering from this after service issue, what about a daily commuter?
                        It's a humble request from a Royal Royal Enfield customer and a Rider, please look into it. This kind of behavior with customers is not acceptable and proper action should be taken for this.
                        I am also attaching the video of a faulty speedometer.

                            I, Swarnangshu Ghosh booked a Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Supernova Blue on 1st September'21, from Serampure, District- Hooghly, West Bengal, showroom. Before booking I have asked that should I get it before 15th December'21??? They have told that after the booking procedure done they can confirm me. Then I paid Rs. 10, 000 as advance for booking, after few minutes later they have given me the booking receipt & confirmed me that I will get my Supernova Blue on 30th November'21, which is also written on booking slip. But till today ( 07/12/21 ) I don't get any confirmation from showroom when I will get my bike. I need it very urgently.

                              I am very sorry, but I have to complain about your motorcycle dealer in Serbia. A month ago, I sent an email wanting to book an appointment and try out the Royal Enfield Himalayan, and to this day I have not received a response to it. But I still decided to buy that motorcycle without a rehearsal, so I called the store on the phone today and asked the seller to send me with an e-mail loan repayment plan (because I don't have enough cash) so I could make an agreement with my bank to buy a motorcycle. because I'm 300 km from the store so I don't have to travel for those papers.
                              The seller was very rude and told me that he dont know what he needed to send me and that he would tell me himself if I could buy that motorcycle if I told him how much I earn per month. What happened to me is a big disappointment. No one deserves such treatment in your store.
                              I will buy my Himalayan when you find another dealer in Serbia. I'm sorry

                                Currently I am Facing Front & Back Wheel Alignment Problem also.
                                I am facing so much of Stress & Not satisfied in this Vehicle.

                                  My bike standard 350 speedometer complaint and registered with 2 dealers only 4 month old bike,
                                  Still no response from delares they told me that shortage of spares.
                                  Complaints registered before 2 month, many times i enquiry no response
