Dear Team,

I am writing this mail with sheer Pain and dissatisfaction due to poor service received by 2 of the major Royal Enfield service centers in Raipur, C.G.
I am a proud owner of RE Classic 350 Gun metal Grey (which I bought from another customer) Aug'2018 Model. I bought this bike from another person. I would like to enlighten you with 2 incidents which I faced at the RE service center.

1. My vehicle was in perfect condition, even there was no noise from the engine area and it was very smooth. I got it serviced twice from a dedicated RE service center this year before my third service in November 2021.
On 24th November 2021 I took my bike for a routine service and general checkup at Basant Motors, Telibandha, Raipur C.G (where I got my previous 2 service done), The Service engineer then told me that my bike needs an Oil change as I reached the desired running KMs as per company standard. Also, my accelerator wire needs to be changed. I agreed to their point as per company standards.Thereafter, I collected my bike the same day i.e. 24th November 2021. The moment I received my bike, I heard a loud noise coming from the Engine area (which was not there before nor I ever mentioned it during any of my service), the chain was very loose and there was a problem in shifting gear. Immediately I complained about it to the service engineer and they assured me to get it done and asked me to visit the next day (as it was almost 7pm by that time shift gets over).

On 25th November I revisited the service center with a hope of getting this thing resolved, but unfortunately I was disappointed by the service and the reply which I received. They said the noise which is audible in "NORMAL" and comes from all RE models. In my reply I asked them to show me other models in which this kind of noise is audible but I didn't get a satisfactory response at all. Also, according to them, the noise is of Tappet which will go on its own. For the gear issue, they said to change a part in the gear panel which will further cost me around 800INR. Then I asked them to adjust the clutch wire setting, and to my surprise the gear shifting problem was resolved (for which I was asked to change the part and pay 800 INR more).

By that time I already paid 2864INR for the service but the problem which I received for free with my bike after getting serviced in a dedicated RE service center persisted and I was highly dissatisfied. Again I revisited the service center for the noise issue on 28th November 2021, but again the same excuse and unsatisfactory answer was received. It was my 3rd consecutive visit to this center for the problem which was form the Service Centers end, but no was ready to address it and get me a solution,

2. Then one of my friends suggested that I visit Indian Motors, Lodhipara, Raipur and get it assessed there. By that time it was very painful to hear the noise which was audible even from a distance and one can easily figure out that the noise is not a NORMAL one as stated by the previous service center. I visited this center on 7th December 2021 with a hope of getting it resolved. After a detailed assessment, I was told that there is a problem with the OIL PUMP of my bike due to which there is limited supply to the head and tappet, which inturn is causing that noise.(The wandering point is how can a bike with 2018 august model can get problem with the OIL PUMP too early). Also, due to the previous service center people's fault my chain is gone and needs replacement. To which I agreed and gave my consent for the same with a hope of getting rid of the harsh loud noise. I paid a total of 3212 INR again for the service but the end result was again "DISSATISFACTION" as the problem still persisted even after changing the "OIL PUMP".

Now, it has come to a stage where it's so hell of Noise after getting heated and feels like I am driving an AUTO Rickshaw.
We pay our hard earned money to buy our dream bike and just because of someone else's fault I have to suffer in terms of my money, Time and my dream. I never expected such kind of dissatisfaction from an esteemed brand like Royal Enfield. Also, I wonder if RE has these kinds of Service engineers then whom to complain about.
I am attaching the video of the sound. Please go through it and tell me whether this sound is NORMAL?

Also, I would request you to look into this matter on a priority basis.

You are my last hope. Or else I have no option left other than Selling my dream bike and never trust RE brand again.

      Hi,

      I purchased my dream bike, "Royal Enfield Classic 350 Signals" in Hyderabad, Telangana, on 5th March, 2019.

      Today luckily I found a CRACK on CHASSIS above the side stand.
      Since last 10 days, I am taking my mother to the hospital by my bike for Radiation Therapy as she is suffering from Cancer.
      We preferred going to the hospital by bike due to Covid Issues.(Avoiding public transport/Cabs).

      If I haven't seen that crack today, I would have continued taking my mother to the Hospital by my bike for next 20 days that would cause a greater risk to our lives.

      If such an incident happens, who will take the responsibility.
      And I have never heard or seen this type of issue in any other bikes in such a short period of time.

      As per the information in Internet, I came to know that this is purely a "Manufacturing quality Issue" of Royal Enfield.

      So I request the company to kindly consider this issue and do the needful replacement as required for my bike as soon as possible.

        I had given my bike of service 28 days befor and still not got my bike.
        I had given my bike for oil change and fork seal change.
        But after they finished my service tgey had spoiled my cluster meater by keeping the bike on 24 hour, due to this my cluster has been spotted .
        Given on 7th or 8th and on 9th December, i get the message that the bike is ready.
        I was out of station and thought thaking the bike on 13th of December .
        On 13th i got the call saying that we need to change the wiring kit but i told its Good no need, but they told it needs to change at no cost!
        After they spoiling the cluster meater, they called me and told that .
        We need to change the wiring due to which cluster meater is not working.
        After changing the wiring they tell cluster Meater has spoiled we need to change it.
        I got to know all this one by one wn they kept telling one by one mistakes.
        I will not take my bike delivery till i get justice for my questions and i will not pay a singal Rupees for wiring and Cluster Meater.
        They have wasted my time and days!
        Please do needful for my complaint.

          Dear team,

          I had given my Royal Enfield Classic 350, registration number DL 8SCX 1050, at the Rithala workshop in New Delhi, a yesterday. By the evening I was notified that the vehicle is ready to be collected post service. I couldn't take the delivery yesterday so i went for the same today. I noticed that the rear right indicator light was a little loose so I asked the staff to get the screw tightened. While doing the same, the person was checking the rear tyre and I asked him what the issue was. He said that theres a puncture in the rear tyre and when i checked the same, i saw a deep cut in the same. When I handed over the vehicle yesterday, there was nothing wrong in the tyre. I had been travelling on the bike about 60kms daily and then I sent the same for the service.

          When the staff confronted about the same, they suggested that i can go and get a puncture repair on the safe or i can go to the MRF's (manufacturer) dealership nearby to check the warranty of the same and they the audacity to say and I quote "you might get the warranty and they'll replace the tyre". I asked the same person that I am not taking the bike unless they get this fixed or replaced and the stupid guy said this to me "okay. Let it be here. Not my problem." The behaviour was utter shameless and the contempt of customer service was massive.

          Why would I be paying for the tyre, in case that warranty is not provided? It is not my fault that the service station messed it up and then was so shameless about it.

          I eventually called the customer care and i raised the issue. I got a number for the manager of the same service station, Mr. Hari Ranjan. I called him twice and then left him a text but I got no revert.

          I want to know from you guys that being such a huge name, is this how you bully your clientele? I am not taking the bike back unlessi have the tyre replaced or fixed by you guys. As the fault here is clearly the staff's. There have been incidents of misbehavior earlier as well but this is just not acceptable. I am not willing to pay for damages that happened due to their negligence. A tyre costs about 5k and that an amount I wont let go due to someone else's mistake.

          A response is awaited soon or else I might have to take this legally.

            I PULAK CH BARMAN had booked a Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Stellar Black from DURGA MOTORS Maradi Road Birpara Chowpati, Alipurduar, near Bsnl Office, West Bengal 735204. The tentative delivery date given was 21-Oct-2021. I paid Rs.10, 000/- as advance for booking, they given me the booking receipt & confirmed me that I will get within October.
            Today is 25-Dec-2021 still, there is no information about the delivery. So why I request you to please delivered my bike within this month else provide me the solution what should I do.
            There is not even the next tentative date of delivery. Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible

                I purchased the bike at Himayathnagar store. My self is not working at all. I got it repaired 4times in service center however my self motor still does not work. Until now I have gone through lot of trouble because of purchasing Royal Enfield. If my concern is not resolved as early as possible, I might have to contact my lawyer and file a case as per consumer law. Kindly getback with any resolution as early as possible.

                  I'm from Tirupati Andhra Pradesh. Service centre in Tirupati of Royal Enfield is not providing any good services.

                  There was oil leak in front suspension of my bike Thunderbird 350 which I given on December 18th the wasn't resolved. The staff is not responding at all.
                  Its been 4 years since I been using Thunderbird 350 I haven't got any feedback call or message for service regarding issues.

                  Mechanical Staff is very low and not completing any work

                    tentative delivery date mention in invoice[protected].But now its December 22 still am not receiving my bike .Branch sales person and manager not responding well they keep on saying should wait and replaying very irresponsibly, its been very long and playing with the customer desires .Some times they are not interest to listen also.

                      My name is Prashant Bhardwaj i have purchased a new standard 350 bullet (UP 21 CJ 0932)last year in October form Miglani automobiles Moradabad (Kanth road).
                      Therefore I got an accident in October 2021 so that I could go to Moradabad showroom and claim my insurance they took 2 months to claimed my insurance and afterwards I got received my bike today (21/12/2021).
                      After 15 minutes i have realised that my original motor bike parts are missing and they change my bikes original parts with old and used parts of another motorbike.
                      The original missing prats are headlight, handle, silencer, chain socket, shockers and maybe many more .

                      THIS SHOWROOM HAS UNEXPERIENCED MECHANICS AND A RUDE BEHAVIOUR STAF[censored]

                      I want a strict action on this issue from any royal Enfield authorised person on higher priority.

                      I dint expect this form Royal Enfield they are stealing prats in a name of royal Enfield.
                      This is not a trustworthy showroom at all .
                      They are making money and looting costomers in name of Royal Enfield.

                        I am getting very poor support from the RE Authorized service center and the bike is getting breakdown frequently and the error is repeated again. There is no proper action taken by the service center and also no response from RE customer support. The answers told by the service center is not technically and practically acceptable.

                            Since I bought my Royal Enfield 350x Thunder bird bike on 23/10/2019. I have changed speed sensor twice, battery is changed once, and ABS light is always ON. I have complained about Brahma RE showroom wakdevadi pune. However there is proper service received.

                              I took delivery of royal enfield classic 350 Chrome red varient under name Sagar K S from Royal Enfield Showroom - Acclaim Motors Pvt Ltd Yelahanka on[protected] at 7PM.
                              I took the bike to home and observed that the rear right indicator was not fitted properly, I thought that was a minor fitting issue and could be fixed during first service.
                              But today[protected] I went for first service to Acclaim Motors - Royal Enfield Service Center Yelahanka and asked them to fit the indicator, That is when I got to know that it is not fitting problem but its damaged and should be replaced.
                              Then I went to showroom and explained issue to the person who gave delivery and requested him to raise a complaint for indicator replacement. He is not agreeing that it was damaged at the time of delivery.
                              I have shown him the photo proofs and also he checked that there is not even a single scratch on the indicator. But still he is telling that it happened after the bike is delivered and nothing can be done by him. Rear indicator facing upward can be clearly seen in the photo attached.
                              Even in the service centre, bike was not washed properly, There was not light at washing area and compressor was turned off and they did not dry with air after wash. Their excuses and sorry faces were unlookable.
                              I am completely dissappointed with Royal Enfield Acclaim Motors Pvt Ltd Yelahanka show room and service centre.
                              Had a worst day today and having bad feeling with the first service itself.

I would also like to bring to notice that my grievance was all because of the response given by Sudarshan from Royal Enfield Showroom - Acclaim Motors Pvt Ltd Yelahanka for indicator issue. He did not agree that the indicator was crooked at the time of delivery even after I tried to convince him with photo proofs. He stuck to the point and argued that it was damaged after the bike was delivered. I heartily thank Royal Enfield for taking the issue seriously and quick response and level of service provided.                               Team i have similar issue with same variant. looks like the product is defective and RE is not accepting their mistake. I filed complaint with the ID :CAS[protected]J1T6X3 12 days back but they still trying to escalate only. Very worst service. No one is taking action. Can someone help me on this.

                                I was purchased the bike on dt 18.07.2021.Further suddenly started the missing problem and same has checked three times at Fateh Autos jalandhar . Every time checked and said now it's ok bt again same problem still date. So please instruct to the dealer once chk throughly and resolve.my bike is under warranty.

                                Second problem is shocker leaked and same has lodge the complaint with the dealer br again excuse the seal and article out of stock Nd my bike shocker countinue running with the same damage condition.Further if the major problem will raise who is responsible . Kindly solve my queries.

                                  I purchased Royal Enfield Meteor 350 on 6th November from Prisha Motors Latur. It has been more than 45 days and I still haven't received the bike accessories I purchased.

                                  Everytime I call their staff have one or other reason saying it is stuck in Hyderabad.

                                  1. During first service my bike was still showing on dealers name ( this was 20 days after my purchase) as a result online bill wasn't generated and I was forced to wait at service center for almost 3 hrs.

                                  2. More than 45 days and no update on whether accessory (sump guard) I purchased will get delivered or not.

                                  3. I still do not have owners manual.

                                  4. I got ony one helmet while delivery of bike, still waiting for second.

                                  5. Still I haven't received Number plates, for time being I made it customized from local shop.

                                  One more thing to add here is the sales staff of prisha motors -
                                  I heve experienced the most unprofessional and arrogant behavior.
                                  I visited one of the showroom in pune (Platinum Auto) and the kind of treatment I got there was really amazing, I got explanation of features of bike, each and every detail from color options to specs and a test ride too... That's when I decided to buy RE.

                                  Somehow I ended up buying from Latur and the experience was Horrible.
                                  I remember the first time I visited prisha motors, After the visit I felt like if it was really a RE showroom Or not - No any explanation of features, rude and arrogant staff, a total Non professional behavior. I have seen customer shouting at sales manager for forcing them to buy accessories.
                                  When I asked sales person (Mr Kamble) that I am here for enquiry he went like - " Hi aahe classic 350, hi meteor 350 ani he 3 color... Sanga konti pahije " Just ended in less than 10 seconds.
                                  Was rude to me and my father too...

                                  Keeping prisha motors in loop too.

                                      I booked a classic 350 dark stealth black bullet on 9 0ct 2021 and tentative date was 8 Dec 2021 i got a call from the showroom manger Mr. Tushar Mehta today on 14 Dec 2021 saying the bike has come but at the time of booking the down payment apart from 10000 was said to me 39000/- at the time of delivery to be paid and i had booked this during a scheme which was pay down payment of 15000/- but today when i received the call they asked me to pay 53000/- or else don't pay, on asking why have you increased they said the scheme is no more applicable for me on todays date
                                      how is this possible, i booked on a particular scheme i should get on that scheme, the staff is so rude when asked about it
                                      why is the scheme not applicable for me
                                      the showroom that i booked was in himmayat nagar in hyderabad .

                                        I have booked classic 350 gun metal grey from Shreya automobile Alambagh lucknow on 9th Oct 2021 through CSD as promised delivery time was of 45 days, so I paid the full amount to CSD on 18 October 2021 but today already 70 days passed their is no information about the delivery whenever I call them they just tell we have no information by what time bike will be available.but something strange today happened when I called them about status of my booking they told me that prices has been revised so I need to pay additional amount once price list comes and have to do booking again from CSD
                                        .So in order to confirm the price revise news I contacted RE helpline but they said there is nothing like that .so I am totally frustrated with the service of royal Enfield what type of customer service they provide I don't know even after paying 2 lakhs I am suffering from worst class service from royal Enfield
