My name is Puru Kulshreshtha and I live in Chhibramau(distt. Kannauj). I booked Meteor 350 Stellar Balck on April 23, 2021, via a dealer named Sampuranta Automobiles. I booked this bike because the dealer mentioned that the same will be delivered by July 2nd or 3rt week. I paid the booking amount of RS 15, 000 in cash.

I visited the dealership two to three times as of the date and received no confirmed date of delivery of my bike. I called the Royal Enfield support team and they informed me that due to the covid pandemic they foresee a delay in the delivery of my motorcycle within the committed timelines and Over the next few days we should be in a place to give you a new date of delivery for your motorcycle and they gave told that your bike delivered in the 2-3rd week of September.

In September, I visited the dealership and they told me no confirmed date, then again I called the Royal Enfield support team and they informed me that due to the covid pandemic and semiconductor issue they foresee a delay in the delivery of my motorcycle within the committed timelines and Over the next few days we should be in a place to give you a new date of delivery for your motorcycle and they gave told that your bike delivered in the 2-3rd week of October.

I called the Royal Enfield support team in October than they again postponed the delivery date of 6th November 2021. In November they again postponed the delivery date to the last week of November and then December. Every time I called the Royal Enfield support team, they postponed the date.

It's almost more than 7 months of booking and my bike is not delivered till now. I have seen many others get the same bike even booked after me. When I booked my bike they told me that the bike is delivered on the basis of first come first serve. but others got their bike even after booking in June.

    I purchased second hand 2015 royal enfield from authorised service delivery named GBR motorcycles Netanya israel on July 2020. I didnt notice condition of tyres at that time and paid in full. Post that i came home and requested dealer if tires can be replaced i was ready to pay the cost of replacement with new tires. Since last year i am not able to get tires in israel front tire measurement - S54 3.25-19 and rear tire S57 3.50-19
    i cannot pass the yearly test since then as these tires are not available in the country. I tried to import the same from India but customs refused and send it back to India.

      There is a service center in Hyderabad named headway motors where my bike has been given for service yesterday but till now there is no response from them
      There are hardly 20 appointments in scheduled to them
      It is always done in the same way
      Customer satisfaction is not up to the mark

        I have called by the Royal Enfield show room at Anakapalli for availing my bike servicing and given the date on 27.11.2021 at 9.00 am and as per the schedule i have visited the showroom at 9.10 but they have not open their showroom. So i once again visited the showroom at 10.00 a.m. but they are telling that already booking for servicrs is full and you visit on 29.11.2021. I do not understand within 20 minutes how it is possible, i think they are not bothering about the customers and simply passing their time. Only because of such type of servicrs i am availing my bike servicing from private showroom. So my sincere suggestion to Singham Auto is please book online bike servicing or else close the servicing section.

          I have booked classic 350 from sri sai motors tirupathi... as per tentative deliver date is tomorrow

          no confirmation not yet and Still not delivered...

          i called royal Enfield support team and mailed many times but they gave me another tentative date that is 4th week of December

          but i will not believe royal Enfield support team

          i have book as per long planning but royal Enfield company utter disappointed me

                After four months of wait time finally I received a mail saying that my vehicle is ready for delivery and my self and my brother went there by travelling 65kms
                Rishi Motors Nellore (Royal Enfield showroom in Nellore) started saying that they won’t accept the payment through card then we asked them to give the same information in written format then they said they cannot give in written statement.
                Immediately we called customer care to complain the same then the showroom manager changed his version saying that there is a issue with bank account. Customer care agent created a case asking us to wait.
                We returned back to our house. But I recorded the two different stories played by showroom manager with both audio and video.
                Now I challenge Royal Enfield company
                Will they dare to take action on Rishi Motors Nellore manager and owner?

                Even a small Grocery shops are maintaining the swipe machines and accepting all modes of payment.
                It’s shame to hear from a giant company network that they don’t accept card payment.

                    I am request to inform that I am booking Royal Enfield classic 350 at your dealership in Gobichettipalayam on (26.04.2021). I will not be able to purchase your bike after lockdown time because of my finance problem your bike price will increase. So I will request to your dealer for refund the booking amount at last five month but your dealer will not respond for my request. So I will believe your Company and I am upload my booking reciept.                       I have purchased Royal Enfield Meteor 350 on March 11 2021 . Next week itself I have noticed rust in silencer and I reported it to the showroom and also the royal enfield customer service also. There is not action or any response from them . It's only 9 month I had purchased the bike now itself it's getting rust on silencer.

                        I have take appointment and submit vehicle on Sunday 10.30 and inward it. Received estimate for charges and delivery time from engineer for same day 5.30pm
                        there are no call during whole day about my bike status and spare part avaibility.4.15 pm I call for update the status wheat here it is done or not then they tell me there is lots work on your bike so it will be done on Monday. After my call.

                        Next day again no one call me for service done or not. So I call 4.00 pm what is the status of bike service then they started giving excuses and all after so much argument the they assign technicians to do service and inform me 5.30 you will get it.

                        after 5.30 they inform me some spare are not unviable you come after sometime and fit it.then 7.00pm I received a call that my bike service is completed.

                        this is happening second times in six months. They don`t have value of customer time and commitment, no follow up,

                        I request you to Hridan please don`t take bike for service if not having enough manpower and don`t give any commitment to customer.

                          Its just been an eight month buying my classic 350 and 8800 kms have crossed. Now my chain sprocket is broken but i neither ride my bike harsh nor i take it to hills and i maintain my bike properly and serviced as per company instructed. I would like to book a serious complaint against this for providing low quality products for bike and also sometimes i can hear cam shaft noise from my engine. I complained about that noise in my first service but they didn't consider this as a serious issue. Another complaint is gear shifting noise and hard which is like a 20 year old bike very noisy and irritating. There three complaints are common among the customers whom i had discussed with, these complaints made me to dislike royal enfield, the important thing is the service center's doesn't care this as a problem. So i am complaining about this on all consumer support pages. Either i[censored] don't find any help i will directly deal with my lawyer in consumer court and u have no other go.

                            I had purchased Royal Enfield classic 350 MP18MT2364 in march 2021 from Beohari Showroom (MP) and its running is less than 5000 kms. I had done timely servicing too an their were no issues till 2 free servicing .Suddenly I seems the chain spoket have crack after that the chain got loose and now service center is telling to replace it.

                            With such less running the part getting bad is unacceptable. I think Royal Enfield showrooms do this deliberately for their sale. This part should be replaced under warranty.

                            The service center and customer care are not telling the reason why this has gone bad even after regular servicing and lubrication. its clearly visible that has manufacturing or material fault

                            After charging hefty amounts for bikes and their services, Royal Enfield should at least provide sturdy parts and replace it within the warranty period.

                            As matter of fact in warranty period if something happens they won't replace but just repair it till it gets bad after warranty. I need a solution Pls look into this

                              Brief details for your reference:
                              Sentimentally I have booked a new bullet model CLASSIC 350 HALCYON on my son's 1st birthday of 02.09.2021.

                              During the booking time itself we clearly confirmed that we are going to pay under full cash payment and the same day we made an initial payout of Rs.10000 through debit card.

                              Showroom executive confirmed the bike delivery before the month end of September 2021 and the same has been mentioned in the booking receipt also its clearly mentioned (Tentative Delivery date: 17.09.2021).

                              Post booking date, two weeks later I received a call from the showroom executive stating that the mentioned bike model received the showroom to come and collect the same like that. Immediately we have pledged the Gold loan of Rs.2, 50, 000/- for bike delivery.

                              After four days later again myself i connect a call with showroom executive for this bike delivery, he very casually replied that one of the customer applied to online we are also delivered the same like that. Based on this I visited the showroom 5times and plenty of times i connected a call and spoke to respective persons.

                              Continuously they have given false commitments and from the booking date 02.09.2021 to till date 71days gone still there is no response from showroom persons

                              They don't know the customer value and how to retain the business, today I planned to cancel this booking and spoke to the showroom sales manager. He also agreed the same.

                              Due to this worst service i willing to cancel this one and Without any delay booking initial payment amount of Rs.10000/- needs to be reversed in my account.

                                    I booked classic 350 on 1st September from showroom in Chandigarh. Tentative date of delivery was 31 Oct and I have not received my bike yet.
                                    When we do call on royal Enfield customer support they were saying only one thing "it is under manufacturing process".
                                    I don't understand if company was not prepared to give bike to their customers then why did they launched it?
                                    There is no proper mode of communication with whom we can have the exact date of delivery of bike. It's more than 2 months now and as a customer I need to know where is my bike, if you aren't able to deliver on time kindly return our booking amount.
                                    Obviously we are Royal Enfield fan's but this is not the right way to treat their customers at the end RE is a brand and it's their loss.
                                    Looking forward for response.

                                      Bought a bullet mistakenly from royal Enfield because that am suffering a lot past 3 days am requesting for a service From ispeed motors ayanavaram chennai TN and my vehicle is not starting this is the 4th time am facing the issue at 4/11/2021 my vehicle is not working and I requested for a tow van as you promised to road support team than later I towed my vehicle with my own expense it ia waste of money more than 700rs really I don't need this bike and give me money back I don't what you are doing in the head office and you are providing the cheap quality bikes there is lot of good brand vehicles please return my money Ill buy a new bike with some GOOD COMPanies you guys are proving a ### instead of bike I need a service mechanic should be at my home tmrw I already talked with a lawyer to complain against royal enfiled and ispeed motors for not providing quality products yesterday i struggled a lot because of your bike each and every spare parts in your bike is such a waste and products is not in a quality please clear my issue oru give back my money
