Dear Sir,

I have purchased Royal Enfield ES 350 black on24 may 2021 from Mahadev motor sector 10 Noida, I am disappointed and frustrated with the quality of product being substandard.

Within 4 months of purchased my bike had to be towed 2 times due to break down first break down within 45 days (and found relay faulty )at 16 July 2021 second today

Till now 2 breakdown within 4 month of the purchased of product just because of horrible quality of product and bad, unskilled services on your service center showrooms

specially Mahadev service center sector 10 Noida,

my life has been and agony due purchase of royal Enfield ES 350 black

Will make sure to give exact and detailed reviews of the horrible quality and service too all my contacts who are thinking of buying your product. Also many of my friends and facing the same problem this particularly royal Enfield electra

    Royal Enfield is scamming the booking amount and benefited with interest without delivering the bike to the booked customer, law should intervene and compensate the sufferers

    I never got any call back from the regional sales soo far even after raising complaint here and in customer care, hope royal Enfield team is already prepared to loot the customer.

      I booked classic 350 at your showroom, its at Bhumkar chowk, wakad, pune.
      I was booked in 2nd sep 2021 but still don't get booking confirmation email or message.
      Only got one receipt of payment 10000 rs.
      I asked, why you are not punching my booking, then she said our showroom code is blocked when its open will punch your order.
      These thing need to convey before they are taking my booking amount. Because of late punching i will get bike late.
      And for this i am doing follow up, they are not giving any call to convey this message. Very bad service i am feeling now.

      I booked my Classic 350 Signals Marsh Grey on the Day of Bishkarma Pooja 17th September 2021 with a clear request to deliver my bike on 2nd November 2021, on the day of Dhanteras. But since then I have been following up with Dealer, Online Customer Care and through Emails. At first I was asked to wait till tentative delivery and now the same has been revised for one more month of waiting.

        The customer care executive told me regarding my vehicle delivery that the chassis number has not been generated and he can't guarantee my vehicle delivery between Sept 12-18 as per the REVISED PROMISE. I have shown faith in RE and have been waiting patiently for the vehicle for past 5 months and now I was told it might be delayed further. I could understand for customized vehicles this might be the company strategy as I see non-customized vehicles have been delivered in relatively lesser waiting time.

        Request you to kindly adhere to your PROMISED timeline of delivery of the vehicle so that the faith in the brand is restored.

          Sir,
          I purchased Royal enfield in the month of February 2021 from SG Automobiles Showroom, Raniganj. Two months back I noticed a brown patch right bottom side of petrol tank, a sign of seepage of fuel. I brought it to the notice of service engineer SG Automobiles, but they were ignoring it. Since then I have been watching regularly and confirmed that it is a seepage of fuel. I have been sold the bike with defective petrol tank.

          Please replace that fuel tank with a new one. Photos of seepage signs are attached herewith.

            I have booked meteor 350 on 10th April. My delivery date was 10th August 2021.
            On 10th August 2021, I have shared the revised delivery date of 28th to 31st August 2021.
            Till now the Royal Enfield team has no clarity of the delivery date and they are planning to scam the clients so that the prices of the bike increase and they charge the additional amount.
            Kindly help to resolve the issue at the earliest.

            Same here buddy, I have also booked RE Meteor in April and the RE team is saying 'the production hasn't started yet' I could understand their strategy and well detailed above.

                I’m Royal Enfield customer 29 August I visited to Royal Enfield service center for my bike malfunction issues the service center incharge take my bike and resolve the problem according to service center my bike problem was solved but when I take delivery my bike from service center but my bike doesn’t start then the service incharge want more time to resolve my bike problem then they damage my bike oxygen sensor then I complained about that problem to RSA TEAM but they can’t solve my problem they take long time for short problem
                Dear RE please resolve my problem and try to contact me to resolve my problem

                  I came for my 3rd Servicing and had a booked slot at 11:30 am. It is 2 pm now and all the mechanics have gone for lunch and I am still waiting here at the service lounge waiting hopelessly for my Service to end. I did not expect to wait this long. I thought Royal Enfield services were supposed to be easier.

                    I have booked my Meteor 350 pure black in the month of June ( Booking ID BKG007654DE00087),
                    while booking I got the delivery date as 9 th September, but when I called customer care there is no proper response and they say still the production of the vehicle has not started. They can't give me proper delivery date also. This is not the kind of response I expect from such a great Brand. Even after 3 months of booking if you can't give the deliver date this is not a proper customer service.

                      I have booked my bike Royal Enfield Meteor on may 21 2021 with booking charge of rs 10000 and when enquired with dealership they promised me the delivery with maximum of 90 days. And on Aug 11 I have asked to pay full amount of rs 231339 for delivery after Erich there was no response so when I escalated the matter to Royal Enfield team they immediately refunded the amount back to my bank account

                      Now as I am fed up I want to take no booking amount back, as I could not wait more but they are neither delivering vehicle nor refunding the money back

                        Technical issue- bike is not working properly it gets off, breakdown twice in only 25km

                        I have got the delivery of abovementioned bike on 30th Aug 2021 N at the same day bike gets breakdown then Ur technician came to roadside and solve the issue then yesterday on 31st August same issue occurred so I have sent the bike to service center, but now after 36 hours I have not received bike N service center told me whenever we get the part we will deliver your bike so I don't want such faulty bike N such service so I want to replace my bike or cancel it.

                          Classic 350 bs6

                          This classic 350 have many problems.i buy this bullet on oct2020and problems start in 3, 4month. Main problems 1. Engine consume the engine oil too fast.
                          2. Back tyer lickedge problem thrugh the alloy
                          3. Break problem ABS not working properly.
                          4. The service center do everything thing but problems still continue.

                                I Ganesh. Bannad of R.E took the Royal En-field interceptor 650 on dated 9 November 2020, from Rohan Mototrs. After the purchase of 20 days the Meter Gage was not working, When i complaint to the Branch Manager he told that he dont have the stock of the same but he promised me that he will put order and take it. He took the time of one month but when i went after one month for my first service he told that there is no Stock of Meter Gage.
                                Now its almost an year yet know the manager is same thing that there is no stock of the product.
                                And another issue that the back disc oil is getting leaked even though i serviced
                                10/07/2021 after 2 days of my last service the Back Disc oil is getting leak
                                Please lookup into these issues and kindly give me a satisfactory solution for the same. I hope you will find the better solution.

                                  My bike Booking ID-BKG010924CD00957 is not yet delivered after 5 months. Company has taken booking amount and has no clarity of delivery date. Have been informed to have patience and wait. Since last 1 month I am following up but always getting standard reply. More over no body from company has bothered to contact me even after raising repeated mails and complaints. Why are you fooling customer. I am bound to buy and that is why the company is taking advantage and purposefully delaying delivery. Also you are not assuring not to pass on any price high during days of delay from your end.

                                  I know this complaints will also be overlooked and kept aside. Dont worry, all this injustice shall be taken up. I have enough evidence

                                    As I mentioned above my himalayan bike 2021 model purchased in the month end of February 2021 but I'm facing vibration issues in engine and getting very bad noise from the engine while riding

                                    This is the second time I'm raising the complaint against my bike contiously I'm facing the issues in my bike

                                    I'm very disappointed with this bike contiously facing the issues, and just 6months completed for my bike have been facing Lott of issues

                                    Please solve the complete all the issues or take your bike back and refund my amount or else I will raise a concern in consumer court Bcz I paid Lott of money for bike
