Hi everyone,

Hope you know about Royal Enfield who are into market since 190, a very reputed bike manufacturers.Just wanted to share some pathetic experience about them. The way they are working, the service they are providing to the customers. Just because they have a name in the market it's not that they would treat their customers so pathetically. We also have value of our time, money and hard work. And not only once, I had the same experience twice with them.

Let me just tell you all about it than. I ordered a bike recently from the Royal Enfield showroom, Maligaon. They called me up and said that the bike has arrived and we can take it home. So I somehow within a day managed to collect the whole amount that is needed to purchase the bike. As I was waiting for it desperately. And then when I went there I got to know that my bike has been given to some other customers who came to purchase the bike. The day before at afternoon I got a call to get the bike by tomorrow and then when I went that day I got the info that the bike which I need to get has been sold to someone. Whereas i also paid advance of 1 lakh before the bike arrived just to assure that I can receive the bike on the day it arrives in Guwahati. They also misbehaved with me by saying so. Is this the way they treat the customers.
After this horrible experience twice I would suggest everyone not to promote Royal Enfield. Hope this have happened to someone like me? Please share your experiences. Let's unmask them.

    I have purchased this bike for my sister marriage and they give me a defected bike as after purchase of this bike in just 5 to 10 days it stopped suddenly as its klitch plates damaged and when complained this to Enfeild showroom from where I purchased it they said me to repair by my self after few of marriage I found many defects in this like engine problem, handle was not working properly, and also there problem in both the wheels ... and no one is listening to my queries when I was going for servicing they jst charging me with large amounts when I am going to showroom. They are calling me sometimes for servicing but after seeing my bike says to pays Large amount fir servicing .. this bike is totally defected...

      Am shajahan from kerala palakkad distrrict. am apurchased a Royal Enfield bullet 350 bs6 model in janwary 2021. Frew weeks it seems ok. But now i have sevarel complaits. few of them solved in the 2nd service. But the major issue is still alive. The missing problom. while am drivind the vehicle stops. After the second service the problom increased. oneday night am trapped with the vehicle in an wild area. when i try to the road assistance they try reach in me but no more use they toold me my bullet 350 need to carry with them and no idea when give back. so i refused to that.

        Dear All,
        Purchased Classic 350 CC Stealth Black version Vehicle on 31-Aug-2020 From Sai Ram AutoCraft Bangalore ( Mahadevapura) .

        Sai Ram Autocraft is worst Showroom ever seen in point of technicians and services .

        Facing an Issue with Malfunctioning Lights are on ..!

        Today was 3rd Service and reported the issue and the service was very worst and issue has not been rectified..! Untrained technicians unable to find what’s the problem in Bike (Malfunction Lights).

        Do pl help me out how to resolve the problem ..!

          I visited Royal Enfield workshop on[protected] to consult about a strong sound coming from the vehicle while driving..It seemed like something is striking inside and making noise. I insisted the service manager to get it driven by mechanic so that he may get proper idea of the problem but without test ride, they jumped into solution that chain has to be changed..I also trusted their experience and allowed to repair..They changed the chain and charged Rs. 710/-
          But after that also problem was not resolved. I again visited the workshop and they convinced me that It is fine now. Today on my way to office while I was driving the bike, it was making the same sound as earlier.there is no improvement . In this entire thing, I suffered a loss of Rs.710, unnecessary visits to workshop and lot of inconvenience .
          AND INTERESTING PART IS THAT I GOT MY VEHICLE FULLY SERVICED ON[protected] . STILL IT IS SHOWING THIS TYPE OF PROBLEMS

              I had purchased Interceptor 650 in 2019. I had faced RR unit failure thrice now. It was replaced under warranty before however my motorcycle was in the service centre for more than a month at Ram Motorcycles in Nerul. Navi Mumbai. The second time it took 15 days for the part to arrive and as the motorcycle was not in a starting I had to get it replaced with hallmark Royal Enfield in Koperkhairne Navi Mumbai. I invested 3+ lac rupees on your product which has left me stranded on the road thrice. I have been using Royal Enfield for 6 years and this has been the worst experience after the Himalayan issue.
              The part which needs to be replaced is also not available on priority or with the service centre guys. This is just frustrating. I just want this issue to be resolved without wait.

                  Every worst experience on booking a royal enfield Himalayan bike
                  As I booked a bike in the month on june and in the month of August I have received a call from the sales manager ( Pratik ) from S P WHEELS AGENCY IN VASAI stating that your bike has been delivered to the showroom.kindly make the payment and I will share you the bank details not I have received the bank details yet and I was ready to do so but inspite of multiple calls I was not getting the proper reply from the executive available in the showroom so i directly called on the showroom no.and I got the answer that your vehicle has been allotted to some other person and u need to wait for more three months. How such thing can be possible in royal Enfield family. I'm fail to understand this. How would the experience after purchasing the bike. Now I doubt should I purchase the same or not.
                  I was not accepting such a response from the royal enfield showroom and when I asked for the royal enfield email I'd and owner name of the showroom the person ( Pratik ) was not ready to provide me the same. How disgusting the situation was this cannot be expressing words. I would like to suggest the Royal Enfield family that you need to change the attitude of your employees or change the employees if possible for better customer experience

                    Service center persons have no knowledge what to do, they firstly remove one part (change oil) then hand over and then for second time they remove break cylinder and again my break fail, every time they charge for this but my bike is under warranty (purchase date 17 jan-21). Also they provide wrong information regarding warranty as break cylinder come under warranty but they told that it is not come under warranty

                      Hi sir, dis is gowtham from andhrapradesh, srikakulam dist.

                      i was booked my royal enfield on 18th may, 2021.. they gave the delivery date of 90 days from date of booking.. we r expecting my bike before that date.. still there is no update on my bike.. i was visited so many times to royal enfield store where in was bought my bike i.e rajam, srikakulam dist.. they were not responding and they didnt give any update and didnt give any information on my bike... i want my bike before the date what they mentioned in my booking order form

                        Delivery delay for Interceptor 650

                        Booked a royal enfield interceptor 650 (Down town drag) on 25th mar 2021, with ₹10, 000 (Receipt no 954) from dhone automobiles, kasarwadi pune (Maharashtra) the tentative date of delivery, given by dealer is 8th of june 2021. Till now they are unable to deliver my bike. Also the price of the bike increased twice in between these delay period. Now the company & dealer not giving proper date of delivery. Showroom sale person...

                            I had purchased the Himalayan ( TS 19F2112) I had many problems in service period, I visited the (j v arayan) service in my service period. I had complent the handle bar about draging right side, they given me the damage part of himalayan 3D plate on right side, they said that I will be replaced by the service time untillI now received the item about 7000kms & fuel gauge is not working at. And they give me bended mirror with out of therid moving circular path.
                            I give the vechile to warranty to clarify the problems they said that it can't be done in it

My bike services 2 month ago at achal gawari jalore service center. i aslo complain my problem on 27/06/2021 you. my complaint number is CAS[protected]K2T8Q0. my bike break and light not work . you also say my support team contect you but today my problem not solve on 2 month complated. your service manager ask on phone your problem solve shortly but my passion complete. your service is third class and your complain solve service also third class.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam
                                    I purchased my RE classic 350 signal version in the month of may-2021at Nowgam Srinagar but unfortunately RE leg-guard was fitted in such a way that it took me three months to locate the fault. Actually the problem persisted when the bike was blinking the malfunction indicator, at first when i approached to RE Service centre Anantnag, they rectified the fault with an instrument and said you can leave. Next day it was showing the same problem as i communicated with your service manager he replied politely and said come to us we will fix it, next day they did the same thing untill 15 days there was no problem, yesterday when malfunction indicator was again blinking, i approached the same service centre (Anantnag), this time they checked everything thoroughly and finally they located the fault. The fault was laying with leg-guard fitting ( fitting was done at Nowgam at the time of purchasing), oxygen cable was inserted wrongly under the leg guard clip. (Photo/video Copy attached)
                                    As i told them to change the cable they said this doesn't come under warranty. So they taped it and asked me to go.
                                    It is as such requested to you please take up the issue to the concern authorities and replace the oxygen cable as soon as possible, also varify the issue from the concern service centres and instruct your service staff not to repeat the problem again.

                                      There is no one responded and responsible in Gudur royal en field showroom, here iam complaint u that a very little problem in my bike that not starting at . We are asking that what is the problem to the show room management, they told me that come after 2days .. iam absolutely say that this is not the big deal to them, to clear my problem.plz respond immediately.
