I purchased my RE classic 350 signal version in the month of may-2021at Nowgam Srinagar but unfortunately RE leg-guard was fitted in such a way that it took me three months to locate the fault. Actually the problem persisted when the bike was blinking the malfunction indicator, at first when i approached to RE Service centre Anantnag, they rectified the fault with an instrument and said you can leave. Next day it was showing the same problem as i communicated with your service manager he replied politely and said come to us we will fix it, next day they did the same thing untill 15 days there was no problem, yesterday when malfunction indicator was again blinking, i approached the same service centre (Anantnag), this time they checked everything thoroughly and finally they located the fault. The fault was laying with leg-guard fitting ( fitting was done at Nowgam at the time of purchasing), oxygen cable was inserted wrongly under the leg guard clip. (Photo/video Copy attached)
As i told them to change the cable they said this doesn't come under warranty. So they taped it and asked me to go.
It is as such requested to you please take up the issue to the concern authorities and replace the oxygen cable as soon as possible, also varify the issue from the concern service centres and instruct your service staff not to repeat the problem again.
