Service center persons have no knowledge what to do, they firstly remove one part (change oil) then hand over and then for second time they remove break cylinder and again my break fail, every time they charge for this but my bike is under warranty (purchase date 17 jan-21). Also they provide wrong information regarding warranty as break cylinder come under warranty but they told that it is not come under warranty
No one is listening, neither service center nor the call center

    Hi sir, dis is gowtham from andhrapradesh, srikakulam dist.

    i was booked my royal enfield on 18th may, 2021.. they gave the delivery date of 90 days from date of booking.. we r expecting my bike before that date.. still there is no update on my bike.. i was visited so many times to royal enfield store where in was bought my bike i.e rajam, srikakulam dist.. they were not responding and they didnt give any update and didnt give any information on my bike... i want my bike before the date what they mentioned in my booking order form

      Delivery delay for Interceptor 650

      Booked a royal enfield interceptor 650 (Down town drag) on 25th mar 2021, with ₹10, 000 (Receipt no 954) from dhone automobiles, kasarwadi pune (Maharashtra) the tentative date of delivery, given by dealer is 8th of june 2021. Till now they are unable to deliver my bike. Also the price of the bike increased twice in between these delay period. Now the company & dealer not giving proper date of delivery.       My complent is my new bike(bullet 350 efi standard) defected by electric power one part (ecu) defected and with in six month back wheel chain system defected not working and bike in guarantee period but company charges for change parts of bike.

          I had purchased the Himalayan ( TS 19F2112) I had many problems in service period, I visited the (j v arayan) service in my service period. I had complent the handle bar about draging right side, they given me the damage part of himalayan 3D plate on right side, they said that I will be replaced by the service time untillI now received the item about 7000kms & fuel gauge is not working at. And they give me bended mirror with out of therid moving circular path.
          I give the vechile to warranty to clarify the problems they said that it can't be done in it

            i am royal enfield standard 350 owner. My bike number Rj-13 ES 2494 .i purchase at jalore Rajasthan. My bike services 2 month ago at achal gawari jalore service center. i aslo complain my problem on 27/06/2021 you. my complaint number is CAS[protected]K2T8Q0. my bike break and light not work . you also say my support team contect you but today my problem not solve on 2 month complated. your service manager ask on phone your problem solve shortly but my passion complete. your service is third class and your complain solve service also third class.

                  Dear Sir/Madam
                  I purchased my RE classic 350 signal version in the month of may-2021at Nowgam Srinagar but unfortunately RE leg-guard was fitted in such a way that it took me three months to locate the fault. Actually the problem persisted when the bike was blinking the malfunction indicator, at first when i approached to RE Service centre Anantnag, they rectified the fault with an instrument and said you can leave. Next day it was showing the same problem as i communicated with your service manager he replied politely and said come to us we will fix it, next day they did the same thing untill 15 days there was no problem, yesterday when malfunction indicator was again blinking, i approached the same service centre (Anantnag), this time they checked everything thoroughly and finally they located the fault. The fault was laying with leg-guard fitting ( fitting was done at Nowgam at the time of purchasing), oxygen cable was inserted wrongly under the leg guard clip. (Photo/video Copy attached)
                  As i told them to change the cable they said this doesn't come under warranty. So they taped it and asked me to go.
                  It is as such requested to you please take up the issue to the concern authorities and replace the oxygen cable as soon as possible, also varify the issue from the concern service centres and instruct your service staff not to repeat the problem again.

                    There is no one responded and responsible in Gudur royal en field showroom, here iam complaint u that a very little problem in my bike that not starting at . We are asking that what is the problem to the show room management, they told me that come after 2days .. iam absolutely say that this is not the big deal to them, to clear my problem.plz respond immediately.

                      Dear Royal Enfield,
                      I purchased your product in last year July -2020 with Chassis Number ME3U3K5F1LG691169.
                      This product is the worst product. After purchasing this product, On 01.01.2021. this was under breakdown in the middle of my Journey and due to unavailability of spares it was taken 15 days to repair. After four months it was again breakdown with same problem (ECU issue) for 15 to 20 days. Now on dated 06.08.2021 this is again under breakdown with engine issue. Run only 7767 KM. So now service provider said that it will take 20 days more to repair. Now I want to replace this product with new, otherwise I will go to consumer court and file a case again royal Enfield. So please look into this matter and take it seriously and short out my issue.

                              I booked a Meteor 350 from Royal Enfield, worli, Mumbai showroom on March 8th and the expected delivery date was July 6th.
                              I have been sending multiple emails and making numerous calls but all they've been telling me is lies.
                              Today I got to know that my bike is not even manufactured.
                              On top I booked the bike for 218000 as on road price, but they're asking me to pay extra because of price hike in metal, why do I have to pay because of your manufacturing delay?
                              I'm not only writing about this issue on this forum but will write on all possible social networking sites and also on Google reviews, etc.
                              The worli showroom too is of no help as there is no revert from their end and we have to constantly follow up.
                              Terrible service by Royal Enfield.

                                I am Gaurav from Delhi. I have Booked Royal Enfield Himalayan BS6 model from Wonder Automobiles Dadri, Noida U.P. As the salesman Committed to deliver the bike on 4th August 2021. I have paid the booking amount of Re 10000 INR. For which I have received a receipt. But when I contacted them for the pickup of bike, they refused to deliver the bike. I have other proofs also for their commitment such as messages exchanged and call recordings.
                                Please help me to sort out this problem.

                                  I purchased Royal enfield in the month of February 21 from SG Automobiles Showroom, Raniganj. After three weeks found self start not working, battery low. Showroom kept the bike for three days for charging. After few weeks again I faced the same problem. Servicing centre Raniganj kept my battery from 24 Apr to 05 June 21 for checking, but fitted back the same defective battery. Presently I am suffering from the same problem...
                                  Please replace that defective battery with a new one.

                                      Jaf Motors service center in Pattukkottai has done the service to my Royal Enfield Classic blue TN37CT6212 a couple of times in the last week. Still, the service is not satisfactory. Still, the following problem is not yet resolved.

                                      Problem:
                                      Royal Enfield is stalling while running.
                                      Pick up reduced significantly
                                      and
                                      Mileage reduced
