Sir my bike silencer has been ruster in 6000 km starting time im told service person service manager customer manager both every one to tolding that compaint but ok sir we will change but we not having stock ok i accept now my bike 14800 finished now im call to every one same answer only all peoples told me no stock no stock then why should have they running the company any complanit they not responce for the customer selling time only they are washing my legs but now no one care my bike this is irresponsible one i hate the customer service for royal enfield my wehicle no PY01CW5527. Ineed my silencer in a week get a proper action for my complaint please resolve my problem silencer full set rusted company name rooster automobiles near athithi hotel service center near karuvadi kuppam please sove my complaint other wise i burn my bike surely i dont need that thank u

    My name is Mohd Sohail and i bought royal Enfield Standard bike around a month ego and now its more than a month i m not getting my RC, i have paid all the amount infact number of my bike is also alloted but i didn't get RC yet,
    According to agency the fee for RC is increased and it will take few more days,
    Evryday they make new excuse

    Pls look into the matter as soon as possible
    I will be highly thankful to you for this act of kindness

      This is the most worst company I have ever seen in my life because I have complaint many times in customer care service as well as showroom udhampur j&k ...today 41 days gone ...I had complaint 24 June till now there is no responce from the care centre Mumbai as well as Royal Enfield ... my complaint is the issue of fuel tank ... The company service guy from Royal Enfield UDHAMPUR checked my bike and he told me that your thank will be replaced as per availability of fuel tank with in 12 days but still now THEY told me there is no tank available in the company ... here is the vedio of my bike the leakage from fuel tank through pipes ... they opened 3-4 pipes and told me you can ride the bike in the OFF mode ...who will pay f my loss ... customer satisfaction zero ...Here is the phots of my bike ...my bike number is JK14G 0007..

        1. I had taken my RE Himalayan BS4 to authorised RE service station Kay Tee Automobiles for repair of faulty ignition switch as my bike was not starting and giving problems.
        2. On checking it was found that the wire embedded in the ignition switch had snapped causing the trouble.
        3. Now the service centre replaced the complete ignition switch set that not only includes the ignition switch, but also the petrol tank lid and the left side panel that has the keyhole for opening the seat.
        4. However inspite of the ignition switch being within warranty, the service centre charged me full amount of Rs 2028.63 stating that the wire was not under warranty.
        5. My question is when the ignition switch comes with permanent fixed and embedded wire inside it how come it does not form a part of the ignition switch. In fact that wire is the most important part of the ignition switch as it responsible to supply the power which is the most important part
        6. This is purely illegitimate a claim that the embedded wire within the ignition switch is not part of the ignition switch set
        7. I hereby lodge a complaint against this atrocities being done by your service centres and demand a refund of the bill charged against for the new ignition switch replaced in my motorbike today. Failing which I will be forced to take legal action against the company.
        8. Kindly revert back ASAP as to the action taken and also refund the bill charged against me

          Sir..
          My KL 73B 1930 Chassis No ME3U3K5C0HG367675 Engine No. The U3K5C0HG367675 standard bullet vehicle was serviced at Kalpetta showroom in Wayanad district on July 19 (Job card No. RJ006539DE01856).

          Before servicing, The speedometer not compliant . Bt after service, I noticed that speedometer not working.The service consultant, named Naveen immediately informed about compliant. He asked me to come the next day. The next day he came and made the meter ready. But after a few kilometers, the vehicle's meter reader became obsolete again. Accordingly the service center was called and asked to come on July 29th. So when I drove 60 km to the showroom in Kalpetta to get the meter reader fixed, the service manager asked me to pay. He did not listen to the meter reader who complained that he had made a mistake during the service. He also awoke to a call from here saying that he would change it. When I asked again for money to replace the damaged meter I was not willing to pay for it. Because the meter reader of my vehicle, which had no complaints, was damaged during service. Similarly, the service manager's intervention and conversation will never satisfy me as a customer.

          Therefore, I request that the meter reader of my vehicle be repaired free of cost and that to order Kalpetta, Wayanad branch services be performed with some responsibility. Please do needful.

              I bought TBX350 roving red in the year 2019 and was pretty happy but over some period I started experiencing trouble in Fork part of the bike as after every 3 months service and maintenance there used to be same issue of fork play and there is a cracking sound or a hitting sound in my bikes front portion even it met with a very small pot hole or roughness on road.
              Since last year I have been continuously raising a complaint with my dealer during bike servicing and they are also trying to keep me happy and satisfied by repairing the issue in fork.
              They change the cone sets, don’t know exactly what it is but after repair I used to experience much better manoeuvring with out any trouble or hitting sound but it used to last for couple of days only and again there comes the same problem…
              I am now completely out of mind with quality of Royal Enfield for which I used to keep a wish and it was one of desired item of my bucket list but now it is got the most frustrating thing of my bike.
              Every time when I speak to my service manager of Royal Enfield he keeps different reasons ready and ask me to change the spare but I never got good experience and the issue never got resolved…
              Ultimately I thought this might help me to get rid of the trouble that I am facing with my bike and decided to write on this page.
              Still believing in the name of brand but need help to prove it and make me happy and proud of my selection since keep hopes for many more such bikes in future.
              My bike registration number is MH12QZ0568 and I bought it from Dhone Automobiles, Market Yard, Pune 411026
              Hope this grievance will be taken up very carefully and seriously so that I will be helped soon.

                Respected sir/madam :
                I bought a new royal Enfield from kazhakuttom royal Enfield showroom but the bike is not responding to self and horn after 1 week of purchasing i went to services center and tell the complainant i am facing . The service executive told me that it was a battery issue next service we will replace battery. Then i say ok . I wil wait. Then keep patience for the next service . After 1 or 2 month the next service time arrive then i went and tell the service executive the issue at that time they are telling me that bettey is out of stock so they can't anything . They ask me to wait until second service . Then i say ok i can wait but i will definitely clear the issue what ever it is. Then they say .ok we will. And wait for 5 month again after that second service time has arrived . Then i went to the service centre and repted to tell the same issue i havebeen . But now they are telling me that the battery condition is ok. If you have the issue again we can replace the battery. I don't know what is happening to royal Enfield service centre they treat customer as a fool and also they are not will to resolve my complainant .

                It was a wrost experience from the side of royal Enfield. I am totally unhappy with the company and the service .

                Warranty they provide is just a name.

                Please 🙏 don't fall in traps. I hate this company

                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                  I respectfully beg to state that please kindly remove MIY App form the Royal Enfield website for normal booking, because I had booked my bike Meteor Stellar Blue from my home, through mobile MIY App, 🔵on 5th, March'2021, and the vehicle arrived at the given showroom on 14th, June'2021 without the added accessories made by me at the time of booking through mobile MIY App. And I found the said App to be useless to add the preferred accessories while booking, because the company is not sending the added accessories along with the booked bike to the given showroom address, or should've consulted and conformed the availability of the said accessories added by us with the concerned showroom for the delivered vehicle. In my opinion, that MIY App is totally useless for the normal bookings. Now I feel very regretted and painful. 😖 and I'm getting delayed too, to get the delivery of my dream bike from the RE. Showroom because of non availability and provision of the preferred Silencer which I had added at the time of booking. Payment, paperwork's and the registration from the RTO's has been completed, even the registered number plate has also been arrived📜yet, I'm unable to take the delivery of my bike because of non availability of the Silencer which is my preferred, added accessories and color combination.
                  Hence, in this regard kindly provide me with the ticket and dispatched no, 🎫🎟️ or maybe the exact time of arrival of the said Silencer which has been addressed on my complaint on 17th, July'2021. It has been 21 days since the date of payment and paperwork's on 8th, July'2021. So that I can be rest assured waiting in anticipation to take the delivery of my dream bike. Otherwise, how can I believe that my complaint has been registered and addressed with the company, because I was betrayed and neglected by one of the assigned accessories departments staff who is in charge of providing the accessories to the newly purchased vehicle at the showroom, I told them to provide with the preferred, added Silencer at the time of booking from the day w, e, f, 6th, July 2021 till I raised my complaint with the company's toll-free number on 17th, July'2021. He assured me to manage and provide with the preferred Silencer and update me through whats app msgs, telecommunications regarding this, but to no vain, neither he called me, nor update me by any means of platform instead, I had to call him, whats app him, several times about my Silencer, at the eleventh hour I myself did a call to him again to know the status regarding my Silencer and he said that Silencer cannot be managed and I take the delivery with the company's fitted Silencer for a few days, and he will order the Silencer again from the company and call me back to the showroom and exchange it, that is absolutely negligence and false assurance with the one of the genuine customer like me, amongst millions, that the Royal Enfield employees are spinning their daily bread. 🍞🍞 And I apologize in writing my grievances regarding my Silencer.
                  Inconvenience regretted.

                    I got my new Royal Enfield bullet on 15 aug 2020, within 1 year I faced many problems in it . Today I have my 3rd service time it is free service but thare was always new problem at time of service first I service on 23 July 2021 that time it's malfunction sencor issue so machenical said it's already solved we change it but the same issu occurred again on 27 July 2021, I got same issue 3 time now that to do please suggest because in short time my free services are also over than I can not pay every time for this same issues
                    I'm really unhappy with Royal Enfield.

                      Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked my Meteor 350 on 21-Feb-2021 and the Tentative delivery date is 21-Jun-2021. But the bike was not delivered on or before the said date., Instead they have increased the price. When I was booking the ex-showroom price was Rs.180, 582/-. But the time it was delivered on 23-Jul-2021 the price hiked to Rs.1, 93, 946/- as Ex-showroom price. Though they have hiked price after my tentative delivery date, I was asked to pay the hiked price saying Metal price has been increased as a reason. Now I have left with no other choice except cancelling it, and paid the hiked amount. This was really making me un-happy.

                        मैन बाइक 350 classic सन 21fab 2020 को ली तथा बाइक घर आने से पहले ही बंद हो गई ओर मैन 3 serivces करवा ली ओर ये बाइक 17 day तक आपके शो रूम मे रह गई तब भी ये प्रोब्लेम ठीक नहीं हुई तथा मैन बार बार शो रूम वालों के पास गया ओर उनसे यह problem नहीं हो पा रही है ओर आज तक इस problem के कारण इस बाइक को चला नहीं पा रहा हु अत आपसे निवेदन है की आप उच्च अधिकारी से बात करके यह प्रोब्लेम सॉल्वे करवाए

                          Dear sir/madam.
                          I had purchased a Royal Enfield Himalayan bike from Mount Bird Anantnag (exclusive store for Royal Enfield in Anantnag)in which i had faced a issue of burning engine oil within days.. now after a year when i approached the above named dealer he asked me to fill bike with new Engine Oil and see what will happen later.. after servicing that time i went for a ride for only one month and later found that engine oil has got emptied in my bike.. upon complaint in the above named service center they told me to keep my bike in the service center as it has a problem of Gas kit and Cylinder.. so i kept my bike there and went . After couple of months when parts came to the service centre, now they are saying that bike is not in warranty.. which is not true . My bike is having a warranty upto 30/08/2021 as per the Documents.. Myself being a wage earner/ Daily wager cant afford such a amount..

                                In Bullmenn motors, in sathy road, Coimbatore.. I paid the excess amount 2500 rupees on delivery date.. They told that he wii refund the amount after vehicle RTO registration..
                                But still now they wont refund me..
                                If i go and ask them means they will tell next week, next week and postponing till now 5 months gone..
                                Make an action on the Bullmenn motor show room and refund my amount as soon as possible..

                                  I purchased royal Enfield classic 350on 23/04/2021 from Ambey motors. I was not provided computerised bill. When I went for first service in June 2021 at siddhi vinayak authorised dealer and service centre, they also failed to provide computer generated bill saying history of my vechile has not been maintained.i have mailed several times to your support team yet no help has been given. Also I have raised the issue via Twitter yet no response recieved. It is due to this reason I am unable to login RE app. Kindly help

                                    first of all I am really disappointed Royal Enfield company after sales service.

                                    I've really get too much problems in my bike also I am not getting any good response from DOMBIVLI EAST POOJA Motor Service Center.

                                    On enquiry no one is giving proper reply about its status and despite they start giving illogical reasons and comments.

                                    No one is even taking the responsibility to enquire about the issue .

                                    Kindly suggest what should be done in this aspect.

                                    first of all I am really disappointed Royal Enfield company after sales service.

                                    I've really get too much problems in my bike also I am not getting any good response from DOMBIVLI EAST POOJA Motor Service Center.

                                    On enquiry no one is giving proper reply about its status and despite they start giving illogical reasons and comments.

                                    No one is even taking the responsibility to enquire about the issue .

                                    Kindly suggest what should be done in this aspect.

                                      I changed my royal enfield thubderbird 350x tank for past 3 month, now the tank issue is there i complaint to showroom for more than one week they are not responding my call
