My 3 months old Royal Enfield standard 350 bullet got accident and handed over for service to Mass wheels Royal Enfield Showroom Thaliparamp, Kannur. 90 more days taken for repair. Rs. 80, 000 was the total bill ( 7200 paid by me for salvage, remaining amount from insurance company).
I am not at all satisfied (worst service) with the service provided by Mass wheels Royal Enfield Showroom Thaliparamp, Kannur.

I am listing the compaints below:

# Changed wheel assembly (front) and related parts fully, but front side of bullet is little bit jumping while running.

# Meter indicator jerking now

# Problem with handle - they tighted the handle in a wrong manner, so thread is gone, handle is not stable now

These are the problems of my bullet after the service.

I hope an immediate response from your side.

    Hi,

    I have purchased my Royal Enfield Classic 350 signals (Airborne blue) from Lamba Enterprises Pvt Ltd, Rama Road, Delhi in Feb 2021. Starting from day 1, engine of the bike shut downs randomly. Shut down happens most often during low RPM, or where the usage of clutch is more.

    I have recently started using my bike in the city, and there are hardly any rides that can be completed without the engine getting switched off.

    Problem of shutting down starts after a run of 5-6 kilometres. I have visited the service center 3 times regarding the same problem, however, the problem is yet not solved. I am not saying here that the staff is not cooperating, but they are not able to solve the issue.

    It's very frustrating that someone is spending approx. 2.15 lakhs and instead of getting a new bike, he is getting a defective bike.

    I request you to kindly get this issue resolved as soon as possible, or exchange my bike with a new one. Failing which, I will file a consumer complaint for a complete refund.

      I had deposited Rs 5000 to orange international showroom, Secunderabad to book a royal enfield bike in advance in Jul 2019. i was told the money will be returned if the bike is not purchased. however, this money was not returned when i did not purchase the bike due to my immediate transfer to another city. I Was promised several times that the money would be returned as soon as possible and i was even shown a cheque written in my name in whatsapp. however, i have not received this amount till date.

        My vehicle has suffered an accident on 23rdJuly and it's been around 25days and I still haven't received my vehicle yet. My vehicle is at the Thane Manpada Service Center. The guys over there are also very rude and don't respond properly. Im a working student and this experience has changed my views towards the company altogether.I never expected this from Royal Enfield. It's not been even a year since I bought the motorcycle but legit I regret buying a motorcycle from such a company because of its worst service

          I have registered a warranty claim issue at lakhimpur royal enfield centre in april. Since then I am running continuously to them for replacement of the parts. They always make an excuse that due to covid the parts are delayed and not available. Its august now and still i am waiting for a resolution. Now even my warranty period has expired. Kindly help me out in this matter.

I puchased royal enfield classic stealth black bike on date 31/03/2021. i want to leave a complain regarding the bike . the day i purchased from i am getting a missing problem in bike . i buyed from aaray motors llp amritsar . i reside in batala . i visited agency 3 to 4 times in amritsar and also in batala royal enfield agency . but no one listened to my problem. every time i visit . they unplug the wires and again plug and hand over the bike to me . and when i bring the bike out of agency i face the same problem . please help me out . thier is no coperation . my contact is [protected].

                Hi i Am Amijit Gaonkar From Karwar, I Have purchased Royal Enfield stealth black BS 6 bike KA 30 W1045 my contact number [protected] .Give me a defected bike, this bike in just 20 to 30 days just 300 km running happened suddenly as its chain sound coming continually, when I was going for servicing Karwar showroom they jst changing any parts and charging me with large amounts when I am going to showroom even they cant findout What is problem that sound how is coming.i went Karwar showroom almost 10 to 15 times regard this problem one time complaint gave also but that time called me and told dont give any complaint and told we will solve without charge that time they just rubber pad changed and taken money for rubber pad 470, always doing like this only. gave damaged chain for me and when i visited showroom Karwar they are always checking and charging amount but telling that not a chain problem and changed so many parts and taken money last 1 year happened, i went Sirsi showroom for third service met Vivek Hegde (service manager) i told him starting to till date what problem happened he is not ready to listen my problem only, he is telling one year happened and now your telling means no use but i told sir i have showed this bike in karwar showroom when i bought after 20 days only but they not gave correct service so i came here ( where i bought bike)but your telling my mistake i[censored] have any douts then i will make conference call with your Karwar service manager but he is not ready to talk telling we dont want what happened previous we cant give replace chain now, like he told, so my request dont buy Royal Enfield bike worst bike in my life also u want to buy Royal Enfield bike my humble request dont buy in Karwar and sirsi u will suffer this 2 showroom blackmark for Royal Enfield.If your helping me means please take this complaint and solve my problem and please take Action on Sumanth (Karwar Service Advisor and vivek Hegde( Sirsi Service manager).if this complaint not solved means i will take action on next level.

                      I had purchased Classic 350 pure black model. I got delivery of the same on 16/03/2021. There is problem with the bike - it gets stopped in running condition . Also there is issue in getting started (self start & kick start). I am really dissatisfied with this bike. I had addressed this issue at the time of every servicing but workshop mechanics couldnt resolve this issue. I think its mfg issue & company should recall this vehicle. This kind of issue is damaging the brand image of Royal enfield. Though I am a Royal enfield lover but after these issues somewhere my mind is getting diverted from Royal enfield.
                      I would request you to recall the vehicle.

                        Hi everyone,

                        Hope you know about Royal Enfield who are into market since 190, a very reputed bike manufacturers.Just wanted to share some pathetic experience about them. The way they are working, the service they are providing to the customers. Just because they have a name in the market it's not that they would treat their customers so pathetically. We also have value of our time, money and hard work. And not only once, I had the same experience twice with them.

                        Let me just tell you all about it than. I ordered a bike recently from the Royal Enfield showroom, Maligaon. They called me up and said that the bike has arrived and we can take it home. So I somehow within a day managed to collect the whole amount that is needed to purchase the bike. As I was waiting for it desperately. And then when I went there I got to know that my bike has been given to some other customers who came to purchase the bike. The day before at afternoon I got a call to get the bike by tomorrow and then when I went that day I got the info that the bike which I need to get has been sold to someone. Whereas i also paid advance of 1 lakh before the bike arrived just to assure that I can receive the bike on the day it arrives in Guwahati. They also misbehaved with me by saying so. Is this the way they treat the customers.
                        After this horrible experience twice I would suggest everyone not to promote Royal Enfield. Hope this have happened to someone like me? Please share your experiences. Let's unmask them.

                          I have purchased this bike for my sister marriage and they give me a defected bike as after purchase of this bike in just 5 to 10 days it stopped suddenly as its klitch plates damaged and when complained this to Enfeild showroom from where I purchased it they said me to repair by my self after few of marriage I found many defects in this like engine problem, handle was not working properly, and also there problem in both the wheels ... and no one is listening to my queries when I was going for servicing they jst charging me with large amounts when I am going to showroom. They are calling me sometimes for servicing but after seeing my bike says to pays Large amount fir servicing .. this bike is totally defected...

                            Am shajahan from kerala palakkad distrrict. am apurchased a Royal Enfield bullet 350 bs6 model in janwary 2021. Frew weeks it seems ok. But now i have sevarel complaits. few of them solved in the 2nd service. But the major issue is still alive. The missing problom. while am drivind the vehicle stops. After the second service the problom increased. oneday night am trapped with the vehicle in an wild area. when i try to the road assistance they try reach in me but no more use they toold me my bullet 350 need to carry with them and no idea when give back. so i refused to that.

                              Purchased Classic 350 CC Stealth Black version Vehicle on 31-Aug-2020 From Sai Ram AutoCraft Bangalore ( Mahadevapura) .

                              Sai Ram Autocraft is worst Showroom ever seen in point of technicians and services .

                              Facing an Issue with Malfunctioning Lights are on ..!

                              Today was 3rd Service and reported the issue and the service was very worst and issue has not been rectified..! Untrained technicians unable to find what’s the problem in Bike (Malfunction Lights).

                              Do pl help me out how to resolve the problem ..!

                                I visited Royal Enfield workshop on[protected] to consult about a strong sound coming from the vehicle while driving..It seemed like something is striking inside and making noise. I insisted the service manager to get it driven by mechanic so that he may get proper idea of the problem but without test ride, they jumped into solution that chain has to be changed..I also trusted their experience and allowed to repair..They changed the chain and charged Rs. 710/-
                                But after that also problem was not resolved. I again visited the workshop and they convinced me that It is fine now. Today on my way to office while I was driving the bike, it was making the same sound as earlier.there is no improvement . In this entire thing, I suffered a loss of Rs.710, unnecessary visits to workshop and lot of inconvenience .
                                AND INTERESTING PART IS THAT I GOT MY VEHICLE FULLY SERVICED ON[protected] . STILL IT IS SHOWING THIS TYPE OF PROBLEMS

                                    I had purchased Interceptor 650 in 2019. I had faced RR unit failure thrice now. It was replaced under warranty before however my motorcycle was in the service centre for more than a month at Ram Motorcycles in Nerul. Navi Mumbai. The second time it took 15 days for the part to arrive and as the motorcycle was not in a starting I had to get it replaced with hallmark Royal Enfield in Koperkhairne Navi Mumbai. I invested 3+ lac rupees on your product which has left me stranded on the road thrice. I have been using Royal Enfield for 6 years and this has been the worst experience after the Himalayan issue.
                                    The part which needs to be replaced is also not available on priority or with the service centre guys. This is just frustrating. I just want this issue to be resolved without wait.

                                        Every worst experience on booking a royal enfield Himalayan bike
                                        As I booked a bike in the month on june and in the month of August I have received a call from the sales manager ( Pratik ) from S P WHEELS AGENCY IN VASAI stating that your bike has been delivered to the showroom.kindly make the payment and I will share you the bank details not I have received the bank details yet and I was ready to do so but inspite of multiple calls I was not getting the proper reply from the executive available in the showroom so i directly called on the showroom no.and I got the answer that your vehicle has been allotted to some other person and u need to wait for more three months. How such thing can be possible in royal Enfield family. I'm fail to understand this. How would the experience after purchasing the bike. Now I doubt should I purchase the same or not.
                                        I was not accepting such a response from the royal enfield showroom and when I asked for the royal enfield email I'd and owner name of the showroom the person ( Pratik ) was not ready to provide me the same. How disgusting the situation was this cannot be expressing words. I would like to suggest the Royal Enfield family that you need to change the attitude of your employees or change the employees if possible for better customer experience
