Top main lamp and head lamp not blowing .
Before 1st service also problem available.

Informed to show room peoples also.

After service also problem not solved.

Continuous running condition night time suddenly lamp not blowing it's possible to accident.
My family members feel very bad.

Vehicle quality very worst.

    Good day.

    Today I went to carry my first service of my RE classic 350 stealth black at Ethiraj Samy Salai Rd, Erukkancheri, Kodungaiyur Royal Enfield showroom.
    Asked about free first service to the help desk person. The way he respond is very disgusting. And talking very rudely. As a customer I was very disappointed. To maintain the standard of the brand, RE has to take proper action on specified service centre.

      RE classic 350. Really fed up with the services. When I took bike for the 1st time, self start wasn't working. They did something and then it started luckily. After 1st service, again had same issue with self start along with that fuel sensor wasn't working properly. I took bike my bike twice to the service centre within a week and then they resolved it. I'm was not using this bike much as I had other bike as backup. Then after 2nd service, within a span of 2 weeks I went to service centre 4 times. Twice for self start issue and then horn wasn't working(mechanic said this issue happens with most of the cms as there is a clip which connects horn wire and usually it gets removed). Next time, the issue is even more serious bike lock after inserting the key was completely broken and it went inside. I couldn't turn it off. Then I left all my important work to repair this to ur useless and inefficient service centre. Where they normally treat cms as sh#t. Usual wait time is 1 to 2 hours whenever I go to ur service centre. They made several scratches, which you guys will charge me in next service in the name of polish. Still, this issue is not resolved. They speak something btwn themselves and provide temporary resolution. Whenever Im riding the bike it is again giving me a noise as if the lock will break anytime. Ur design engineers are the worst in business. Better shutdown all the units and go for something else. U guys are making life miserable for cms after investing lakhs on these useless bikes. It took me time to realise that I have purchased nothing but garbage in lakhs. Atleast return my money for the extended warranty which I paid so that I can deal with local mechanics. I can't visit ur service centre every time and wait there for almost 2 hours and beg someone to attend my issue. And, I'm not ready to do this for twice a well. Because ur service centres oly have trainees who are incapable of doing their jobs. Totally # up cm. I[censored] guys say that we don't sell garbage bikes and there could be a manufacturing defect only with mine, u r most welcome to replace my bike with a better one. Please help me with that process. I'm going to file a legal compliant as well.

        I visited service center today for the issue i complain about my bendpipe getting rusted and paint coating peeling of, i will share some video and pic's with you of it below (let me clear 1 thing that guy said 1st that guy said its accidental from bottom it must hv hit breaker or something but no there are no hilly breakers in my area and it was always like this its looking like that because the upper layer from there is removed due to heat like happen with upper side of bendpipe aand even if it hit somewhere than what about upper joint that guy just spray painted that area and its removed due to heat now as you can see now its silver.. the service manager of lamba enterprise just gave a excuse in weird confidence that he wont replace it because its accidental and is not fault( my bike is brand new 9 months old just 3000km driven never met any accident or fall never ever)even if its accident just think for a second even if it is accidental from bottom than what about rust in joint of bendpipe from engine it was rusted too. service center said sir we can paint it back i said 0k thn do just fix it during service 2 week ago . but that paint fade away it was a cheap spray paint (not even matt . my bike is matt stealth black).i paid money for this bike with extended 5 year warrenty and this is what i am getting just after 9 months ? i asked for replacement but that guy called me to service center just to say a lame excuse these guys just want to make money and ruin our money and mood i really want to complain in consumer court about this experience, how can a 9 months old bike get rusted i paid 2.5 lakh from my pocket and you guys cant even change my bendpipe which is your fault its getting rusted idk why i take good care of my bike because i paid from my pocket and that retard guy just said he cant change it he just needed a excuse of that dent to save money

          I have purchased royal Enfield strom Rider last January 2021, it's been 8 months after regular service the bike performance not satisfied. Every week I have to go service centre for problem. Continuously getting problems. I dont know how to convey it. I did big mistake by taking royal enfield bike. .

              I got my bike from Manmohan autos channdigarh, , i had gone for my bike service to there workshop & after waitinng for half hour the conncerned manager informed me that they ll start the service after half an hour more, , They had deliberatley kept me waitng till 11am & than informed me that it ll take time, , i beeɲ haviɲg problem with the bike but still the owner said that i should get it done from else where & now my bike engiɲe light coming

                I bought Thunderbird 350x on august 2019. It is still within warranty period and I have an issue with headlight. It was noticed that vapour is occouing after wet by rain. I took a picture of that on 22/08/2020 and shown to the service centre and requested to change the headlight. The Service manager has told me" the condensation is not that much to change it."
                I want to know, why company is not mentioning the quanty of damage in their warranty policy?

                      Hi i Am Amijit Gaonkar From Karwar, I Have purchased Royal Enfield stealth black BS 6 bike KA 30 W1045 my contact number [protected] .Give me a defected bike, this bike in just 20 to 30 days just 300 km running happened suddenly as its chain sound coming continually, when I was going for servicing Karwar showroom they jst changing any parts and charging me with large amounts when I am going to showroom even they cant findout What is problem that sound how is coming.i went Karwar showroom almost 10 to 15 times regard this problem one time complaint gave also but that time called me and told dont give any complaint and told we will solve without charge that time they just rubber pad changed and taken money for rubber pad 470, always doing like this only. gave damaged chain for me and when i visited showroom Karwar they are always checking and charging amount but telling that not a chain problem and changed so many parts and taken money last 1 year happened, i went Sirsi showroom for third service met Vivek Hegde (service manager) i told him starting to till date what problem happened he is not ready to listen my problem only, he is telling one year happened and now your telling means no use but i told sir i have showed this bike in karwar showroom when i bought after 20 days only but they not gave correct service so i came here ( where i bought bike)but your telling my mistake i[censored] have any douts then i will make conference call with your Karwar service manager but he is not ready to talk telling we dont want what happened previous we cant give replace chain now, like he told, so my request dont buy Royal Enfield bike worst bike in my life also u want to buy Royal Enfield bike my humble request dont buy in Karwar and sirsi u will suffer this 2 showroom blackmark for Royal Enfield.If your helping me means please take this complaint and solve my problem and please take Action on Sumanth (Karwar Service Advisor and vivek Hegde( Sirsi Service manager).if this complaint not solved means i will take action on next level.

                        My 3 months old Royal Enfield standard 350 bullet got accident and handed over for service to Mass wheels Royal Enfield Showroom Thaliparamp, Kannur. 90 more days taken for repair. Rs. 80, 000 was the total bill ( 7200 paid by me for salvage, remaining amount from insurance company).
                        I am not at all satisfied (worst service) with the service provided by Mass wheels Royal Enfield Showroom Thaliparamp, Kannur.

                        I am listing the compaints below:

                        # Changed wheel assembly (front) and related parts fully, but front side of bullet is little bit jumping while running.

                        # Meter indicator jerking now

                        # Problem with handle - they tighted the handle in a wrong manner, so thread is gone, handle is not stable now

                        These are the problems of my bullet after the service.

                        I hope an immediate response from your side.

                          Hi,

                          I have purchased my Royal Enfield Classic 350 signals (Airborne blue) from Lamba Enterprises Pvt Ltd, Rama Road, Delhi in Feb 2021. Starting from day 1, engine of the bike shut downs randomly. Shut down happens most often during low RPM, or where the usage of clutch is more.

                          I have recently started using my bike in the city, and there are hardly any rides that can be completed without the engine getting switched off.

                          Problem of shutting down starts after a run of 5-6 kilometres. I have visited the service center 3 times regarding the same problem, however, the problem is yet not solved. I am not saying here that the staff is not cooperating, but they are not able to solve the issue.

                          It's very frustrating that someone is spending approx. 2.15 lakhs and instead of getting a new bike, he is getting a defective bike.

                          I request you to kindly get this issue resolved as soon as possible, or exchange my bike with a new one. Failing which, I will file a consumer complaint for a complete refund.

                            I had deposited Rs 5000 to orange international showroom, Secunderabad to book a royal enfield bike in advance in Jul 2019. i was told the money will be returned if the bike is not purchased. however, this money was not returned when i did not purchase the bike due to my immediate transfer to another city. I Was promised several times that the money would be returned as soon as possible and i was even shown a cheque written in my name in whatsapp. however, i have not received this amount till date.

                              My vehicle has suffered an accident on 23rdJuly and it's been around 25days and I still haven't received my vehicle yet. My vehicle is at the Thane Manpada Service Center. The guys over there are also very rude and don't respond properly. Im a working student and this experience has changed my views towards the company altogether.I never expected this from Royal Enfield. It's not been even a year since I bought the motorcycle but legit I regret buying a motorcycle from such a company because of its worst service

                                I have registered a warranty claim issue at lakhimpur royal enfield centre in april. Since then I am running continuously to them for replacement of the parts. They always make an excuse that due to covid the parts are delayed and not available. Its august now and still i am waiting for a resolution. Now even my warranty period has expired. Kindly help me out in this matter.

I puchased royal enfield classic stealth black bike on date 31/03/2021. i want to leave a complain regarding the bike . the day i purchased from i am getting a missing problem in bike . i buyed from aaray motors llp amritsar . i reside in batala . i visited agency 3 to 4 times in amritsar and also in batala royal enfield agency . but no one listened to my problem. every time i visit . they unplug the wires and again plug and hand over the bike to me . and when i bring the bike out of agency i face the same problem . please help me out . thier is no coperation . my contact is [protected].
