Poor service, I didn't expect this kind of service from RE centers. it was very very very poor, i strongly recommend not to go for this "SITARAMA RE Service center".
in one month period i went twice for this SITARAMA RE service center.
first time i have mentioned couple of noises from bike in different places (chain was also part of it) they took my bike, serviced, gave bill 2400/-
with in 10days after the service that chain noise was become horrible, i went again this time they said it was issue with chain spoket, serviced and gave bill of 3000/-.
because of service tech team (including mechanic) don't have a proper knowledge on bikes, they charged me labour charge twice (1st time + 2nd time) even though mistake is from their side.
seems its kind of scam to get a labour charge amount for every single service even though mistake is from their side..
i didn't expect this kind of such a cheap tricks from a reputed stores like RE Services.
whoever goes for service if you dont want to get cheated, better to skip this SITARAMA RE service center.

    I purchased classic 350EFI (stealth black) on 25th January, 2021 after waiting for 3 to 4 months after booking.
    From the day of purchase itself the bike was having some problems like engine lights blinks. I took it to the dealer they said it's normal in bs6 engine. To ignore the lights.
    Then after 1 week a new problem arouse, like starting problem. It don't start den around 5 to 10 times within 3 months I took it to the dealer . They take my bike, do some ### and say the bike is perfectly ok. Then again same problem. Then after running to the dealer for 3 months at the end they told that my bikes fuel pump is bad and have to be changed which will cost me around 5000 and to go to another dealer they can't solve it . Like, new bike I have to pay 5000 because they gave me bad fuel pump. Then I complained it to [protected]@royalenfield. Then only they took it seriously.
    Now again new problem started, rear tyre air comes out automatically, no pumpture, nothing. So they took my bike and told it will be covered in warrenty and within 1 week I will get it. Today is 1 month, 5 days still the bike is in dealer.
    I payed 2lakh 12 thousand for the bike and I am getting such behaviour from the dealer. My bike is 5months old and more than 3 months it was with the dealer. Did I purchased the bike to keep it in dealer for months and months.
    I need a imediate response from the company .

    I have had a major gas leak for 6 months in one of my Himalayans was told to take to local dealer who charged me for the repair damaged the tank broke my indicator and mirror refused to take ownership of that so I'm out of pocket and have a dented tank I have contacted the original dealer on another island who is the only Official one apparently, so after sending videos pictures I have contacted ROYAL ENFIELD AT LEAST 10 TIMES VIA EMAIL AND FACEBOOK only the last week I get an answer now they want me to send the bike to another island by ferry while it is finally repaired and of course, then have to go and collect it so another day wasted so plane ride and ferry back ### THAT as I work 7 days a week it's impossible when it suits them I can use a dealer here but when it doesn't they want me to ship it to another island ?
    I haven't had use of this bike for months AND NOW MORE STRESS AND DELAYS AND MONEY I HAVE TO SPEND?
    WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE EVER THEY DO NOT LISTEN OR REPLY
    I have two Enfields and my family loves them we were going to order two more ...

    the gas leak is so bad a tank leaks in 24 hours runs all over the engine and onto the chain so the chain is destroyed NO HELP OR CARE FROM ROYAL ENFIELD THE SAFETY ASPECT ALONE SHOCKS ME AND 6 MONTHS OR GRIEF AND STREE FOR NO HELP OR ANSWERS

      We have booked the Royal Enfield classic 350 pure black from Shree rajpurohit automobiles Royal Enfield, Jodhpur, Dealer with receipt number 30151 amount 10000/- dated 12.03.21 forcefully asking to purchase the accessories along with the vehicle which is not a written condition anywhere.

      Also, it has been 4 months that dealer is asking to pay the additional amount for accessories otherwise will not provide the vehicle which is against the consumer rights.

      We request your good office to kindly intervene and resolve the issue otherwise I have to take legal action against the dealer and automobile brand. And we hope for early resolution on the same with the positive reply.

      We have tried our best reaching you through Twitter but have not got any response in this matter

          I have purchased a Royal Enfield Classic in the month of September 2020 from Royal Enfield Shahila, Mahapurush Madhabdev Path, opp. H.P Petrol Pump, Chandan Nagar, Six Mile, Guwahati, Assam 781022, but till date they have not provided me the RC Book. On enquiry no one is giving proper reply about its status and despite they start giving illogical reasons and comments. No one is even taking the responsibility to enquire about the issue . Kindly suggest what should be done in this aspect.

              Royal enfield has the most pathetic RSA services. I own an interceptor 650. Its been 5 days i m calling RSA but nobody even picked up the call. I live in Faridabad, Haryana and there is only 1 service station. I called there too. At first they picked up my call and asked the problem. When they understood the problem, they simply cut the call. I overheard one of the mechanics saying ‘ waha jana padega aur main nahi jaa raha’ and then he cut the call. I knew RE bikes were unreliable but now i know their after sales services are highly unreliable too. I made a big mistake buying a RE bike. They make fake promises at the time of purchase saying one gets a whole year free RSA services. Whereas in reality some stupid ### at their RSA would not even pick up the call. These people at royal enfield are nothing but just a petty low lifes white collar criminals.

                I have purchased a royal Enfield classic 350- sandstorm from Roy brothers Royal Enfield showroom, Deoghar. For this I have paid total amount of quotation including registration charges on 26.03.2021. However, delivery of vehicle has been made on 20.04.2021. But, registration of the vehicle has not been done yet by the showroom. I am regularly following over mobile and personal visit to the showroom but they are giving only assurances but all the assurances made till date by them have failed till date. On non registration of vehicle, bank will charge penalty on monthly basis as the vehicle has been financed by State Bank of India. Please do the needful otherwise I will have to be moved for lodgement of complaint through consumer forum.

                  Sir, I purchased bike from your agency Gautam Motors Muzaffarpur, Bihar on 17 Jan 2020. I paid all the fees which was given by agency including Insurance, Road Tax and Registration fee. It has passed almost 1 and half year. But till date I didn't get RC of my bike. I contacted several times to Gautam Motors as well as written to [protected]@royalenfield all in vain. It seems no body bothers about customer. Without RC book my bike is a showcase piece as I am not able to use it.

                  My RC book issue not resolved after completion of 18 months.
                  After 01year and 07 months passed no out come from any complaint from neither Royal Enfield nor it's agency Gautam Motors Muzaffarpur. I did not get my Vehicle Number despite paying all the charges asked by Gautam Motors.

                    Executive has promised that someone will come and pick my bike.

                    Even after two days also no one called and taken my bike and when I called the concern person irresponsible behaviour shown

                    After that I sent a mail to service centre, even after no proper response

                    Please help me and take action on this unethical behaviour

                      My name is Ashit Jha and I live in Jodhpur city. I booked Meteor 350 Supernova Beige CS on April, 05, 2021 via dealer named Modern Motor Bikes. I booked this bike because dealer mentioned that same will be delivered by July 1st or 2nd week and I wanted to gift this bike to my son on his birthday on July 17, 2021( Sentimental issue for us as my son lost his mother & I lost my spouse, covid suspect death of a young family member in same month Meteor launched). But in attached booking receipt, tentative delivery date mentioned is August 03, 2021.I paid booking amount of RS 10, 000 by cash. No issue as of now.

                      Suspicion of trapping game is because in the name of customization, booking amount of RS 10, 000 is made non refundable. At the time of booking I did not realized that my exit route is blocked and I am trapped in the deal. Royal Enfield increased the price of Meteor Bike within couple of days of my booking by RS 7000 to RS 8000 in the month of April, 2021. I visited dealership two three times as on date and received no confirmed date of delivery of my bike. Immediately after my last visit to dealer, on July 07, 2021, I received email from Royal Enfield support team informing me that due to covid pandemic they foresee a delay in the delivery of my motorcycle within the committed timelines and Over the next few days we should be in a place to give you a new date of delivery for your motorcycle.

                      In this mail there was no mention of any price hikes, but from media report, it came to my knowledge that Royal Enfield has again increased the prices of Meteor 350 from July 1st, 2031 and for my variant impact was about RS 10, 000/-. Since my booking this is 2nd hike in price and cumulative impact is already above RS 20000/- in less than 3 months times of my booking.

                      Immediately, may be on July 10, 2021, I wrote a mail to Royal Enfield support team to request to preschedule delivery of my bike so that I can gift the same to my son on his birthday.

                      On July 11, 2021, instead they informed me by email that: " We are expecting the delivery of your motorcycle by 1st week of September'21 between 1st - 15th ".

                      Above is additional delay of another 40-45 days after waiting for 120 days already. This also means that another price hike might/will come before my final delivery of bike and I will be made to pay about Rs30, 000-35, 000 extra (may be RS 25k). I am feeling trapped and targeted in this deal.

                      I wrote a strong mail on July 11, 2021 to Royal Enfield support team informing my concern and requesting them to either arrange delivery of my bike within August 3rd, 2021 or refund my booking amount of RS 10, 000/-, in the event I do not want to buy at unreal hiked price. Royal Enfield never mentioned that they will hike price of bike multiple times in short period of time ( material information that was not disclosed).

                      Royal Enfield support team has now stopped replying to me as I have not yet received any revert of my aforesaid last mail.

                      I suspect that "repeatitive delay and hike price" tactic game is going on to extort more and more money from targeted customer ( who are locked in the deal due to customization no refund thing, mainly higher variant customers).

                      I want resolution by quick delivery (within August 3rd as stipulated originally) at April price (excluding July price hike).

                      I will not prefer refund of my booking amount after waiting for 4 months, because it will encourage black marketing of my bike, but I also do not want to buy at unreal hiked price, for which I suspect that I am targeted.

                      Kindly arrange to resolve my issue most immediately. Thanks,

                      RE support team have replied and requested to wait till new timelines i.e. upto Sept 15, 2021 and said that they will try to expedite. Regarding price hike they said this is done across Auto industry, reason raw material price hike and market Dynamics. I am not sure on this, I will check data of other bike manufacturer and try to rationalize the steep price hike by Royal Enfield. As of now status quo is maintained by Royal Enfield in my case. I can only hope they will really try to resolve my issue including price hike, unless they are manufacturing my bike only for their Showroom decoration purpose.

                      I checked data of Royal Enfield's rival Honda (Other Bike manufacturer). Honda launched Honda H'ness CB 350, nearly at the same time (around 1 month ahead) and at same price of RE Meteor 350. Comparable model DLX pro was launched at around RS 1, 90, 000 and RE Meteor 350 Supernova model was launched at price of RS 1, 90, 536/- (Ex showroom Delhi). Now after whatever hike in price Royal Enfield is claiming was due to raw material price hike across Auto industry, as of July, 2021, Honda increased price of DLX pro model only by about 3% since launch, whereas Royal Enfield increased price of it's Supernova model by whopping 9%, since launch. Clearly, Royal Enfield increased price which is unjustifiable and currently RE Meteor 350 Supernova model is costlier, in relation to Honda H'ness CB350 DLX Pro by at least RS 12, 000 to RS 15, 000, on on road basis. Irony is RE's Fireball and Staller models are cheaper, when compared with Honda's lower variant, DLX. Difference is similar i.e. more than RS 10k cheaper. Clearly, Royal Enfield is targeting Supernova customers for unwarranted higher price.

                        Rusting in my all metal parts rusting in radiator and all nuts and bolts I also have a handle bend fog forming in meter console and also in rpm and tripper navigation meter also also bed pipe has some distance also no proper check up done by st Mary's motors thiruvalla I have so much rusting issuse please solve my problem otherwise I will move to further things

                          I'm staying around 70 kilometres from the Royal Enfield service station
                          I had given my bike at service station for the service, they had fixed extra issues in my bike and atleast some bolts are not tightened at all, so I went again to service station and again the same mistake was repeated. I have sent an mail to them but they did not contacted me.
                          So, please help me about my bike 🙏, or else I don't need your company vehicle .
                          My vehicle is Bullet Standard 350 x.

                              I want to inform you that my vehicle reg. No. Uk07DS1905 AND name of Miss. Nighat Parveen Khan, 11.02.2020 was purchased from ALLIED AUTO AGENCIES Dehradun uk., MY VEHICLE is running in 1900km, at all time he has excuses that you came another day and all persons behaviour was not good they all tolerate me every time I came workshop on 07 July he repaired my new vehicles head but after that the noise icreased I have very irritated because abnormal sound comming from my vehicles engine.
                              This issue is comming from 1st service and I have told every time for this but the issue is same ( not resolve). I have very tired and I want the solution
                              It's my humble request to you please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
                              Sir mai bht zyada pereshan ho chuka mari koi b sunwai nhi ho rh hai . Sir pls mera vehicle mai prblm starting se hai .

I had leave my bike for for service .my bike had many problems but they didn't clear any such problem just they done waterserviceonly.even they didn't provide me a bike cover, number plate, for five month.                                   I own thunderbird 350cc 2014 my seat is damaged both rider and pillion. I been trying to buy seats but they doesn't have seats. Then why the heck you are selling the bikes.i m been trying for 8 months still i didn't got the seat. Even i have wrote mails but those ### doesn't even have auto reply mail.

                                  I didn't get any response from Royal enfield.

                                    We are following up daily with them, but as per their words, it will take more time, because there is some server issue, 2 times police officials have bound my bike due to not having number plate, and who will be responsible for it if any mishappening happened before getting registration number.
                                    What kind of service u ppl are providing to the customers.
                                    Is it the way, u ppl issuecenfield registration numbers ?
                                    After purchasing this bike, we purchased a car too and we gotbthe registration certificate within 10 days
