Can you please let me know which brand of battery used for classic 350.

I want to inform you that my vehicle reg. No. Uk07DS1905 AND name of Miss. Nighat Parveen Khan, 11.02.2020 was purchased from ALLIED AUTO AGENCIES Dehradun uk., MY VEHICLE is running in 1900km, at all time he has excuses that you came another day and all persons behaviour was not good they all tolerate me every time I came workshop on 07 July he repaired my new vehicles head but after that the noise icreased I have very irritated because abnormal sound comming from my vehicles engine.
This issue is comming from 1st service and I have told every time for this but the issue is same ( not resolve). I have very tired and I want the solution
It's my humble request to you please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
Sir mai bht zyada pereshan ho chuka mari koi b sunwai nhi ho rh hai . Sir pls mera vehicle mai prblm starting se hai .

This is an e-mail from a old and trusted customer of yours but due to 3-4 months delay service from the reputed company like royal Enfield was highly disappointed and unappreciated.
This is to inform you that I've given my Royal Enfield Classic 350 (2013 model) registered as DL 3S FK 1000 silver colour at 'Shiva Riders, Ghaziabad' (an authentic service centre and showroom of Royal Enfield) on 20 March, 2021 for the repairing work on its engine, chasis frame, handle and front mud guard as per the terms and conditions for the respective claim on the Insurance i.e of Bajaj Allianz Pvt Ltd and it's been around 4months the bike isn't repaired and serviced accordingly as per the time has been taken.
This is unappreciated as well as unacceptable to look forward from the reputed company like Royal Enfield's genuine service centre addressed as 'Shiva Riders, B-4, Meerut Road, Beside Samsung Showroom, Patel Nagar, 2nd, Nandgram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201003

It's my humble request, kindly please take action as the time has taken more than 3months for an insuranced service and repair of my bike and solve this issue as soon as possible. I will be highly obliged.

I had bought Royal Enfield classic in thirchendur (Charles motor) Thoothukudi district. I had leave my bike for for service .my bike had many problems but they didn't clear any such problem just they done waterserviceonly.even they didn't provide me a bike cover, number plate, for five month. Still now I'm not having number plate for my bike so that I am facing so many problems

I own thunderbird 350cc 2014 my seat is damaged both rider and pillion. I been trying to buy seats but they doesn't have seats. Then why the heck you are selling the bikes.i m been trying for 8 months still i didn't got the seat. Even i have wrote mails but those ### doesn't even have auto reply mail.

I didn't get any response from Royal enfield.

We have purchased a royal enfield bike from Kotla mubatkpur, South Delhi Showroom on 15 june 2021, but till date RC has not been issued by them.
We are following up daily with them, but as per their words, it will take more time, because there is some server issue, 2 times police officials have bound my bike due to not having number plate, and who will be responsible for it if any mishappening happened before getting registration number.
What kind of service u ppl are providing to the customers.
Is it the way, u ppl issuecenfield registration numbers ?
After purchasing this bike, we purchased a car too and we gotbthe registration certificate within 10 days

I purchased this bike on 28 June 2021 from Burari branch in Sant Nagar. I noticed a odd sound in engine which appearing from the date of purchase.
This is not fair that bike need mechanical from now. I request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible, if can replace my bullet bike to new one. Please contact your branch soon.

I have taken AMC in pinjore enfiled agency
But they did not proper service and rubbing coating they have taken 4 days for that

Bullet was in agency, after that they told me we can't good service your enfield standard 350 because you have taken AMC IF you pay cash then we will do it

I want to do a complaint to do again service of my enfield bike or refund my AMC money
I am totaly disappointed with Royal Enfield

Hi, this is Ganesh from Tamilnadu, Tuticorin district. I bought a thunderbird350x bike last year(2020). A few days ago found leakage under the tank in the air valve. Booked a service and RE people started the procedure for this problem. Because of Covid-19, the process was got late last month. But now everything going smooth still I am not getting any update from the service center if I ask them they told me we couldn't order the part in Royal Enfield. Almost one month completed.

I have booked my vehicle on 28th feb as committed by showroom/ as per timeline from Royal Enfield for delivery it is 90-120 days. So my delivery should be on 28th June and their is price hike on 2nd of july and they are charging extra amount of hiked price.

I am not happy as their is a delay from
Royal Enfield end and now torturing for hiked amount for delivery

I have been complaining about detective Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Fireball Red vehicle purchased in Mar 2021 since first day. The vehicle is undriveable coz of extreme heat in exhaust. My legs are burning even after driving 1km. It's a defect which the company is least bothered about, the local vendor had not even paid Road Tax even after repeated reminders. The Royal Enfield company is not responding even after regularly complaining to them. I feel cheated and dejected, I have worked hard and saved money to pursue my dream of owning such a costly vehicle but I am not able to use it at all. The company customer care don't even talk they just keep the phone away and make us wait to take complaints.

The main switch of my vehicle is not working.
So, please recover my problem as soon as possible.

Hello my name is karthikeyan, I have booked re meteor 350 custum silver on 6th Feb 2021, I have'nt received my bike till date is more then 5 months, I booked the bike in teknik motors bangalore, they don't respond properly, kindly let me know when can I receive my bike, my booking ID is BGK000236CD02974

I m purchase the bike on jan 2021 then after 1 or 2 week fault has been create in my bike till date fault cant be solve by agency then say spare part is not here last 5 month

I have booked METEOR STEELER BLACK on 22nd February 2021. At the time of booking waiting period 3 months told me, but till today I have not received delivery. Yesterday I inquired at MARU AUTOMOBILES NADIAD. They told me that there is no possibility up to AUGUST2021.
What is the problem? After promising for delivery why no any answer from Dealer.
If delivery is not possible up to Rathyatra ( 12/07/2021 ) I will cancel my Order. Kindly do needful to deliver me in my suggested time.

I am J.Dinakaranl from Salem. My Royal Enfield bike Registration number is TN 30 BL 0102. From the very first service they didn't do the service properly. I complained about my problem. Royal Enfield Service center delivered my bike without doing any repairs and service.This was not a single time but they did the same again and again. The person in charge is not responding properly. During my service .It has been two days since I left my two wheeler service and has not been serviced yet (on 03.07.2021). The people who serviced the vehicle put the Job card behind my vehicle. About 04:06 PM, the executive phoned the service company today and said they would give me my bike tomorrow kindly do a good service and good repair for the customer and also for me. Take this as a serious complaint. Do the fare for me.
Note: ( when Chamundi royal Enfield service company is not doing the proper service after your instruction to my bike, may you know that I will file a suit against the company and Chamundy royal Enfield service company motors)
Your Royal Enfield company has a very good name. If you continue to have a dealership with this Chamundi Royal Enfield company you will lose your good name from the customer side.
