Hello sir/madam,

I hereby bring your mind to my new purchased Royal Enfield's bullet 350 ES EFI whose details give below:

•Insured name - Mrs. Veerawati Devi
•Address- Kh- 192/G- 7 25 futta road. Mukandpur Extn Part- 2, New Delhi, Delhi- 110042.

I purchased this bike on 28 June 2021 from Burari branch in Sant Nagar. I noticed a odd sound in engine which appearing from the date of purchase.
This is not fair that bike need mechanical from now. I request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible, if can replace my bullet bike to new one. Please contact your branch soon.

    I have taken AMC in pinjore enfiled agency
    But they did not proper service and rubbing coating they have taken 4 days for that

    Bullet was in agency, after that they told me we can't good service your enfield standard 350 because you have taken AMC IF you pay cash then we will do it

    I want to do a complaint to do again service of my enfield bike or refund my AMC money
    I am totaly disappointed with Royal Enfield
    So do a solution

      Hi, this is Ganesh from Tamilnadu, Tuticorin district. I bought a thunderbird350x bike last year(2020). A few days ago found leakage under the tank in the air valve. Booked a service and RE people started the procedure for this problem. Because of Covid-19, the process was got late last month. But now everything going smooth still I am not getting any update from the service center if I ask them they told me we couldn't order the part in Royal Enfield. Almost one month completed.

        I have booked my vehicle on 28th feb as committed by showroom/ as per timeline from Royal Enfield for delivery it is 90-120 days. So my delivery should be on 28th June and their is price hike on 2nd of july and they are charging extra amount of hiked price.

        I am not happy as their is a delay from
        Royal Enfield end and now torturing for hiked amount for delivery

            I have been complaining about detective Royal Enfield Meteor 350 Fireball Red vehicle purchased in Mar 2021 since first day. The vehicle is undriveable coz of extreme heat in exhaust. My legs are burning even after driving 1km. It's a defect which the company is least bothered about, the local vendor had not even paid Road Tax even after repeated reminders. The Royal Enfield company is not responding even after regularly complaining to them. I feel cheated and dejected, I have worked hard and saved money to pursue my dream of owning such a costly vehicle but I am not able to use it at all. The company customer care don't even talk they just keep the phone away and make us wait to take complaints.

                    I have booked METEOR STEELER BLACK on 22nd February 2021. At the time of booking waiting period 3 months told me, but till today I have not received delivery. Yesterday I inquired at MARU AUTOMOBILES NADIAD. They told me that there is no possibility up to AUGUST2021.
                    What is the problem? After promising for delivery why no any answer from Dealer.
                    If delivery is not possible up to Rathyatra ( 12/07/2021 ) I will cancel my Order. Kindly do needful to deliver me in my suggested time.

But when i purcahsed this motot cycle, its provindidng the hot day by day. I complaint many times but zero respone by the agency and reply me where you want to go. we can not solve the prblem. The petrol tank provide the heat when i run.                                 On the 19th of November 2020, I Placed an order for Interceptor 650 glitter and dust in a Madurai showroom "Classic motors". now it has been 8 months and people who ordered later than me, got their bikes and I'm still pending. the company has not contacted me or gave me the status of my bike. every time i am the one to call for the past 8 months. The maximum waiting time for the bike is 4 months only. i reached out to Royal Enfield customer service which turned out useless. This bike has always been a dream to me from the day it launched. but here i am still waiting, depressed due to the company's poor response. I just want my bike. Now i am on the verge of cancelling the bike. I could use some help.

                                    I purchased a RE Classic 350 from your dealership (Rudraa Motors Royal Enfield Showroom). I Bought bike on 17/03/2021 from Rudraa Motors No.182, AL Block, 11th Main Rd, Shanthi Colony, Anna Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600040. I have lot of problems in my new bike and serviced three times(one time in Rudraa Motors, Poonamallee High Road, Arumbakkam and two times in I Speed Motors, Lumbini Square, Purasaiwakkam) but still my bike faults not cleared yet.Do you value a customer like this?
                                    I would appreciate it if you could resolve these issue in few days. As I am sure you can be appreciated, I reply on my bike for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also caused my health issue.
                                    I look forward to settling this matter amicably. If, however, the matter is not satisfactorily resolved in few days, I will consider taking further action to resolve the complaint either through the Department of Commerce or through the courts.
