Dear Sir,

I am writing this mail with the very unhappy and worst service rendered by Rajendra Automobile - Dindigul. During the service time even I was told several times your service are very poor now a day I thought why I was preferred RE- Bullet.

For the last 10 years, my dream is to buy a RE bullet and I was fulfilled in 2017.

Last three year I have not gone to the very worst service form your team RE. This time I felt very bad about why I was chosen for the RE dindigul service station. Due to my bike safety and security, I was never given my bike outside the service station.

Team Rajendra Automobile - Dindigul screwed my happiness well.

Issue on vehicle post service

1, Dealer Service staff and cash counter staff were not accepting my digital payment and card payment and they forced me to pay only by cash and the card accepting machine was repaired for more than a month. Biggest worst part is they will arrange a person who will take me to the ATM to withdraw the cash. Since due to this pandemic time we are all majorly avoiding the cash transaction.

2, I left my bike for service at the time I was request the staff to drop me near dindigul bus stand, They convey due to pandemic we don’t do that service .But to collect the cash how your management allow the a person to withdraw a cash from the ATM.I need a clear explanation.

3, Hence I told I will make the payment post the EDC get serviced, they threaten me that if I am not paying the cash will be penalized for RS100/- for each day for my bike as standing rent. Finally I paid and took my vehicle through the IMPS mode only.

4, They never informed me about the payment mode on the job card raised and they told me that no water wash will be rendered because of the HO mail received that doesn't do the water wash to any vehicle and another staff says the water wash gun got repaired.

5, Till today they have not given me the service bill and I asked several time, They told me they will send it by what up. Last 15 year of my experience I have never undergone such a worst situation of paying the bill without any knowledge of the bill I am paying……..

6, My wondering part is whether they raised the bill for water wash or not……………

7, Post servicing I took my bike to palani on 20th june at the end of the day my bike battery was dead .What PDC check happened for my bike was ….Battery was in dead condition on the next day.

8, My bike handle bar was a little bent- They forced me to change the bike handle bar because I will get shoulder pain – Now it was not properly fitted and I was unable to view the back side mirror.

9, Left side foot rest was not properly the same as was captured in the job card – Still the issue was not resolved.

10, Pre-servicing my bike neutral light and head light was working now it was not working post the service.

Worst customer retention and service...

Since I was using only Authorized service center / service desk

In future me and my entire team will look for other brands... because of the worst service.

Even if there is no satisfaction call and no proper attendance by the relationship executive.

Hence I was paid 2850 k as a service charge????

Team...please look into that otherwise you might get reputation loss.

    I booked meteor 350 supernova blue from rawal automobiles on 7th february, 2021 after paying rs.10000/-. The showroom told me that i will receive my bike within 90 days. Also i received e-mail from the company where expected delivery date was 7th june, 2021 (approx.120 days).
    Now both the deadlines are over but there is no sign of my bike. I have called the customer care but they have flatly told me that the booking amount is non-refundable. Now the company is neither delivering my bike nor refunding my booking amount. What can i do now?

          Dear sirs,

          I bought my bullet Thunderbird for service on 28.04.2021 and got serviced and your service advisor Vignesh shet who assured me of getting it done perfectly. After 2 days bike was not able to start and from then asking your so called engineers and giving me false promises that today tomorrow they are coming but to vain. Somebody by Mr . Ali the mechanic calls me when I call Vignesh but again and again giving me false promises. Paying almost Rs 10, 000 and getting such type of response from a reputed showroom never expected.

            Hi,
            I got a call from royal Enfield on 24june 2021, she said to to visit near service station for small bike check up, I went to Aditi moters service station jaipur rajasthan, they kept me waiting for an hour finally one guy came and checked my bike ignition coil the reading was showing 1. Then guy asked for ignition coil from his colleague he said no.
            First guy said agin you will get a call from royal Enfield, nobody has right to waist my time, if ignition coil is not at service station why you are calling us . Very poor service .

              Hi Sir,

              I did Classic 350 black color bike service from your Authorized service center in Firozabad on 24th June'21.
              I have a problem with my bike where the rear tire is touching the guard if the pillion rider sits on the bike, I reached the service center to fix that problem. but they haven't fixed this issue and make the bill of Rs 4500 /- changing both front and rear tire rims and other parts with assurance this will fix the issue.
              On 24th June'21 when i reached the service center to collect my bike in the evening they give a fake bill of Rs 4500/- and deducted the same amount from the credit card but I received the SMS from Royal Enfield for this service Rs 3001 /- paid.
              This a case of fraud and cheating the customer.

                Dear sir, ,

                I have purchased Royal Enfield Meteor 350 AP39HH1318 in the month of December 2020 from Nellore Rishi Motors.

                The problem started within 10 days of purchase and first issues was recall from company to resolve Gear issues. After a few days of this i got the first service. The problems started as below:

                1. Vehicle intermittently stops while in riding in traffic. This is dangerous, as some vehicle from back may hit me. The problems persists still even after 2nd service.
                2. Severe Mileage drop. Although company claims 30-40 KMPL, bit i still except 30 max. And that too even dropped to 20 or below and i had to surrender the vehicle for 2 days and after that its the same still. Again i went and complained about this along with the other issues. I have used my vehicle with this mileage for about 2-3 weeks.Finally they have arranged a technician fro. HYDERABAD and they concluded the 1st and 2nd problems are due to Petrol mixed with other dissolvable fluids water or kerosene. They cleaned the whole tank and after few days the same problems started again.

                I gave the bike for 2nd service and i raised this. After the service, the problems has gone much worse and its worse than before after the second service. The pathetic local service worries me and other customers as well. After the service, the chain was not lubricated. After air filter change, the continued to leak for a week from the seals, i showed them these. There were so many other issues which i cant continue to write here in this forum as it wont end soon.

                Specially with the current petrol rates, inspite of addressing these kind of issues, the local service is very negligent and they dont seem to value the bike at all. Despite so many feedbacks they are continuing to be same.

                I look for some one from company to gurantee and attend to customers problems. The Royal Enfield is a kind of indian luxury bike which is costing around 2.5 laks and is this the kind of value or service the customers get after purchase? My bikes complete history is available with them.

                I dont know how company tracks or checks these kind of issues.Companies should call every customer every 3 months once for atleast 5 years after the purchase and should gather the feed back for proper actions.

                Please take this as a serious concern with increasing petrol rates and the problems that exists may pose danger to a life at worst case.

                I have called my self after 3 days after raising this complaint and they took the vehicle for inspection and kept it for 5 days and said Airfilter is the problem for all current issues. They said its giving very good mileage infact more than what normally Royal Enfield gives or says. I finally noticed during 2nd full tank nothing was improved, they just proved something which was complete non sense. Let me know how to increase the severity of this complaint.They really dont care at all..Non response untilll after i raised with them again. I do not want trust this guys anymore.. Totally waste of my time and money. Untill nothing was permanent fix from them.i beg you to provide justice which should be a lesson for such big player in the market. Their goods are not just a ruppes or thousands matter its a matter of laks and almost equivalent to car.Please sir do something their responses and actiobs are not satisfactory at all.They just bluff the customers with something.

                  My name is Abdulla tarique,
                  I have booked RE-HIMALAYAN in the second week of oct 2020 .Then changed my booking to INTERCEPTOR 650 on march second week.when i visit sharpline automotive on that date delivery was promised in approximately with in 30 days.I am on 103rd day on booking INTERCEPTOR 650 and i haven’t recieved anything from the dealer yet.When call them they don’t have any clue about the bike.It’s high time now and coz of long waiting period i am thinking over to cancel the booking.

                  I need a solution for this problem and these issues should be heard by management

                    Sir,
                    I purchased Royal enfield in the month of February 21 from Raniganj Showroom, it has run 1200 km only. But the bike engine switched off automatically after running 15 - 20 minutes. I approached Raniganj Servicing centre on 13 Jun 21. But they won't able to rectify the problem. Every day I am facing the same problem and it takes anather 20 minutes to restart the engine. I am not satisfied with this kind of service. Please do the needful. Tax invoice is attached for your reference.

                      .my bike got accident on dated 6/3/21 and send to particular ANKUR agency same day through RSA assistance but after that so far as my bike did not repair.I am belongs to a rider group but I feel ashamed that if as a rider is receiving service like this than what about the simple consumer. I already talk to asm mohit Singh on dated 07/6/21 regarding bike he told me, give me a week, I talk to him today he told me .Ankur Motors provide purchase order in March month and shared information with asm mohit Singh but so far as no response related to that particular part of bike coming by foot or air since three months.today he told me again that .main dekhta hoon ki kya kar Sakta hoon.

                            Dear sir,
                            it is to bring your knowledge that Sachdeva Enterprises who is the dealer of Royal Enfield bikes in district Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh is worst in providing the services . They take the payment from and didnt provide the bill for the amount paid. They always pretend that their system is out of order so that costumer go without the bill and thus they hide the income and steal the tax. A complaint will be filed in income tax department. if we are paying the amount then we have right to get certificate.
                            Do the needful.

                                    I purchased royal Enfield on 7th of jan 2021.. Still I did not get number plate and RC.. Showroom has been closed forever which is in Dhanbad jharkhand.. Arti automobile...no one is taking action and receiving calls.. They are ignoring.. And not providing my RC and number plate.. They condole only that by the end of month your problem will be resolved by listening this word this been 7th month.. Plz provide my RC, and number plate
