    Dear team

    Myself Mahesh U G i am having 2018 classic 350cc

    From yesterday i found fuel leakage behind air filter assy

    Before 2 years back same issue found on that time through warranty fuel tank replace done

    Again I am facing the same issue but this time I need to pay for fuel tank or not? plz confirm

    Their is no physical damage on fuel tank or any related parts but if I put 11.5 liters of fuel on that time no leakage but after travelling for 350 kms leakage started

    So plz clarify if I need to pay the money for fuel tank or not because this is purely manufacturer’s problem and I check in manual book about the fuel leakage problem Not mentioned

    So if you do not replace the part under warranty means please provide a letter about that we are not able to replace the part under warranty like that

    I need that letter to take forward

    Request to do needful

      I have booked Royal Enfield HIMALAYAN BSVI ROCK RED bike at Charles Motors, Tuticorin, Tamilnadu on 10/12/2020 with advance paid Rs.10, 000/-.It has 130 days Completed Still Now i am Not Received the Bike and Not Getting Any Updates Regarding My Vehicle Delivery Date.Now i am in a helpless Situation.
      Should I Cancel the Bike Booking and Choose another Brand Motorcycle?? or Should I wait???

          I bought classic 350 bs6 model 7months ago. Am facing tappet sound in engine and while riding vehicle gets turned off.
          Now they are saying one of the parts in engine need to be replaced so that will not get these two issues in future.
          My concern is to refund or replace with a new bike. But they are not rewdy for that instead they saying only parts can be replaced it seems

            Respected sir/madam
            My name is Muhammed Wafi and I am writing this email to express my disappointment with your product. I got my Himalayan on 19th March and covered 1250 KM. My bike is faulty and I am highly disappointed. Since the first day itself, the bike was turning off in lover rpms and in middle of heavy traffic. I didn’t gave it much concern as it is a new bike and will get heated. But after my first service, the issue became worse than my expectations. The bike suddenly turned off in middle of a traffic and didn’t turned on. Just making crank noise but no life. I called breakdown assistance from showroom and the made it start. From that day onwards I am forced to visit the service Center twice or thrice a week. Now after a two full day work the bike was working fine but, yesterday onwards the problem started again. Today my life was saved with a split second decision as I was in 4th gear riding around 70kmph and bike turned off which made the rear tyre to lock up. My bike suddenly went side wise and thanks to god I was able to control it and brought to a stop after that it refused start. Tried to get it started couple of time and finally it started. I came home immediately and wrote this email. I am telling you once again. It’s a faulty bike it’s a faulty bike. It will kill me. I need a complete reply with solution. I am demanding a brand new Himalayan instead of this faulty one. This bike can’t even take a 40km stretch at once. This is a faulty bike and I payed my entire saving around ₹2.70 lakhs for this thing. I want a new compliant free Himalayan granite black or a Royal Enfield engineer to look into the case. I can’t bear this anymore.

            They don’t care about customers I think
            You're right Mr.Muhammed Wafi. I have been in the same position, and also have fell (luckily unhurt) but the technicians at the service center have no proper knowledge in solving it. Not only that the performance is so bad compared to other Himalayans of my friends. They simply claim the bike's working fine. And I'm facing it since more than an year for now.

              In that tank pad colour sticking yo my clothes each time.

              I submitted this complaint to Royal Enfield service center.

              But they are not considering this issue as big one.

                My rear disc got locked on the second day of getting the bike delivery from the showroom, they sent us to service center they some how fixed the problem but though the rare wheel was not moving freely like the other bikes we again showed them but they said we have just worked on it so it will get free after some time you can use it. Now after riding only 3000 km service center is saying me to change the disc pad.. Is this my fault if your disc pad got locked on the second day of getting new bike ??

                  Dear Team, my name is Ravi Ranjan. I have RE Himalyan August 2020, bs6. I have written many times regarding engine stalling. Bike many time went in service centre, but still the problem persist. On my last service, a mechanic of re increases RPM through a screw rotation, which was under the tank. RPM increased, but the problem not ended. I asked them that in Bs6 model there is issue, which can be rectify after increasing Electrical current, but they did not noticed. Now my bike is having noise in back side in any where while riding, perhaps in Suspension bush or Shocabsorber. I requesr a service book by an engineer of RE company, not dealer. Also there are some changes taken place in RE Himalyan 2021 model engine, which I would lime that same will be, which amount I pay.

                  Hi Ravi, I’m facing the same issue with my BS6 2021 Himalayan. It stalls in middle of the road and won’t even start again. Today it nearly killed me when the bike stalled when I was riding it in 70kmph which made the rear tyre to lock.
                  The problem is not resolved when I visited showroom.

                  I too about to go inside a oil Tanker just 1 km ahed from my house. I was coming down the bridge and bike was in light clutch, as soon as I releave clutch, bike engine was shutdown and a light scate done but by vertue of God, I was saved. I mailed over it and informed to dealer too. But no body taken care. Again at a light rough breaker but falled due to suddenly killing engine and right side indicato and its grill too band, wind shield scratched, and leg guard was also banned. I too got heavy.

                    Royal enfeild standard 350 ES .I can not start the engine of vehicle because the damage of fuel injector.its a new vehicle i brought 27 january 2021 and the second time i went to service centre in this short period.first time i went to service centre 23 march 2021 cause of damage of low fuel indicator.this is the second time 15 april 2021 the vehicle can not start.mentaly i disturbed about this complaints of vehicle

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I am the customer of Royal Enfield Electra vehicle no-UK04AE3477, haldwani, nainital, uttrakhand. My complaint is that the right side shocker of my bullet is making noise. I went to showroom they change the oil and I have paid them for it. But the problem is not resolved yet. And my 2and complaint is that I have ordered sensor of the silencer of my bullet on 01 april 2021 but there is no update about it. No one is going to take any action in this matter and they are not taking it seriously. I have purchased this bullet on 31 August 2020 and now i want to sell it because of the poor service and negligence behaviour shown by them for the existing customer. So please tell me what should I do because if anyone will ask for feedback than I can't give any positive feedback of your dealer and their services.
                      Kindly let me know that what action is taken by your company in this regard. I will get the service or I have to sell by bike.

                            On dated 16.03.2021, i handed over my bullet for service, after 3-4 days I have received back my bullet. In the night when coming back home from the agency, I found that headlight not working, light grill not attached properly. Engine have very bad sound.
                            After request in Royal Enfield support, i didn't get help.
                            Kindly do resolve my problem.

                                Sir, this is to inform that i enquired about the standard model of bullet from your dealership in jind, haryana . The price which he quoted was one lac eighty six thousand for the standard non electric version . While the price shown on the official website is one lac fifty seven thousand which is the on road price . I humbly submit this query about the hefty black marketing which is done by the jind dealership to the genuine customers who dream of owning a royal enfield. I am about to file a complaint in the consumer court as well on getting a price confirmation by you . If these things keep happening the trust of customers will be lost in your long standing organisation . I thereby submit to you to kindly confirm the price of concerned model and if there is any discrepancy kindly take the appropriate action against the concerned dealership of Jind District .

                                    On 2020 November 26th, I went to the showroom and booked a Royal Enfield Himalayan (Granite black) and paid an advance amount of ₹10000. And was told that the bike will be delivered within January last or February first week. But it was not done so since the launching was late . Later the delivery was promised within March first week that was also not done. I had already complained about this and all i got was an apology and nothing related to when the motorcycle would be delivered . I recieved a call from showroom asking whether I would like to update my colour preference so I opted for the cheaper Rock red color I was only informed about the price change and nothing more . On 11th March I was informed that the delivery will be done within April first week or so . Now on April 5th, I called up the showroom again and was informed that it'll take some more weeks.                                       Hello Royal Enfield team,

                                      I bought a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350x at Madurai (Tamilnadu, India) Showroom on August 2019. I bought this bike with passion and interest. I felt the vibration but thought due to the heavy motor of the 350cc bike the vibration would occur and I checked with the guys in the showroom, and they said the same. Recently I saw your new version of the Meteor 350 model with no vibration and this is the Thunderbird 350x upgrade version.(Specifically released for vibration fix)

                                      You fixed the problem in the new model and what about existing customers like us. Do we need to continue to use our bike with the vibration problem. We spent almost 2 Lakhs for a bike and still riding a bike with this problem.

                                      I am waiting for your response on the problem what we are facing (Vibration) in the Thunderbird 350x model. I need a solution.
