Delivery of Himalayan waiting for ~5 months

On 2020 November 26th, I went to the showroom and booked a Royal Enfield Himalayan (Granite black) and paid an advance amount of ₹10000. And was told that the bike will be delivered within January last or February first week. But it was not done so since the launching was late . Vehicle not delivery on time

Dear royal Enfield,

I am Jeevan from Tumkur Karnataka.

I booked vehicle Bullet ES on[protected] and they said you will get vehicle on[protected].Now they said you have to wait 2 more months to get you vehicle.How can I wait still two more months to get vehicle.

Classic 350 orange ember

I took delivery of CLASSIC 350 orange ember on FEBRUARY 18 /2021 through CVS MOTORS Kammanahalli, Bengaluru.Karnataka.

Bike unrepaired after 1.5 months

Fuel pump hairline crack

Royal enfield classic 500 fuel pump got damaged 3 times during 2 years. It is really bad . The quality of the pump is very very low. Service center is not supporting the customer regarding the same. Kindly do something to solve this issue..8000 ×3 times= total of 24000 + mechanic charges per 2years..It is really unbearable....

I got my RE METEOR 350 serviced today on 27 march 2021 from your vatakara service center.
I am really sorry to say that the customer service is very bad. I am sharing the customer lounge cleaning checklist inside the lounge, from there you can understand how they are treating a customer. Frame crack found, near side stand

Dear Sir, my classic 350 cc is around 7 years old year ago I found mild crack near side stand and got weld thinking of to replace entire frame but when I have checked the price it was 10000 plus tax.
