Hi, I have Recieved a Defective Rear Pirelli Phantom Sports Comp 130/70 R18 63H, Stock from Royal Enfield on my Interceptor 650, The Bike is ridden for 2500kms from Time of Delivery in November 2020, I have Had 2 times Puncture of the same Rear tyre now in a span of 4 months, The Rear Tyres Internally has 3 cuts with the body ply and carcass Exposed at 3 different sides Internally, with the external surface of the tyre stock, no punctures externally, i have faced puncture caused to the Ceat tube inside as well at same Marker points of cuts, This has been Addressed by the Royal Enfield ( Motor India Service Center ) at kolhapur and processed under warranty of the Tyre with all The Pictures and Write up about same to Pirelli Tyres, India and to Local Pirelli Dealer in Kolhapur city by Service Manager Mr.Rohit More, The Tyre has been submitted to Kisaan Tyre ( Pirelli Dealer ) for Further Inspection about same in the month of February, its been 2 months and more i am awaiting a Reply from The Pirelli, India about the claim under Warranty . The Bike is 5 month Old now, under which this tyre is caused me immense trouble on my rides, I am writing this To avail a claim of my tyre ! Kindly Help !

    Respected Sir/Madam
    It's is very disappointing that the motorcycle( Royal Enfield meteor 350 stellar black) which was booked on January 2021 is not yet delivered to us. Its been more than 3 MONTHS and yet you have not given a clear explanation about the delay. At the time of booking the waiting period told to us was 45 days but still the bike is not delivered.
    It is very annoying and this is not something I thought of the customer service of the Royal Enfield.

    Pls look into the issue and do the needful .

      I think he is the worst manager I have ever seen... Lazyness about the customer registration documents of Royal Enfield bike.. I have purchased the bike before 6 months(29 oct 2020) but that stupid manager not at all given the registration papers to me up to now.. and no registration number also... Plz take the seviar action about that stupid manager..

        Today I visit Service center Bhagalpur. ( Bihar ) for my paid service of classic 350 . But during the bill process they took my mobile for message confirmation and without my permission they used my mobile for fill feedback form when I asked for this .. they try to argue with me and show bad behaviour ..I am not feel mantally good after this. So please do something for it ...

          Hi i have Royal enfield Bullet 350, and i had chain loosed in my bike and i visited nearby service centre Bharat Motorcycle. For a single chain tightening process they asking ₹100 rupees. In this case the hold point is they charging full vehicle water wash, lubrication and sanitation just ₹ 200 here i don’t know what is logic kindly do the needful

            I, SUSHANTA DHALI, Mobile no [protected] have purchased Bullet 350 ES EFI on date 18.06.2020, chassis no ME3U3S5F1LC640380 & Engine No U3S5F1LC257055.After 3 month of running oil is leaking from cylinder head gasket. Repeatedly i told to service centre Bishnu oil company, kolkata-700058 to repair but they excused that gasket is not available.
            so, i request you to take necessary action to rectify the above as soon as possible.

              Dear sir,

              I have purchase new bullet classic 350 EFI bike on Jan 2021 at (Ramanathapuram) Coimbatore .Vehicle manufacturing year 2021.But Vehicle insurance wrongly updated in manufacturing year 2020. I give the changes request on February 2021.
              But till now not changed in insurance policy and no response to dealer side. I had many time try to call with Showroom Manager Mr.Selvakumar ([protected]) but he not attend the call.
              In between the time because vehicle met with an accident . Then How to claim?.

                Hi,
                I am KAKARA CHANDRA SEKHAR, ex-service man from Navy. He had booked the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 on 27/02/2021. Booking no. BKG100030CD02125 at Erragadda Hyderabad. There is no response from the showroom even after repeated calls. Advance of Rs.10, 000 was paid. I am not sure it will take so long. I feel as I am Ex-Serviceman and there are certain discounts available, so it is delayed.

                  Left mirror dangling it doesn't stay at on spot.The mechanic at the service center told it was due to he said "it's new that's why this happens" . Also the low fuel light blinks only when brake is applied or clutch is pressed and it's blink and then stops blinking

                    My bike (bullet standard ) was break down for last 2 days. The bike is 5 months old.
                    Day 1 : Called RSA . According to him the problem will be solved in workshop only by online tuning. Called workshop. According to them RSA technician does not know anything it can be solved by him.
                    Day 2 :Called RSA again & got the same reply. Called workshop again. He told to wait 2 days more to get service. After explaining my urgency he told that he will arrange to service and will inform in evening. Till then he stopped to receive my call . Now what can I do ?

                          Dear team

                          Myself Mahesh U G i am having 2018 classic 350cc

                          From yesterday i found fuel leakage behind air filter assy

                          Before 2 years back same issue found on that time through warranty fuel tank replace done

                          Again I am facing the same issue but this time I need to pay for fuel tank or not? plz confirm

                          Their is no physical damage on fuel tank or any related parts but if I put 11.5 liters of fuel on that time no leakage but after travelling for 350 kms leakage started

                          So plz clarify if I need to pay the money for fuel tank or not because this is purely manufacturer’s problem and I check in manual book about the fuel leakage problem Not mentioned

                          So if you do not replace the part under warranty means please provide a letter about that we are not able to replace the part under warranty like that

                          I need that letter to take forward

                          Request to do needful

                                I bought classic 350 bs6 model 7months ago. Am facing tappet sound in engine and while riding vehicle gets turned off.
                                Now they are saying one of the parts in engine need to be replaced so that will not get these two issues in future.
                                My concern is to refund or replace with a new bike. But they are not rewdy for that instead they saying only parts can be replaced it seems

                                  Respected sir/madam
                                  My name is Muhammed Wafi and I am writing this email to express my disappointment with your product. I got my Himalayan on 19th March and covered 1250 KM. My bike is faulty and I am highly disappointed. Since the first day itself, the bike was turning off in lover rpms and in middle of heavy traffic. I didn’t gave it much concern as it is a new bike and will get heated. But after my first service, the issue became worse than my expectations. The bike suddenly turned off in middle of a traffic and didn’t turned on. Just making crank noise but no life. I called breakdown assistance from showroom and the made it start. From that day onwards I am forced to visit the service Center twice or thrice a week. Now after a two full day work the bike was working fine but, yesterday onwards the problem started again. Today my life was saved with a split second decision as I was in 4th gear riding around 70kmph and bike turned off which made the rear tyre to lock up. My bike suddenly went side wise and thanks to god I was able to control it and brought to a stop after that it refused start. Tried to get it started couple of time and finally it started. I came home immediately and wrote this email. I am telling you once again. It’s a faulty bike it’s a faulty bike. It will kill me. I need a complete reply with solution. I am demanding a brand new Himalayan instead of this faulty one. This bike can’t even take a 40km stretch at once. This is a faulty bike and I payed my entire saving around ₹2.70 lakhs for this thing. I want a new compliant free Himalayan granite black or a Royal Enfield engineer to look into the case. I can’t bear this anymore.

                                  You're right Mr.Muhammed Wafi. I have been in the same position, and also have fell (luckily unhurt) but the technicians at the service center have no proper knowledge in solving it. Not only that the performance is so bad compared to other Himalayans of my friends. They simply claim the bike's working fine. And I'm facing it since more than an year for now.

                                    In that tank pad colour sticking yo my clothes each time.

                                    But they are not considering this issue as big one.

                                      My rear disc got locked on the second day of getting the bike delivery from the showroom, they sent us to service center they some how fixed the problem but though the rare wheel was not moving freely like the other bikes we again showed them but they said we have just worked on it so it will get free after some time you can use it. Now after riding only 3000 km service center is saying me to change the disc pad.. Is this my fault if your disc pad got locked on the second day of getting new bike ??

                                        Dear Team, my name is Ravi Ranjan. I have RE Himalyan August 2020, bs6. I have written many times regarding engine stalling. Bike many time went in service centre, but still the problem persist. On my last service, a mechanic of re increases RPM through a screw rotation, which was under the tank. RPM increased, but the problem not ended. I asked them that in Bs6 model there is issue, which can be rectify after increasing Electrical current, but they did not noticed. Now my bike is having noise in back side in any where while riding, perhaps in Suspension bush or Shocabsorber. I requesr a service book by an engineer of RE company, not dealer. Also there are some changes taken place in RE Himalyan 2021 model engine, which I would lime that same will be, which amount I pay.

                                        Hi Ravi, I’m facing the same issue with my BS6 2021 Himalayan. It stalls in middle of the road and won’t even start again. Today it nearly killed me when the bike stalled when I was riding it in 70kmph which made the rear tyre to lock.
                                        The problem is not resolved when I visited showroom.

                                        I too about to go inside a oil Tanker just 1 km ahed from my house. I was coming down the bridge and bike was in light clutch, as soon as I releave clutch, bike engine was shutdown and a light scate done but by vertue of God, I was saved. I mailed over it and informed to dealer too. But no body taken care. Again at a light rough breaker but falled due to suddenly killing engine and right side indicato and its grill too band, wind shield scratched, and leg guard was also banned. I too got heavy.
