I went to royal Enfield service center on Kukatpally ramalayam road I told to that person his name was sai he said yes he gave me bike after 9 days and they changed lock set but I not that same lock next day I went to show room again I tell him back wheel getting sound he said not a problem use chain spray I used but sound was getting they changed the lock set for 10 time and they ans was no lock set they taken 12000 but no service done I want severe action on this I want my neat thats y I kept 12k on bike but they break the trust

    I am complainning about my royal enfield parts which is on claim .i drop my bike on 5th feb to royal ennfield service centre for claiming.and now 2 months complete but my parts are not coming form company whats is the issue? pls give me my parts early

      Dear royal Enfield,

      I am Jeevan from Tumkur Karnataka.

      I booked vehicle Bullet ES on[protected] and they said you will get vehicle on[protected].Now they said you have to wait 2 more months to get you vehicle.How can I wait still two more months to get vehicle.

      Where is the customer satisfaction you are maintain.

        I took delivery of CLASSIC 350 orange ember on FEBRUARY 18 /2021 through CVS MOTORS Kammanahalli, Bengaluru.Karnataka.
        The bike came with so many issues like gear shifting, loose chain, noise from rear wheel so an.
        When contacted the show room they told me that it would be attended during first service.
        After first service also problem persist & i raise the complaint regarding the same, then they recall the bike.
        Now they are telling that there is serious issue with the rear wheel hub & i will have to wait for 2 or 3 weeks to get the bike in good condition.

        Royal Enfield is not the same as before, quality is deteriorated & they are using sub standard parts.
        I am very much disappointed with RE.

          I brought my bike to the Royal Enfield showroom with Sangam Autos Sahibabad Ghaziabad on 18th February night after the accident. After that insurance survey got completed in the first week of March and got approval as well after that the spare parts also arrived at the service center from Chennai (as per staff in the service center). After that, one month has been passed but there is no sign of delivery of my bike. Every time when I call or approach the service center they come up with a new Excuse. I would like to mention the names of the people with whom I have been interacting.

          These two guys are very unprofessional and irresponsible and are of no use. They have only excuses. They are just sitting on their work doing nothing

          I want strict action to be taken against the service center as well as the responsible employees.

              Royal enfield classic 500 fuel pump got damaged 3 times during 2 years. It is really bad . The quality of the pump is very very low. Service center is not supporting the customer regarding the same. Kindly do something to solve this issue..8000 ×3 times= total of 24000 + mechanic charges per 2years..It is really unbearable.

                  Sir, I have booked RE Himalayan bike on 2nd October, and its been 6months, still i don't hear a single word from the dealer about the delivery of bike. I've communicated the same with RE customer support for many times but no use. At the time of booking the dealer told me that, you'll get your bike in 45 days. After that whenever I call the dealer about my bike delivery, he started saying that winthin a week your bike will be delivered. After completion three months with the same reasons, then he stopped responding to my phone calls.
                  Now it's been 6months and I'm so much tired of waiting for a bike that too in 2021. I feel such a shame. Whenever the dealer answers my phone call, he tells me that your bike will be delivered within next week for sure. This is happening for the past 3 months.
                  The dealer was wrong whole time about it's delivery. I think it's true that RE also will get delivery in 9months, i don't know that..!!! Should I wait for three more months.
                  So Painful.

                    Dear RE,

                    I got my RE METEOR 350 serviced today on 27 march 2021 from your vatakara service center.
                    I am really sorry to say that the customer service is very bad. I am sharing the customer lounge cleaning checklist inside the lounge, from there you can understand how they are treating a customer. Even in this pandemic situation lounge is not cleaned for last 5days and the funny part is nobody is bothered. Customers lounge is actually chill out area of their labourers
                    My service attender was not even shown his face at any time to me. Final briefing of work carried out also was not done. I was totally irritated with their attitude and i left the place without even washing my bike after service

                    I serviced my RE classic 350 in BULLMENN MOTORS near iyer hospital coimbatore on 02/04/2021 there is a noice from front side they said need to dismantle fork and need to service and i approved for it.After service done with in 300kms the noice again it's coming while braking time.very bad experience of RE service with in 5k kms.

                      Dear Sir, my classic 350 cc is around 7 years old year ago I found mild crack near side stand and got weld thinking of to replace entire frame but when I have checked the price it was 10000 plus tax. I thought if I go for new one same way it might go for crack after year. I am thinking to rise petition against the company buy this real nature. Kindly suggest what I do.

                        Bike not delivered - classic 350

                        Dear team,

                        I booked classic 350, sand colour in Rudraa motors Anna Nagar, chennai on 15/03/2021. Sales executive MR. Tharun committed me bike will be delivered within 3 working days. But after booking he was not attending my calls properly, no follow up. I need my bike delivery on 26/03/2021. Kindly do the needful....

                          Dear RE,

                          I got my RE thunderbird 350 serviced on 1st march 2021 from your dausa service center.

                          On 19th march i was travelling and in middle of nowhere my rear disc got stuck. So, i checked my brake oil and shocked to see that it was empty.                           I'm complaining about the bad behaviour of RE staff Sunita who sits on counter at RE showroom sector 10 Noida 201301. We booked a motorcycle "Bullet Classic 350 chestnut" for my sister marriage and we told them we will take the delivery on April near about navratri but they continue call my brother in law to take the delivery as the bike has arrived or else they will cancel the booking. My brother in law told me about this so I called the showroom about this and they said they will not call again on that number but they did not stop and call continous basis.
                          My father was irritated so he decided to take the delivery before the delivery date as they were calling continous to my brother in law so we went to the showroom to take the delivery but they said we delivered the bike to someone else and we do not have the bike at this time. My father whom age is 60 is a high blood pressure patient so he insisted to take the delivery now but RE staff was misbehaving with him I asked them is this kind of customer service you provide, You don't know how to treat a customer. A customer is a god for seller and you are treating us like this. You could easily say sorry to us and nothing would happen. But she only know how to misbehave 😑.

                          I request royal enfield to take strict action on this, or else I'll post on twitter about this😑

                          12.12.23 myself visited Royal Enfield own outlet Adyar Chennai showroom for booking bullet 350cc, approach one of the salesman for estimation he given the budget and i requested for discount he said not possible you to meet Showroom manager, the manager came and shout me and raise the voice very high I felt very uncomfortable and feel insult due to other customers watching me, if you want to verify this please see the showroom CCTV footage(time 6pm to 6.30pm) how he spoken to me this the way Royal Enfield trained your own staff?. I am very unhappy and insult shall I get justice for this expecting your response

                            My name is Rajiv Kumar living in Delhi, purchase my RE classic 350cc from Ess Aar Motors (kotla) on 14th Jan 21 but after my first service I am facing noise problem from bs6 fuel tank motor.
                            I already complaint lots of time but that are only wastage of my time.
                            Atlest 3 times I went to the service center for resolving my problem but every time I was unhappy because service center guyz play with their technical knowledge but never resolve my problem.
                            Please RE team, sort out my problem because I am too much disappointed with your unsatisfactory solution.
                            I invest my money on this machine to ride & enjoy but really get disappointed whenver went to service center with the same problem.
                            Please guyz sort out my problem.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have a bullet 350cc. purchased on 20/03/2020. i get insurance of the vehicle third party for the 3 years, and 1st party for the 1 year. but in the mparivahan is update the insurance valid till 15/03/2021. however i have insurance for 3 years. 2nd thing again i was renew my 1st party insurance on 19/02/2021. Discussed about the issue to ms Ravina. she said me that it will be updated within one week. but still not updated. As per mparivana my vehicle insurance is expired. However i have 3rd party insurance till 2023 and 1st party till 19/02/2022. i want to know that who the responsible if my vehicle got challan. Many time i called to ravina. but till date issue did not get resolve. Request to the responsible team kindly look into the matter and resolve it soon also.

                                Hi Sir, my name is Anurag Sethi.I booked meteor supernova on december 12th from lamba enterprises kirti nagar.They told me tota l ontoad price I would have to pay is rs 2, 22000 including 0debt and leg guard, and also assured me that if I customize the bike it would be delivered in 30 to 35 days whereas normal waiting period is 2 months.Then in January mid month I get a call that there is a delay in production from the company and that it would now be delivered in march end.Today when I went to pick up the delivery, they charged me around 5000 extra stating that current price has increased.So I had to pay rs 5000 for the delay I suffered.Kindly request you to look in to the matter.Thanks.
