I have booked Stealth Black bike on 08 Feb 2021 from Royal Enfield Company.

I have deposited PO, Insurance fees and RTO fees on 25 Feb 2021 with Aadhar Card, PAN card, Light Bill etc.

They promised to me bike will be delivered upto 01 week.

But has not been received any reply and bike till date.

This is for your information and further necessary action please.

      Sir,
      I am complaining here regarding the delivery of meteor 350.I have booked the bike on 14 th november 2020 and tentative date for deliverg is Jan 13, 2021 and everytime at call at the agency they gave me time for another week and this is still going . Its around now 4 months and still they dont tell how much it is going to take for the delivery or about the exact date.i habe shared the booking id in the photo also.kindly look into the matter.

        This is mohd Afaq bike registration number DL3SEN2230 my bike battery not working properly self start is a big problem for me I have chacked my battery amaron service center they advise me that head light turn off .why I head light turn off
        I use last year I never head light turn off I want to change my battery
        I have to start with kick

          I have purchased a classic 350 bike vide invoice no INV009271CD00280 dt 17/02/2021. from Universal traders, Chinsurah, Hooghly, West Bengal, 712102.The chasis no. ME3U3S5F2MB107932, Engine no.U3S5F1MB726593, Model=VCDZ60SB, CRM No=[protected].
          After seven days at the time of washing the bike i found a marked faded colour area on the bike. I informed the dealer and shown that area. But they informed me that at time of first servicing if the faded area will increase it will be changed.
          But sir how can it possible that the dealer handed over a disputed bike to a new customer.Sir, why should I bought a new precious and renouned bike which is disputed. Sir it also became a prestigious matter to my family.
          Sir I think that you kindly take necessary action and replace the bike as early as possible.

            Hi Team,

            For past 2-3 Months I have been struggling with my bike due to the faulty battery . Two times I have used road side assistance and toed the bike as well for servicing. Everytime they will start the bike somehow and say that the bike is fine and after 10 days again the bike stops in the middle of nowhere. I don't think so, this is a good sign for royal Enfield.

            I have asked so many times to replace the battery as it's in the warranty only but everyone is giving absurd reasons. If a bike has stopped 2-3 times in between the road don't you think it's time the accept the issue and make changes.

            I need immediate assistance on this matter and get the battery replaced ASAP. My bike is already with you in the service center.

            The guy Mahadev is calling us trying to cover Royal Enfield fault. Saying that your battery can't be changed once the guarantee is finish and I pay then only they will determine and acknowledge there fault and change battery.

            Also, all petrol in my vehicle is empty I gave it with 2 ltrs and now they are saying that without petrol nothing can be done.

            I have proofs and receipt for everything along with call recordings with the service center people.

            Please contact me asap unless I will be forced to take big action.

              There is some extra issue related to front suspension occurred after service that’s why I am feeling so uncomfortable during off rode ride. Above 10kmps it’s feeling so uncomfortable.

                I had dropped my royal enfield bike at Luha automative calicut for changing the chasis of my vehicle damged due to an accident. I had submitted all the clearence papers from rto and insurance. Then also they are nit dealing with it seriously as it is an insurance claim. I heard from an employee accidently that they had used the chasis ordered for me for other bike of the relative of employee at aluha automative which was dropped after 1 month I had dropped mine. Such a ### dealer. Really disappointed with dealers of royal enfiled.

                    Hi team,

                    I have purchased Royal enfield classic 350 BS VI on 19th of November. And since last 3 months I am facing issue in my bike as it stops in first and second gear automatically in traffic. I have faced serious issues on road regarding this. I explained the problem to service center guys but it remain unresolved after 3 services.

                    The service center guys informed this is due to petrol level which is not the case as I am facing the same issue even if the level of petrol is below the bar mentioned by them. Moreover I know people who have purchased this bike and are not facing any such issues.

                    After spending a huge amount of 214000 on this bike if these issues cannot be resolved I don't think it is worth it. Kindly resolve my query as soon as possible.

                      I have punched a bike with bike accessories from manzil motors Gurgaon sec 16, so they said me that I have 2 years of warranty on accessories after 1 year the leg guard was broken because of covid 19 i did’t call to store after that I called so they said that the leg guard out of stock and ask to call after 10 to 15 days after that I call him after 12 day so hi want again 10-15 days now after 2.5 months they don’t replace my leg guard they are lying to me every time. Please help me for that...

                        Actually i had given my desert storm for servicing. I asked the them to send the scope of work n charges. After a few days i got a message from them that your bike is ready to dispatch. And amount you have to pay is Rs 41, 132. But when i am visiting the service center they told me to pay Rs 89, 000. But after negotiation they reduce the price to Rs 73, 132. But i feel they cheated me . And i want to file my complain against them in consumer court.

I'm facing pickup problem in my bike so I gave my bike to Velan service center to rectify the problem on 09/02/2021 but till date. I didn't receive my bike.they told me that they didn't receive a fuel injector from company.My question is how much time to manufacture and delivery that product to service center from the demand date.. Already 19 days gone...if a authorised service centre take this much time then...

                            Dear Sir/Madam, my name is Suriya from Ponneri, Tirupattur district. I own Classic 350 gun metal (TN83 D 1068) Here I am writing this mail to explain you about a bad experience which I’m continually facing in your service station which is located in Tirupattur (AVS Royal Enfield). I’m really unhappy with their response and service, I would like to let you know that what made me feel so worried. please read below mentioned incidents which I have experienced in your district showroom.

                            Incident 01:
                            I bought my classic 350 in August 27th 2020 from AVS Royal Enfield showroom, I faced issue with my Bullet’s bumper so I have returned it for warranty replacement in the month of November. After a Long long battle with the showroom people I received my replacement bumper yesterday. (Last week bike met with an accident and fuel tank got damaged) if bumper is given before ..!!!?

                            Incident 02:

                            One week ago (12th FEB) my classic 350 met with an accident and I have taken my vehicle to your Royal Enfield showroom which is located in Vaniyambadi. The respective staffs in Vaniyambadi showroom are asked me to contact Tirupattur showroom for Insurance claiming, next day I visited Tirupattur showroom and successfully applied for the claim. And then the service guy asked me to bring the two wheeler to their service centre for further move, so done the same. 23rd evening I visited showroom for get back my bullet but they said that billing counter has closed ( 6PM) so I visited next day (24th FEB) at 11 PM after long long longggg wait I got the bike at 2.30PM, here the real drama begins when I’m trying to pay my bill 21 thousand and 590 rupees through my debit card they have asked me to pay extra 2.5 percent so I went out to withdraw money from ATM but there is no money in ATMs around Tirupattur bus station so I returned back to the showroom and agreed to pay 2.5 percent extra, but still they have suggested me to withdraw cash, and they pointed particular atm to withdraw money and I too did the same..!! Here I have few questions, firstly why Royal Enfield showroom didn’t accept online payment..?
                            Second why are you collecting 2.5 percent for debit card ( not a credit card).? Collecting additional service charges for debit card swiping is illegal according to the RBI.
                            Even after saying okay to pay the extra service charge why they’re suggesting us to withdraw money..??

                            Incident 03.
                            After so many troubles I got my bike back. While I’m riding back to home, I realised some cables (above engine) are not connected with the plugs and it has started to dance with the bike shakes (image attached) And I found some other problems too
                            Unable to hand lock, and the bike indicators front and back fail to function. In this mail I attached the image and video for your reference.

                            Incident 04:
                            Yesterday evening itself I contacted the Tirupattur showroom respective staffs, and informed about the issue. They regret and asked me to visit nearest showroom which is located in Vaniyambadi and finally this morning I visited the showroom in Vaniyambadi until 1 o’clock there is no mechanic so I left my bike in showroom and came back to home. Till now there is no update on my bike. I’m highly disappointed, dissatisfied, irritated, disgusted with the service. Will you please fix these troubles..? Actually I planned to suggest meteor 350 to my friend but with these bad experiences hereafter I won’t really refer anyone. Thank you.

                              My name is Sherin John. I bought Himayalan BS6 Sleet Grey in January 7, 2021 from Tags Bikes, Kuriachira, Thrissur, Kerala and registered in KL08BW2236 under Thrissur RTO. From Day 1 onwards this vehicle started to make complaints. In first week itself, this vehicle became breakdown. It was not self starting. I took on road assistance along with this vehicle. So i called them for assistance. But nobody shown up and myself towed my vehicle to showroom. They did some repairs and gave back the vehicle. After that while applying rear break, a kind of scratching noise started to come. I contacted showroom and gave my vehicle for repair. After one day, they gave me the vehicle. They told me it is because of the dust in the brake system. But after one or two days this annoying noise again started to come while i apply rear brake. I gave this vehicle for servicing for this same issue for like 3 or 4 times. Still they're not able to rectify this issue.

                              I'm really fed up with this vehicle. I bought this vehicle with my hard earned money. I paid around Rs. 2.5 lakhs and you guys giving me these kind of ### vehicle. I already contacted my friend who is one of the advocates in Kerala high court. We are planned to move legally. I'm really fed up with this vehicle. I bought this vehicle with so much expectations. You guys really ruined it by giving me these kind of worse experience. I don't want this vehicle anymore. I'm planning to make a stage and put this vehicle infront of that showroom and planned to show other peoples what kind of motorcycles you're selling. I already contacted two youtubers to make other peoples aware of this issue through social media and i will share all the call recordings and service bills about this issue in social media.

                              Within 1.5 months of time, i visited your showroom like 7 or 8 times to resolve this issue. The vehicle you gave me is a defective one. From starting onwards it was showing those defects. I don't want this defective piece. I want you guys to replace this vehicle with a new good vehicle.

                                Am using gunmetal grey 2019 model BSIV engine. First i loved to ride with my bullet. It's amazing. Driven km 20500 till date . At 13000 km my bike silencer got rusted inside (mufler got rusted). If we raise rpm they came out like a powdered form. I complaint in royal Enfield support mail. They said me to visit nearest service center to claim waranty. i did what they said. They took complete vehicle photo with frame number. after one week i make a call to that service center, they replied as this damage not comes under warranty. I don't know why they said like this. Actually there is no damage in outside. But internally happened means that is product defects right. I completely disgusting to use royal Enfield bikes now.

                                  I have booked Royal Enfield classic 350 Gunmetal grey from Gurgaon
                                  in nov 2020 with token amount of Rs 10000 in name of Mr.Sadi
                                  Ram .
                                  I wanted to purchase the bike through CSD so we deposited Rs 147405 in 02/2021 in the mean time prices got hiked for the bike so we again deposited balance amount of Rs 1600 on 25/01/2021 dealer told that one LS order is generated then it wont need to deposit the increase price and LS was deposited to dealer on 13/02/2021, So today when I Called for delivery they told that prices are increased and you have to deposit the increase price this is totally unacceptable, as it was promised that once Ls order is generated then increase in prices wont affect you .

                                      From the first day itself i received defect piece crom Royal Enfield.
                                      I had purchased the royal enfield from you and now the mudguard paint is removing in large aspect.
                                      But kathua agency(owner) always tel this is not covered in warranty. I had already replaced the mudguard, i think they had replaced with the old defected one and painted with black pen and provide me and said this is the new mudguard.
                                      I am attaching the pics of the mudguard. Please do the needful. As after sometime it wil remove completely then what i will do sir.
                                      I am very upset with the service provided with your company. Please replace my mudguard.
