Dear Sir,

As per the above mentioned subject I Shaikh Hussain Mohammed Yousuf have purchased Royal Enfield fom Nandi Motors Purna Road Nanded Maharashtra Model No. Classic 350 BS6 Air bone blue regitration No. [protected], Contact No. [protected], on 11th January 2021 by cash. While traveling from Nanded Hingoli Highway yesterday night my bike was punctured at 10:15pm, at that time my family was with me, at first I've called you customer care executives, he had taken 2 hours my crucial time to register my complaint.
During this time I've walked 10 Km long with my family and I've not get the service which have demanded on time, No company person or technician had entertained my call or given priority to this, while purchasing bike he have collected extra charges from me to provide cashless services on time, I am not satisfied with this service an will go to consumer court.
I am sending this mail to improve your service performance due to this next time no customer will suffer.

    This is regarding an delayed delivery ofHimalayan booked 11 Nov 2020

    Booking reference number: BKG006182CD00476
    Dealer : Bullmen motors, Trichy road, Coimbatore

    Tentative delivery date is confirmed as 10 Jan 2021. I contacted many times the dealer about the status for which there is absolutely no clear response. Every time I get fake promises . When I followed up on Dec I have been updated that bike will be delivered within end of Dec’20. When I followed up on Jan 2021, Latest I got the update that 2021 model will be delivered with an hike in price. Completely false information as we all know 2021 model is not even launched.

    Need immediate action to resolve this grievance. As a company Royal Enfield must take immediate action to secure its customer loyalty

      I bring to your kind attention that I purchased a bike i.e. Royal Engield Standard 350 EFI from Manzil Motors Gurugram on 06.06.2020.

      It was only 4-5 days before I bought the bike, unbearable sound started coming from the handle of the bike. To fix this, I went to my nearest Royal Infield showroom and explained my problem. He simply checked the bike and said, "Take you away, the sound will stop." But the voice kept coming as it used to come and I went to the showroom continuously to fix it, but my problem did not get fixed. The manager of the garage said that Sir, you take it from where you bought the bike. Sir, I did not buy the bike so that I would stand at the showroom / garage with the bike everyday. I am a government employee and I decided to buy it considering my daily requirement. But I have to complain with great sadness that the service of Royal Infield is so bad and instead of removing the problem of the customer, he is rescued he is misled.
      Meanwhile, another malfunction occurred in the bike. The bike started to stop a short distance away.
      To take my problem again I went to my nearest showroom Jhajjar. His attitude remains intact. Sir, the machine is damaged. He checked the normal and said, "Sir, take it, now the bike will not be off." But my problem was not solved, the bike would stop continuously anywhere. I had no choice but to be a desperator.
      Sir, I ride about 125 km bike every day and out of this, the path of about 30 km is deserted and when returning home I get up at night. Returning from office it becomes night time everyday. Apart from traveling on this path, I have no other option on this route, late night robbery happens on this route. Sir, God forbid if my bike stops on this road and there is an accident with me, then who will take responsibility for it.
      Sir, I did not take the bike for the purpose that I spoil the image of a brand like Royal Enfield. But if there is a problem then there is a solution too. But your staff is not cooperative. Your staff is responsible for spoiling the image of a brand like Royal Infield. Sir, this was my problem. Now I took my problem and went to Manzil Motors, Gurugram from where I had bought the bike and as told by the Manager of Jhajjar Royal Enfield showroom. There I also prayed to the receptionist that Sir, I have come from about 60 kilometers away and my problem is serious, please check properly and repair the bike properly and say that it is very difficult for me to come to the showroom again and again. He also checked the bike and said that sir, your bike is OK, you can take the bike. I went with a bike. But on the same day the bike stopped again on the way. I got desperate again as to why my problem was being taken so simple. Is Royal Infield such a cheap brand that it does not even have good mechanics to solve a small problem. The bike started after trying to start the bike for about 10-15 minutes. And I went home. Well somehow i get home. I had to go to office next day. Looking at the everyday bike problems, I was sure that the bike would stop again and the same happened. The next day the bike stopped in the middle way not once, not twice, but the entire 07 times. That day I reached home with great difficulty.
      The next day I called the Gurugram showroom. He asked me to come to the showroom. I am helpless, there was no option for me to go there. In the hope of resolve my problem, I left for Gurugram again. My problem was written again and the same thing was repeated. The bike was checked again and after 2-3 hours the bike was handed over to me and it was said that sir, your bike has been fixed. That day I came home with the bike with great hope. That day, without stopping, the bike reached home. The next day I had to go to Jhajjar for some work. Sadly, the bike stopped again in the market. And it was too much that day. The bike started after about half an hour of tireless effort. Meanwhile, I called Gurugram showroom and lodged my complaint. He again replied in a very simple tone that Sir brought yours bike in the garage. We will check again. Now sir, can you tell me that I have only one thing to take the bike to the showroom of Gurugram and Jhajjar.
      Sir, you are advised to appoint educated staff and experienced Mechanics at your showroom and garage so that you can save the honor of the brand and you. With folded hands, I request that you please instruct all your staff, mechanics to treat their customers well and solve their problem, instead of misleading / harassing them and never do that so that the customer gets frustrated. So that the customer trust on the worldwide brand like Royal Infield.
      Sir, my problem remains as it is. I again and again requested with folded hands please guide me and tell me where I need to go so that my problem can be settle. I will be highly oblige.

          I booked my bike with lamba automobile tilak nagar on name of yatin chandila on 28december 2020 during this from date of booking their staff member rajeev and suchita insist me to buy bike on cash price not with csd canteen facility it was matter of shame for defence person to force for not availing facility of csd canteen. After that taking time for giving certificate for avalablity and not giving response of any query and said we are no 1 for selling bikes we have no problem if you cancel your booking they feel poud against talking with customers I really afraid for royal Enfield company you pls focus on customer dealing and staff to interact customer not rudely and really staff of lamba bike showroom act as all are owner and no one attend properly customer pls be take care of them

            I bought RECLASSIC 350 BS 6 CHESTNUT on 7.9.20. Here I would like to inform you that my vehicle rear wheel chain sprocket broken while cleaning I noticed that, in this regard I called RE support team toll free number to assist for claiming warranty (replacement of rear wheel sprocket) i unable to get enough information. I informed about this issue to service provider also. Hence I done 3 free service within the period, also chain sprocket lubricated every 500 km, vehicle rided approximately 9500 km till now maintained properly, help me to get the issues solved. Thanks

              While purchasing bullet bike from hyderabad VVC banjara hills showroom noticed that one letter in the logo was missing on the tank. The manager there promised to replace the tank in two days as we hav already paid amount without seeing bike.                     Hi Team,

                    Myself Ashiqu. As of now i am in a dream ride I want to cover all the states in india to experience all cultures of Our country. My ride was started be half of 100 youngsters to conduct a trial ride to estimate the expense and out come . I started before 2.5 months and I had covered 8 states as of now. I was enjoying my ride with my friend and my partner Royal Enfield classic 350. I was enjoying every moments with the bike .Before the ride did service in Kerala and one service in Andhra Pradesh in between the ride. Now we reached Delhi so we give the bike to the service center for some small issues like, front disk fluid was over, break pad changing and all. My bike was only serviced in Royal Enfield authorised centers. My friends in Delhi suggested so many unauthorised service center to do service . I rejected all because I need to give the best service for my partner in ride . So I take the responsibility behalf of my trust in Royal Enfield and I give it to the authorised service centre in saket Delhi . 1st day of my service I told the compliant and explained everything very clear. They told the estimation around 4500 I agree because I obviously trust in Royal Enfield. The next day I got call from Royal Enfield that if you want to fix the self start it will cost you 5000 something. I told please don't fix it we are no low budget . They said ok . The next day we end to the service center . We saw the bike it was good . We had discussion with the customer service executive. She lead us to the payment section . On paying bill I was not having money I give her my friends card . After pay bill I was shocked it was approximately 10000 rupees. We all got shocked. I don't know how the hell it got till 10000 . We call the service manager they was saying It was 4500 is bike part name and the 4700 something for labor charge . We had done 2 service from different 2 state no one charged us like this. We started talking to much then they started talking in a bad way . The store manger was talking nice but service manager was talking to there work like they can't do anything because job card is with us . I asked them for the job card they said you can see it but you have to give it back. I agreed. they added extra things without our permission . When they give it back they added the final estimation 15000 extra in it. We just shocked. Then they started angry with us . They said it was there and all. They said what proof you have and all .I said obviously we don't have because orginal and carbon copy is with you. They just started ignoring us. They finally said go and complaint . We started try to contact head office. It was almost 6 o clock. So we just came back with the worst experience.

                    I am on a ride for 2 years whole INDIA with the caption Incredible India Royal ride. As we got the worst experience . Now we are changed the plan to put board as Incredible India on a Worst bike. No one should experience this kind service. The pending 20 states we will ride with this . We can't accept that Royal Enfield just broke the trust for few buck's. Most of the riders were saying ride with some other bikes, We rejected it because of trust with Royal Enfield. We had took one year RSA too, now we are upset how will you respond to it. Is it the way how Royal Enfield treat us . We are in stranger in another city in another part of country with no sponser's .
                    We will share our experiences with everyone
                    and make sure no one should ever be the victim.

                        I have purchased recently Classic 350 with Tubeless tires and alloy wheels. Immediately with in few days observed rear tire is getting deflated. Visited Service center on 17/12/2020 and complained about the issue. They have confirmed that the tire has a manufacturing issue and will be replaced. Now it is more than 20 days the bike is still in service Centre and the service saying it will take some more days to replace the tire.

                        Kindly look in to the matter and expedite the tire replacement and delivery of the vehicle.

                          I have booked Royal Enfield Standard 350CC last October 31, 2020. As of today, 60 days done but still, I didn't receive my bike. While doing booking in the showroom they said like within 45 (Max 60 days) days we delivered the bike.

                          I checked with the showroom, but the response is like currently standard 350CC production is stoped. Coming Jan 2021 only it's going to resume again.

                          I want to know is really RE STD 350 production is stopped. Still, how much time will take to get my bike. Kindly help me with this.

                          7Days back sent a mail to [protected]@royalenfield.com. For that also no proper response/action for that. If I ask the showroom dealer they said still billing is not generated if you won't wait or cancel the booking. Booking amount (10000 INR) return will take 30 days.

                          I really feel bad like why done with the booking. Kindly help me with this issue and my bike delivers.

                              Hi, I have already paid iin full for the bike at Canacona Showroom and despite that there is no promise or information about when the bike is going to arrive. They are not able to give me any solid information and dodging my calls. Also they asked me earlier about some extra money for some model change, which was totally not agreed earlier. This is fraud.

                                I purchased a new Royal Enfield x350 es model. Within a month the bike is not starting then I contacted to service centre and they give me 1 or 2 week time but its 1 month now and they are not giving me any solution till now.
                                It’s not a good sign from Royal Enfield.

                                    Engine tapet noise is very high and alredy 3 time i said to service centre and they said that's complaint cleared and till now it is very high noice... My bike bs4 himalayan it is just 24 month old and only 20000 km run... Well maintained and correct serviced vehicle... But this is relly 😥😥😥

                                      Myself Hrishikesh Joshi. Owner of a RE CLASSIC 500 -2017 Feb Registration.
                                      Ardent RE fan as my father had one during my childhood, and he recommend me to buy one in 2017.
                                      I visited the Goregaon dealer Ishna wheels for a test ride and to book one. I drove the gt continental as well as the classic 350, as they were the only ones available. But after much discussion The sales executive and also one of the service heads mentioned there are some technical issues with Gt and Himalayan and recommend the classic 500. So during the detailed chat they mentioned features like, better pickup, built in fuel injection which is better than the carburetor system. Better in cold conditions, auto engine off in case of a fall and many such features.
                                      And hence I bought the Classic 500.
                                      On delivery I noticed the front guard had a big scratch, and so I refused to take the delivery and asked for a replacement. But they said, it was out of stock and promised to get it replaced as soon as it was available. Another blunder was that the rto registration took ages and during that period they gave me a false number plate to drive around. But I chose not to, otherwise I would have been responsible for any action taken against me if the cops would have caught me. Then around next month when i got my servicing done, I kept getting calls for some payment and registration issues. I was surprised as I had made full check payment on my bike. That's when I came to know that maybe ishna has some back office issues unresolved. And again with a disappointed tale, I had to ask RE and ishna to get it sorted.
                                      During the first month itself I has rusting issues, a wear and tear of some rubber parts. So again I had to go to confront on such disappointment. To which the service executives mentioned, RE using substandard parts in some places due to which their is wear and tear and rusting issues. Hearing this I was very disappointed on choosing to buy a RE in the first place. And I remember writing to RE regarding the same, but with No substantial reply. Only false promises that things will be taken into consideration and blah blah.
                                      Sometimes you let go of such things, because it's just some nuts bolts and some tubes or pipes and doesn't hurt your pocket. But after all you loose trust in a trusted brand. And that's what has eventually happened.
                                      I kept regular maintenance of my RE through the first year of free service and then with AMC with ishna wheels. During that period i noticed that the service executive are not at all interested in repair of any parts and straight away recommend change of parts. And on purpose force you to do extra work and hence get extra business out from customers. On one occasion I had also complained to the owner of ishna wheels to which he yelled at the staff and my work was done satisfactorily. But is it not company's policy to look after the legacy and not take undue advantage of customers in such way.
                                      Because of such careless attitude towards customers, I didn't continue with my AMC post feb 2019. Another reason being due to my marriage, I was busy with house renovation and other personal activities, so I had to use my car. So through march2019 - feb2020 my bike running was rarely 8-10 kms, on some days, as on most days I had the car. So I used to maintain by regular service from my local mechanic.
                                      During this lockdown since March end, my bike was isolated at my fathers residence and I was at my mahim residence. Due to which it had no running from March end to August. It was under cover, but my father only managed to oil/grease necessary parts and start it a few times every week or so. Only during September I managed to get my bike back to mahim. But I struggled as it was misfiring heavily and engine was stalling. Due to some personal tragedies at home, with my uncle passing due to covid, my wife being in hospital for the same reason. I couldn't take my classic 500 to RE service centre in Mahim. Only during December I got a chance to which I came to know that my fuel injection is spoilt and need to be replaced at a cost of 4-5000. Then there is engine cranking and that will cost some 16000/-. Plus some other some jobs which may cost 2k. Again this appears as a case of executives not wanting to repair and just get done with replacement jobs and make profits from customers pockets.
                                      Moreover I was disappointed to know that none of these expenses can be done under insurance.
                                      During this lockdown plenty have lost jobs, small business have suffered and most have survived on savings. Same is the case with me.
                                      How can one expect to shell such expensive repairs /replacement costs post covid lockdown and that to with no help from insurance. why the hell should one insure a vehicle then. With no excessive running, no abuse to the vehicle, regular service and yet the bike is giving such issues.
                                      This seems like a case of Incompetency and careless attitude of Indian workmen and management towards customer service, that's why they will only push to sell their products and disregard and overlook customers during post service.
                                      There is no shortage of talent, but the 'chalta hai, jaane de' attitude has always been the downfall.
                                      That's one big reason why indians abroad are doing far better than the counterparts here. And also their law system which take due care and diligence of any legal queries on such cases.
                                      I am repenting taking a RE on just sentimental value, wherein I had many better offers and choices. As many suggests and word of mouth spreads, the RE is not a worth buy. And if I don't get a satisfactory result to my issue, it seems selling off my RE is the only option.
                                      And I would not like to go and file a consumer complaint and take legal course unless provoked. So I request to pls take necessary action, in providing a relief in this situation.
