For the past about Four Months have been visiting Kay's Auto, Authorised dealer and service centre to get my Interceptor's left rear view mirror replaced due to some manufacturing defect . but they were not able procure it. On persuading today I was told that its a manufacturing defect but there is a minor scratch on back side of the mirror so could not replace it.
Its not that I cannot replace the mirror but the attitude of the company staff and the quality of accessories being used on such a fantastic bike.

    I have purchased thunderbird 350x on 24th January 2019. My bike had completed around 16500 kms. My bike is serviced regularly in authorised Royal enfield service center. My last service is done on 31st October 2020. At 20/11/2020 fuel started to leak badly from bottom of the bike after petrol refill. I went to authorised service center in OMR, nehru nagar, kottivakkam, chennai, tamilnadu - 600096. In service center they said that they will replace the tank with warranty but it will take up to 1 month or more i am really annoyed by this how can a bike get this kind of fault with 1and half years of purchase and i have planned to go for trip on December 25th but because of this i dont know when my bike will get ready if i miss this opportunity i cannot go for trip for another 4 months. I am really disappointed.

      I have purchased thunderbird 350x on 24th January 2019. My bike had completed around 16500 kms. My bike is serviced regularly in authorised Royal enfield service center.         Dear Royal Enfield Support Team,
        As discussed on yesterday toll free number [protected] - provide request number with status update
        I am Vinod Kumar having Royal Enfield Electra Registered num KA 09 EW 4314
        proper near Razole in east godavari district, AP - 533244Â gave bike for servicing in SHRI JAYA LAKSHMI AUTOMOBILES, AMALAPURAM 533201 as its near i.e. commute 60 kms far from my place to authorised service center.
        So 1st week of Oct and the bike is with them for more than a week as they requested more time excluding 3 days which i am available in person in service center but and issues we have raised not at all  solved completely and existing condition of the bike got deteriorated.They generated the bill on 13th october and the issues were partially fixed we came to know few days as they suggested but after couple of weeks the issues came up again.
        before receiving a bike in last month servicing:1. All reported issues are not resolved - first delivery missed due to this issue and the fix needed more time as they said so i left the bike for them and came back for some personal travel in this pandemic situation 2. head light dim issue in log vision which worked properly both visions of head light - second delivery missed due to this issue and reverted back3. head light dim issue in log vision fixed but short vision had issue again and wires came outside and objected to taking right turn and off headlight in this situation  - third delivery missed due to this issue and reverted back 4. headlight working status came to as is before giving servicing and water wash not done seems to be - fourth delivery accepted as they said issues will resolve slowly and said if anything you can come back to us so we will fix those. Â

        So second time we gave back bike to the service station on 19th october and they asked  time to fix the issues we gave all the time and they couldn't fix and the bike is with them almost 10 days and they failed to deliver the bike for 4 times, whenever we went to take delivery of bike, they failed to live upto the expectations... they made us to travel 60 kms to get the bike in this pandemic situation for more than a week.This is very irritating and we didn't expect this blunder from royal enfield Repeatedly and this is something serious concern from customers view and please look into this issue ASAP
        before receiving a bike in this month servicing:1. A plug water issue caused the bike to not start while servicing completed and in water wash so unable to test from our end and come back - first delivery missed 2. They called us bike starting and come and collect but when we asked them the fix "they said change new wiring kit will resolve this issue permanently" they said this when collect bike and kit not available so they took 3 days to get it and fix it so bike is with them all these days - second delivery missed due to this permanent solution purpose3. when called to collect they said to wheel tuning and battery cover set its not looking good  - third delivery missed due to this and came back 4. when asked to collect on last saturday(i.e. 28th Nov 2020) speedometer and odometer not working, and disk break in test drive they need some time but they sent message to my mobile like delivered and checkout gate pass when asked pay bill and take bike we will resolve this issue if you come on monday so i said kep with you and let me know once resolved - forth delivery missed
        external changes i made in this 2 service period:1. royal enfield original silencer when the bike is with them Oct as my original silencer damage as suggested to change this outside by showroom 2. front wheel tire with tube in between gap both last month and this month servicing as they suggested to change this outside.

        Note : 1. bike collecting purpose: we need to travel 60km with another safe transport each time in this pandemic situation even if we convey the same but they do not understand.2.As of now more than half month bike is with them and understand my inconvenience 3. billing/delivery they are doing without informing and its not completed 4. attached bill made last last month and enter day as same day work done on 13th Oct5. few issues blaming us we spoiled if we are planning to take vehicle or and what ever work done is not trustable noticed disc brake oil change in Oct servicing5. parts are not available is the only answer for most of the repair example wiring kit, battery case, etcÂ
        Just think from my end all the above issues, Is anyone visiting this service center again with this kind of behaviour ?
        My vehicle is with the service center More than 15 days each time.
        Please find the attached bill and job card for recent servicing, and my Vehicle is in service center now.

        Finally they delivered vehicle today (4th Dec 2020) night. Job Card Number 2445 (attached), Job Card Date: 20th Nov 2020.

        Vehicle is completely with service center In this Period and about to complete 3 weeks continuedly for tomorrow.

        My question here is Why Job card date changed in below 3 Bills provided date wise: its intentional not mistake

        3rd Dec 2020 Job card and Invoice date are same in Bill 3 and sent delivered message to mobile
        28th Nov 2020 Job card and Invoice date are same in Bill 2 and sent delivered message to mobile
        23rd Nov 2020 Job card and Invoice date are same in Bill 1 and sent delivered message to mobile

        even clearly talk o them make it clear. even last time they did same mistake.
        13th Oct 2020 Job card and Invoice date are same in Bill and sent delivered message to mobile even vechile is with them couple of weeks.

        My final conclusion is Shri Jaya Lakshmi Automobiles Amalapuram - 533201 is not fit for Authorized service center to protect Royal Enfield brand.
        Fifth delivery also missed today as well :( due to working things got damaged after their repair.
        So left vehicle at Royal Enfield showroom

                I booked the royal Enfield forest green from palladium motors Mira road, Mumbai.Manager (Ravindra) gave the word he would deliver my bike within 25 to 30 days which was not.. after 2 months of waiting I got my delivery I mailed them for regular RTO NO. on 9th of November 2020 but yet they din manage to do so... I have text me to transfer or cheque me my remaining amount and also they frauded me about insurance which cost 9504 on paper ask me to pay more but none of them replying

                    I own a classic 350 BS3 2015 model . Has been periodically maintained upon company standards.been parked in closed parking whenever parked.tank is leaking around the right side knee pad bottom side .the rust has been from tank inner side .outer side paint quality is good but petrol is continuously dropping .

                      The worsest customer experience.

                      People working here are least bothered about customers feeling who are visiting them with lot of expectations.

                      Irresponsible Sales team. No timely follow up for timely delivery of vehicles. No files maintained customer wise separately. We have made advance payment on the first day of visit and balance amount was paid within one week. Our vehicle was delivered after two month time that also after lot of fights with them.

                      Prior to order of the vehicle, every-other day I was receiving call from their end. Once vehicle ordered and payment done, no calls from their end. Then we have to be in back of them to get our vehicle as if it is only our necessity.

                      Employees have no knowledge about latest rules and regulations. Charges excess of Rs. 11, 000/- against insurance from us. As per latest rule, insurance can be done only for 1 year but their quotation is charging it for 5 years. We got back our money after lapse of 6 months that also frequent follow-up from our end. Otherwise they wouldn’t have ever returned the amount.

                      The employees sitting there simply sit and chat among themselves. We were asked to come to showroom for taking delivery of the vehicle at 3.00 pm but vehicle was not ready for delivery. It was informed that the vehicle has gone for water-wash to their service centre and water is not there that is why delay is happening. Literally we have to fight with the people present there and we were handed-over the keys after 2 hours idly sitting in the showroom.

                      At-least we would have made 100 calls and visited there showrooms 50 times to take delivery of the vehicle and take a refund of the amount charged excess by them.

                      Only the person who is taking care of RTO formalities was bit responsive . We got the RC and vehicle nameplates after 3-4 weeks (almost 1 month)

                      It is a humble request to those who are planning to purchase a vehicle from this showroom, PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE. Please visit a showroom which is customer-friendly and quickly taking action.

                      We had very disappointing experience with these people working in the showroom

                      Ms Saranya - Receptionist
                      Mr Manoj - Ex-showroom personnel who left the job
                      Mr Arun- He himself approached us during our visit to the showroom on[protected] to place order. He committed extended warranty and crash guard basic- Still no action taken
                      Mr Reni Babu- Showroom sales executive. Simply cheat with his chatting.
                      Mr Selvakumar- GM- Incapable to manage a team. Don’t have a courtesy to either pick-up the call or reply back on time. Really least bothered about customer’s reviews.

                      I feel pity on myself that why I have not gone through reviews before visiting this showroom. Most of the customers are highly dissatisfied with their experience.

                      Royal Enfield is requested to kindly take into consideration customer’s reviews and take necessary action against the officials working here.

                      ZERO STAR IS MY REVIEW FOR THEIR SERVICE.

                      LUCKILY WE RECEIVED OUR MONEY BACK.

                        Hi,

                        I had booked a Royal Enfiled classic 350 stealth black more than 40 days back. He dealership had assured me guaranteed delivery within 4 weeks from date of booming or even before. But I have not received any information from the dealership yet. I'm suspecting foul play in the dealership. They have no information regarding vehicle availability and vehicle delivery whatsoever. I've tried reaching Royal Enfield customer support but there's no response from them either. I'm guessing that the dealership has sold the vehicle alotted to me to someone else, since I've checked with few other people and they have received their vehicles even though they booked way after I booked my vehicle.

                        Please help.

                          Not getting BS6 leg guards and accessories rewards of 10000 from since may 30. And I brought RE standard plus I have RE Electra since 2012.
                          Showroom personals not giving proper details and not responding also.
                          Even they call me two times to receive legguards while reaching they said it's not here that legguard is for some one else.
                          I know more than 5 persons who are facing same issue from same showroom kindly do the needful. I am not able to ride on my bike.

                                This is my second complaint as royal enfield didn't contact me yet .
                                I am so afraid of royal enfield and it's partners behaviour . I decided to sell this bike (classic 350). I purchased this bike on 27 th august and within a month it has many problems they take it seven times on service platform officially and 2 to 3 times unofficially .
                                They done its postmortem and now when i am mentally physically and financially damaged by their behaviour that bike had no issues .
                                In short they sold a second hand bike i think
                                I want to get rid liar royal enfield and it's partners .
                                It's bike for CSD so i am unable to sell this bike
                                Please someone help me to sell this bike .
                                They all refused to accept their responsibility,
                                Even a legal notice also given to them they don't care of legal also so please help me to sell this bike .
                                Cause i cannot sell it for 4 years by government norms we belongs to defence services so we are facing problem to sell this bike.
                                Please help me to get rid of this liar and irresponsible company .

                                  Sir,
                                  With respect to above, I, Milan Chandubhai Chauhan, a resident of Mogri, Near Vallabh Vidya Nagar, Anand, have to state that I bought a Royal Enfield Bullet from your Vallabh Vidya Nagar Showroom in 19/03/2020 this year.
                                  I write this letter to lodge a complaint regarding the service of the service station at GIDC in Vithal Udyog Nagar, V V Nagar. I got my bike serviced two times. The first complaint is with respect to the timing of the service. The time given to me for the service is not kept. I am always asked to leave my bike there. As a matter of fact, talks of incidents of theft of spare parts have been taking rounds here. Many have got such experiences also. Looking to the situation, I do not like to leave my vehicle there. I have no trust in them. The service people there are notorious for that. They always insist on keeping the vehicle there extending one or the other reason. I have got my doubts on their intentions.
                                  Secondly, the service center always has shortage of spares. My bike had some problem of sensor. It was not working. I asked them to fix it. At the very first, they did not have the spare. Secondly, they opened but could not fix it satisfactorily. The sensor has not been working accurately. The service is too bad. They seem to be indifferent once the bike is bought by the customers. Is it not worrying? Such a behavior will certainly damage the image of the company. Royal Enfield company holds a very esteemed place in the hearts and minds of the people all over the world. I have bought the bike because of the quality of the product and service of the company. But to my greatest surprise, I have not found the service worse of its kind. The people there are ruining the name and fame of the company.
                                  I feel it too much and so I write this to you. I think it is high time for you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                                      I own a RE Himalayan which was purchased on 21/11/2019 and within one year there was an oil leakage from the head gasket. I reported this complaint to the authorised RE workshop ( Kaizen Motors, Vytila, Ernakulam, kerala) and they assured me that they will rectify the complaint. But the next day when I went to take the delivery after service I was wondered what blunder an authorized dealer had done in rectifying the complainant. They haven't changed the head gasket, instead they had pasted some sealant from outside( which I think is only a temporary solution)

                                      This isn't acceptable from such a prestigious company. I kindly request you to look into this matter and kindly do the needful.

                                        Sir I am to complain against the dealer M/s Nikhil Motors at portblair for his unfair trade practice cheating and delay in transferring the vehicle.

                                        Sir I made a choice for purchase of silver grey 350 cc vehicle and was ready to purchase on the spot by full payment. But the dealer was not having the POS facilities and therefore I got the money 1, 88, 000/- transferred in their account on 17.11.20.

                                        After transferring when I approached them they told me that they vehicle has been booked by some other person but offered me a pure black of the same model to which I agreed. They then gave me receipt vide no 3093 dt 17.11.20.

                                        On enquiry about insurance they told me that it cost 16500/- from bajaj insurance and told me that I can get it registered on my own. They than gave me form 21 and I got the vehicle registered and gave a copy to them on 19.11.20. I asked them to settle the account and transfer the vehicle after registration and return my balance .

                                        Now they are not transferring the vehicle in my name and not refunding my balance money and pressurising me to get insurance from them only.

                                        I have already paid the insurance on my own and it's my choice they can't force me. I feel cheated and harassed by this unfair trade practice of the dealer. I am undergoing mental stress and contemplating legal action against them.

                                        I therefore request you to kindly direct the dealer to process the transfer of vehicle without any hassle and refund my balance amount at the earliest.
