I have classic 350 in which i felt it has sudden break issue as i meet an accident . Then i visited their services center 7 times officially and 2 -3 times unofficially .on complaint raise on customer care a person Vishal (ASM) from RE should take care of my complaint . He has zero customer dealing capabilities as i came across his behaviour, i always follow instructions he given to me atlast inspite of all proof on the basis of testing by other person including service station that break was main cause of accident, he closed complaint by saying not from his side but by service station side that they diagnosis my bike and found ok . If it's okay why they take it ten times on service platform, they also show me some error on diagnosis why they happened, they changed two relay if it's okay why they do that . Inspite of this all they opened engine of bike if it's okay then they all treat with my bike like a dead body and done all postmortem . In short they all trying to play with customers life as well as other person's life who could be in front of running bike .
They never mail me back, they are pressurized me to take that bike and convert myself in dead body .
Worst bike worst service station worst employees .
With all experience Royal Enfield is not a brand but it's only a shop that doesn't has any responsibility of products they manufacturing and sale .
