My name is nadru chitti.i purchased 350x thunderbird in andhra pradeshlast year 2019 and after usage of 6months i faced tank failure and claimed it in warrent and i paid extended warrenty at that time and now i got same problem again (tank failure) in telangana state and i cant start the engine also and i came to royal enfiled authroized service centre they are saying that you have to claim at the showroom where you purchased.This is the problem what i have to do now.i think that you will take this as serious issue and resolve it as soon as possible

    Sir with due respect I would like to state that I had purchased a Royal Enfield Himalayan on Jan 25 2019 and from the day of purchase I am facing the problem of selfstart. Initial days the bike was not showing much problem bt as day progressed I am facing a huge problem.My bike doesn't start and have to push the bike to start it. I took my bike to the dealer on August 11, 2020 and said about the problem. The dealer manager along with their experts said tht I have to change my RR unit and then only my problem will be solved. I changed the RR unit still then it was not solved, they then said that my battery is not good from that day onwards I had changed 5 battery still my problem is not solved. Then again I took my bike to the dealer in October they kept the bike for 15 days and when I went to take my bike they said my bike doesn't have any issue and if this time the bike shows any problem I have to take the bike to Guwahati. Sir my question is if they can't solve my problem then why had they opened the dealer I had not ride my bike for 5months since my bike is not working but the EMI is being deducted from my account their is no excuse in EMI payment. Sir my name is Raktim jyoti das and my bike no is AS 02Y 5243 and the dealer is located in Nagaon Assam its name is Bajrang Royal Enfield Sir please help me out of this problem I will be really thankful to you.

      This complain is regarding recent harassment faced by me at Gurukirpa motors-Royal Enfield Dealers in Patiala, Punjab, 147001.

      Last Sunday the branch manager Mr. Ajay and staff member Mr. Sandeep of Gurukirpa motors-Royal Enfield Dealers harassed me on phone using derogatory remarks, when i contacted them for early delivery of motorcycle booked by me. They told me to cancel my booking and behaved rudely using derogatory remarks. Today, i visited their office for update and the same person Mr. Ajay told me too leave their office and hurled abuses. When i said i will complain they said wherever you want you can complain, who the hell are you. kindly help me and do the needful being a concerned Indian citizen.

        Mere bike ke service ke baad bike mai 1st time se issue aa raha hai pr service center ke worker us problem ko proper chk nhi kr rahi hai mere bike mai pront mai sound aa raha hai 3rd service ho gyi us k baad bhi vo sound nhi gya us ke baad fir chkup karvaya to service center ne chkup ke name pr charges lia mere se or problem solved nhi ki aisa kb tak hoga pls action my bike number mp07nk9214 or bike mere gwalior big boys se purchase ke vhaa kaservice center manager or staff proper working nhi kr rahi hai mere bike 9 month old hai abhi is issue aa raha hai

              As I purchased a Royal Enfield bike they pressurize me to purchase their royal Enfield helmet. Although I already have a helmet.
              Without a helmet, they won't allow me to purchase the bike.
              This is an infringement of consumer rights

                      Dear sir, Myself meet shah, I live in sachin, surat. I have booked an RE classic 350 before 1.5 months at showroom Munjani motors available in surat and i want my bike delievery on 23 october but they refused to give me at that time bcz they gave my bike to another customer who came with cash.. Atlast sir muje meri bike 13 nov. Ko dene ka final kiya that was dhanteras and now showroom is forcing me too bad from last 6 days that apko bike abhi hi leni padegi 13 tarikh ko ham nai de sakte.. Mahurat 13 ka hai to mene kaha muje 13 ko hi chaiye fir b sabne itna force ki apko nai milegi 13 ko showroom bandh rahega.. Sir what rubbish is this i dont understand.. Dhanteras k din konsa showroom bandh rehta hai.. Uh say me.. Sir i need to solve this problem by you as soon as possible.. Pls help me.. Showroom se muje dhamki milri hai ki agar ap abhi bike nai lete ho to apki bike dusre ko de denge.. Sir meri bike alotted hai and loan b passed hai.. Fir b ese forcing krr rahe hai muje.. Pls contact me and contact Munjani showroom as soon as possible and stop this pressure to me from this showroom ajents... 🙏🙏🙏

                        Complaint against royal Enfield agency- Parmarth Automobiles, opposite to nagaji school maldepur, khoripakar, Ballia district-277001.

                        The complaint is that we booked royal Enfield 350cc gunmetal grey 1 month ago and had delivery on 13/11/2020. But when we went there to take delivery, the manager of agency said we can't provide it due to some technical glitch.
                        Now I want to know that if they had any technical glitch then why we were not acquainted with this problem, we would have contacted any other agency.

                          I have booked Bullet 350-X- EFL from grace motors Nadapuram on[protected] and paid 70000 as downpayment. They told us that the vehicle will be deliver within 20 working days. We contacted grace motors after 22 days and they still not delivered the vehicle. And they need more than 10days working day .Their customer dealing was very bad and they are not responding to my call.

                            Service center scam

                            The service center in davangere. Karnataka. These guys are giving worst service with hight charges also with no bills.
                            Also the technician are below 19, who does not have an minimum knowledge. There will be no server or printer give u bill.
                            There are lot of complaints against the service center. I[censored] sit for three hours in service center, u could see every single CUSTOMER will be leveling the service center with dissatisfaction....

                              Regarding above I have buulet classic 350 model 2013
                              I sended the vehicle to our Eluru inAP dealer for for front brake complaint they repaired and told me that complaint was not rectified properly than I told them to change front brake caliber they told me that it will take 10 days to get part then I accept and leaved the vehicle at dealer already 10 days gone part not came and they are telling high irresponsible and hurting answers

                                Bought bike 2 months back but it's troubling me from the beginning first with acceleration problem for which I have shown at jabalpur service centre then from last 10 days ABS breaking problem for which I had given my bike to jayasree service centre himayatnagar from 2-11-20 to 5-11-20 but still the problem is not resolved after keeping bikes for 4 days again on 6-11-20 same problem occurs I literally don't want the bike with so much problem and it dsnt seems like it will run for a year also I want the bike to be changed.

                                  While driving road side plastic bag stick to silencer paste on silencer because of heat generation & removed automatically while engine stop & silencer cool with color of silencer. Color peel off because of roadside plastic bag sticking to silencer & color peel off not acceptable. Is there any color gripping quality
                                  1) Is there any traceability of quality check of product.
                                  2) While phosphating microitching not proper
                                  3) Bonding of phosphate coat & powder coat not proper.
                                  4) Powder range used not proper if it is ok then road side plastic stick & color peel off not possible.
                                  5) Also Dealer treatment to customer regarding the complaint not proper.
                                  6) Recently purchased bike on 25th of Oct 2020
                                  6) Pl look in matter

                                    I have booked continental Gt 650 ( ice-queen ) on 19/10/2020 with full payment. They said bike will be delivered by end of month (OCT-30), but on till date i haven't received it. By calling Manager of the showroom regarding delivery query, he isn't responding with appropriate answers or reasons. So, i approached to Regional Manager but still I didn't get the proper answer. Kindly take the given information as a request and accept my complaint. Ensure that this doesn't repeat in future to any respected customers.

                                      Hi,
                                      I am facing issue regarding the service parts not available at all your branches in jalandhar. I stuck on the road in evening non 4th of Nov 2020 near LPU due to race wire broken within 3 month from the date of purchase. I regularly was calling to your all dealership available in jalandhar but they have no response to resolve my problem as they said, no stock of the same wire of BS6 Royal Enfield Classic gunmetal grey . I have go walk alone to home and still not resolve .So kindly take it priority to resolve the problem and I am waiting your response .
