I had got the meter of my Thunderbird 350 changed from Royal Enfield Authorized service agency i.e. Heighten Automotive, Faridabad. They replaced it with a faulty meter and did not bother to change. I have been after them for the last 3 moths but come up with only harassment and no resolution at all.

It is PATHETIC how a agency like this are authorized by Royal Enfield. Worst customer experience. Simply pathetic...

      Panthetic service in goa of royal enfield
      They don't care for their customer only talking about money...
      Once i had ask for road assistant they came i pay for 708 rs when the technician came he say bike won't start
      Worst service he dinot even touch my bike
      Eevn i complain nothing happen worthless
      Don't buy royal enfield
      From saini motors margao they also don't care for thoeir customer
      When u want to buy royal enfield bike they i'll assist u like kid
      Once u buy they don't care only no service at all
      Please take action on their management in goa

        My continental gt 535 is 2014 model in bengaluru. I crashed recently and my swing arm is bent, later i placed an order (Order id: upo[protected] for swing arm assembly on 20th november as urgent requirement with 5% extra amount as upo. I still haven’t received my order and my bike is not fixed yet. This is frustrating i couldn’t ride my bike on happy times like this. If you can’t deliver a product spare on time then why do you advertise so much and boast about your brand.

            I have get done the service of my Royal Enfield in the month of October 20 from RC Motors GT Road, Amritsar PUNJAB. but even after the regular service of my Royal Enfield No PB02-DJ-9136 form the authorized dealer, my motorcycle is not getting start. further, the petrol lid is not get opened. i am uploading the RC for your reference. I have left no option to load my motorcycle on the Rickshaw at RC Motors which will give a bad publicity to the Royal Enfield Company. Therefore, it is requested to resolve my above mentioned problems at the earliest. To verify the fact about the facts of the last service job card of my motorcycle.

                Hello Eicher Motors and Royal Enfield,

                It has been two month for the complaint which I have raised for my Royal Enfield new Petrol Tank changing. The new tank which arrived earlier was also a defective piece and it is taking so long to reach for the company to the service centre.
                ANd it has been almost 2 months since my vehicle is at the service center and what is the reason it's been taking too long. The executives are only giving the date and not much reply from them side. And if try to communicate with the main efficient executive he is also not responding. Your customer care did not pickup the call. If i want to complain there is no revert from your side. This is the worst service i have ever experience from the Royal Enfield team and i have never expected this thing from your team and i need my query to be resolve within this week please.

                  I have recently purchased a Royal Enfield ( 350 CC Stealth black ABS) from first Mumbai store at Worli, Mumbai. In accordance with CMVA they were supposed to provide two helmets, free of cost. However, they provided only one and on asking, their sales guy misbehaved.

                  This is against extant rules and business ethics for a company of your profile.

                    When i washed my bs4 himalayan, the meter console clogged with water. The water was supposed not to sweep into it. It shows the poor quality of the build. Now the gear indicator is not working and speed is not showing on the meter properly. The new one costs 10, 000₹ or more. Getting a bike for 2 lakhs and getting complaint on these items makes us so annoying

                        Dear sir i am manikandaperumal my vehicle no.Tn72bp2047 classic 350. On december 10th i had a general paid service in dg motors tirunelveli, which disappoints my expectiations of customer satisfaction. I was told to pay of oil change and waterwash but they did not do water wash. They billed waterwash and they told me to come back some other time, just for water wash. My home to dealership approx 15 kms single. Waste of time waste of fuel. I did not expect an inadequate service that dealer point. I dont think me or any of my friends circle will ever do service in specific dg motors. I demand and explanation from royal enfield head office

                                On 08th Nov 2020 I purchased a motor vehicle from your dealership (Bullet Standard 350). Unfortunately, the vehicle has not been satisfactory because Alignment and balance of the bike isn’t straight or proper; it pulls towards the right while running. I found it when my arm and shoulder started hurting, I ride 52 kms every day from my home to office (Round trip) and for every minute I sit on my bike it feels like I am putting my life into risk. I visited your service center twice and every time your mechanic inspected the vehicle and agreed to fix it and each time they kept the vehicle in their possession for a complete day. When I collected the vehicle and started using it the problem was still there no work has been done and the person at service easily says that the problem has been fixed. During the first visit staff at the service center even denied that there is a problem with the vehicle on top of that the manager tried to convince me for that without even inspecting the vehicle as if he gifted me the vehicle for free and I have to use it as it is or deal with it on my own. It is my first bike I bought for myself as being an Indian it was a dream to have a Royal Enfield and to ride on it proudly instead, I’m filled with anxiety the moment I sit on it thinking of what worse could happen to me if the bike malfunctions for entire 52 kms, I am kind of getting mentally disturbed specially after spending 1.8 lakh on a bike and experiencing such a poor performance and the behavior from your staff. Every day I get home with shoulder ache and disappointment and regret.

                                My purpose here is not to accuse anyone in person but being such a huge organization, it is your duty to ensure customer satisfaction if defective products are delivered.

                                I would appreciate it if you could organize an arrangement for proper inspection by a technically expert mechanic or whomsoever to understand what exactly the issue is and resolve this matter as soon as possible. Right now, I’m helpless but I still hope to get your support by writing this email. I already took two leaves from the office hoping that problem would be fixed, which never happened. Now I cannot afford to take additional leaves again. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my bike for transport and apart from the inconvenience, as I mentioned before this issue has also caused me health related problems.

                                I look forward to settling this matter amicably.

After coming from showroom it the battery low incates, then i can't start bike with self switch, now the showroom is says it's take two days to get the bike, what a hell this is, why it's happening like that

                                      I am writing you after 2 months of painful failed attempts of roaming around your service centres for getting a battery cover for my thunderbird 350x red which accidently fell somewhere while driving. Your never connecting helpline numbers added pain in my grief.
