Hello Management,

This is regarding the issue/complaint/concern raised right from the 1st day when i got the bike.

So, i keep on raising the complaints/concerns right from 1st day when i got the bike no body cares to resolve it.
I have been sent here and there, officials looked into it, senior techs looked into it and they say its a normal sound and every bike has its own sound scale/range, which i completely agree to it.
When it comes to sound range or scale, my bike is producing more sound than others and im not sure why the sound is not showing above the scale in the meter(Sound detector)which is tested by officials.
Sound is more likely hitting the nerves and every often i get to hear new sounds from engine, i expalined this to officials each and everytime, they say its normal sound right from the 1st day.
I declined the delivery of my bike when i heard the sound on the 1st day but they convinced me by saying they will get it done and its been past many days/weeks, im still without resolution.
Even senior folks or engineers agree that they hear the sound which is more than expected however they say its withing range, which i cannot understand. and they cannot do anything on that.
I also requested to show me the different bike or new bike which has very similar sound like my bike however officials failed to do so. they said within 1st service they will get this done,
and i told them clearly that not do 1st service untill sound isue gets resolved, but they dont seem to bother customer concerns/issues they did 1st service and adjusted cam shaft still issue persists.
However i get to hear more sound now after 1st service or cam shaft adjustment which i explained to officials which they did not bother to take it to or try to dig into it.
No body is understanding how im feeling and what im going through with this faiulty bike which is handed to me without reason and i have been running here there, days are passing by just like this...

Subject :Too much of Vibration from the bike Engine
My RE Classic 350 Chestnut BS4 purchased on 27.03.2018.
Chassis # ME3U3S5C2JC119727
Engine # U3S5C2JC078529
From the first service of my bike with H S R services, Bangalore 78.There was something weird that there was this excessive Vibration from the Engine which Cracked the Steel front crash guard of the said bike .
The service team at H S R motors were generous and Replaced the Crash guard free of cost .
But again and again the crash guard broke, not once but thrice, due to the impact of the RE bike Excessive vibration or shuddering. Faulty or defective parts !This is Nerve rocking, spine Chilling, breaking the bones cracking the Front Steel Crash Guard ...very strange
Though my sparingly usage with at most careful driving how can this happen ? we are not playful kids or stunt drivers !!
The dealer and service team just confronts me saying this is all normal ( abnormal) ? Confronts me and blames of my driving skill ??
## My frequent Complaints with the said H S R Services was unheaded and neglected to get resolved and they are acting tough Manhandling me with abusive behavior. Which I did not expect as a R E Customer ## .
Hope my complaint will be resolved and solved at the earliest from your end as my bike is lying at the H S R services center past few months .
Await your quick readdressal to resolve the faulty product or defective part issue .

      Chassis broken of my bike

      I have royal enfield 2013 model, and my bike chasis had been broken as it was fallen and inner chasis which passes through the engine has been broken the and i had made a velding of my stand so the insurance company denied the claim, i am in a great trouble...

      Two numbers of bullet received from empire motors kilimanoor (classic & efi) on 06/2020. Owners names are nisha k l & sobha s. But the sensor complaints and silensor complaints of the two vehicles is not repaired yet[protected], 11:50 am) . The empire motors do not take any responsibility for attending the complaint and we are not satisfied for that. Rc books of the vehicles are not recieved yet. We are very sad about empire motor's this irresponsible activities.

        I would like to inform you that iam a customer of royal enfiled. I bought a royal enfiled signals 350 on 2019 september with one and half year warranty. Unfortunately my royal enfield had a complaint. Therefor, i went to vytila kaizen motors center, ernakulam, kerala, for the service purpose. They findout that the battery was damaged and i endorsed my battary to them. First they told me that they will give battary after one week so i was patiently awaited for this. And later, they told me to wait up to two weeks but still this moment i did not get any response and further notifications from their side and i really get disappointed due to their service. I hope you can understand my words so kindly accept my letter and do the needful.

          I have been facing with the bike which was brought from showroom. If i park the bike for two or three days the bike won’t start n it goes dead completely even jump start doesn’t work. Every time i need to tow the bike to the nearly service centre, the service centre keep my bike for 4-5 days return saying everything is fine later the same fault repeats. Finally they said under warranty they changed the battery n rectifier which they did not provide proof. All at his again i am facing same problems, while riding all the battery, abs, oil, notifications pop up in meter. What is the way now.

            I bought a re stealth black 350 a week back as a part of my first service I gave it to hindupur re showroom but while taking bike after service paint on the catalytic converter got peeled off very much disappointed by the kind of service they are providing please do rectify the issue as soon as possible .                 Hi,

                I have booked a Bullet 350 EFI Black on 26th June'2020 stating the waiting period is 1 Month till now i have not got any intimation about the delivery of the bike. when i booked the bike the cost was 1, 63, 702 when i called last week they said the price is increased by 1, 67, 987 still the bike is not available. if the production and delivery is not happening then why are they taking the bookings and giving unwanted excused for not delivery. Not sure if i get the bike this year. I need a date by when i will get the bike

                  On 16 Oct 2018, I purchased Royal Enfield - Classic 350 Gun Metal Grey BS IV from Allied Auto Agencies, Rajpur Road, Dehradun. As I am working in Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh) so immediately I moved to Bareilly along with my Bullet & after that all Unpaid & Paid servicing of my bullets are done by Suri Sales Pvt Ltd (Authorized Service Centre), Bareilly.
                  Last year Oct, I saw few lines in my engine panel which look like as an acid drops so On 15 Oct 2019, I rushed to Suri service center after taking concern from Royal Enfield Customer care executive on phone for scheduled servicing as well as to find out why & from where these lines are coming in my engine panel. But neither Royal Enfield technician nor their supervisors are able to track it out the actual situation even after doing full check of bullet including battery so they cleaned those spots with some material.
                  Last week when I came back to Bareilly (After Lockdown), I found so many same types of lines in my engine panel again. When I opened that battery panel, I found Amaron Battery leakage is there so immediately I put a complaint in social media. I got an immediate response from Royal Enfield as well as from Amaron side. On 03 Oct 2020, Royal Enfield picked up my bullet from my place for further investigation & Amaron (Bareilly Branch) sent their technician directly to Royal Enfield Service center. At 1348 Hrs, I got a call from Mr Deepu (Amaron representative) & he informed me that Mr Manoj (technician) told him that this battery seal is opened so he will not do anymore help regarding this issue. When I request him to provide service battery (As service center already repaired that engine panel by that time) till the time this issue will resolve, he simply denies. I was unable to speak Mr Shivaan, Amaron Head representative ([protected]) as he was travelling at that time so I dropped a message in his Watsapp number but I didn’t get any respond from his end too.
                  Now there are few points which are Amaron to be considered:
                  1) Since starting my bullet is regularly going to Suri Sales Pvt Ltd (Which is hardly 5 km away from my residential place) for all Paid & Unpaid servicing (Records are available with me as well as Royal Enfield). I have Royal Enfield AMC book Cost Rs 1800 valid till 15 Oct 2020 & Royal Enfield Road Side Assistance #[protected] valid till 15 Oct 2020 & most important Battery Warranty till 16 Oct 2020. Do you really think that I am going to show my battery to some local garage when I am spending this much amount for purchasing & maintaining of my bullet.
                  2) Till now, I don’t have any Battery related Problem. Self Start, Battery voltage everything is working perfectly & the same thing is also checked by Suri sales Pvt Ltd from their end too. Do you still thinking that I am going to open it without any reason?
                  3) As per Mr Dipu, Manoj checked & informed him that this battery seal is opened so he will not do any further help (Not even provided Service Battery). Don’t you think Mr Dipu must take second opinion from someone else? Can’t he collect that battery & investigate further instead of giving immediate reply then & there only.
                  4) R u guys so much confident about your product that you can’t even believe in Material Failure theory. When I told to Mr dipu it may be a material failure so please investigate it further. He simply replied “sir yei aapke sath hi kyon huwa?” Seriously, 1% material failure toh kissi k sath b ho sakta h bhai.
                  5) Last but not the least, please check out the attached Watsapp screenshot. Till now I didn’t get any call or help from Mr Shivaan. This type of services is you provide to yours customers?

                  Now there are few points which are Royal Enfield to be considered:
                  1) After all these incident, I already informed this matter again to Royal Enfield senior supervisor Mr George ([protected]) on the same day at around 1518 Hrs. He further informed to Area Manager so that Royal Enfield can resolve this issue.
                  2) Since starting I used Suri Sales Pvt Ltd, which is hardly 5 km away from my place & now Amaron is putting his material fault in our head so its my humble request you to please take over this case from your end & resolve it as soon as possible as I purchased & spent my money in Royal Enfield only so its your responsibility to look after all these issues from your end (as I don't know any third party). You can check the full detail, battery status, Bullet running (5700 KM) status etc from your concerned service center. Same thing even I mentioned in my feedback form too (attached).

                  Yesterday after sunset (around 1830 Hrs), I received my bullet from Suri Sales Pvt Ltd so not able to inspect it properly due to low light. Today morning when I inspected that engine panel in sunlight, I found things are still not in good condition even after cleaning.
                  Request to royal Enfield, please change that engine panel as soon as possible at free of cost as its yours maintenance staff fault who are not able to identified the fault in time (Last Year ) & because of that now my full engine panel is damage.

                      Hi this is sanju from trivandrum, I have 2014 model bs 3 engine desertstorm, in recent days I found my bike switches off frequently while riding, I went to nearby service centre, they said there is an issue with fuel punp and it is to be replaced, problem is that I couldn't find that pump anywhere in market they don't even have the spare, please help me getting a solution, thank you

                          I am tanmoy from kolkata.15th of aug i booked a re himalayan from harsit tie up pvt ltd, kolkata.sales person assured me that they just provide me the bike in 2 month.after booking they just give, me a mes of booking confermation but i just want a mail copy but they are failure to give me that.after the30days i just call to sales person for knowing the status of delivery of my bike.then they told me that i just got the bike before oct end bcz they dont have the stock right now. after that i called them few days later.then they give me a shocking news that in this time they provide may june booking bike, but before december 31 no himalayan bike comes to kolkata.i called re customer care after that.they first told that they dont have any info about that.after that when i called them 2 nd time then they said that already a complain registerd on my name in july.but i dont understood that how they taken a complain on my name when i booked this one in august.after that showroom also send me a mail to said that waiting period is extended upto 31 dec

                            Hello Team, I never imagined that one day I would be posting compliant against the brand from which I was obsessed.

                            I have purchased Thunderbird 350X last year post that it has got numerous issues including internal wiring damage, tank replacement, tank air lock issue etc. And it happens within couple of days of bike getting serviced and post I need to get it toed to the service center again.

                            Today I have registered for toying again i.e. second time in an year. They have taken Rs.80/ km charges as well as mentioned that they won't be liable in case of any transport damage plus I need to call the toying service 1 hour prior to remind them, in case if they will forget I need to pay the charges again. Just think what I have felt upon hearing this.

                            Still I have agreed with everything as a last chance. If there would be any issues post this servicing it will be really heart breaking. Plus RE has lost the faith and I don't think that I would be able to get that faith again as well as I can't plan for any RE bike for me as well as for any of my near and dear.

                            Seriously, RE India you have made it worse.

                            P.S. I am not posting my contact number as I don't believe that any body from RE would be contacting me on this.

                              This is jay singh from titwala - east, mumbai. My complain is i visited two time at service centre s. R motors kalyan ullahash nagar, mumbai. Yesterday[protected]. I visited for service they told me come tommorow today will be not possible. I reached today[protected] at 11 am as thay had given me time. But they told me not will be possible to give service on time you will be get in evening or tomorrow. It was digusting behave with royalenfield owner they are behaving like road type service they dont mentain name royal enfield. I have done all service on only service centere not out side, my service was 5th comes in paid service. Person name is dharmesh vanmani, thease person do only time pass (Unse milo unse milo bus ek dusare ko bolte rahete hai) i request to you please take action.

                                  From the second day after buying of my new royal Enfield classic 350 from " Birbhum Riders" I am facing a problem where Headlamp of that bike Blows off in a sudden and after a frequent it returns. Though I have checked it through two service centers of RE ( one at Durgapur, and another Suri[ main dealer from where I bought the bike]) but still the problem exist. As per the technician of Birbhum Riders, the Relay has a problem and they have tried to resolved but failed, but when I asked for the parts replacement, no answer found from them.

                                  As my concern if I meet any accident regarding the sudden blown off the light during driving at night, who will take the responsibility?

                                    I bought a new bike on 11 september 2020. From first day it was showing different types problems and after it's first service on 22nd september 2020 it's efi system and ecu showing problems. The warning light continuously glowing.
                                    Since last 5 days the royal enfield service center bhopal trying to fix it up but they are unable to do so.
                                    Here i am requesting to the dealer and the company too please replace it or refund as soon as possible.

                                      I first of all i am really disappointed royal enfield company last 10-15 days ago i buy a new royal enfield 350 x ks efi on 11th september 2020 bs6 model and i've really get too much problems in my bike also i am not getting any good response from customer care and i am her to requesting to the royal enfield company to replace my bike my bike problem is a manufacturing defect once again i am hare requesting to the royal enfield company to replace my bike.
                                      Since last 4 days it was continuously repairing by royal enfield service center bhopal but still the problem occurs.
