On 16 Oct 2018, I purchased Royal Enfield - Classic 350 Gun Metal Grey BS IV from Allied Auto Agencies, Rajpur Road, Dehradun. As I am working in Bareilly (Uttar Pradesh) so immediately I moved to Bareilly along with my Bullet & after that all Unpaid & Paid servicing of my bullets are done by Suri Sales Pvt Ltd (Authorized Service Centre), Bareilly.
Last year Oct, I saw few lines in my engine panel which look like as an acid drops so On 15 Oct 2019, I rushed to Suri service center after taking concern from Royal Enfield Customer care executive on phone for scheduled servicing as well as to find out why & from where these lines are coming in my engine panel. But neither Royal Enfield technician nor their supervisors are able to track it out the actual situation even after doing full check of bullet including battery so they cleaned those spots with some material.
Last week when I came back to Bareilly (After Lockdown), I found so many same types of lines in my engine panel again. When I opened that battery panel, I found Amaron Battery leakage is there so immediately I put a complaint in social media. I got an immediate response from Royal Enfield as well as from Amaron side. On 03 Oct 2020, Royal Enfield picked up my bullet from my place for further investigation & Amaron (Bareilly Branch) sent their technician directly to Royal Enfield Service center. At 1348 Hrs, I got a call from Mr Deepu (Amaron representative) & he informed me that Mr Manoj (technician) told him that this battery seal is opened so he will not do anymore help regarding this issue. When I request him to provide service battery (As service center already repaired that engine panel by that time) till the time this issue will resolve, he simply denies. I was unable to speak Mr Shivaan, Amaron Head representative ([protected]) as he was travelling at that time so I dropped a message in his Watsapp number but I didn’t get any respond from his end too.
Now there are few points which are Amaron to be considered:
1) Since starting my bullet is regularly going to Suri Sales Pvt Ltd (Which is hardly 5 km away from my residential place) for all Paid & Unpaid servicing (Records are available with me as well as Royal Enfield). I have Royal Enfield AMC book Cost Rs 1800 valid till 15 Oct 2020 & Royal Enfield Road Side Assistance #[protected] valid till 15 Oct 2020 & most important Battery Warranty till 16 Oct 2020. Do you really think that I am going to show my battery to some local garage when I am spending this much amount for purchasing & maintaining of my bullet.
2) Till now, I don’t have any Battery related Problem. Self Start, Battery voltage everything is working perfectly & the same thing is also checked by Suri sales Pvt Ltd from their end too. Do you still thinking that I am going to open it without any reason?
3) As per Mr Dipu, Manoj checked & informed him that this battery seal is opened so he will not do any further help (Not even provided Service Battery). Don’t you think Mr Dipu must take second opinion from someone else? Can’t he collect that battery & investigate further instead of giving immediate reply then & there only.
4) R u guys so much confident about your product that you can’t even believe in Material Failure theory. When I told to Mr dipu it may be a material failure so please investigate it further. He simply replied “sir yei aapke sath hi kyon huwa?” Seriously, 1% material failure toh kissi k sath b ho sakta h bhai.
5) Last but not the least, please check out the attached Watsapp screenshot. Till now I didn’t get any call or help from Mr Shivaan. This type of services is you provide to yours customers?
Now there are few points which are Royal Enfield to be considered:
1) After all these incident, I already informed this matter again to Royal Enfield senior supervisor Mr George ([protected]) on the same day at around 1518 Hrs. He further informed to Area Manager so that Royal Enfield can resolve this issue.
2) Since starting I used Suri Sales Pvt Ltd, which is hardly 5 km away from my place & now Amaron is putting his material fault in our head so its my humble request you to please take over this case from your end & resolve it as soon as possible as I purchased & spent my money in Royal Enfield only so its your responsibility to look after all these issues from your end (as I don't know any third party). You can check the full detail, battery status, Bullet running (5700 KM) status etc from your concerned service center. Same thing even I mentioned in my feedback form too (attached).

Updated by subhan2010 Yesterday after sunset (around 1830 Hrs), I received my bullet from Suri Sales Pvt Ltd so not able to inspect it properly due to low light. Today morning when I inspected that engine panel in sunlight, I found things are still not in good condition even after cleaning.
Request to royal Enfield, please change that engine panel as soon as possible at free of cost as its yours maintenance staff fault who are not able to identified the fault in time (Last Year ) & because of that now my full engine panel is damage.

Subject :Too much of Vibration from the bike Engine
My RE Classic 350 Chestnut BS4 purchased on 27.03.2018.

From the first service of my bike with H S R services, Bangalore 78.There was something weird that there was this excessive Vibration from the Engine which Cracked the Steel front crash guard of the said bike .
The service team at H S R motors were generous and Replaced the Crash guard free of cost .
But again and again the crash guard broke, not once but thrice, due to the impact of the RE bike Excessive vibration or shuddering. Faulty or defective parts !This is Nerve rocking, spine Chilling, breaking the bones cracking the Front Steel Crash Guard ...very strange
Though my sparingly usage with at most careful driving how can this happen ? we are not playful kids or stunt drivers !!
The dealer and service team just confronts me saying this is all normal ( abnormal) ? Confronts me and blames of my driving skill ??
## My frequent Complaints with the said H S R Services was unheaded and neglected to get resolved and they are acting tough Manhandling me with abusive behavior. Which I did not expect as a R E Customer ## .
Hope my complaint will be resolved and solved at the earliest from your end as my bike is lying at the H S R services center past few months .
Await your quick readdressal to resolve the faulty product or defective part issue .
