    From the second day after buying of my new royal Enfield classic 350 from " Birbhum Riders" I am facing a problem where Headlamp of that bike Blows off in a sudden and after a frequent it returns. Though I have checked it through two service centers of RE ( one at Durgapur, and another Suri[ main dealer from where I bought the bike]) but still the problem exist. As per the technician of Birbhum Riders, the Relay has a problem and they have tried to resolved but failed, but when I asked for the parts replacement, no answer found from them.

    As my concern if I meet any accident regarding the sudden blown off the light during driving at night, who will take the responsibility?

      I bought a new bike on 11 september 2020. From first day it was showing different types problems and after it's first service on 22nd september 2020 it's efi system and ecu showing problems. The warning light continuously glowing.
      Since last 5 days the royal enfield service center bhopal trying to fix it up but they are unable to do so.
      Here i am requesting to the dealer and the company too please replace it or refund as soon as possible.

        I first of all i am really disappointed royal enfield company last 10-15 days ago i buy a new royal enfield 350 x ks efi on 11th september 2020 bs6 model and i've really get too much problems in my bike also i am not getting any good response from customer care and i am her to requesting to the royal enfield company to replace my bike my bike problem is a manufacturing defect once again i am hare requesting to the royal enfield company to replace my bike.
        Since last 4 days it was continuously repairing by royal enfield service center bhopal but still the problem occurs.

          I have undergone all servings in time and have come for 4th servicing in time... Now they say disk plate is unserviceable and charging for the same though it comes warranty period. They are correlating it with running part disk par and say not covered under warranty.
          Worst part of royal enfield it motors mahipalpur delhi.

            I call to your customers support, they deny to help me for road side assistance at night timing will be 6:50pm approx.
            I never seen such careless, irresponsible behaviour with customers, i[censored] can't help us then why give these options to us and the main thing is that i purchase this bike in this month of 16 September 2020.

                  Hi team,.

                  I have purchased vehicle on november 21st 2019, from whitefield royal enfield showroom banglore.
                  Till now i have not received my bike's complimentary helmet and r. C. Card. If i try to contact showroom.. There is no proper response from them.. Very much disappointed.
                  I have raised complaint with my phone. No#.. Still no one has tried to reach out.

                  I need a help in getting this resolved. Hopefully it will done.

                  Please escalate and prioritise, since i am facing lots of problems with banglore police.. If this doesn't work. I am going to reach bangalore traffic police on this issue..

                    My name is boyapally pushpamma. I have booked a re classic 350 stealth black on 05.08.2020 at royal engineers (Uppal, hyderabad). I was promised delivery within 20 days. However the delivery was never made and upon inquiring now, the dealership is informing me that there will be a further delay o[censored]nknown duration due to inventory problem. I request you to rectify this issue as soon as possible. If there is going to be a longer delay then i will have to cancel my booking.

                    I would like as soon as possible reply on this. This is not good for such a great reputed company (Royal enfield).

                      delay in bike delivery

                      Hello, i am jeevan kumar from hyderabad. I had booked one interceptor650 (Glitter and dust) chrome bike at headway motors, madinaguda, hyderabad, telangana on 8th august.2020. At the booking dealer assured me to deliver the bike within 30 days of the time period which falls on 7th september 2020. i am continuously following up with dealer regarding bike delivery.                       Dear sir,

                      After the service vehicle having the trouble

                      On of your authorized Service center people cheated me in paid service at KAY JEE ENGINEERS PATIGADDA BEGAMPET HYDERABAD Service center.

                      They are charged me with 3238/- Rs but they don't even done the work of atleast 1500 to Max by Max 1800 Rs. And they are asked me to do phone pay I don't know why its like this.

                      I am requesting you that, My bike was previously its good condition, before of servicing. after the service it's getting sounds from engine, and it's got started some disturbance . Please guide me whether its get relsoved by your people or can go for my way .please revert me on the same mail.

                      with these people behavior and things, that service center DEALER was getting the BAD remark and and huge lose in income, because of there words and things they wantedly asking about to do phone pay or google pay on behalf of service center official account.

                      I want my money back which is they charged extra from my side .

                      because bike lights and all are working good and I didn't given any instruction to change the lights, okay if they are changed means that should be working mode that are also not working and which are already there in working mode and some other like Disc pads some and other things in the list.

                      I know that my bike is working and having all the things without any issue. If any issue is there means I need to instruct na, but this people are charged and given me big list and said these are things we are serviced to your vehicle but I am very clear that, they didn't fix any new parts to my vehicle.

                        I give my re strom rider bike for servicing at brand store service center, sanath nagar, hyderabad.

                        Before servicing my bike has couple of issue like petrol liking, running bike was getting off in between on the road and back wheel disk was making noise.

                        Post servicing of bike 1 week same problem is there. I was travelling to nagpur from hyderabad on date 19th september 2020 my bike get stuck in between on the road and i face lots of problem.
                        I called to the guy who did my bike servicing (Ravi teja mob no. [protected]) but he was not listening my issue not helping me in any way.

                        Then i take my bike to mechanic and found the guy who did servicing of my buke at service center he didn't done the servicing properly not clear the carborator and even not changed the air filter as well as air pipe.

                        Now i want return my servicing total amount and take the strict actions against service center.

                          We have been able to understand detect some unusual problems in our vehicle which is one of your products which is the royal enfield (Unit of eicher ltd)/bullet 350 es - electra black
                          Such as some of the parts which are supposed to be made up of steel have turned out to be made up of steel like the silencer pipe which we have already changed twice in the past two years because of rusting.
                          And one of the other problems is chain and socket of the vehicle has been getting damaged regularly.
                          And the shock absorber is also rusting out, we

                            Purchasing classic 350 cc stealth black model but getting glossy black halmet with this bike which is not suitable for the subject model. Inspite of requesting from the agency, agency is denying to give or exchange with matte black as saying that "only glossy halmet is given by the company and we cant help you out."and if you want you have to purchase it separately.
                            Even important accessory like leg gaurd is not being given with the bike. It doesn't suit the reputed company like you. Pls look into this matter expediently.

                                When the price of bullet 350 was about 139000/- i booked the bike (Bullet 350 electra) and advance deposited rs 11000 on[protected] and thereafter visited distributor (Debi motors purulia) for taking delivery of the byke on payemnt of rest amount on[protected], the retailer said that i have to buy now for rs 142000/- as the bike price has increased. I denied. I have already deposited rs 11000 earlier. Why i have to pay the incresed price,
                                I think i am eligible to buy the bike on price dated[protected]. The royal enfield companany is not giving me any interest on advance deposit. Pl give me the bike urgently

                                    I had purchased a royal enfield bullet from m/s mpire motors sales, pappala, kilimanoor, trivandrum on 03.09.2020. The details of the vehicle given below.

                                    While reaching home enroute the vehicle developed trouble and the dealer representative attended to it and rectified the same. On the day of registration the bullet developed trouble and could not be started. However the registration was completed and the dealer mechanic took the vehicle, rectified the defects as claimed and returned back to me. Next day when the vehicle had travelled hardly 15 kms the same complaint cropped up again and subsequently the dealer mechanic took the vehicle and now it has been reported that the complaints have been rectified and requested to take the vehicle back. Since i had taken the vehicle i could not hardly ride the bullet for more than 16 kms at a stretch developed trouble three times within a month. Still it is on workshop (Mpire motors, pappala, kilimanoor, trivandrum)
                                    I sincerely belief that a defective vehicle has been trusted upon me by the dealer and reliably understood that the vehicle had developed a complaint due to some engine failure and needs attention from the manufacturer which has since not been duly addressed by the dealer. Now it has been informed that the vehicle is ready for riding and no firm reply satisfactory or confidence building attitude has been conveyed by the dealer to the customer.

                                    In the said circumstances, i request you to bestow your personal attention on the matter and do the needful at the earliest
