Hello,
My name is ark raj and my complaint regarding bike servicing. Actually i have given my bike for fuel tank colour and wheel alignment. When i have given my bike on that time i was not facing any problem regarding starting problem or engine race. But when i went to receive my bike i have faced that problem and my service advisor told me that my carburettor is not functional and he suggested me to replace the carburettor. My bike running smoothly before servicing, my bike has run only 9000 kms, than how it can be possible that in 9000 kms carburettor had became damage. So request you to kindly check my issue from your end and short out my problem. My bike is still in that particular workshop.

    Dear sir, i sri sanjeet bhowmick would like to inform you that i have purchase a royal enfield 350x on 19.02.2019 from saraighat riders, guwahati

    That sir they have supplied poor quality accessories (Non re) leg guard and back rest with my bike, by 8 months the colours are coming out means colour crust and they got rusted.
    At the time of delivery they assured me the acceesories are very good and has warranty of 2 years.

    I have been complaing since then to mr. Arupjyoti das the sales manager of saraighat riders, guwahati. But all in vein, they repeatedly saying that the stock is not available, they will call me when it will be available, now they are not receiving my call.

      chassis cracked / frame cracked

      My 2014 model royal enfield desert storm 500 chassis has cracked. I have tried to weld it but the crack is on both the sides so it is not repairable. I was lucky to notice well before riding or else would have met with some accidents. I have never heard or seen any kind of this proble in any other bikes. This is purely a manufacturing quality issue. I need the part to be replaced by the company. Pleae help....

        I did servicing of my royal enfield at registered service centre. The colour of engine oil was same before and after changing oil. I went to cross check to another service centre they said it hasn’t been changed

          Hi this is arpit from dehradun uttarakhand. I have purchased a classic bullet 500 cc 10/02/2017. And i runed the bike for about 3000 km, and on 11june 2017 i had a problem with my bike, and i took to a local mechanic he told me that the fuel pump is not working and you should go to the service center. Then i rented a vehicle to took my bike to service center. I told the manager about the situation that i did not even runned my bike much but how would i give[protected] for this pump it should be changed by the service center. Then they didn't listen me and charged me 8-9k then again after 8-9 months my fuel pump was not working then again they charged me 8-9k to changed i was so frustrated and was not happy with the services of royal enfield the bike was defected. And again in 2019 my fuel pump got damaged and now in 2020 also and i just runned my bike 12000km. I also ride on weekends for only some kilometres. Please help me now i helpless and irritated by this bike and the services of allied auto (Niranjanpur) dehradun uttarakhand.
          Please help me out i have already spent 30k.
          And now one is helping me with this issue.
          I wasted my 2lac on this bullet classic 5oo.

            Fuel tank got corroded and the vehicle is under warranty. But in showroom they refused to accept my complaint. I was approached three royal enfield showrooms (Coimbatore bullman, erode motors and gobi eagle motor) but, none of them provided me the solution. I am completely disappointed with the quality and customer service of royal enfield.

              My name is vishal kumar dudhraj from guwahati, assam. I had booked a classic 350 stealth black against which i had paid an amount of rs 10000 but now as i got posting in indian railways and i am out of station for a period of 6 months reagarding my training so i have changed my mind for the purchase. I had contacted the showroom twice and also had submitted them an written application and have not received any reply regarding this. The salesman told me that it will take a period of 2months for the refund period which is simply horrible. My booking no is bkg006362cd00191 and i booked the bike during lockdown. Now, i am requesting to return my booking amount as soon as possible.

                Booking ID - BKG007571CD00208
                I booked bike on 15th June and they gave me in written that the booking time will be 30 days.
                It has been 45 days and now the dealer is saying that the bike manufacturing has been stopped while it is still being booked all around.
                Dealer is providing wrong information from Day One.
                I booked it through Manzil Motors, Gurgaon, Haryana.
                When I booked the bike there was an offer to save 6000/- RS which was valid till 15 th June, Dealer provided me wrong information that offer is valid till 30th June.
                When I went on 30th June they said offer has ended and because of this wrong information I got a loss of 6000/-
                Now they are asking me to buy another bike model which is Interceptor
                I have waited for 45 days for Himalayan bike and now they are saying that it is not being manufactured which is a lie.
                I need this to be fixed and bike delivered to me ASAP and they should give me the same benefit as I missed on it because of wrong information provided by them.
                I have sent them many emails but they are not providing me any resolution.
                I have attached the booking form here, please check and help me in this.

                  They made us to wait for 2hrs to fix 4 bolts on my classic 350 and even waited for hours and hours for water wash worst ever customer relationship... I will never recommend this riderzz ikon showroom to any room...

                    I sincerely request everyone to not go for hsr royal enfield rajajinagar showroom, the first day when i took the bike i was having the problem of choking after completing and fighting they made proper and 1 service i made it in different showroom and i got call hsr service for 2 nd service later i left my bike for the second service and again i got same problem of choking and many problems like this and i was escaped from accident and i took bike for showroom for 3 rd service i compliant and made many escalation but also my bike was not proper same problems due mechanic bad work i last my leg and unfortunately i will be not able ride bike hence forth from accident because of choking and many problems when i called help desk they are not all worried.

                    If you want loss life and body parts then you can go for hsr royal enfield or my humble request to everyone not go.

                      Issue with My New RE Classic 350 BS6

                      I have recently purchased royal enfield classic 350 airborne blue bs6 in the month of february 2020 from ispeed motors ayanavaram, chennai, tamil nadu. After 1 week i faced issues like silencer airfilter is like blocking while starting the bike, getting blocking like sound and the bike suddenly stopped frequently. Later went and complained to ispeed motors several times, pathetic customer service, told that this is due to bs6 all re customers...

                          Respected sir
                          This is Dilip s owning a ROTAL ENFIELD THUNDER BIRD 350cc WITH A price tag close to 1, 80, 000/-(Rupees One Lakh Eighty Thousand Only) with my savings without any loan because it my dream to own.

                          First problem arises on the first or second service that is Tap head problem within warranty but one your technician told he will rectify done after i was not satisfy i have clearly written in job card. I fighted lot with the service center in Magadi road Hsr service bangalore.
                          The problem was going on until they made some adjustment bcoz to avoid warranty period they have done with their plan.

                          Even i left my bike there for morethan 15 days i was travelling in auto n bus at that time but still they given a utter shock evry service cost not leaser than 2000 to 9000 till now please get it resolved

                          The bike has now run 31000km only with clear history of service in HSR SERVICE CENTER ONLY now they told it has a crank sound which shatters my dream now at covid 19 time why u people do like this i requested several times to service guys and your chennai team to replace my bike or engine at the time of warranty they misguided me which they have not done till now i paid double the amount of cost for service.to get rectified that they told it will be around 30, 000/- rupees which cant do it now.. so Your quality fails.Is this your quality of product is this my fault to buy your product of bike i complained initial time which you done the worst magic tricks and ditched my money.

                          As per my knowledge the bike or engine parts should withstand upto 2lakh Km but this shoved for 30k km iam a Royal mech with DIploma Mechanical engineering with middle class family you shattered my dreams kindly request you give me solution please or change the entire engine with No cost ..
                          My travelling daily average is 20 to 30km only
                          The worst part is the bike never ever serviced outside only in HSR SERVICE CENTER MAGADI ROAD BANGALORE
                          From the first service to till now.
                          Even i[censored] change and give the new bike also fine for me or replace the. New engine without cost .
                          Already i mailed written job cards mailed you also no reply..

                            I am worst service experience, i have riden 3500 km and i am experiencing too much engine noise, this is from the beginning, i have complained about it, since the first service which was at 500km, the sevice is worst they don't even have proper look at that, bike balance is not good everytime it will swing to the right everytime i move it, chains spracket is making nooise and i have complained it 3 times, still not resolved, the mechanic said they repaired it, still it is in worse condition, i have riden only 3500 km still, but i have gone for service 4 times, still my problem is not resolved, i will put a case against the dealer as he sold a defective bike to me.                                   I bought a 650 interceptor last year. It has not even been a year now and i am facing a major issue with the bike.
                                  Last week the bike wouldn't start so i had to send it to the workshop.
                                  They said water has seeped into the petrol tank. They cleaned it up and asked me to put a cover on the tank.
                                  In the current situation the cover is not available so i used plastic bags to cover it but again this week the same issue has surfaced. I have sent the bike to the workshop again and again they have asked me to fix a cover.
                                  I have paid more for the chrome version and now i have to keep it covered!! In that case one should buy the cheapest version, or stay away from this model altogether.
                                  This is not a solution. This is a defect that the company must rectify!!
                                  I feel so cheated. They should inform the customers of this defect before selling this.

                                    My name is shahin shoukathe alii and i have bought the royal enfield 2020 bs6 compliant interceptor 650 (Ravishing red) almost 1 to 2 weeks and this is what it happens
                                    I bought this bike from ramnath wheels attingal, trivandrum. From the day one i received this vehicle these are the issues which i am facing and much more. I know royal enfield vehicles have quality issues but still i trusted this brand and i bought your premium segment motorcycle and this is what i get. From the day second i bought the vehicle i have been seen all these kind of issues and i went to the showroom to get rectified and i don’t know what are they telling some people see they will replace the products when they will be available.
                                    So my question is is this what you people give for the customers who are paying the hard earned money, this is cheating. Aren’t you people ashamed to cheat a trustworthy customer who pays his hard earned money on a vehicle and gets screwed day by day.
                                    I know you people won’t even respond because you got my money now you don’t need a customer what do you need is just customers dumping them money do you are royal enfield team and the showroom people.
                                    And i have also faced many issues from the day one i took this vehicle motorcycle.
                                    After riding for 3 km i started facing all these issues including fog rest issues the chain was trusted when i received the vehicle and i have provided the photo regarding the crash guard which is royal enfield genuine crash guard and can’t you see the rest and the pain got off from that crash guard is this what you called quality?
                                    And another main issue which i am facing is that after running to 50 km the vehicle is making a lot of noise it is making noise from the tappets and valves. I just ran to 50 km and i am fed up with this vehicle and when i google it i just came to know that some of your vehicles are facing more issues than mine but i don’t know what should i do i want my vehicle rectified and i have all the details regarding these issues this and i have provided all the details with evident photos to the showroom people the next day i got delivered.
                                    I need immediate reaction against this cheating or else i have solid evidence from the day one i paid to this date.
                                    I know you people won’t do anything so what i did this i have forwarded all these things to area manager mr mahesh in thiruvananthapuram.
                                    I am going to rise a complaint against cheating and a complaint on consumer court regarding all these evidences and issues.
                                    Very worst experience and i lost my all trust to your brand
