Last week itself gave me a appointment but they have not took my new bike for service.
I need to come from nagari it more then 60km
So please check it fast.
2day only they gave me a appointment .
2day am going so please care me a 1st ....

I bought my 350 classic stealth black last january bt its my worst feeling with the bike .. solve my lroblems otherwise exchange my bike..

With reference to the above I had an issue with my bikes rear tyre that got punctured today being 31.05.2020, Sunday. My vehicle is interceptor 650 and had opted for Road side assistance(RSA).I made a call to RSA and made sure that they would come to pick/tow my vehicle since the bike 210 kg kerb weight.after a long time I got a call from RSA who mentioned that the vehicle suppose to tow my bike shall soon come in one hour. Waiting for another...

My name is SHASHIDHAR G and I stay in bengaluru(karnataka).
I am writing this mail disheartened because today while driving my bullet electra 350 it made a big sound, after inspecting it I found that the chassis got a crack, I was left with shock and lucky to escape an worst accident which could have my life.
I had bought the bullet from abhyuday motors mysore, karnataka on august 14th 2014.
Every service has been done...

Iam staying at kaikaluru and i visited gudiwada showroom for servicing they are not allowing us to wait at coustomer lounge we r not local people to come and go so plz take action on this...

I am nagraj shinde from belgaum karnataka, yesterday i have changed my rear disc break pads with new from royal enfield showroom belgaum karnataka.
The break pad making so much friction and getting too hot. I also complained via phone but they are not responding to my problem. This is very chief service by showroom.

2yrs back i had purchased a new royal enfield class 350 model bike. From past some months the petrol tank is getting rusted. I had reported this issue to the customer service center (Royal enfield narnaul, haryana) they didn't provide any support instead they asked me to change the tank which may cost 10k+ kindly, after taht i said that change my tank under insurance. But they taken full amount in my hand and told that after some days amount...

My bullet standard 350 abs age 9 month... And lots of problems like battery problem.. I changed my bullet battery twice through agency But again it trouble me.. Abs is not working since 5 months, Disc is not working properly... And the big problem is my rear wheel 7 spokes are broken I contact many time in agency but they can't take it seriously... I'm in big trouble while buying royal enfield.. So pls s/m it's my humble request to you pls...

My service was done by you guys however it was poor service done my bike got damage after calling you guys on no [protected] still there is no response to repair my bike however it is in warranty. My bike is new
I need assistance as soon as possible because i am from rohtak and my bike is in gurgram which is damages and just bucause of this i am not able to go home till the lockdown has started no one is ready to listen...

I taken delivered royal enfield classic 350 gun metal colour from the legend motors royal enfield showroom chrompet mr raj kamal showroom manager promised me that he will give the mat finish grey colour helment will taking delivery. But till now he didn't gave me the helmet and rc book but till now i did not gave it i have taken delivery befor 2 month my vechile number tn07 cv 0096.. This bad experience in royal enfield...

I called many times for my insurance renewal they r not respond me i am frustrated by their management dealer name Batra enterprises kashipur uttrakhand 247713...

petrol tank has manufacturing fault as petrol is always leaking since one month. Mechanics told me that it is BS4 tank and its system got failed .
Please filed my complain and take action .

It has been 50 days since booking cancellation and i have still not received refund from royal enfield. As per company t&c, there is full refund of booking amount on cancellation of bookings. Company store has been misleading me since i am still getting sms and emails...
