I was coming from my office on 31st December 2019. iAm using thunder bird 350 x from past 7 months.my speedometer got broken in the middle of the road while driving. Before also my foot rest also got broken but service centre told me that you must have met with an accident. I paid for it.but this is too much.i never met with an accident.and i am not going to pay for it. everything service centre puts the blame on customer but the way it is broken there is not a single scratch on it. It is broken from the joint.

    Hi all,

    This an message I am writing with heavy heart because of the product you sold to me.i was really fed up with the service you are providing with the product you are selling.

    I bought royal Enfield 350 gun metal classic for 1 lakh and 64 thousands during 2018 after march..it was an BS4 model and they asked for extra 10 thousands for accessories and I paid for it just because of one things the quality of the product you were selling but once I got the product I got to know all were just show off.

    I bought my bike at Theni Royal Enfield showroom(Arjun was the sales man and the dealer was coral motor hub). I gave the first service at Theni showroom for 500kms. Till that time all looked fine except few small small things.

    Few days after I took my bike to chennai as I was working over there and where my really trouble started, within 1000km my rear disc brake got struck in middle of traffic and I was not able to move my bike an inch and I went to velachery - pallikaranai Sri venkateswara royal Enfield showroom over there they told me to change the rear wheel disc brakes and they mentioned it's jammed it would be around 2500rs for Changing it and I paid for it.thats as the first time I felt am I took an wrong bike

    And then came the next situation where after running for 1500km I get to hear some sound from my bike chain(tuk..tuk..tuk...which was really horrible while driving) I went to same showroom(Sri venkateswara royal Enfield showroom at velachery and pallikaranai road) I told the issue they did something and gave me the bike telling all ok sir now this sound won't come. I took my bike and agian within next 500kms I got the sound again(tuk..tuk..tuk) at the time it was time for my service which was around 3000km and I told the issue they told we will look into it..and again nothing changed after riding for 600km I started to hear the sound and to this they had got me paid for service more than 2000rs.

    By time of around 4500km I went again to same showroom asking for reasons and they told they don't know and asked me to buy chain lubricants and asked me to spray that whenever I hear that sound and that lubricants cost around 800 to 1000rs which I have to by every 1500kms.

    Everytime I gave my bike for service I used too tell about the sound this bike gives and everytime service people node their heads as if they gonna fix but at the end nothing changes except bill of 2k to 3k rs.

    During last Diwali time I went for shopping over there suddenly my bike rear wheel brake for struck like something happened at 1500kms and I was shocked because this was second time and I took my bike to showroom over there same reasons and got an bill of 2.5k rs.

    Adding to this there would be an feedback call after every service, once i told that the service was not satisfied and do you know what response I got "next time you tell them what problem and they will rectify" I was shocked why you need to have these kinds of feedback calls.

    I ride by bike for 25k kilometres in last 1 year and 9 or 10 months and I was really fed up on you and your products and the service you provide.till you sell an product you were telling all words which was very inspiring but once a person got an product your was of dealing things were really bad.

    I have give my bike for all services at time i.e. 1.5k, 3k, 6k, 9k, 12k, 15k, 18k, 21k and 25k which was around 9 service and additional I went to service center for 10 to 15 times asking for this is not working, that's not working blah blah blah.. Nothing changed except one is your bills. Till date I have paid around more than 25k just for service.

    NOW I WAS REALLY FEARED TO TAKE MY BIKE FOR A RIDE JUST BECAUSE IF IT BREAKDOWN SOMEWHERE HOW TO OVERCOME THAT..?

    DO YOU KNOW SOMETHING I HAVE STARTED CANVASING PEOPLE NOT TO BUY ANY OF YOUR PRODUCTS AS THE QUALITY WAS WORST OF KIND.

    IF ANYONE REALLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND ITS QUALITY REVERT BACK ON THIS ISSUE.

    I GONNA POST THIS ON ALL SOCIAL MEDIA PAGES JUST TO MAKE SURE NONE OF CUSTOMER IS GONNA HAVE SAME ISSUES.

    NOW I AM PLANNING TO SELL MY BIKE. DUE TO PRODUCT QUALITY

      I had serviced my bike regd no dl3sr 5000 on dated 22nd dec 2019 from asco motors, add :- 492, patparganj indl. Area delhi -110092, this was my first visit in service centre during service i informed them that i have to move for 3 days ride to almora with my royal enfield group.. They have asked me for other jobs also apart from service job. On 25 th dec morning time 5.30 am we rush for trip, after 30-40 kms my bike stuck on high way near hapur badly missing. The reason was spark plug which was not checked / cleaned or replaced during service, also my horn & indicators was not working due to battery issue. We all 15 royal enfield members stuck for 3-4 hours in high way.
      This was bad experience with asco motors due to major ignorance in job.
      I will not go there in future. Very bad

      I buy royal Enfield bike from payyanur branch from kerala they didn't give me nuber plate so my R C book is not redy because of there irresponsibility so many times i call them but they didn't do it no more tha 6 month am driving bike with out r c book

        I would like to inform you that i am user of royal enfield. But i was not happy with quality of royal enfield. My bike got rusty from it's drive chain and share the information during first service. Service engineer suggested to me oiling done properly. Now within 10, 000 kms chain set was badly damaged.
        As per my knowledge oiling just maintained lubrication between chain and sprockets.
        Rear sprocket teeth broken due to its harness issues.
        Now i want claim for that.

            Hello sir,
            I bought a bike of royal enfield 3months ago, from my near by authorized dealer at malda, name speed wheel. Till now i didn't receive any notification from the company regarding registration number and certificate. Although they are not bothering my issues properly. And specially service of speed wheels, malda 732102 is very poor. Technician are not well. On my first service of the bike they didn't solve any problem. I complained to the manager, they didn't bother and didn't response.
            Kindly pay attention to the matter.

            Very poor quality in making RE Bikes. With in 2 Year paint removed from engine and head light portion. Rested silencer now in two pieces. I am using Royal Enfield Standard 350. Very disappointed.

No - 37-93/212, apco complex madhura nagar neredmet secundrabad 500094 telangana. Subject - when iam given for service my bike is speed issue not even run 50 speed, problem resolved after 22days, when i go to receive my bike service center they show me another problem bike battery is not working, when i give my bike to service center battery is in good condition. Please resolve my issue (Need new battery from service center)

                  Dear sir,
                  I am mukesh nath from palghar dist of maharashtra -401404. I have purchased royal enfield sand storm model-350 from sonith motors located in boisar (In palghar dist). Also i have done 2 servicing of the bike.

                  But during my third service i told the engineer that the bike is showing starting problem and repeatedly breakdown many times during the journey. Then he replied me after checking the bike that the tank has been damaged and it is a manufacturing defect.

                  Suddenly i got panicked because sir i have to travel everyday around 60km by my bike and it is the only mode of transportation for me. I requested the service representatives to help me out but they said i ll take around 15days for the replacement of tank as they have to order it from company.
                  Still i have managed to adjust myself in this time period (I have lodged complain on 23 nov2019).

                  But till now no solution has been provided. From that day my bike is at home and i am unable to ride it.

                  Now i am feeling hapless by purchasing a bike of re make. Sir i ll like to add that i am one of the millions who have a dream to ride a royal enfield, but what i am facing today is like the worst nightmare i have ever faced.

                  So, i request you to help me out of this by making my dream bike live (Which is in icu since 23 nov 2019) for which i will be obliged.

                    i am fed up with this showroom since i brought my bike. its been more than 3 moths of bike delivered, i am still struggling to get response from WHITEFIELD ROYAL ENFIELD SHOWROOM BANGLORE.
                    THERE ARE NOT ALL AT RESPONDING TO CALLS, TEXT.
                    THIS IS VERY DISGUSTING ABOUT THE SHOWROOM.
                    I am not getting why the hell this is happening and this showroom is spoiling the brand name.
                    documents are still pending since 3months of delivery.
                    please anyone help on this issue.

                      It’s enfield 500 cc squadrent blue and it’s fuel pump crack down 2 time in 2 year. When first time they changed i have informed that it might go crack again due to high pressure fuel jet and now this time again it happens so i sent a mail to customer care enfield and no reply.😩 i think india ruined the brand name of enfield by his worst service and parts.

I think its Manufacturing Defect which They are fooling people. What shall i do ? Please advise.                             Dear support team,

                            Bought on-15/11/2017

                            Silencer was burnt (Colour of silencer turned yellow and black). The complain was heard and changed after so many requests on 10/10/2018 @9000km.
                            Issue is same again at 20000kms and just within an year.
                            Complain has been raised and it was being handled by royal enfield riders cafe-gopalganj.
                            Bike was taken into custody by royal enfield riders cafe-gopalganj (Bihar) for 2 days and returned back saying 'it cant be done' because :
                            1. Petrol is being used by from different petrol pumps, quality of petrol
                            2. Engine is being heated up so it will burn.
                            3. Major driving pattern, access acceleration
                            4. There is fire burning inside silencer (Not inside engine it seems) as per mr. Karan and mr. Jeeten-the two senior person from customer care.
                            5. Bike is out of warranty

                              Good afternoon to royal enfield company. I think this year your growth very big know this world. Last two years i promoted your company vehicle at my many friends. Last june month i am purchase your company royal classic bullet after 2 months some problem issue in my bike. Engine noise and bettery complaints then weel solding so went to your company service at udumalpet bharath motors but after this service problems not well. Continue for 3 service's your service but very poor all services i am not satisfied your service pls you take my problems and clear my bike problems plz call me... Number tn 78 q 3344.

                                I Am very Loved Person of RE bikes, with same Interest, I we ordered new Bike Bullet X350 ES colour regal red, in the month of september i was told 45 days is the buffer time for getting the bike .

                                now its almost 80 days, still i didn't receive my bike. after several complaints return to ([protected]@royalenfield.com) and called customer care also. there was no proper response from team ROYAL ENFIELD

                                very much disappointed with customer service and response. still surprisingly they are telling they are not sure when this stock is going to come.

                                Kindly help me if some one could assist me on this .

                                  Hi, i gave my bike for general service on 19th oct in velavan motors re service center in thousand lights chennai. After that, there are lot of issues raised like
                                  The doom light (Low beam) was not working,
                                  The front brake was miserably failed, and
                                  There was noise in the rear brake. So i gave my bike for 1st complaint and also i raised my concern in re customer care on nov 9th.

                                  I got a call from re customer care and she listened to all my issued and finally said please report if you have the same issue again. What a pathetic customer care support is this?

                                  The service center person said they are not responsible for this issue and they charged me around 2k.

                                  After few dates later my bike rear brake was jammed on dec 2nd, the rear bike was locked due to overheating. So i towed my bike and gave the save service center now. They said it was jammed due to overheating we fixed the issue and charged me around 150.

                                  Now again there is a new issue raise now the speedometer light is not working. I dont know what to do? Raise an email to re customer care or give my bike to same service center.

                                  In both cases, they will say the same thing.

                                    As my vehicle no: kl73c670, classic 350, vehicle given for service, actually i am in out of state, i requested re service team to send the invoice copy to my mail id as i have already provided to service center, i tried several times to contact service center but i dint got any response or they are not even ready to attend the call, later i tried they picked & said will send through mail, but still i dint received my invoice copy, now i am trying to contact them but no response

                                      I regret to inform you that the after sales service of royal enfield is very substandard and frustrating. I had purchased a standard 350 abs bullet black from your showroom at intrepid works, palakkad on 12/10/19 near my office. The vehicle was registered at alapuzha on 2/11/2019 (Rc attached). The vehicle skid and fell during a drive on 3/11/19, there was minor damage to the fuel tank, head light etc. It was then taken to the nearby authorised service centre riders motors[protected], 2255031, alapuzha on 4/11/19. I was attended by service advisor mr. Manoj – [protected], the insurance formalities was completed on the same and next day (Claim attached). I was told that there may be further works in the vehicle, it will be known only during the work. He promised to handover the vehicle in 1 month time (Slip attached). The insurance agent also told that he will arrange for the same. Mr manoj told me that he will call me the next week and inform me of the works and also he would need an advance once the final estimate is prepared. I agreed and left to my work place at palakkad. He didn’t call. After 10 days i went to the show room on 14/11/2019 and found that the vehicle is untouched. I raised complaint to the manager, he told he will solve in 1 week time after 1 week time, when i called they started rejecting my number. I seeked help from the store where i purchased the vehicle, with their intervention they called on 2/12/19 and gave me the estimate and asked for advance. I paid online on that hour itself and they confirmed the same. I then visited the service centre on 3/12/19. The manager told me it will take more than 1 month to complete the work. When asked about their early commitment of 1 month, he told that me that he can work only in this way, you can do whatever you can i don’t care. Is this how royal enfield responds to a customer, after grave delay in service? After 35 days, i don’t have a clue when i will get my vehicle back. I have voice recording of the manager admitting that the delay is due to his personal financial crisis. But why should i suffer for it. Royal enfield should be more responsible. I sent a complaint via email to [protected]@royalenfield.com on 7/12/19, but no one contacted me till now.

                                        I give my bike on 09.12.2019 at pallavarm service station. They told me that your bike will be redy till 5 pm. But when i call them at 5 pm, they told me that in 7pm bike will be full ready. That time i am getting late. So i decide to come next day. But today when i go to their service station they ttold me to wait some time, after waiting for 15 min one guy came in and told me that there is no parts available for your bike so we couldn’t able do any work on your bike. That time i want to beat that guy very hard. I told them that you have to inform me about parts avlbility. When i told them to give my bike, then they started to drain my engine oil. I am very offset and same time i got lost one of my clint order worth of 54000, because of your bad service. Who will be pay for that. My bike no is tn06l6691.
