Royal Enfield is a big brand and it's my dream bike but I don't know what types of parts they are using Local break shoe used . It's big international chain so why you are using local parts and accessories very bad experience poor and low class service Very disappointed that is the reason peoples are saying old model is good

    I had met with an accident a month ago with my royal enfield stealth black 500, reg no : kl 25l 124. As i have insurance claim i take my bike to riders motors royal enfield showroom in alappuzha, kerala. They told me to give my vechile within 3 weeks, and now its me more than a month!
    So kindly take proper action regarding this matter.

      On the delivery day onwards my bullet back tyre was wobbling and alignment was not correct. We said the complant on the first service. After few days the same complant happened so the sivaji motors kayimanam service centre tvm said that not replace. Only rust happened only they will replace other wise not replace it.         I purchased royal enfield thunderbird 350x on april 2019 from lamba enterprises, tilak nagar, new delhi. Since the time of purchase, the bullet has given me numerous problems and i have faced life-threatening situations many times. Even after contacting the service centre, i wasn't helped.
        The wheel's screws open automatically, the brake makes eerie sounds, the engine makes a gargling sound, the rear tyre's air gets out automatically after every second-third day and numerous other problems. Every day is a living hell in my life and i regret purchased this bullet. Kindly help me to get a replacement or get the problem rectified.

          Sir i booked signals airborne blue classic 350 on 07.10.2019 with badshah nagar lucknow company showroom they told me if you want delivery on dhanteras auspicious day i. E. On 25.10.2019. Make all payment before 15.10.2019. We make all payments by 14.10.2019 itself. Now today i. E. 23.10.2019 we can't deliver before first week of november 2019. They are playing with our sentiment. Shri ram gi gupta representative of company outlet. Told fabricated story that truck carrying bullet motor cycle got punctured and then again informed me it got damaged. This very bad experience of highly reputed company. Booking i'd is bkng[protected] dated 07.10.2019. They are playing with ours sentinments to buy vehicle on auspicious day of dhanteras.

            I am very proud to be a royal enfield bullet owner for the last 5 years. I am using royal enfield standard 350 bullet. I am writing this complaint to know about the new ammendment regarding the sound of silencer of the bullet. It is came to know that this ammendment is only applicable in kerala state. I would like to recommend your company that, please manufacture new bullets with an optimum sound, so that it will legalise by the state government.

            1. I have visite the country motors services Center it force out black smoke from cylencerpipe of my bike and head side little sound, for this reason I went to country motors many time. But I face the same problem till now.

              We buy bullet electra x, on the delivery day onwards the back tyre was shivering the alignment was not correct we tell about this in the first service period of 500 km. After 600 km the same complant was happened so the service centre sivaji kayimanam was not willing to replace it. They said that if rust had happened they replace it other wise not replace. So kindly solve my problem

                I joined into re family last year september as am huge fan of royal enfield and bought brand new signals sand stormrider (Chasis no. Me3u3s5c1jh366931) on the next day after release in uppal branch.

                It was great when i was in uppal and uppal service center also damn good and they worth servicing and recently i shifted gachibowli. I started giving bike for servicing in gachibowli service center as i don't have any option and the servicing is worst.

                My 1st paid servicing happened on october 1st - 2019 with a job card number 5944 and it has below points to be fixed.
                1. Make the chain tight as it is giving sound on 1st gear and 2nd with oiling.
                2. Bike engine is automatically shutting down when i am crossing speed more than 70kmph.
                3. Bike front handle is giving sound for each right and left turn or applying front brake sudden.
                4. It is giving very worst noise for back and front brakes (Brake shoe are new and recently replaced).

                I could see none of the issue fixed and they handover my bike by charging 1914 rupees and i don't even know what they have fixed. As i am out of town for a week so i realized the issue very late and i went for these issue fixes and they are saying it will take lot of time and they have pending bikes so they can't able to take one more now and it may delay for 3 more days.

                I seriously want a quick resolution or solution whatever you can, i cant take it anymore... You can consider it as a request or serious offense or whatever but not of people suffering because of these so please do the needful for me..

                Note : they kept my bike with them for two days too. I faced this issue only with gachibowli and i don't know why you guys are not concentrating on customers reviews. If you see customer reviews in google for gachibowli service center then you will get to know how many people are facing the same.

                        No proper recieving to the customers, i persoally waited for 50 mins to some one talk to me... Including manager ashok also not seen responsible...
                        The techniquestions just manage ing the issue just at that point of time but not resolving the problem isssues actually...
                        Beacuse of these worst service experiance, its becomeing like iam suggesting my friends not to go with royal enfield...
                        None of them in the center takeing care of customer
                        Iam experiencing the same worst thing from last 3 servicings... And its still going with the same... I will give negitive rating for this if available...

                              I have a re himalayan and is experience a slight deflection towards the right and a pain in my right hand. The tire is also wearing out to the right. I have serviced the motorcycle almost 4 times for the same complaint at the marikar re service centre, panavila, trivandrum. The issue is not sorted out at all and they want me to try replacing the front t-stem at my expense, even when the vehicle is under warranty. Please note that my vehicle has not met any accident/ has not gone extreme offroading. Kindly acknowledge my complaint and raise to the occasion and replace any defective parts in the vehicle acknowledging the warranty.

Now i am at the showroom ogharnath meerut from where i have purchased it. Now dealer is demanding money for its service. This is highly disgusting with costumers. How new bike materials can be damaged itself even after break? I have some questions:
                                1. What type of bogus materials you have used in this bike? Or have you supply local goods in this bike.
                                2. Who is responsible for such kind of misshapening?
                                3. Who will change it?
                                If you would not supply good quality then kindly reverse it back. We cam move another side for other bike.

                                  My bike's kl 32l7021 bent tube started rusting since 7 months. For the last 2 services servicecenter person told they have placed a free replacement order but yet not recieved. Now on 10/10/19 they rejected by saying warranty due by 5days (2yrs warranty). So wont replace it for free. Now they are saying i missed 2 regular services (During flood they were not accepting service orders) so cant do any thing. Please resolve.

                                    Petrol tank of my Bullet classic 350 December 2014 model rusted from inside. It appearing very bad from outside. And also giving bad name to brand. It is pathatic that such a renouned brand providing poor quality product. Please resolve the issue at the earliest
                                    RE classic 350 must be upgraded for new opposite look like standard replica 350.

                                    As per the above mentioned subject I Shaikh Hussain Mohammed Yousuf have purchased Royal Enfield fom Nandi Motors Purna Road Nanded Maharashtra Model No. Classic 350 BS6 Air bone blue regitration No. [protected], Contact No. [protected], on 11th January 2021 by cash. While traveling from Nanded Hingoli Highway yesterday night my bike was punctured at 10:15pm, at that time my family was with me, at first I've called you customer care executives, he had taken 2 hours my crucial time to register my complaint.
                                    During this time I've walked 10 Km long with my family and I've not get the service which have demanded on time, No company person or technician had entertained my call or given priority to this, while purchasing bike he have collected extra charges from me to provide cashless services on time, I am not satisfied with this service an will go to consumer court.
                                    I am sending this mail to improve your service performance due to this next time no customer will suffer.

                                      Please take steps on vehicle service. Since from 5 year i’m using 500cc enfield during every service i spent minimum 3k maximum 7k. I was satisfied with the service done by hsr service where i purchased my bike.
                                      But recently on 21st september 2019 i gave my bike to service centre by name called “sri sai sadguru motors” situated at dasarahalli bangalore karnataka, they charged 9350₹ for general service, battery replacement, & alternator coil changes. 25thsep19 they sent massage by saying bike is ready but i visited the show room on 1st oct19 next day itself i found speedometer is not working even after general service, i complained service executive he checked and he billed separately for speedometer wire, but after taking my bike thinking that everything is fine but they did worst kind of service when i checked my bike while riding in night mode speedometer lights are not working. Again i complained executive on next day he said today cannot be solve this issues leave your bike. Again i leave my bike and today 11th october 19 i took bike from service centre by thinking somehow they managed for speedometer lights but now breaking lights are not working when i switch headlights. Since from 21st september to 11th october 2019 over a period of 20day this service centre executive staff never showed any minimum basic response to the customer.
                                      I canceled my trip plans due to un avilable of bike and it’s worst condition.
                                      Even spending huge amount 9.5k my bike is still facing with basic light systems means what kind of worst service your people are providing? And the most amazing part of the service billing!
                                      For 9.5k bill they giving manually by writing “service and battery replaced “
                                      They not mentioned other charged spares and services. When i asked for computerised bill they said, give your mail id we will send the bill copy, but till today i didn’t get any mail copy of the bill.
                                      By seeing all these bloody cheep nonsense service i planing to go for consumer court.

                                        I purchased the royal enfield thunderbird three fifty x model bike from blue mountain royal enfield agency, kunnamangalam, kozhikode district, kerala on january 16, 2019. From that day till now i have not changed any service or even a screw except from the company. Service center. Today was my fourth service of my bike (9000).

                                        the cart was too high for a front fork from the sound i heard. I've had the blue mountain royal enfield franchise twice since. They say the complainant was solved. But again and again the noise is high. So this time i will change my service agency to calpetta it is also an authorized.
                                        because of this sound, i mentioned the complainant about the service executive, and they took note of it.
                                        i checked it and was convinced. Then i asked them why this happened. This problem was not my fault, but the material of the company. I asked them to change this under warranty coverage they say it is not possible and ask me 6000 rupees and 15 day delay. It is a bike manufacturer like enfield.
