I have a re himalayan and is experience a slight deflection towards the right and a pain in my right hand. The tire is also wearing out to the right. I have serviced the motorcycle almost 4 times for the same complaint at the marikar re service centre, panavila, trivandrum. The issue is not sorted out at all and they want me to try replacing the front t-stem at my expense, even when the vehicle is under warranty. Please note that my vehicle has not met any accident/ has not gone extreme offroading. Kindly acknowledge my complaint and raise to the occasion and replace any defective parts in the vehicle acknowledging the warranty.

    Dear royal engield, i am dr onu verma have purchased royal enfield 350 classic from last week and yesterday its break and some part other parts were damaged during break. Now i am at the showroom ogharnath meerut from where i have purchased it. Now dealer is demanding money for its service. This is highly disgusting with costumers. How new bike materials can be damaged itself even after break? I have some questions:
    1. What type of bogus materials you have used in this bike? Or have you supply local goods in this bike.
    2. Who is responsible for such kind of misshapening?
    3. Who will change it?
    If you would not supply good quality then kindly reverse it back. We cam move another side for other bike.

      My bike's kl 32l7021 bent tube started rusting since 7 months. For the last 2 services servicecenter person told they have placed a free replacement order but yet not recieved. Now on 10/10/19 they rejected by saying warranty due by 5days (2yrs warranty). So wont replace it for free. Now they are saying i missed 2 regular services (During flood they were not accepting service orders) so cant do any thing. Please resolve.

        Petrol tank of my Bullet classic 350 December 2014 model rusted from inside. It appearing very bad from outside. And also giving bad name to brand. It is pathatic that such a renouned brand providing poor quality product. Please resolve the issue at the earliest
        RE classic 350 must be upgraded for new opposite look like standard replica 350.
        I am classic 350 user. Its a request for dashing classic for next generation.take special time for new classic with will talented design enginear like standard replica. We expect classic should rock on road.

        I purchased my Royal Enfield thunder bird 350x model on Jan 2020. Now after giving 3 servicing my bike showing wiring problem, carborator issue, miss start, etc etc. I feel like to say that the bike provided me by the dealer is seems to have some manufacturing defects due to which it's not running properly.         As per the above mentioned subject I Shaikh Hussain Mohammed Yousuf have purchased Royal Enfield fom Nandi Motors Purna Road Nanded Maharashtra Model No. Classic 350 BS6 Air bone blue regitration No. [protected], Contact No. [protected], on 11th January 2021 by cash. While traveling from Nanded Hingoli Highway yesterday night my bike was punctured at 10:15pm, at that time my family was with me, at first I've called you customer care executives, he had taken 2 hours my crucial time to register my complaint.
        During this time I've walked 10 Km long with my family and I've not get the service which have demanded on time, No company person or technician had entertained my call or given priority to this, while purchasing bike he have collected extra charges from me to provide cashless services on time, I am not satisfied with this service an will go to consumer court.
        I am sending this mail to improve your service performance due to this next time no customer will suffer.

          Please take steps on vehicle service. Since from 5 year i’m using 500cc enfield during every service i spent minimum 3k maximum 7k. I was satisfied with the service done by hsr service where i purchased my bike.
          But recently on 21st september 2019 i gave my bike to service centre by name called “sri sai sadguru motors” situated at dasarahalli bangalore karnataka, they charged 9350₹ for general service, battery replacement, & alternator coil changes. 25thsep19 they sent massage by saying bike is ready but i visited the show room on 1st oct19 next day itself i found speedometer is not working even after general service, i complained service executive he checked and he billed separately for speedometer wire, but after taking my bike thinking that everything is fine but they did worst kind of service when i checked my bike while riding in night mode speedometer lights are not working. Again i complained executive on next day he said today cannot be solve this issues leave your bike. Again i leave my bike and today 11th october 19 i took bike from service centre by thinking somehow they managed for speedometer lights but now breaking lights are not working when i switch headlights. Since from 21st september to 11th october 2019 over a period of 20day this service centre executive staff never showed any minimum basic response to the customer.
          I canceled my trip plans due to un avilable of bike and it’s worst condition.
          Even spending huge amount 9.5k my bike is still facing with basic light systems means what kind of worst service your people are providing? And the most amazing part of the service billing!
          For 9.5k bill they giving manually by writing “service and battery replaced “
          They not mentioned other charged spares and services. When i asked for computerised bill they said, give your mail id we will send the bill copy, but till today i didn’t get any mail copy of the bill.
          By seeing all these bloody cheep nonsense service i planing to go for consumer court.

            I purchased the royal enfield thunderbird three fifty x model bike from blue mountain royal enfield agency, kunnamangalam, kozhikode district, kerala on january 16, 2019. From that day till now i have not changed any service or even a screw except from the company. Service center. Today was my fourth service of my bike (9000).

            the cart was too high for a front fork from the sound i heard. I've had the blue mountain royal enfield franchise twice since. They say the complainant was solved. But again and again the noise is high. So this time i will change my service agency to calpetta it is also an authorized.
            because of this sound, i mentioned the complainant about the service executive, and they took note of it.
            i checked it and was convinced. Then i asked them why this happened. This problem was not my fault, but the material of the company. I asked them to change this under warranty coverage they say it is not possible and ask me 6000 rupees and 15 day delay. It is a bike manufacturer like enfield.

I am not allowed to check the ongoing work on the floor. The manager my sanjay kala and floor assisstant shahid are refusing and are rude

              I buyed the bike royal enfield classic 500cc on 3 december 2017. I was so excited at first. But after than it suddenly changed as the fuel pump that was installed in the bike broked after only 5months o[censored]se. I went to the service centre and they asked me to change it and the price was about rs.8000. First of all i used my bike very carefully as i invested a lot in taking this bike. So having no choice i had to replace the part. But now after a year the part suddenly breaks once more. The reason is it is a plastic nosel that could be easily cut by someone and its exposed open. The company is offering the bike for approx 1.9 lakh and even though the material used is of such a low grade. Now again i have to make a replacement which will cost me another rs.8k-9k. I want the company to pay the expanses or otherwise if any other solution may be possible should be done.

                I have given my electra bike service couple of weeks ago and my issue wasn’t been resolved still.. I bought the bike in ispeed and i keep on service with them for a year and i’m complains for the same issue for a year and they are not at all taking care off my issue.. Unprofessional behavior, no proper commitments, they are unable to resolve my bike’s issue.. I have terrible irritated as my bike is not at all getting on in raining session oh yeah in drizzling itself.. Very much disappointed by their service.. It’s better to take a severe action against this ispeed service center, otteri, chennai and its better to close this center.. Worst worst worst service.. I’m n road now with this bloody serviced bike

                    I gave my bike in for servicing and job card was already made, then i received a call from the service center saying the rear disk brake pads need to be changed to which i agreed. I picked up the bike after servicing and the brake wasn't working at all. I returned immediately and they said that it takes some time to set in. Even after few days, it didn't work so i went back and they tightened the brake and said that it is of no issue. I knew that's not how bike brakes work and i complained to them, they had 3 ppl form the showroom ride my bike and said that there's nothing wrong and made a fool out of me. A week later my bike started making noises. I went back and threatened to file a complaint on them, that's when they took me seriously and had it checked again, i was there the whole time and their mechanic themselves told me that the brake was not working properly and it was the mechanics fault who had serviced it. For a week they made a fool out of me and kept saying to me that there was nothing wrong. I was riding my bike without any proper brakes and they just didn't seem to listen. This was at sareen motors rambagh in kanpur.

                      I have purchased enfield standard 350 modell in 2016. Now missing is coming and while checking it has seen that there is rust inside the fuel tank. It is fresh and no problem can be seen from outside. But fuel is coming as brown color with rust. So it has been told me to change the fuel tank as well as carborator. Why you provide this poor quality iron to this. I was a lover of royal enfield. But these type of problems makes me to think for the alternatives. I have put my bullet without a move for two weeks now. Any help from your side appreciable.

                        I want to bring this to your attention, showroom name - i speed motors, purasaiwakkam, chennai.
                        I have bought classic# 350 on nov 2018 and i have done 5 services in the showroom and i am not satisfied with the service they have provided. This is my second complaint regarding the last two services, i have paid for all the service but the service provided is very very bad when compared to road side free service. On my previous service i have the following complaints that i have informed the showroom to rectify, but they haven't rectified it,
                        1. Pick up issue
                        2. Wheel alignment
                        All these issues were not rectified and after completing the service a scratch was found on the front mudguard, informed the service adviser and service manage, they have said after checking the cctv footage we will change and give the mudguard. The service was done on 18/09/2019 but still they are not responding about the issue and wheel alignment was not done properly, when compared to last now it is very very worst and completely unsatisfied ever with your service.

                        What is the use of doing service.?
                        Are you doing the the service in free of cost.
                        The brand is completely gone.
                        I want everything to be rectified and i don't you guys to say i am unable to reach out through phone.
                        I want proper explanation regarding this.

                          I own a thunderbird 350x, purchased and registered on 17/01/2019. Chassis number me3u3s5c1jh370432, engine no. U3s5c1jh831105. The instrument cluster had issued right from the time of 1st service and was reported. The trip meter will get resetted automatically or the time dial will start blinking. The swiches will not work. Even after multiple complaints and more than a month of waiting to get a warranty replacement, there is no confirmation from st. Mary's motors, thiruvalla on when the replacement unit will arrive. Requesting to speed track a warranty replacement with a confirmed date.

                            I faced lot of issues after purchasing my bullet. Even no any good service to be provide your dealers. Professionally my complaints is not handle and not solved my issues which me highlighted the same lot of time also. So, as a person like me believed in your bike quality and service. But i really unhappy in your coordination and no any things you doing for my complaint resolved.
                            After purchased my bullet i faced abs is not working, fuel indicator is not working, silencer bolt getting loosed while drive and rear light is not working these all the complaints i started to faced after 1 month of purchased.

                              My 2019 model royal enfield thunderbird 350x rover red color bought from june 2019. 30th sep 2019 i was going to office while driving time bike not run properly its suddenly off and after few min again start running issue was repeated same with in 1 hours travelling time after 30 km completed with same issue after few minutes bike totally off, after stop the bike i was noticed petrol leaking in air hose or else would have met with some fire...

                              I have purchased a royal enfield classic 350 gun metal grey bike in the name of my sister on 03.04.2019. Immediately after 1st service, i met with an accident on 28.04.2019. Then, royal enfield road side assistance picked my vehicle from the place of accident and took it to the nearby service centre i. E. Centrum motorcycles, naraina vihar, new delhi-110028.
                              After that, i received my bike in the month of august and that too with major problems which i have already informed the service centre and customer care. I had some accessories like mobile stand and charger with my bike but they are missing from the bike. The service centre needlessly took four months for a work of a few days. During this time, my second service time was lapsed which was due in 3 months from date of purchase or 3000km whichever, earlier. However, my bike was rotting in service centre during this time and now the date for third service has come which is due in 6 months or 6000km whichever is earlier.
                              But of these 6 months, more than 4 months my bike was in service centre so for this i demanded a warranty extension so that i can drive my vehicle and as the service centre deliberately kept my bike and didn’t repair. I had called them many times to know whereabouts and repair status of my bike, but they always said i will get my bike in 4-5 days. I remember, in month of june they promised me on date and told me to receive my bike but did not give me. They repeated this thing 3 to 4 times before giving my bike.
                              Regarding this, i called customer care many numbers of times but they would tell that i will receive a call back from them but it never happened. I had to call them daily but they would convince me the same thing to wait for call back.in fact, in july and august month calling royal enfield became part of my daily routine. I have mailed the whole instance to them and also gave them reminders too on [protected]@royalenfield.com but never heard back from them. I have also informed the owner of the service centre about this issue but he also did nothing.
                              A few days back, i called them again regarding warranty extension and they told the same thing and i. E. To wait for the call back.
                              So, i have no choice but to report about it to this forum and i demand warranty along with the compensation for what i had to go through.

                                My 2018 model royal enfield classic 350 gunmetal grey chassis has cracked. I was lucky to notice well before riding or else would have met with some accidents.I have never heard or seen any kind of this problem in any other bikes in a short period of time. This is completely safety Risk of customer. This is purely a manufacturing quality issue.I need the part to be replaced by the company. This incident took place yesterday dated 1/10/19....

                                Sir I purchased bullet standard bs4 model from sai automobile Keonjhar(Odisha) on November 2018 with five years complete insurance.I paid the amount for five years insurance, but the policy not showing online, I complained the showroom several times, but still they didn’t cover issues regarding insurance.Kindly look after it sir.If the policy will not show online, the cop will arrest me in fraud case, royal Enfield company did insurance for five years, I paid for it, but Sai automobile royalty Enfield showroom not solving the issue.

                                  I submitted thunderbird 350x in jeypore, odisha royal enfield service centre for repairing after a small accident on 31st august 2019.
                                  I came to take my bike on 01.10.19 ;but bike was not ready. When i asked them to make my bike, they checked the spare parts and found meterbox which they braught was not matching.
                                  Hopeless service people. I came to receive my bike from 130km away, before that i called prem, spare parts gye who ensured that bike is ready.
                                  Need serious action against this type of service.

                                    Before riding to ooty i gave my re himalayan for general check and my 2 free services were done in cvs motors and i was 150kms aways from bangalore and the front brake pipe broke and all the brake oil came out and my front brake failed.
                                    We pay such a huge amount for a bike but re has no credibility in their products and their customers lives...

                                    I have a complaint regarding my RE Himalayan service quality issues.The complaints that I had first after service it remains as the same, and I seems it’s a complete irresponsibility of RE..So my wish to RE is to take my complaint seriously and resolve it as it possible.
