Dear sir i am robin from kottayam. I had booked a classic 350 bullet on 1/8/2019 by your kottayam showroom with dealer manesh. I have done the payment rupees 5000 on the day of booking as well.in the booking bill the delivery date is before 40 days but till now i did not receive the delivery. I am mukesh from madurai. I booked continental gt with rs 5000 @ gg motors, madurai on 17/3/2019. After giving a brief thought i decided to cancel it. As i was in another city (Thrissur) around 300 kms away from madurai i made a call to gg motors sales person regarding the refund. I am so sad that i didn't get any progress. Fed up i came to madurai travelling 300 kms visited the showroom gave the required documents at my best. Yet no progress....

I want to purchase thunder bird 350 x, from shanjivini motors in hospet karnataka, but his vehicle rate is more compare to all royal infield. Even i ask customer care also, they also unable to help. I got my vehicle picked up from my place of work for service at the DCS Royal Enfield showroom Chennai, by the staff. Upon delivery I have been given my bike with rear tyre punctured. Even though I have received my bike after service in the same day, the bike is not in a condition to be used now. The officials were not of help in fixing the issue.

But they didn't do anything and just they made dry wash only, and handed over the vehicle. Last time also, they had done the same by changing battery. (9 volt). I'm present at your service station at kodia auto sales aligarh u. P 202001, staff focus on external bikes (After warranty) mechanic name - arif they are not focus on bikes which are under warranty and staff force me to sit under waiting room. I wait for 4 hrs for my first service.

It's been almost 2 years since i've got my himalayan bs4 version. Let's just say that it's seen the service centre more than the highways.

Clocked approx. 24k kilometres and counting, it's mandatory to visit the service centre every month sometimes twice a month for some or the other problem with normal city riding and some breakfast weekend rides. I used to praise the bike when it aged a few months...

Every time i service my enfield bike at enfield service centre i asked to review the seevice. Well. Did anyone notice the review format? Then kindly notice the form. The onlline form may be changed after this but if you track the online form then you can understand. I visited service centre today at 10am for my third free service.. (Aditi motors, mansarovar, jaipur, rajasthan)
The staff told me that i will take about 2 hours for service done but due to some official work i have to leave for office..
But then their message comes at 3 pm that your bike is ready and here i am at service station right now at 5 pm but still my bike isnt...

Ltd (Kanhangad, kerala) service center on 12/9/2019 early morning for 4th sevice and i request them to return it forenoon because of my persenol things and they accepted this condition.
