Hi,

My name is jyothish from kerala. I have booked an interceptor 650 baker express in your showroom and i paid the full amount ₹3, 20, 910 on nov 28th. The same vehicle is arraived in the showroom on nov 15th and we mutually agreed to deliver the vehicle after dec 17 as i am an nrk.
Unfortunately yesterday i (My friend who booked for me) received a call from the showroom that the vehicle had a manufacturing defect and they want to return back the vehicle to the company. He told yesterday he ride 4 km and know about it.
I want to know the fact that is he geniune or making fraud to resell the boke.
Kindly check this issue and let me know the truth.

    Velavan motors - thousand light damaged my petrol tank but not yet replace my petrol tank. He is agree to damaged my product but not replaced

    We are follow up with dealer they are dont give any response.. Pls help to get the damaged petrol tank to new petrol tank at the earliest..

      Myself mukesh kumar rajak buying classic 350 reg no. Br39aa0431 from katihar bihar. When i buy classic 350 gun gray the abs light cant get off when i ride and no one in your company suggest me of this purpose also not suggested by the mechanic when i doing 1st service, 2nd service, 3rd service also in 4th service. When my friend buy new classic350 and the abs light get off on ride then i ask the mechanic then he said that the abs light get off when we ride then i know the problem and ask him to repair this but the manager says that the abs wire get band and the price of the wire pay by me. Why i pay this when the problem is started from starting period of buying. Please resolve it fast.

        My royal enfield standard 350 2018 model bike got fuel tank leakage problem after one year of purchase. I went to service center (North delhi motorcycle, rithala) on 17th nov-19. They told me that fuel tank need to replace but they don't have it in spare right now. Miss gunjan sharma told me that within 7 days fuel tank will deliver to us and we will call you then get it replaced free of cost as it is in warranty. But today its 3rd dec, 2019 i just called them but they still responding the same from last 24th nov that "sir apka tank order me dala hua h jb ajaega tb hum apko call krdenge". I am very upset with the royal enfield and the service center also. Nobody purchase royal enfield to face this much harassment and worst service.

          Dear re team,

          It's always a tedious job to deal with any domestic company when it comes to services royal enfield (Re) is no exception. Since the time i decided to buy the re classic 350 gunmetal grey abs, i've had faced many challenge from dealers "heighten automotives" to "sohan auto world" and in my experience everyone is crook.

          After additional 15 days of delay bike was delivered to me on 08th november, 2019 (Re classic 350 mercury silver) from sohan auto world - faridabad, not what i wanted but acceptable. I was promised at the time of sale that insurance provider will be "icici lombard insurance", but as i said earlier everyone i came in contact with in re is crook, so they maintained their rapport and provided insurance from "the new india assurance". (A government organization).

          I was almost over with previous episodes and enjoying the ride, unfortunately bike met with an accident on 18th november, 2019. I visited the heighten automotives - faridabad as they've service center available.

          Where i was surprised that my insurance provider was "the new india assurance" not “icici lombard insurance” and i was needed to visit to them to get the vehicle inspected. As a good citizen of india bound by the re terms and conditions and ipc, i visited "the new india assurance" and requested them to survey the vehicle.

          Next day "the new india assurance" visited the heighten automotives - faridabad and passed the claim, "how much"? Well i don't know, just because any of them didn’t share to share it with me. It's been 10 days since surveyor inspected the vehicle and passed the claim, still re service center team has no idea how long it take to repair the vehicle as required parts are not available at service center.

          I've certain queries and i am expecting an honest answer for them.

          Last time i spoke to george around 10th november, 2019 from customer service team, he seemed thorough gentleman and promised me that i will be getting call from puneet dubey, well i am still waiting for puneet dubey's call.

          Why was "icici lombard insurance" proposed in first place, if you provide insurance from "the new india assurance"?
          I called multiple times at heighten automotives to check the vehicle repairing and deliver status, they've no idea, do you have an idea how long will it take?
          Last but not the least - why shouldn't i visit the court and sue you guys for miscommunication, falsifying information, delay and extremely poor services?

            I am owning a royal enfield thunderbird 350abs marine from shah distributor.

            Registration no: wb 26bd0484.

            I have bought this on 18th jan 2018.

            All these happened under same same service center of shah distributor pvt ltd.

            From march onwards i am facing an issue of fork noise and this has been fixed 3 times at free of cost as it was manufacturing defect. I am facing the same issue again and they have charged me for that. When it's a manufacturing problem and earlier they repaired it under warranty but now they charged me, why?

            Fork oil seal was also broken few months backs and they were supposed to make it under warranty but still they me.

            Total rs.1383/- they charged me including washing, for washing they charge rs.118/-.

            I want rs. 1265/- back.

            Please look into this.

              Gave my bike for servicing... But one day after i got it back bike did not start.. Called the service centre and now they r saying that ur battery is dead and u have to change the battery... A similar incident happened with my friend here whose bike did not start just after servicing and battery was just 5 months old... Contacted the service centre and told them everything but they r not ready to listen now... Request to take necessary actions for constomer welfare.

                I have booked Royal Enfield Classic Chrome 500 on 21st September 2019 by paying booking amount 5000 Rs, and they have promised me that they deliver in 20 days but now it's more then 2 Months and not yet delivered.

                On 10th November ASM of MR MOTORS Mettupalayam, Coimbatore called me and said Royal Enfield stop their production, so you will get only Classic Black Color. I took a day time and gave confirmation and he asked me to pay some advance. I paid 87, 698 Rs and kept 1, 50, 000 Rs as balance. He promised me that they will deliver in 1 week time that is between 18 th to 20th November. But Still I'm waiting for the same.

                I have booked the thunder bird 350 ABS ( stone) on 17 of September 2019 from siliguri distributor (siliguri, west bengal).So far I am waiting but not yet delivered . I've called the Royal Enfield showroom many times, and they said it would be delivered in November But now they can not say for sure. I want them to know for sure.
                I have booked classic 350 signals storm rider sand with the payment of Rs 10, 000 on dated 09.06.2020 in your store at select city walk mall saket, Delhi-017. They promised the waiting period of 30 days. They asked for the full payment. On 30.06.2020, i have made full payment of Rs 1, 82, 739. They have not given the original invoice of this payment. From 6-7 days, they are telling their system software is updating, so they are not able to generate the bill.
                Also they are not giving proper response & about the bike delivery date. please try to solve the issue as soon as possible.

                  I have my bike in the royal enfield service center in jubilee hills, hyderabad on 26-nov around 10am in the morning. I wanted to change shocker seal, but wasn't in stock. I asked for oil change and general service. I was told to collect bike in evening around 5:30pm.
                  Later, in the afternoon i got a call from service center saying shocker seal is in stock now, will put it and deliver by 6:30-7pm same day. I agreed to it.
                  27-nov, i get a call from service center asking whether shocker seal needs to be put. I said i had already agreed yesterday, why am i getting the call again when i am coming to collect my ready bike.
                  I complained to supervisor in the service center, no one has an answer as to what was going on for more than 24hours.. Bike isn't washed.
                  I want to know why am i paying so much if i can't trust people of royal enfield. Extremely pathetic service since 2015. I will never come to this worst service center.
                  I will inform other enfield owner to not come to this service center.

                  Worst service of my royal enfield
                  At Royal agra uttar pradesh.
                  Manager has no basic etiquettes.
                  He doesn't know how to talk to customer. I visited Agra Royal today 29 Nov 2019 for service at 9:45 am. I told to their guy i am having problem while i full accelerate my bike i get different sound which is not normal than the guy sad ok i will get the carborator cleaned and he charged 67 rs for that even my service was free. After the service done i was getting the same sound nothing happen. Than they open up royal enfield engine head and started checking out the sound than the springs comes out after that the guy who was doing this he called up his supervisor and the supervisor said we need to open up the engine full head and send to outside for repair and you have to pay packing charge. I said my bike is in under warranty than why should i pay. Engine head is engines part. Than i said please call your manager one guy he came and i explain him the same he was so rude and pathetic guy. He has etiquettes. I dont know how he became manager. I was very disappointed with him. I wasted my full day over there. If i have to pay for everything than why company giving us warranty. Royal enfield u have good reputation in market please dont let your employees spoil that. Very much disappoited with the service i paid money waste my whole day but the problem dint solve. They only know how to make your will more they dont care things are working or not. They know one thing just change whatever it is is. Just to achieve their monthly target.
                  Worst day of my life. I will recommend my family and friends dont go to Royal Agra
                  Staff is pathetic they have no valid answer for your problems.
                  I request to Royal Enfield please look into the matter. I dont want anybody else face these things which i have faced.

                  Would like to request everyone dont go to royal agra uttar pradesh. showroom. I had worst experience with them always.
                  Last time i visited there for my second service what they said to me that your seconds service is already done in bangalore. I would like to tell u i am from agra uttar pradesh.
                  I dont know how i got my service done in bangalore. I had my service coupen with me. I explain to them everything than what they said it is not our mistake, u call in our royal enfield service centre in bangalore and explain them. I said why should i do that i have purchased my bike from here. Thats your duty to come out with a solution. I did not get valid answer from them. My second service got wasted because of them. Staff is pathetic and very rude specially managers and superviosor.
                  They dont have basic mannnera, even a 5 year old kid know how to talk.
                  I request everyone dont go to ROYAL AGRA for buying and servicing
                  ROYAL ENFIELD PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER PLEASE DONT LET YOUR MANAGERS DOWN YOUR REPUTATION.

                    I bought a royal enfield gunmetal classic 350 from ahmedabad on 18th november, 2019.

                    Everything was smooth till initial 150 kms but the actual problem started after i opted for their road side assistance after my bike had a flat tyre.

                    After calling re assistance they sent a service guy and this guy completely manhandled the bike and had very little knowledge of the bike.

                    He first took the tyre to a near by puncture shop and told me that the entire tube was to be changed but charged way more than the actual cost. I had to personally go to the vendor and negotiate, no doubt this guy had commission.

                    Again after fitting the tyre he did not even check the basic functionality like speed o meter. The speed o meter stopped working and when i called him again after a few hours he said this will be a separate visit.

                    It's been only a few days and i have already started getting some weird noise from the disc break. I have serious doubts on the quality and configuration of this bike.

                    Please think 100 times before buying. For a cruiser bike you can have way better options like java bikes where the customers are truly valued and companies try to give best service to them.

                    Please do not hesitate to reach out if need more information.

                      The above mentioned service center is doing worst performance in service and also causing another issue for another repair.

                      This is the third time, I'm getting this worst behavior in service in that center.

                      Last time (2 weeks before) i changed one way clutch of starter motor worth Rs.4800. Now I'm getting the same issue. And additionally fork bearing also damaged (they are saying). They are making us to keep coming. Before that i didn't have any issue on fork bearing.

                      Before that i had another issue that battery dried out, after that service my speedometer is not working. I asked them, they said it was not working before the service. At that time i had word fight with them.

                      This is the worst service center I have ever seen.
                      Please make actions on this service center.

                      Now I'm having bad impression on Royal Enfield.
                      I shouldn't have bought this bike.

                        I have purchased royalenfield signals edition on 18 auu 2019 and during my second bike service the authorise delaer sr motors have change my bike parts with the old and damage parts like cone set, shock absorber, took boxcover,. I am very much hurt with the deeds of such a reputed brand kindly look in to the matter as soon as possible.

                          I purchased royal enfield from akanksha (Moradabad) on 20/8/19, on cash payment, as per the policy agency provided number plate to all new purchased motorcycle and agency representative assured me for same,
                          Now almost more than three months passed, they are not providing number plates and we are regularly visiting showroom, pls tell how we get this.

                          I have taken bullet classic 350 bike from r. Cpuram showroom. Now it almost 5 month completed but my bumper got cracked. I am attaching the photo for reference too. Also showroom people are not good enough to support telling their system is unable to retrieve the data from system to check whether i have taken the bumper from showroom at the time of purchase of bike. I am not able to find the bill where it is mentioned the bumper option taken. The team is very unsupportive regarding to sort out this issue which is very bad with respect to customer satisfaction.

                            Without replacing the parts of the vehicle the company is asking to pay money. Not servicing properly. For the same compaint we have uproach the company 4 or5 times. Then only prblm will be solved. Customers are getting bad experience from your company. I won't encourage anyone to buy vehicle from your company bcz of the bad experience got from your company

                              First mumbai store llp authorised dealer of royal enfield promised me to provide a discount of 2000 rs. On buying a lot of accessories alone with the bike the total was not visible they just asked me to pay the amount with did not include the discount amount on paying the same and recieving the itemized bill i ce to know the discount was not provided they agreed me to refund the amount and now when i m asking for money they are like we cheat the customer in this way we won't pay you any money

                                I had purchased a classic 360 bullet from marikar motors, thrissur, kerala in november 2018 with registration number kl-45-r-9228 under the name of devayani. I had sold off the same on 8th october 2019 to another person. After that enfield customer care from marikar motors and tagz bikes, irinjalakuda keep repeatedly calling me saying its time for service even after i told them i had sold the bike and to update in their system the new owner details. Even then they have called me 7-8 times and it has become a nuisance.

                                  I have registered a complaint earlier regarding a fuel pump leak and this is the continuation of the same. As the service centre promised me for a free replacement but cheated me at the end telling me that it will cost me around rs.10000/-

                                  I have taken the bike to a service centre and they are telling that i have to pay for the broken fuel pump. The reason they are pointing out is that, i have used adhesive to seal off the petrol flowing out of my broken fuel pump (The fiber got broken, which is made of really low quality plastic) ander the hot engine. Since i did that not from an authorized service centre, they are asking me to pay for the broken pump. Let me ask you something, when your neareat service centre is 16 km away from yout location and when your fuel pump is leaking all over the hot metal parts of the bike, what should you do? Should you ride the bike with leaking petrol pump to that service centre? Should i have risked my life for getting a fuel pump replaced? I'm sorry, i couldn't do that.

                                  So i am not planning to pay for the fuel pump and i am going to the court and trust me, this is going to come back to you very soon. Your bike could have easily caused a fire hazard in the middle of the road. Also from my enquiry, i understood that pump breaking and leaking is not an isolated incident. I have already filed a case in the consumer court and we'll see it in court.

                                    I bought a re gun metal gray bike about three months ago. And after around 2 months the bike didn't start. I tried a lot and finally called royal enfield road side assistance. He charged the battery and bike got started. The same problem has happend again for two times and i called the rsa. But now, i am really vexed of this battery issue. Its not even 4 months and still its irritating me with this battery issue. Now i dont know what to do

                                      Hello,

                                      I had booked a continental gt 650 from a royal enfield showroom located in kerala at vytilla on august 1 week, 2019.
                                      They had promised me to deliver the bike in 2 months but even after waiting for more than 2 months they were not delivering and hence i cancelled the booking on october 1st week, 2019. They said they will give the refund within 15 days.
                                      Since there was no response from them even after 1 month, i called and enquired. Surprisingly, they had not even initiated the process and said they will do it asap. But even after waiting for more than 2 weeks and calling them up multiple times. I'm still getting a lukewarm response.
                                      I request the authorities to take the right action against such an inefficient service.

                                      The showroom name is Kaizen Motors, Royal Enfield, Vytilla, Kerala
                                      During servicing got scratch in bike tank in showroom and they are claming that it is already there they have not made it .Actually they do rough servecing .And they also dont allow any customer to stay in service centre
