- day 0: 25th may 2019: took delivery of new bike from the soniya motors showroom (Thane)

- day 7: 1st jun 2019: first service from soniya motors service centre at 500 kms

- day 42: 6th jul 2019: reported abs issue for the first time to soniya motors service centre. Bike had clocked only 2100 kms and only 42 days old

- day 47: 11th jul 2019: was called by the service centre to replace the modulator....

Mr. Mohan (Nelamangala branch manager) didn't deserve for his role,,,,, and he cant guide his staff properly,, i invested 2lakh on my bike in full cash but they are not stick for their words and for rto reg i have to follow up
Them one of the worst branch i had ever seen before better change the staff or else close down the branch this guys are not deserve to sell the royal brand change your way of talking with customer dont mis guide...

I have a terrible experience from the service provided by kamarhati service center. I have changed some parts and thorough check up from the said service centre yesterday. On 3rd sep 2019, my re350 was serviced at riderzikon coimbatore, on thorough service check-up they advised for oil replacement, chain lubrication and general check-up, which estimates rs.3000/-, and i agreed.

I'am a proud owner of royal enfield classic 350. It was purchased from ss motors, kannur, kerala and i've used their service centre for the first 5 services. After which the remaining 3 services, which includes the very recent one were done from "vibrant service centre", taliparamba, which is close to my house. Since then i have never visited ss motors.
