I have purchased a royal enfield classic 350 gun metal grey bike in the name of my sister on 03.04.2019. Immediately after 1st service, i met with an accident on 28.04.2019. Then, royal enfield road side assistance picked my vehicle from the place of accident and took it to the nearby service centre i. E. Centrum motorcycles, naraina vihar, new delhi-110028.
After that, i received my bike in the month of august and that too with major problems which i have already informed the service centre and customer care. I had some accessories like mobile stand and charger with my bike but they are missing from the bike. The service centre needlessly took four months for a work of a few days. During this time, my second service time was lapsed which was due in 3 months from date of purchase or 3000km whichever, earlier. However, my bike was rotting in service centre during this time and now the date for third service has come which is due in 6 months or 6000km whichever is earlier.
But of these 6 months, more than 4 months my bike was in service centre so for this i demanded a warranty extension so that i can drive my vehicle and as the service centre deliberately kept my bike and didn’t repair. I had called them many times to know whereabouts and repair status of my bike, but they always said i will get my bike in 4-5 days. I remember, in month of june they promised me on date and told me to receive my bike but did not give me. They repeated this thing 3 to 4 times before giving my bike.
Regarding this, i called customer care many numbers of times but they would tell that i will receive a call back from them but it never happened. I had to call them daily but they would convince me the same thing to wait for call back.in fact, in july and august month calling royal enfield became part of my daily routine. I have mailed the whole instance to them and also gave them reminders too on [protected]@royalenfield.com but never heard back from them. I have also informed the owner of the service centre about this issue but he also did nothing.
A few days back, i called them again regarding warranty extension and they told the same thing and i. E. To wait for the call back.
So, i have no choice but to report about it to this forum and i demand warranty along with the compensation for what i had to go through.

    chassis broken

    My 2018 model royal enfield classic 350 gunmetal grey chassis has cracked. I was lucky to notice well before riding or else would have met with some accidents.I have never heard or seen any kind of this problem in any other bikes in a short period of time. This is completely safety Risk of customer. This is purely a manufacturing quality issue.I need the part to be replaced by the company. This incident took place yesterday dated 1/10/19....

    Sir I purchased bullet standard bs4 model from sai automobile Keonjhar(Odisha) on November 2018 with five years complete insurance.I paid the amount for five years insurance, but the policy not showing online, I complained the showroom several times, but still they didn’t cover issues regarding insurance.Kindly look after it sir.If the policy will not show online, the cop will arrest me in fraud case, royal Enfield company did insurance for five years, I paid for it, but Sai automobile royalty Enfield showroom not solving the issue.

      I submitted thunderbird 350x in jeypore, odisha royal enfield service centre for repairing after a small accident on 31st august 2019.
      I came to take my bike on 01.10.19 ;but bike was not ready. When i asked them to make my bike, they checked the spare parts and found meterbox which they braught was not matching.
      Hopeless service people. I came to receive my bike from 130km away, before that i called prem, spare parts gye who ensured that bike is ready.
      Need serious action against this type of service.

        Before riding to ooty i gave my re himalayan for general check and my 2 free services were done in cvs motors and i was 150kms aways from bangalore and the front brake pipe broke and all the brake oil came out and my front brake failed.
        We pay such a huge amount for a bike but re has no credibility in their products and their customers lives...

            I have been facing severe technical issues like petrol leakage on my royal enfield classic 500 motorcycle i purchased about one and half year before. This is the second time i'm facing similar issues with my bike in which the petrol tank is having severe petrol leakage which has been life threatening for me. Last time about 4 months back when i was riding from bangalore to coimbatore i faced similar issue. There was severe petrol leakage back then and i lost so much money on the same. My bike is a bs4 model motorcycle and the service center informed me that it was a production issue. The shocking fact is that right after royal enfield service, the petrol leakage issue occurred for me and this is the second time it has been happening. Royal enfield btm layout service center did charge me 1800 rs for service and i faced petrol leakage while riding my bike right after the service was done. I would like to file a case against them for the same. Although my petrol tank was replaced the first time i'm still facing the same issue. Please help me resolve this problem as they're charging me abundance of money everytime my bike had to be picked up and delivered to the service center. Their service has been horribly bad and of low standards throughout.

              I purchase my classic 350 just 4 months ago. I got bluish-red patch on my silencer. I said about it to dealer, mechanic, advisor and manager as well but i didnt find any solution. So i have to forced to complain about it. I need my solution any how. So i expect my solution as soon as. I thought this company has best consumer service. But i was wrong. I am very worry about it. I hope i will get its solution quickly. Thanku

                I purchased my bike on 13 june but still i didn't get my bike number plate and rc its almost 3 months comleted 2 service done.
                I registered complaint 2 times on call. So many times to dealer they always said after 2-3-10 or they give me date but still i did not get my number plate. I already visited your showroom also but no response from their side.
                Seriously pathetic service 😡 worsts service.
                No response.

                  Dear sir i am robin from kottayam. I had booked a classic 350 bullet on 1/8/2019 by your kottayam showroom with dealer manesh. I have done the payment rupees 5000 on the day of booking as well.in the booking bill the delivery date is before 40 days but till now i did not receive the delivery. I got twice a text message from your company regarding the delivery. Whenever i ask your showroom delare he says it is an automatic message your bullet has not yet arrived in the showroom.
                  It is quite sad that now the day is almost 60. Is it the way you deal with your customer. I did not quarrel or say a single word to your dealer yet. But i need justice. I want to know what is happening exactly. I think this is a fraudulent dealing from the part of dealer. Or the company is irresponsible with customers. I am quite sure you will deal my issue without delay and respect my feeling.

                    I am mukesh from madurai. I booked continental gt with rs 5000 @ gg motors, madurai on 17/3/2019. After giving a brief thought i decided to cancel it. As i was in another city (Thrissur) around 300 kms away from madurai i made a call to gg motors sales person regarding the refund. I am so sad that i didn't get any progress. Fed up i came to madurai travelling 300 kms visited the showroom gave the required documents at my best. Yet no progress. As i had to move to delhi for studies i asked the concerned person at gg motors to credit it in my bank account. All i hear from them is tomorrow... Tomorrow... Tomorrow... I don't know how many tomorrow's i had to wait for just 5000. Is really royal enfield out of money???

                    When i entered in the showroom and choose the model which i liked at that time they treat very well but after that i asked them that can i got my bike on 5th saptember, they said yes offcourse because of that i paid full payment but they dont give bike on 5th, even without number plate and long size helmet they give delivery .

                      I want to purchase thunder bird 350 x, from shanjivini motors in hospet karnataka, but his vehicle rate is more compare to all royal infield. Even i ask customer care also, they also unable to help. Actually on road price of royal infield is aprox 2lakh 4thousand after all with insurance and rto but unfortunately shanjivini motors not taking more price compare to all, when we ask about this why? They are explaining we have to give commission to rto office 3000rs. So i am taking this extra. My compulsion is here near no showromm where i can buy this, but shanjivi motors they are cheater.
                      Can think, every bike without any bill he is taking 3000rs more, for 1000bike totally they are cheating 30, 0000rs. And noboday knows, this issues have been coming from long ago.

                        I wish to make a formal complaint for the kind of experience i had today on my 8th service. All the problem occured when mr. Biju interfered between the conversation of me & the advisor. Not only was he adamant on few points but was also behaved very rudely with me.

                        [by rudely i mean not listening to my issues & continuosly giving repeated answers to the questions that i actually didnt asked at the first place]

                        Out of many good experiences in the past, i've mentioned below the ones which were bad:

                        1. On my 1st or 2nd service i was charged for the lubrication - but it wasn't done. After the service i was told that i can take my bike. As i was about to take my bike home one of the agents noticed that the chain wasn't lubricated & then he lubricated it (Which is very appreciable) but it should have been done already. What if the other agent wouldn't have noticed it.

                        2.in one of the service i was billed for engine oil top-up. I told that it hadn't been done but your service guy didn't trusted me. I asked him to check with my advisor and then he realised that i was telling the truth.

                        And the funny part is he still asked me to pay for the top-up and said that he will refund me in the next service. Is this a joke??? I didn't paid however and i strictly asked him to waive off the charge as its incorrect.

                        3.in one of other services i was told that the engine oil was supposed to be changed. I requested that after its changed then to give back the remaining oil to me.

                        In this occasion i came to know about the hidden acting talents of your technicians.

                        I saw one of the two technicians who were changing the oil, in order to make me realise that no oil is left, started showing his hidden talent of acting, by looking into the oil can & then telling his colleague that nothing is left with great expressions so that i can notice his expressions and can estimate that no oil is remaining for me to take back.

                        However when i checked i found that good amount of oil was left which then i took back.

                        4. Now today my interaction with mr. Biju showed me how much multi-talented this guy is who continuously tried to make me confuse when i pointed out few flaws in their service.

                        At the time of filling up the job card, i was told that some amount will be charged for the lubrication (Along with other charges), to which i replied that i had bought my own lubrication, as i had started bringing my own chain cleaner & lubrication from my 5th service.

                        Not sure what was the reason but mr. Biju adamentely denied my request & said that re never use third party lubrications and that i was not telling the truth.

                        When i showed him my previous bills then he realised that i was telling the truth.

                        But now he unsucesfully started blamming me for this and started saying i must have forcefully asked the previous agents to do so.

                        Not sure if his rude tone was a result of his bad day or if this is his normal tone of speaking - to be honest though i really didn't liked it.

                        If this is not allowed from re itself then this should have been told to me at the first place, i. E. On earlier occasions. Instead, previous advisors just used accept my request o[censored]sing my lubricant as if this was a very normal thing. As a result i specially purchased the lubricant from outer market which now i can not use.

                        I asked him about why am i being charged for the consumable charge when i am neither asking to service the battery & nor asking to apply re lubrication?

                        [as per his definition : consumable charges are charged to the customer during service where we carry out battery treatment, using any lubricant during service and dealer facility.]

                        He said that ac & drinking water which they provide to the customers (By the way i never take your luxurious ac privilidges as i do not sit at the customer lounge & neither do i drink your extra ordinary 7-star chargeable water) come under consumable charges.

                        Mr. Biju not only should learn what to say & how to say but should also take some coaching classes to improve his way of speaking with customers.

                        For point numbers 2 & 3 i have written apologies from the respective advisors (Which i never escalated because after every mistake your talented actors have a habit of saying sorry in such an emotional way that it makes it impossible for the customer to escalate it)

                        But your mr. Biju seems to me much more fearless talented person who not only waste much time of customers with silly nonsense hours of debates but also unsuccessfully tries to play with the words in order to try to make them confuse.

                        His best talent is to give repeated answers to the questions who no one ever ask.

                        I require extreme urgent response on the above email & the kind o[censored]nique experience your service has given to me.

                          I got my vehicle picked up from my place of work for service at the DCS Royal Enfield showroom Chennai, by the staff. Upon delivery I have been given my bike with rear tyre punctured. Even though I have received my bike after service in the same day, the bike is not in a condition to be used now. The officials were not of help in fixing the issue.

                          The way the responsibility is to taken by the officials are not the way which is supposed to be. From 6:00 pm I have been kept waiting for the delivery.

                            Complaint to royal enfield service centre, purasaiwalkam. The above service centre has called me to do 999 plan for my vehicle. But they didn't do anything and just they made dry wash only, and handed over the vehicle. Last time also, they had done the same by changing battery. (9 volt). The service men not responsible and they showed interested in collecting money not customer satisfaction. Our vehicle no. Tn02 bm 9858.

                            It's been 4 visits to the service centre in indiranagar bangalore but there's no one who could help me out. Executives opt me to use only front brakes as my bike has a problem on the back brakes which is getting jammed suddenly when applied.very irrelevant answers from the executives.

                              Hi,

                              I am writing this mail to bring to your notice on a very bad experience that i have faced and still facing on poor service committed by rudraa motors shanthi colony branch anna nagar multiple times.

                              1. I purchased my vehicle classic 350 red ditch red on 28-mar-2019 (Tn 02 bq 2732) and kms driven 3345.

                              2. Since from my first service i complained about the blockage issue and fuel indicator was not functioning issue to (Hussain, technician) and after service i was told blockage issue was rectified, but it was not rectified after my couple of drives.

                              3. I went to meet hussain again, he was on leave that day. Rudraa motor people without asking the issue i was asked to come back on some other day as there were no technicians available that day.

                              3. When i went back again to rudraa motors, i was advised by your senior technicians nijandhan and other team mates that,

                              1. Not to full the petrol tank when i was actually not doing it (Seems to be silly)

                              2. Before it rains wear a cover/towel on top of petrol tank (Highly silly, how do i know if it is going to rain (Should i always carry a towel/cover wherever i go)? Can re answer to this?

                              3. Do not put side stand when parking the vehicle (Is this the policy of re and if that is the case, why side stands are given)

                              4. Within next rain my vehicle was stopped and i dragged my vehicle to rudraa motors same branch and met (Nijandhan, technician) and explained the issue.

                              5. He was having my vehicle more than a day and told that it was rectified and i took my vehicle back, with no surprise again it was having the same blockage issue.

                              6. When i took my vehicle again, i happened to meet dinesh technician who said he will thoroughly check and give it back after couple of days, issue was not sorted after the next one week time when i took back the vehicle.

                              7. Then i took it back to same center and met kumar technician and he has mentioned carburetors both the sides have been cleaned and you will not have issue hereafter, however the issue was not sorted after my few drives after the pick up.

                              8. Till now they haven’t informed re technicians to look on this issue though they were not able to rectify this fault and people out in rudraa motors never care on their customer issue.

                              9. I am totally disappointed when i complaint about the issue to binny the crm one day by calling him up to take my vehicle back to center and waiting for his call to pick it up, with no surprise there was not even a call from him back. I took my vehicle to center and when questioned to binny it was a simple answer that "sorry sir i forgot".

                              10. I got my vehicle back last week after keeping it for two more days and was told that all main parts of the petrol tank and other main parts were completely water washed and issues will not be occurring hereafter.

                              11. I went again to center as chain was getting hit in tier or something else and repaired it again and gave back to me after above service.

                              11. As it was raining for last two days in chennai, again i was having the blockage issue, and petrol started to leak from my vehicle badly since this morning first time after last week clean up made by technicians on fuel tank on very forcibly.

                              They wanted me to come back and forth to center and tell them the complaint which is atrocious.

                              Whatever the repairing they do in my vehicle, they are not ready to share proper receipt to me, when asked it was blunt mentioning that we cannot give it and if you still have complaints you can bring the vehicle to me by binny and team.

                              Very pathetic crm service maintained by rudraa motors, shanthi colony anna nagar.

                              If your team is not able to repair the vehicle you need to inform the customer so that we go for another center for a proper service.

                              It was the mistake from re end to give a fault vehicle and despite that doesn't know to rectify the fault after coming more than 15 times to your center.

                              I am lodging this complaint to have a mutual conclusion on taking my vehicle back and provide a new one for the reason of not able to rectify the fault by rudraa motors and royal enfield.

                              Anticipating a quick revert from your end.

                                I am having royal enfield classic 350 black nd i am having rust in the second tank i changed from the showroom after the 17000km and the first one i changed was due to this rusting problem.. No one is telling a solution for this and due to this rust the vacum piston is getting damaged day by day and getting more and more repairs. Middle class people like us cant afford the tank price and if this is the condition we have to change tank every year

                                  On purchasing a royal enfield continental 535 gt it became apparent that the rear light bracket was off centre and in fact the bracket itself was 1/4" longer on on side this made the visual appearance even worse. The bolts holding the light cluster to the bracket had Been X threaded. The factory has tried to say that I have tried to repair it myself. I suggest that it is the poor quality control that they are covering up and maybe the new CEO can sort it out and get quality control back on line.

                                    I bought a new bike - enfield classic 350 gunmetal gray colour on 6th of september 2019. From day one i am facing a problem of loud sound while shifting the gear. I informed this to the showroom (Lamba enterprises, ganesh nagar, delhi) and also their service center however they said that the sound will go after 1st service. Today (18th sept) i got my 1st service done however the sound is still very loud. I drove my friend's classic who bought it about one week before me and his gear changing was lot smoother than my bike.
                                    I read one of the complaint from a person who was having the same problem and eventually his gear parts got damaged due to the loud sound. Company told him that the gear parts are not included in the warranty so that guy would have to bear the cost. I don't want to go into the same situation and want a solution before the condition get worse. Can i please get help on this and get my bike replaced (As it's just couple of weeks old) or the faulty parts replaced before the problem becomes bigger.

                                    It feels very bad when you spend 1, 77, 000 on a bike and you get such a bad experience. Please help.

                                      I had my bike classic 350 service done 10 days back. I sit in the workshop from 3-7 pm as they told me to give bike at 7 pm. They bring the bike in workshop at 6 pm and within 15 min they service it and change the brake as there was prob in brake.. The brakes are still not working and the chain is also producing sound as previously it was producing
