My classic 500 need engine work which is still under 10000kms and timely services at royal enfield i need a strict action against this complaint bcs they provide worst quality of engines as still its not 2 yrs completed my classic face such a big issue which is not come before 50000 kms

    Dear concern,

    I booked my RE himalyan vehicle during the second week of Jun 2019. As per the dealer the bike was to be delivered in 15 days from the booking. Since it was loan based it was fine to wait for 15 days. Currently a month has passed and they are just waiting for temporary registration to happen. What is going on?? I have been asking them and when i contacted the respective RTO where the tp needs to be given, they resided that Form 20 was missing from dealer end. This issue could have been resolved if they have done earlier. Pretty shame regarding the service of RE showroom Edappally, cochin.

    Please take necessary steps if possible and do rectify in future.

      I have given my vehicle for service on may 2019. I have ask them to rectify fault on brake noise and when i received my vehicle in dirty condition around front wheel an back wheel. I have asked service person on check on dirty condition he did not even bother to answer properly with all trust i lost went home with disatisfication. Later my brake was not resolved it was same condition and meanwhile issue in starting my vehicle. I took my vehicle again service center to rectify it. I am unable to use my vehicle it is getting turned off when i change it to 1st gear turned off. I use my vehicle for 50-60 km a day for this kind situation safety become high risk. Please give me compensation or proper serice

        It's my childhood dream. Now i owned
        Gunmetal gray 350cc bike.

        I purchase on jan 2018 and my bike rear disk break not working properly.

        All free service and payed service are done at erode motors. But nothing use.

        And while riding on highway my bike clutch clabe cut very poor service. And please take necessary action immediately

I deposited the road tax through the owner.in lieu of that i was given provisional rc number pb05ak8993. Four months have since passed but owner has not provided my rc till date. Please provide solution. Failing which case will be represented to consumer court.

              I am a Classic 350 Signals Purchase from Royal Enfield Showroom, Edappally, Ernakulam(Kerala) on April 27, 2019.As per the new rto rule, the number plate fits from the showroom and The rc book is issued only when the photo is taken and uploaded to the site.The shopkeepers didn't tell me this, so after the bike registration, I fitted the number plate, The shopkeepers didn't tell me this, so after the bike registration, I fitted the number plate.When I called in the showroom, they replied that they did not know. When I called in the showroom, they replied that they did not know. If the shopkeepers tell me this straightforward, I don't have to spend my cash on my number plate.There is no benefit to having that number plate anymore. My cash is just up.
              This is due to the lack of accountability of the showrooms. The only surplus is where my cash went.Customers should not be disgusted by such stupid comments made by staff. Hope the answer to this.

                Royal enfield is going down day by day, these are the clear signs, that this organization will disappear soon! Because where there is no customer service, there is no company existence.

                Given vehicle for service few days back to-be called their authorized and world class service center at madinaguda (Headway motors), did service, and charged 6000, and generated invoice and given me, and they cleaned their hands! That's it! Don't know whether they did service or not! When i called them again because of poor service, they came to my home to pick up vehicle for re-checking as per my request, and took vehicle to their service center! Given back vehicle with the same issues!

                I escalated complaint to royal enfield team, and they created a ticket, and again i got call from these worst service center team (Headway motors madinaguda), they said to bring vehicle to service center, i denied, because how many times i have to visit their service center for their poor services, told them to pick up the vehicle from my home! These arrogant team was arguing with me, and telling they know how to deal with me even i didn't use any profanity! What kind of attitude or behavior with these people i seriously dont understand till now!

                I spent my hard earned money, and asking for smooth service, even i loose money & time with these worst & attitude service team people, still taking blames from these stupid guys!

                Royal enfiled, this is how you show respect to your customers, wow, that's awesome, seriously!

                You guys produce great vehicles, and sell to people, and clear your hands, that's it, you guys made enough money into your pockets, and dont care about what's going on in service centers, and these kind of egoistic people! I can sue you people if i want for this ridiculous behavior and worst service even after three times vehicle handover!

                I just wanted to ask royal enfield, are you guys going to close your business soon, seems to be like that only, that's why even i complained many times about these #, you guys are not even caring about!

                What's the horrible situation is, without approaching me, or enquiring about service experience, how the hell you guys can close ticket, this is where i am wondering! This is the worst experience i have ever seen so far!

                Time to say good bye to royal enfield!

                Haven't received any update from these world-class service center guys! I went to other service center, and they again charging 5200 rupees! I don't know what the hell is wrong with these Royal Enfield service centers! Day by day, these guys are going down and making customers horrible! And looting customers hard-earned money! Seriously Royal Enfield, you guys have just limited time! Later on, you will just screwed up! This is fact! I riden bike only for 500 KM, and now again wheel alignment, spark plugs change, my foot, what the hell is this wrong with you! I paid you (Headway motors Madinaguda) around 7K, and now again to Royal Enfield Sanath Nagar service center 5200! I didn't even paid this much service charges for my four wheeler also! Seems to be these guys are world- famous service centers! That's why playing like this!

                  Dear company, m going to register a complaint about leaking engine oil from my re classic 350 bike since five years. I always visited re authorised service centre for service purpose, but they are not able to rectify my bike problem. Whenever i visited visakhapatnam (Ap) i serviced my bike there they changed its gasket, rings and many more things only for this problem. But still m facing the same due to lack of knowledge of staff or some other reason i don't know even. But all the time i waisted my money and time both, i realised. Royal enfield is a big and reputed motorcycle maker company and was my favourite till the time i wasn't face this problem in my bike. I request, please register my complaint and take necessary action against to resolve the same.

                    Their is voice in soccer when i visited to service center they said some nut is not toghted properly.. Nd they fix it.. After fixing this the soccer seals are leaked... After that they we will change it... Bullet is run hardly 1300 km.. I am lil busy in my work har roz kon jata rahe theek karwane jab.. Mene bola change the soccer rod then they said we can't... What will i do? Very poor bulid of new bikes

                      I visited service station in rr nagar, bangalore-98, no supervisory person to guide customers in right way, person to whom i spoke says these rules are made by head office and he needs time to study them.
                      The staff are laughing and having a gala time rather than giving customer service

                      I am very much disappointed.
                      I am govt official, but what is the fate of normal public who visit.

                        It's been exactly 3 years i purchased my re thunderbird 350 and bike ran only 13000 kms. I am using bike only for city use and now suddenly their is leak in front left fork. I serviced the bike 3 days back and raised the complaint regarding leakage in accelerate motors, bangalore. They said they will fix it. After receiving the vehicle they said it has been fixed but after 3 days o[censored]sing it i found leakage again. Today again i had to leave my bike to service. Now they are telling they need to change entire fork assembly. How do i trust the quality and service given by the service centre. Is quality of the front fork is so weak? I am really scared to ride my bike because of these issues. I want fork to fixed at free of cost

                              I was one of the most unfortunates to have decided to go for royal enfield motorcycle lured by the efficiency and after sales service despite many options. I bought the vehicle on 12th february 2019 in chennai from sri velavan motors pvt ltd, no. 5, arcot road, alwarthirunagar, chennai 6000087. Ph.[protected],[protected] by making a full payment on 12th february 2019 and took the delivery on the same day.

                              I am facing the problem of airlock and vehicle comes to a grinding halt and would not move, right from the day one. This was highlighted to the showroom on the day one and many time subsequently and they assured me that it will get resolved during the 1st service. I took it up in stride thinking the new vehicle will improve in all parameters with time. But the problem persist which was mentioned by me during my first free service given on 23rd march 2019 and even more strongly during the vehicle second free service on 13th may 2019. The service was done by sri velavan motors pvt ltd, no 1, ganesh nagar, 1st main road, g k industrial estate, allapakkam, chennai - 600116,

                              The problem highlighted on both the services but was not attended to and in fact to my utter dismay it became worse. Many a time’s self and my son got stranded in the middle of the road. Yesterday 26th june 2019, while facing the similar problem, my son frantically trying telephones calls to the rescue team has not evoked any response. As the vehicle refused to move and smoke started coming from the silencer after starting, he was forced to leave vehicle in his collage and had come home by the private transport. We tried the road side assistant from home and finally got the response after half an hour and understand that the recovery team was nowhere near the location and we had to wait for 3 hours to get the response. Since it was late in the night, they asked me call again the next day to book for the recovery service. At this point, i even wonder why i went in for extension for the road side assistant even for the second and third year paying another 1000 rupees.

                              Today morning 27th jun 2019, we again tried the recovery team and finally fixed up the appointment at 8.00 in the morning and they left the vehicle for servicing in rudraa motors royal enfield workshop no.182, al block, 1st street, 11th main rd, shanthi colony, anna nagar, chennai, tamil nadu 600040, being the closer workshop from the pickup point.

                              I am thoroughly disappointed by your deficiency in service and expect you to tune up your machinery for early redressal of my grievance.
                              Expecting proper and immediate response from you at the soonest as we cannot be highlighting the same issue over and over again without being resolved.

                                I have bought my royal enfield 2 months back and from starting day it has the problem it won’t start usually in the morning and another while riding the bike it suddenly stops and again it won’t start. So after all this i have complaint to the royal enfield service center 3to 4 times after doing the service also problem is not been resolved. And i want a immediate action on this by the royal enfield people

                                  I own a 2015 january model royal enfield classic 350. Now in 2019 i have noticed a crack on my bike’s chassis. Fortunately i have noticed it before any accidents. Regarding the crack i have contacted the royal enfield showroom and services and they replied that they can do nothing with it except replacing it with my own pockets. This fault is mere because of poor quality of the product and it is very unfair to tell the customer that he have to pay for it. If this is the quality that royal enfield provide, how the customers can enjoy its ride? Without any accidents the main part of the vehicle that is chassis is broken, how can one trust the so called royal enfield? I want the company to replace my chassis.

                                    I given vehicle service to sri saravana motors at hosur in t. N for vibration issue same already i raised complaint here.
                                    Saravana motors person called and rectified but their giving with out washing oil grease and dust all stick on vehicle this not first time always doing like only worst service in royal enfield service.

                                      My brand new desert strom abs i took deliver in april 2019. The first 2 months was very good performance.
                                      2 days back my abs stopped working, were in i couldn't apply rear break when i was in 40kms/hr. With great difficulty i stopped my bike with gear shifting and front break. I took the bike to the work shop synergy auto in sakinaka. They have me the next day and said all ok and fixed a new abs. Again the next day same problem, while going to office i almost met with accident when abs failed again. I took it to work shop, the head mechanic and floor in charge the bike was ok and had no problem. I put my foot down and started shouting and created a scene. Then they felt it was something serious and checked again by riding it and concluded abs has problem. This is the worst experience i ever had with royal enfield. One more time my abs fails i want my 2.5lacs back.
                                      Very disappointing, i have had thunderbird 350 for almost 10hrs never had any problem. This is a brand new bike and in 3 months such a major issue. I paid extra for abs.. Or i need full replacement of my bike.

I too am really dissatisfied as my bike is less than 2 months old and completed only 2200 kms

                                        When I ordered for Royal Enfield thunder bird 350 stone black, they told it will take10 days, but they took more than 30 days. And I have done my first free service, next day there was a problem in engine, I handed over my bike to Dindukal showroom. They told within 3 days we'll recover and give, it happened on 11.06.2019. But still now I didn't get my bike. I paid ready cash. Being a business man I need my bike like a sixth finger. But without bike am facing lot of trouble in day to day life. Kindly do the needful and please take immediate action
