I bought a bullet motorcycle from sandeep motors distt. Tanda punjab.
On october 2017. My motorcycle have some serious problems for which dealer is demanding 8000 rupees. The said dealer is not repairing the spare parts under warranty as the motorcycle comes under warranty. Kindly look into the matter nd do the need ful. My contact details are as follow

    My name is nithin g. I bought a re signals airborne blue and from the starting itself it has some missing problem. After reaching some kms missing would occur and it stops. I complainted 2 times and 2 of my free services are over now having the same problem. My services are held in roverz motors karunagapally and they just checked the bike 2 times and still the problem exist in bike. What i do. Bought a bike for 2 lakhs and sit on the road always. So please rectify this as soon as possible and also pls inform to roverz motors karunagapally.

      After purchase my bike has gone to service centre 2 times except service for major repair even i had not ride my bike much only 4000 km till now
      Once its gone for misssing issue they take 2 days to solve
      Than again for 3 days for tappe issue gear issue vibration iisue and lot more
      When ihad not ride the bike this much and issue comming again and again. I think royal enfield given me faulty bike
      I had spend so much money now iam getting it repaired. I dnt understand i had paid money for new bike or new bike
      Its pathatic on part of royal enfield
      Iam pissed off 😠 trying to sell

        It is not appropriate to eliminate mr. Saravanan with immediate effect...
        The channel is telecasting triple-meaning and abusive programmes, such as ramar veedu etc.

        Here mr. Saravanan is used as a scapegoat for mr. Hassan's credibility...

        He felt sorry for his doings while in college days... For which this man has to be respected instead being eliminated... Which is not acceptable...

          Hi,

          This is vidyasagar from hyderabad telangana. I had a big dream of owning a royal enfield bike from my childhood. Now i am 40 years old and last july 24th was my birthday. To celebrate this with my so called dream byke i purchased royal enfield classic signals sandstorm vehicle on may 27th 2019. I planned 2 months ahead so that on my birthday i can have the vehicle with me. But the worst thing is on that the vehicle is in service center.

          It's just close to 50 days i purchased the vehicle and not given for first service also. My vehicle got breakdown with starting problem on 23rd july 2019. First i thought might be petrol problem and filled petrol, still vehicle did not start. Then i contacted re rsa and they said vehicle needs to be towed to service center. They towed my vehicle to service center and i asked them to do the first service also along with this starting problem. While taking the delivery i asked them whether the problem got fixed. They said the problem is air lock and said yes and everything is perfect now. I drove back home and after 1 week i took out my vehicle that is today 31 july 2019. I went to office and started back to my home around 9.45 pm. Within few kms my vehicle got stopped and could not move. Then i got doubt on petrol as the indicator is not working. So i filled petrol and tried to start and no use. Again the same problem. I called re rsa and explained them the situation. They said they have arranged a towing service and vehicle needs to be towed to the service center. Now the time is 11.45 mid night. And it is raining here. I am fully drenched. It will take another one hour for towing vehicle to come here and i should wait till that time.

          I was very much excited when i booked this vehicle and so happy that i am owning my childhood byke so-called royal enfield. But now i regret for this. Earlier to this i had splendor and activa vehicles which i never faced such kind of issues that too in less than 3 months. I used to say we cannot compare any other byke with re and the name itself says royal. Now i totally lost belief in royal enfield. Think from my side customer point of view. This is my 30 yrs dream and as soon as i purchased with 2 months same problem worst quality worst service. And the more worst part is i requested a call back from someone responsible person from re team to discuss on this issue when i faced for first time. Till today i didn't get any call from royal re. If you cannot maintain proper customer relationship shut down the company because without customer satisfaction you cannot run the show. If you cannot maintain quality stop producing the vehicles. Don't make us customers suffer for your greediness.

          After doing work in office till 9.45 and i started back to my home on my favorite vehicle, just think how do i feel my vehicle got breakdown for second time with 2 months of the purchase with the same problem. It's raining here and i with no food standing on the road at this time. What is the point in purchasing a vehicle with 1.9 lakhs worth with worst quality, worst service. Now i totally lost confidence in so-called royal enfield bykes, support team, service team, showrooms, backend staff and higher management. I will be scared to take my vehicle out as i don't know when it will be breakdown. I cannot tow this on my own and need to contact re rsa team for help and the call time would be 15 mins though it is an emergency and after logging issue and i need to wait for more than an hour what ever may be the time is.

          I know no one from the so-called royal team is bothered to take my issue seriously and no one is going to respond for this because i know all the lazy and least bothered people sitting over there.

          But, i will try me level best to escalate this issue in whatever way i could find and cannot take up more waiting on the roads at off times and wasting my time.

But in service station they didn't solve my issue. Instead they did some other changes on my vehicle. I dont even know they heard my complaint clearly and work on it. Still i receiving same engine noise as it before. Dont know whether they done servicing rather...

            My name is karan chauhan, 3 days back i was traveling from mandi (H. P) to kangra (H. P) on my 5 month old royal enfield himalyan. I was at the speed of 60+ suddenly a blind turne came and i pressd my both the brakes and my bike's front abs wire get breaked the bike lost whole control i was about to die but hope fully i managed to control it
            I checked the next royal enfield service station it was 90+ km away. So i decided to reach there and hopefully i reached at kangra at 7 p. M.
            In the next day i reached at the service station they checked the break and said break wire will not been covered in the warranty so when i asked the cost the said it will cost you around 3700 rs and i[censored] want to order it within 7 days it will cost u around 4000
            At there i was totally shocked!!!
            My bike is 5 month old and the want me to pay for the menufecturing fault even if the fault will take my life they dont even care

            They told me it was the running part which is not been covered in the warrenty
            The insurance compny told me the same line
            I m a collage going buzy prson so i told them to place the order, but it is not appropriate if you think it is not my fault then please help me

              I ashok kumar singh from pratapgarh uttar pradesh has purchased royal enfield classic desert storm 500cc from allahabad on 12 may 2017 the bike has completed 10000 km on road in 2 years and it's engine has seized 3 times smoke is coming from the silencer i have spent around 50000 on this bike but yet the issue hasnt been resolved i have visited royal enfield showroom several times every time they say that the bike isn't successful and advise me to sell the bike as soon as possible this kind of service from royal enfield is disgusting even when i travel 50 km on its it's bringing some work smoke is coming from the silencer kindly solve this issue as soon as possible as i am having lot of inconvenience kindly solve the problem or take your bike back contact number [protected]

                Am sujeeth adla, i bought a classic 350 black from headway motors, madinaguda.

                Bike tail light, both signal lights, neutral light are not functioning, in 4th free servicing i have mentioned them. They say fuse problem, they changed. 2nd time tape problem, 3rd time wire connection. Till now i have replaced 10amps upto 15 fuses.

                In past 20days i have given 5 times to service center but problem was not rectified and also kept my bike under observation for 2 to 3 days each time i give for issue still the same problem i am facing it.

                In service center, mechanics or electrician are not certified or problem with manufacturing defect of bike. Could you please resolve with the issue. As this is rainy season i need to take safety measures while driving.

                    I had booked royal enfield interceptor 650 baker express on may 5th 2019 at teknik motors and they had promised me to deliver with in 45 days.. Now it’s been close to 90 days but i am getting false commitments on daily basis even after several follow ups from the store after full payment.
                    Now they are saying we will credit back your amount.
                    I request you to treat this with high importance and do the needful immediately.

                      Respected Sir/Madam,
                      With due respect I want to let you know that from last few weeks I am facing some problem with my HIMALAYAN bike. I went to the nearest service station but they couldn't able to sort out the problem. Under warranty they changed the meter console, bend pipe & recently throttle body, but still the same. My bike is just four months old & already I am puzzled. I don't know whether my decision of buying a Himalayan was wise or not, but at all I am not happy now.
                      At this point of time I just want my problem to be addressed properly as already I am frustrated.
                      Hope you will be kind enough to look into this matter in a precise way

                        Greetings!!!

                        thanks for providing good and faithful services to your valuable customers but I am highly dissatisfied with your service which are getting me embarrassed. as I purchased the bike from one of your dealer in nagaur from D D AUTOTECH and giving vehicle for service to APOORVA MOTORS SIKAR
                        from beginning. when I went for third service I complain to service advisor for rear tyre burnout from a side and after completion of service they said that problem has resolved by them. after riding the bike I went to workshop again for same complain and they sent me to MRF DEALER for checking the tyre by them and they denied for that and said that we are not liable for the problem occurred. then I visit again to workshop and they also replied me same as MRF DEALER.
                        in this condition I need help and want to know who is liable in this critical case.also attached some required documents related to complain.

                          I have a thunderbird 350 purchased on 06/05/2018 from ASHTAVAKRA AUTO PVT.LTD LUDHIANA with the name of neeru sharma after 10 months I found hole exhaust system CROME of my bike turned into blue and yellow color then I am going to dealer and ask for warranty they are totaly refused After a week l am asking for paid replacement they said to me wait for a week or two and then after two month they call me for changing the hole exhaust system I am approach to the dealer on 21/7/2019 then they ask from me to leave the bike for 4days after that they are prepar the job card no 4901 dated 21/07/2019 and committed to deliver on 25/07/2019 today is 30/07/2019 and they are totally misguide to me for delivery of my bike

                            Hi,

                            I had purchased royal enfield thunderbird in may 2018 and its running is less than 7000 kms. I had done timely servicing too an their were no issues till free servicing for first paid service. Suddenly after that the chain got loose and now service center is telling to replace it.

                            With such less running the part getting bad is unacceptable. I think royal enfield showrooms do this deliberately for their sale. This part should be replaced under warranty.

                            The service center and customer care are not telling the reason why this has gone bad even after regular servicing and lubrication.

                            After charging hefty amounts for bikes and their services, royal enfield should at least provide sturdy parts and replace it within the warranty period.

                            As matter of fact in warranty period if something happens they won't replace but just repair it till it gets bad after warranty.

                              I prabhakar. P purchased a royal enfield electro 13.05.2019 from teknik motor, indira nagar, bengaluru. On dated : 27.06.2019 i had left my vehicle for 1st serviced the service was unsatisfactory. And later i tried speaking to the manager of teknik motor, indira nagar, bengaluru sales for not receiving the vehicles rc card, then i personally went to the showroom thrice and wanted to meet the manager mr. Mathew but he refused to meet me and tells me that he always in the meeting. Please rectify the problem at the earliest from your end.

                                I have purchased Royal Enfield Classic 350 CC (BLACK) on 14th Jan 2016 and this is the 3rd running year, in between I have repaired many parts of my bike. But just today itself I have found that the upper part of side stand become rusted and broke.
                                It is only 3 year and parts are getting damage.

                                My expectations were high when I bought it but the quality is the poorest among the other bikes available in the market. I am very much disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of manufacturing of Royal Enfield. I will not recommend anyone to have Royal Enfield. Please let me know why should keep this vehicle.

                                  I purchased a new bike royal enfield bullet standard my bike suddenly stops many time i gone to the service center many times they said battery issue battery is dead they did not giving me a solution i purchased a new bike from sunshine motors delhi yamuna vihar my bike serviced there regularly, last night my bike suddenly stops not start in five i am facing big problem in this bike bike starts in five hours i am too much dissappointed from royal enfield service quality this type of service royal enfiled is giving me i will not purchase any royal enfield product in future kindly do needfull please return your bike

                                  I bought classic 350 Abs 3 weeks ago. It has high air locking issue. Suddenly stops in middle of the road even I have fuel in my main. In reserve I am not facing any problem. But in main I have thus problem. It is very much irritating while driving. I finished my first service but still the issue persist please give any solution for this.

                                    Hi, i took my delivery of royal enfield classic 350 on march 17th 2019 from chennai "kattupakkam" branch "royal enfield aravinduja motors, mount poonamallee road, kattupakkam, chennai, tamil nadu 600056" with full payment. At that time i made payment for engine guard accessory amount of rs.3500, but due to no stock i agreed to install another engine guard which cost rs.2150, for which the service center promised to refund my balance amount of rs.1350 within a week.. But its been 5months now, and still they are not giving my refund amount. I have visited the branch directly and talked with them for more than 6 times. And talked in phone call more than 20times. They are saying we will give you next week sir, but after that no response. Please suggest and help me how can i move this.

                                      Hi.. My name is sunny. I had purchased the bullet 500 desert storm on 2nd august 2017. Puchased it because i wanted to experience the best of royal enfield. However, all my hopes came crashing down when i started to use it. I hereby also want to make it clear that i have never done any modifications on my bike. It is still as it came out of the showroom. But i had to get one thing or the other repaired every now and then. On reaching around 3000 kms in 1 year, the fuel pump nozzle was leaking the oil. Delivery boy diagnosed the issue as fuel pump break. Replaced it for 9, 000 rs. And now, again, today i. E on 27 july, 2019, fuel pump broke while i was out of station. I had to suffer a lot because of this, getting the bike to my city back. One thing that is worth giving a thought is, when we buy a bike for approximately 2 lakhs, is it too much to ask for a strong durable fuel pump that at least gives 10, 000 kms, if not more. The fuel pump actually seems to be designed for it to break again and again so that company can sell their fuel pump spares and no wonder they charge nearly 10, 000 ruppes for it. It is seriously such a shame. I'm gonna take the issue to the local consumer court.
