I purchased this bike in 2013. After running it for 1000 kms within 2 months i started having the first problem which the electrical lines were bad and when i parked the vehicle on a rainy day it didn't start after it. So i called the below service center for them to look at it.
They fixed the electrical issue and after a week i brought the bike back and ride it for few weeks...

I have completed 9000 kms on my royal enfield classic 500 and in this time i have changed the fuel pump twice costly me 16000 rs. The company is not producing an alternative product and is still selling this cheap quality garbage. I am fed up of this machine and trying to get rid of it as soon as possible. Hiiiii no doubt the royel enfield one the best royel product but about royel enfield service centre in himachal pradesh shogi shimla is very bad. I claimed my bike insurance to be there and when i went there i met with nitu assistant manager there and he told i changed your break cylinders but after investigation i got it was not changed.
